First experience going to K-Pot, was nervous. It was my wife’s birthday & wanted to try somewhere different. It was nice and the food was a good experience. Our waitress Ms.Angel was kind and explained the menu and gave her good advice on certain foods on the menu as well. They sang HBD & everything!!

I love this place. Food and atmosphere is great. However please take care of the bathrooms. They are gross every time we go and if someone was to use the bathroom prior to eating, it will turn them off to eating there. One other issue is the server Luis. He can be good sometimes, but most of the time he is really aggressive. He will rush you while you are trying to order, He will also force you to tip. I am already going to tip, I don't need the extra push (its intrusive). I recommended Kpot to a friend of mine. She went and she loved it as well- but stated Luis was her server and everything I described, she experienced from him.

I visited Kpot for Christmas Day and was pleasantly surprised to find they were hosting a raffle! I ended up winning a beautiful LV wallet, which is absolutely stunning! There were a variety of prizes being given away; I even saw a little kid win a 55-inch TV and another snag a PS5 while I was enjoying my meal. As I was leaving, I noticed they were still giving away prizes like JBL speakers, Apple Watches, and AirPods! It was heartwarming to see a company go above and beyond to enhance everyone's holiday spirit with such generous giveaways. The food and service were fantastic as usual. I absolutely love this place and always look forward to my Management was super friendly & checking on the tables to make sure everyone was having a great experience

Me hubby and baby girl went here for lunch today. And it was fantastic our server was Delaney and she is such a sweetheart and on top of her customer service. The chili weather called for soup and we found kpot and it's a 100/100 🤌. The food was absolutely amazing and we are definitely going back. The darker girl in front is also very friendly and welcoming unfortunately I forgot her name. But all in all fantastic place for hotpot. Can't wait to go back for my birthday and try their kbbq. Had dinner at K-Pot tonight and honestly? Deliciously dangerous. The kind of meal where you tell yourself, “I’ll pace myself,” and then suddenly you’re three lettuce wraps deep wondering where your self-control went. I loaded up on grilled beef and pork bulgogi—wrapped in lettuce, topped with garlic and spring onions, and dunked in enough ssamjang to make my ancestors proud. The sauce station has everything you need to build your own masterpiece, and I took full advantage. They even have ice cream for dessert, which is adorable considering I was far too stuffed to even look in its direction. Maybe next time… if I don’t go so hard on the bulgogi. Pro tip for anyone going: start slow with the meat orders. You can always ask for more, but it’s heartbreaking to see piles of perfectly good meat go to waste because someone got too excited with round one. This is all-you-can-eat, not “all-you-must-eat.” Overall? Tasty, fun, and absolutely worth it. I’d go back in a heartbeat—preferably with looser pants and a game plan.

I had an amazing time at KPOT today. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Everything came out fast, and the quality was top tier. Our server, Sofy, made the whole experience even better. She was so attentive, friendly, and patient. She checked on us often without hovering, explained everything clearly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her customer service was truly outstanding. We visited on November 3rd, and had Raj as our server. He was really friendly and made us feel really welcome and comfortable. He was knowledgeable about the menu and informed us about how they did kbbq here. The service all around was really good honestly, and would be a big reason we will return for sure!! 10/10 experience! Oh and the food was really good. Perfectly seasoned! Took my bf and his stepson for their first Korean BBQ experience. It was the first time for any of us to have the hot pot. The meats were tasty and fresh. The variety of proteins and vegetables was ample. our server Luis was doing a great job keeping us happy and training a new server. We really enjoyed ourselves, but will probably bring cushions next time as the booths are a little on the firm side.

The meat selection was huge and there are gluten free and vegan options. The sauce bar was very good and I really liked the sauce recipes being posted on the wall which I used to make my sauces even though I couldn’t find all the ingredients - but they turned out delicious anyway. Making the hot pot at the table (each person) was fun. Once you order, the ingredients are brought to the table family so order more if needed. Same with the meat and vegetable choices, highly recommend the garlic shrimp! The wait staff was excellent, coming by the table every few minutes to check on us. Luis and the hostess were great! Friendly and happy people, thanks for great service!

My first time at KPot, and it was a BLAST. My waitress, Bessie, was so kind and always ready to take my orders, whenever I needed more meat. The other staff promptly brought meats after Bessie took orders, and the grill and fire power were also very good, so you will not have to worry about cooking your meat too slow. My personal favorite sauce was the bean paste, and it goes really well with meat and lettuce wraps. The manager kindly gifted me the cute bear doll to express his gratitude to my family, and I was so touched. My family is definitely returning to this spot, and one hour trip from Waco was DEF worth it 👌

I came here by myself after work for lunch, got in easy, plenty of parking and the staff was very nice! My server Luis was great! Super friendly and helpful. Always came by and checked in without interrupting anything a simple thumbs up or a nod to see if I needed anything while I was on the phone. I definitely love coming here. Me and my brother wanted to try our somw hot pot and korean dining so we went ahead and gave this place a shot. All in all the food was super tastful and a new flavor category for me. I love the bolgogi beef, the flavor just draws you in for more bites of it. All in all it was a pleasant expweience and very fullfilling for my stomach, just a little above my price range. Would be a perfect place for date nite though!

The only thing that was not so great was the bathrooms! They are absolutely gross and for the type of money and experience you are supposed to get the bathrooms don’t match.

Update 12/2024- stopped in for a hotpot and I have to say I was disappointed. The Thom yum brand had changed and it's not very good. I brought a friend and she was equally disappointed wondering why I had to go there. We did stay and tried a different soup, but it wasn't the same. I hope they bring back the original Thom yum. The staff however was amazing and friendly. So helpful and quick. Update- tried the hopot this time and love love love it. Will definitely be back for that again. My server Mace was amazing. 1st time visiting and having Korean BBQ. It was a fun experience. Next time I'll try the hot pot. So you cook your meat ans veggies on a grill. But everyone share a.s it all you can eat for 2 hrs but there is a fee for waste. There's also appetizers like fries, egg rolls, and nuggets with a sauce bar. Really good and a must try. Different prices for lunch and dinner.

It was our first time trying this type of dine in experience. Thought it would be a good idea to try it out. We got there at 9:30. Since they closed at 11:30 we’d figure it would be okay as first timers to not go during not so busy hours. We advised them it was our first time, and to explain the process to us. The waitress obliged but with a very poor uninviting mood. She explained to us that the kitchen would be closing in an hour, which was fine. We understood that but she kept coming in while we’re eating kept mentioning how they were closing soon and we had already mentioned we were gonna order anything as we had more than enough on our table. The attitude and constantly checking for us to be done made for a very horrible and depressing experience. We left at 10:30 they still had an hour to close but the doors were locked, even though they don’t close until 11:30. Had they advertised on their site. Our waitress already having a very uninviting attitude, and didn’t come to check up on us or offer water since we were consuming alcohol. It truly made for uncomfortable experience, we really did try to have a good time despite everything going on, and the fact that they were sweeping right next to us as we were eating. I get it the other sections were closed, but at least wait until we’re gone. When it came to paying the bill, I wasn’t gonna tip her at all due to lack of service, but she kept standing there waiting for me to make the selection despite us having paid already.

This place is terrible yall. The reviews look so promising not sure if its gone downhill or what but here was our experience: Arrived at 7:30 to celebrate a birthday and were seated quickly. Server came and explained the options to us as bbq and Hotpot (saying hotpot was like a create your own soup?) So we started with the BBQ. Ordered quite a few meats (beef, chicken, and pork) and almost every cut had a buttload of fat, and some of the beef and chicken had super hard pieces (idk if they were bones we kept spitting it out). Rated 2 stars purely because they were a good flavor. The bbq comes with rice which was served room temperature so not sure if it was supposed to be hot or cold. 30 minutes in we still hadn't received our drinks so asked the server again. They replied "oh you still haven't gotten them? Let me go check on that" as if they weren't the one who was supposed to get the drinks? Idk overall weird and then throughout the 2 hour ordeal our server checked on us maybe 3 or 4 times? Finally after we finished cooking everything (and wasting over half because it was inedible) we sat waiting for the check. We kept seeing our server cleaning and doing other tasks, however we waited 20 minutes trying to flag them down to get the check so we could finally go home after this already mediocre experience. Server seems to be avoiding us and finally another server asked if we were okay since we were just sitting there waiting for so long. Told her we were waiting for the check and our server comes out finally a few minutes later asking if we were doing okay? Not really anymore, we felt like we were held hostage at a kpot. Let the server know it was my partners birthday and all they said was "oh nice we usually have cheesecake but we're out im sorry". Literally there was a couple sitting across from us that also were celebrating a birthday and were offered the cheesecake 30 minutes earlier AND given a discount. I honestly had given up with this place long before the checkout so I paid and left. Will not be returning for any reason. Oh and do NOT go to the women's restroom. Floor was nasty, one stall marked out of order, another stall door just closed with no sign or anyone in it, and the third stall open- surprise with the toilet clogged and absolutely disgusting. Already feel my stomach upset, just hoping I dont get food poisoning from this place 😬
