We visited this Chick-fil-A restaurant via drive-thru this weekend for a late dinner meal. Even though it was five minutes before they were closing, they were still kind and more than gracious enough to serve us. The food was hot, freshly made and quickly served. The staff gave us excellent customer service in spite of it being very close to closing time. Will definitely return again to this location and would certainly recommend their business.

It gives you instructions on the CFA app. I really love CFA because they currently have this game going on where you play it and WIN FREE FOOD/DESSERT/DRINK. So far, I was able to win FREE chicken nuggets and a brownie! Check out my receipt for proof :) I usually order the cob salad and Oreo milkshake from CFA. It is always good.

This location was quick and easy. I went through the drive thru and even though there were about 10 cars ahead of me the staff took my order and got my food out to me within 10 minutes. Definitely the type of service I like when trying to get food on a road trip.

The price point is a bit high but it is worth it. The meal from the picture rang up as 18$ but everything was fresh and delicious. I was particularly surprised at how good the tortilla soup was! I would recommend this place to anyone but don't expect it to be super fast. The lines are always crazy and the food takes a bit to be prepared.

I gave them a 4 only because the Manager corrected the issue. I bought a Cobb salad which is supposed to come with bacon, egg, cheese, and corn. When I got my $9 salad it had very little of these things on here to include lettuce. I hate when you are getting things to go from a restaurant and they give you mediocre food because they think you won't come back. Luckily, I looked at my salad before I left. The picture will show you what they gave me. Once I talked to the manager she corrected the issue. But initially when I inquired about it they looked at me as if I was asking for something I wasn't supposed to have. Oh btw, none of the chic fil a's had eggs but I wasn't told that when I ordered A "Cobb Salad". Go figure that I would want egg on my Cobb salad. And I wanted chicken nuggets not chicken strips.

Service was fast at drive thru but not accurate. We were missing our nuggets that we ordered with two spicy sandwiches. Apparently, it was not put in as we weren't charged, so there's that. 🤷‍♀️ There were like four employees out there all talking so maybe they were distracted. But they were respectful. I had placed a mobile order to be picked up at the counter. When I went I side to get jy order, the app bo monger showed that my order was ready, just the online receipt. My order was jot at the counter. Instead, someone else claimed my order. The staff had to pull my order # up, and I showed my transaction history proving that it was my oder. The staff did not verify with the person who claimed my families meal that they are who should be picking it up. However, the staff did remake my entire order, of course, and apologized to me for the incident.

Left out part of our order after waiting almost 15 minutes, then we had to walk in twice after getting the wrong food. A drive thru visit turned into over 30 minutes. giving it three stars instead of one because the last person who helped us was so nice.

3 stars because even for a chick fil a, they are very very slow. They always seem understaffed as well.

I get being in a hurry to get orders out. You all must do better with accuracy in a rush as well as not burning food in the process. I still love you all though. It was difficult finishing these as I had more of a crispy crunch than a fluff of potato in every bite.

The Chick-fil-A game I played with the cows reward on the Chick-fil-A app, said I had a free reward for a 5 piece Chicken Nuggets. It did not say original or grilled. The only reason I was allowed to use the reward, because my husband ate the free 5 piece original 5 piece chicken nuggets. I in turn ordered a 5 piece grilled chicken nugget. Please fix the app.

Chick-fil-A gets most things right. Coffee in the morning from the drive thru they have wrong. Is it because it’s the little single shots of creamer that you don’t just put the cream and sugar in the coffee? It’s so inconvenient to order in the drive thru and still have to prepare my coffee. What’s worse is when two days in a row there’s no stirrer in my bag so it’s either go back through drive thru or get out of my car (which I didn’t want to do) and go inside. Please Chick-fil-A, get a creamer / sugar dispenser.

I love Chick Fil-A, but I feel like this particular location’s standards are dropping or low. Last month they forgot my daughter’s kids meal and now they only gave my lil girl 4 chicken nuggets and no toy. She was sad when she only counted four chicken nuggets and then cried because there was no toy, thanks for that. None smiles and some have attitude it just not the real Chick Fil-A experience.

I hate that they come to your car before you even get to the menu board. I don't normally eat chik-fil-a and am not going to download the app. So it is really inconvenient that they are asking me for my order when I have not even seen the menu yet.

Food is a hit or miss. Put in a request twice online for hair being in my food and never heard back after a couple weeks. Compensation would’ve been nice. Gave them another chance and the food never tastes the same and I been going consistently since 2017. Not sure what happened and mobile thru takes excruciatingly longer than the regular drive thru.

This was my cashew shaped biscuit and the drive thru was slow. This was not what I'm used to at Chick-fil-A. The Harker Heights location has much better service. They will greet you there, but not at the Killeen location.

Bummed this is the only location open in town right now. Probably won't be getting chickfila again until the Heights location opens back up! This one seems to always have issues regardless of the amount of customers at the location. Wasn't the best before, and it's obvious they can't handle the increased traffic due to the other location in town being closed.

The service was great as usual, but my food was awful!!! I ordered chicken minis for breakfast, they're one of my favorites. When I opened the box, the minis were just thrown in the box. Some of the nuggets weren't even in the mini rolls. The rolls were literally crumbling when I tried to pick them up. I just threw them away. I travel a lot, and have been to lots of Chick-fil-A's, this was the worst food I've ever had. Very disappointed.

The worst drive-thru experience I've ever had. Not just at chick-fil-a, but out of any drive-thru I've been through. My husband and I sat there for 30 minutes unmoving. Once the line started to move, it soon became a standstill again for 15 more minutes. Wish I could have gotten out of line, but you're basically trapped in it.

So I ordered a milkshake with my food. Service is quick I’ll give them that. But when they gave me my milkshake it was practically overflowing. I ended up trying to grab it from my cupholder and when I did that, the lid popped off and spilled. Please maybe talk to your employees about overfilling the milkshakes 🙃

I just feel like if the point of a Cobb salad is the egg & online even says one sliced egg then giving customers half of ONE egg in a salad is beyond me and wrong. I understand eggs are high right now okay well up the price for the salad but don’t give me half an egg and call it a Cobb salad. I’m highly disappointed. I’ve had about 3 salads in the span of a month to see if anything changes or if I’m just getting bad salads and nothing has changed

Must have caught them on a bad day. Ordered through the drive-through I ordered the grilled club sandwich with no lettuce no tomato extra pickle I received no pickles and they charge me for not getting lettuce and tomato. My husband ordered the fried deluxe sandwich with extra pickles. He didn’t get one pickle, his large sweet tea had no ice in it. We also asked for extra sauce, the honey barbecue sauce received one sauce packet. The fries were soggy at best. At least the dog enjoyed the french fries. The representative that took our order was rude. She was rushing through everything scanned my app. The order still came underneath my husband’s name which he don’t even have an account with Chick-fil-A so I had to go through the process of getting my points.

The night shift manager was rude and unwelcoming, creating an uncomfortable experience for my family and staff. This establishment should reflect its values, but poor leadership overshadowed the great food. Service needs improvement.

As a Chik-Fil-A One signature member I grew up loving Chick-fil-A this one gives me an almost consistent disappointing experience in missing items in pers or delivery orders not being fulfilled.

Ordered breakfast catering for an Army promotion ceremony. Only received 14/25 biscuits paid for. Called the restaurant, spoke to Carrie, the “director” who argued non stop saying we had received all and a quality check was performed, so basically saying we were liars. Would not recommend any services from this non customer service oriented location.

The food presentation was poor. The food was just tossed in the container and in the bag. Usually when I visit the burgee looks nice and neat or the minis and the hashbriwns are put in nice and neat. When I checked my order the container for hasbrown was nearly empty and I asked for them to fix it it and the staff member was upset. She said thats how its suppose to be, and I told her no its nots my food is always nice and neat well put and organized and this is empty. She left and was upset. You could even hear her complain to the coworker next to her. She tossed some more in the box and gave it to me. The customer service was poor. She was rude, didnt smile and had an attitude. The night shift manager at this location was extremely rude and made my family, as well as some of the employees, feel uncomfortable. I chose this establishment because I believed it was Christian-based and led with love, but unfortunately, the manager’s behavior did not reflect that. Instead of handling a simple order mistake with professionalism, she came across as aggressive and even discriminatory. While the food is excellent, the service at this location needs serious improvement, including better training and a reassessment of leadership. I will be sure to share my experience with others to warn them.

Wouldn’t know how the food was. Waited 30 mins only to end up asking for a refund because we still hadn’t received our food. Called to speak with the manager and she asked me what she could do to mend the situation, I told her and then she said she couldn’t do that 😂 so what was the point in asking? I should have stuck to my instincts to only go to the Copperas Cove location. I ordered a #2 which apparently I didn't clarify, nor was I asked if it was a delux or sandwich. I recived a bun in a bag and a piece of chicken in a box. I asked where my sandwich was because I also requested extra pickles and light on the lettace. That is when I found out I was only charged for a sandwich. The next thing I recieved was lettuce, tomato, and a piece of cheese in another box with a small cintainer with three pickles. I came to eat out, not make my own sandwich.

I didn't think it was possible to give a negative review for Chick-fil-A, but here it is. I travel all over the U.S. for work with my dog and eat Chick-fil-A about once a week. This is the only one in the country I've been to that doesn't have dog treats or pup cups. The young lady in the drive-through line told me that it is based on each individual owner per location. Since this location doesn't seem to offer the same family value conditions as the hundreds of other ones I've been to. I will not return to this location for next year's while I'm working in Killeen. For some Americans are dogs are service animals, and more importantly, they are our family members. Which is something that is supposedly extremely important for Chick-fil-A. Except for this location. I'll give all of my business to other establishments more friendly for dogs while being in Killeen.

Huge fail for a Chick-fil-A. Went there for breakfast on Memorial Day and there was an employee inside but the doors were locked and we were ignored. I get having holiday hours, but there was NOTHING posted. Very poor customer service.

Everytime I come here my order is messed up or not completed. The last time they completely forgot my 12 count nuggets. I spoke to a really nice manager and I picked up my food the next day and it was resolved. However, today we decided to get a 30 count nugget family meal with 4 fries and cookies. Well, we only got 25 nuggets. It’s really frustrating to pay for something and not get what you are promised. We will be going to a different location next time and hopefully those employees can count.

Ever since they switched to Doordash delivery, the service is horrible. Placed an order today, 56 min later, no food. I was chatting with someone and she reached out to the person as did I and no response. She did not tell me if I cancelled the order, I wouldn't get my money back. I mostly go to chick fil a because of my husband but honestly he’s going to have to find a new spot. Every time I seem to go there’s a problem. The first issue I had is no one acknowledging you when you pick up your order inside from the mobile App. I had to stand for 5-10mins for someone to confirm my order. I also understand that it’s a busy location so I didn’t mind. Then I tried to order curbside and waited over 50mins for an order that never came. The app showed it was ready but they seemed to prioritize the drive thru. I left without any food and spoke with a manager about getting a refund which they were really nice about. Today I go back ( because my husband loves chick fil a sooooo much) but they get my order wrong and I find a bug in my food. Ordered delivery of a salad that came out to $37.00 they didnt put the dressing in the bag and refused to delivery the dressing after I notified them. They gave me a $4.00 discount. I usually rely on Chick-fil-A for quick and efficient service, especially in the drive-thru, but this morning's visit was disappointing. I stopped by for breakfast and ended up waiting 30 to 45 minutes just to get my food. I’ve never had this issue during lunch or dinner, so it was surprising to see how unorganized the morning crew seemed. I understand that the Harker Heights location is under construction, which might be adding pressure, but the lack of engagement from staff really stood out. Unfortunately, this experience makes me question whether I’ll return to this location for breakfast again.

The Killeen store closed for months to renovate/expand the drive thru lane. After re-opening the store, shortly after the second lane was shut down and is never use. They have all vehicles merging into one lane after ordering (as the picture shows). It takes 30 minutes to get your food after ordering due to the long wait of merging the lanes. What was the purpose of this expansion?

I don't usually post these kinds of reviews but this is not how you should treat a customer. I ordered a biscuit on the app at 10:20am and was in line right at 10:30am but had to wait to scan the QR code until 10:34am. By the time I got to the front of the window it was 10:40am. I wasn't able to get my food and my order had been cancelled. When I explained this to the team leader, he said no one was in line at 10:30am for a biscuit and very rudely said they're not going to have anymore biscuits at 10:40am. Why have an order ahead mobile thru option if you're not going to make the food until the customer gets there anyway? The customer service alone makes me not want to come back to this location. As someone who worked at cfa and focused on customer service as a priority, I'm highly disappointed in this location!!!

Twice in one week you forgot half my order and you can not call anyone to get it fixed. I’ve been listening to the stupid song that plays on repeat for 20 minutes waiting on a person.

None of the legendary customer service just workers miserable to be there causing errors then im called a liar when I calmly confront. Put food back on counter and demanded refund then im told I wont get a refund since 2 large waffle fries are missing yet that's what we were missing. I asked for manager 6 times and even then I got my money back with no apology.

I put in a mobile order before 6pm on Christmas Eve and went to pick it up on my way to work it was 6:05pm when I got to the store and was told my order had been cancelled because they close at 6pm even though I had my order in before 6pm and only got there 5 minutes late I had to go to work with out my order I am currently waiting for them to put the money back in my bank account that they took out for the order. I am very disappointed and the girl that went to the door to tell me had no empathy I will not be going back to this location in the future.
