Absolutely love everything about this establishment... I have eaten at IN-N-Out Burger in Nevada, Arizona, Texas, California and loved the food every time... The burgers are just perfect and on request, made the way you want... I especially love the animal style fries (which I went back and ordered separately)... I am hoping that they bring additional locations South as possible... The food is excellent, super clean, staff is friendly and the milkshake is always yummy...

One if the best fast food restaurants amongst national chains. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was very courteous, and the food delicious. My Family and I were pleased to see Zachary, a restaurant employee, take the time while bussing tables to move to the front door and hold it open for an elderly woman he saw exit a car with a walker. This was our first time visiting an In and Out and we were happy to discover the hype was well-deserved!

Burgers were cooked to perfection. Fries were ok. Overall, definitely worth the trip and certainly won't forget it.

I just love this burger joint. The have three meals on the menu and they have perfected those meals. All freshly made! All to order! All are delicious! I never take pictures of my food so there aren't any, but if your in the Killeen, TX area stop by and get a number 2 or number 3 if you're hungry. You're welcome!

My last 3 visits to In-N-Out Burgers (2 in California and one in Austin) were less than stellar. I had pretty much given up on them, but had a meeting there recently and they totally redeemed themselves.

Fast, friendly service. I pulled in for a Drive-Thru order. The line was nearly wrapped around to the entrance, and I thought I was going to be stuck in line for a very long time - I was so wrong. They had an employee walking to each car taking orders, I don't think I waited more than five minutes once he took my order. The food came out fresh and delicious. Will definitely return.

Great establishment, Ashley is one of the managers and she made several other customer to include myself very welcomed. If you seen one In-N-Out you seem most of them (exception for the originals in California). This location is very clean, comfortable and staff made it over the top. I will come here once a week, definitely.

This location has the best customer service. The inside of the restaurant is always clean. The burgers and fries come out spot on hot and fresh! Drink station is always clean with a variety of different drinks including lemonade and sweet tea.

This In-N-Out has got some of the best burgers I've had at a takeout spot. And let me add this: Cesar and Ellana have fantastic teamwork! Seeing Cesar hold down the front counter by himself, with Ellana was fantastic support on grabbing trays and wipping down tables, this is where you need to go if you want fast food that may as well be a 5-star restaurant!

First In N Out experience after years of trying to get there. Super service at this location. Took our custom order without pause, nailed it, and did it with a smile. In-N-Out is delicious and nothing changes, came in and got a Double Double Animal style With chopped chiles. They were quick and I actually messed up my order and was able to update it after I’d paid. The cashier remembered me and brought my food right to me. Was a pleasant experience.

The French fries were well made and well seasoned and the spread sauce was pretty good too even though its essentially thousand island dressing. The cheeseburger is what took the show though as it should because it was fully cooked and had some crispy edges. The patties were seasoned well and the meat tasted great. I was impressed for it being my first time here and for it being fast food. The menu is small and simple too. Only two complaints I have is one there was a group of teenagers who seem like they are there a lot making a ruckus and made the place smell like body odor, and two there isn't a chain of in n out in IN

Just experiened In N Out for the first time. Very clean and staff was very nice. I ordered a double double animal style which has double meat (mustard cooked beef patties) and double cheese with lettuce, tomato, pickles, extra spread and grilled onions. I’m not one to get all the extras on a burger but I figured, when in Rome…it was really really good and super messy. The fries are fresh cut and fried to order in sunflower oil. They give you your own salt packets to add to the fries. The fries were good, but next time I would ask for them to be cooked longer so they were a little more crispy. First time trying this place they were friendly and fast and a very clean place. The burgers were Good.

The food here was good and the restaurant was unbelievably busy but the staff did a great job of managing the chaos. I was really excited to try the food here, because of In-N-Out’s cult like following. The food was great but I guess I don’t see how it was better than any of the other quality burger chains (five guys, Shake shack).

I have heard so much about how good the burgers and fries are here from my Military friends that have been stationed on the west coast. Had to go to see what all the hullabaloo was about. Sin for the "Animal" fries and a double double. I just got the regular fries and a double. Very good burger and fries, I would taste them about 3rd place for a fast food drive through. Soon thought the "Animal" fries were just a little too saucy, he could not taste the caramelized onions. His burger was good, he said 2nd place for burger.

I like to ask for light salt on the burger because sometimes I feel it's a little heavy, but overall, I always enjoy my meal here. They're always willing to customize your burger, so just ask! UPDATE: We still love In-N-Out, but it can be hit or miss at this location. Didn't seem like anyone behind the counter was happy about working when we stopped tonight. Fries were over-cooked, and my wife's burger was not made to her order. I wish this place was more consistent. Next closest option is either Waco or Round Rock.

This is a very mid burger joint. Better than Burger King or Wendy's but nothing special. Not even close to Whataburger.

Guy who completed the order was too busy tapping to a friend who stopped by to remember to complete my order before handing it to me. I had to correct what was missing. In-n-out is one of my fav go-to when I’m Hungry, never had a issue or problem with the services, it was always friendly and amazing. I’ve worked in fast food before so I can always understand being overwhelmed and frustrated. This one employee ileene I pulled up to get my order, I was sitting there over 5 minutes and she didn’t greet me not once since I have got to the window. But did look at me in my eyes and aknowladge that I was there. She kinda just looked fed up, and done. I rolled up my window bc I felt akward have her standing there and didn’t greet the costumer. She handed me my food that was supposed to be in a box not a bag and she changed it for me but she made it appear like it was such a hassle to do?? I mean that isn’t very friendly at all.. and my order was wrong too ontop of everything else.

My husband and I went here for dinner Saturday night. William who took our order was pleasant and professional. It took some time to get our order. The buns on the burgers were hard, the tomatoes were not ripe and my husband's lettuce was the very end piece. You could see through the hamburger meat it was so thin. We both had fries, mine were room temp and my husband's were hot and tasty. We watched William walk through the restuarnt cleaning and picking up trays. He needs a raise!

First time trying In-N-Out. Not disappointed but not blown away like people seemed to suggest I would be. The burger itself is nice, well put together, but nothing I haven't tasted before. I don't know if the sauce was supposed to make a difference but I didn't even taste the sauce. The fries were nothing exceptional either, and my wife had ordered cheese fries, and all they did was take an order of fries and put two slices of Kraft cheese on top and melt it in the oven. Another thing I didn't know, but this has more to do with me and not the place itself, and gets no points taken from me for it, is that they only have three choices of burgers. I thought they would have a big menu like any other chain. Overall, the place was clean, the workers were super friendly, and service was fast, but not what I expected. Maybe that has to do with the expectations people set of this place.

Coming from the area where In-n-Out originated, I was surprised the food did not have the same consistency I am used to. BUT the staff were on point as usual.

I am an In and Out fan but this location needs some major help. When we stopped in, this location had a slow but steady crowd. We stood in line to order, but when it was our turn to order the lady walked away without saying a word and disappeared. The young men distributing the orders didn’t say anything either. We stood at the front of the line like idiots for about 10mins without acknowledgment from any staff as the line behind us built up. Eventually the lady came back and took our order, the food was quickly ready, but when it came out the bun was burnt and tasted like burnt toast. When I opened up the burger the bun was burned beyond edible so I asked for a replacement- showing my burger to the young man handing out the orders, and threw my burger away. He was super wonderful how he handled the situation, and brought a new burger out quickly after. The new burger was burnt (not as badly as the first one) and the bun was hard as a rock. I threw my order away and left. I am from SoCal and have eaten at In and Out so many times and have NEVER had a bad burger. In fact I have eaten and many locations in CA, NV, AZ and every time was great.. I hope their staff can be trained better in the future and not ruin the chains reputation.

ZERO 🌟 On September 10th at around 12:18pm, I drove in the drive-thru to get something to eat for my child and I. A young female Hispanic very rude was outside taking orders due to multiple cars. She was rushing my order, making faces and saying okay real slow and having an attitude when I told her I wasn't done ordering. She was telling me I should of said something when she told me my total and walked away from me without giving me a chance to reply to order a hamburger for my daughter. I simply order a number 3 combo and an extra burger. Very unprofessional. Very upset with In-N-Out. I grew up eating In-N-Out and not once have I been treated this way. Didn't get her name, I asked the employee at the window for her name and he said he didn't know as he had just started working there.

This was my first time going to and it was absolutely horrible oh my God the fries were so hard and salty and cold so they offered to remake my fries and to remake my entire order but when I got it everything was still nasty they put a whole onion on my burger and the fries were still cold and hard and nasty like they were cooked in old grease they tried to make it up by giving me a milkshake which was the only thing that was decent sorry but will not be going back

These burgers taste just ok. But appearance makes it the worst burger I've ever had. It probably takes 3 patties to make a quarter pound. The tomato was thicker. Less than a quarter inch thick. I know I won't be back. No kids menu either.

Last time I leave this drive thru without checking my bag. I will put my car in park and count the fries idc.(I didn’t get fries) I ordered 4 double doubles. Got 3!!!. Went for my regular protein style burger from In-N-Out and, to my surprise, it came out RAW in the middle. The patty itself was very undercooked with raw pieces. The outside had a nice sear, but when I took a bite the inside was still pink, raw and soft, it was so disgusting. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen during a busy rush, and I’ve had good experiences here before. However, serving a burger that is undercooked was very disappointing and a bit concerning from a food safety perspective. The staff were friendly, but I do hope they pay closer attention to cooking the patties thoroughly in the future.

In N Out Burger has its reputation and is always packed. However, I do not know for what reason. Perhaps just the atmosphere and culture experience? The fries tasted like styrofoam and the burger patty was thinner than McDonald’s. I would have preferred McDonald’s over this. I was not impressed.

The hamburger meat used to be a decent size. It seems like now he can get something bigger from McDonald's, which, you know, is nothing very disappointed. The largest things on that burger was the slice of tomato. The fries aren't the way they're supposed to be. This looks like it was straight out of the bag and not fresh. I'm very disappointed with and out burger. It seems like they franchise to the wrong person, or it's another company that doesn't give a crap about their reputation.

It's amazing this place is still in business. Haven't eaten at I&O in ages but it seemed the thing to do today. Sorry we did. Atmosphere is way too loud. Even the cashier's can't hear your order and we certainly can't hear them call out our number over a loudspeaker. It's no wonder we didn't get the order we asked for. Water from the soda machines was salty and had a carbonation-soda taste - undrinkable! Ordered one number 1 and one number 3 but what we got were two number 1s. One was supposed to be without cheese but they didn't hear that either. Fries were cold. Vanilla shake was more like powdered milk with cornstarch for thickener.
