I love canes and I don’t have one close to me in Carrollton Ga. This one was excellent. The employees were polite and smiling. The food was delicious as always.

This is a great restaurant with really good customer service and friendly, smiling people serving you. Big, roomy dining room with a few large tables as well as the smaller ones. The chicken is always made to order, fresh and juicy! Pro Tip: ask them for BOB to get their yummy Butter On Both sides of your toast!🤫 You’re welcome!!

My first time going through drive thru and I had no idea if I ordered right!!! 😂 The clerks that made sure I got it right I gave gold dollars for the thanks and I still have not seen them since!! They really made the experience well worth it. Yeah, even for something as simple as going thru a drive thru!!!!

It's the best chicken I ate in a long time it was Hot 🔥 and good. I like going to Raising Cane's Chicken on weekends with my friends and family also the Service was Great.

I hate to mention another company, but just want to say that when it comes to freshness and quality of food, Cane's beat Chic-fil-A hands down.

The chicken fingers are so daaam amazing the sauce and the bread to die for if I can have fride chicken every day thus would be the spot it put all other chicken joint to shame KFC Church chicken and all the other chicken joints can't hold a candle to this place I'm telling you that one for fact the only thing I would recommend is they add more things to the menu like BBQ chicken different types fried chicken but honestly it's still a amazing place I would love for them to build one in my home town in Florida Bradenton Florida instead of all these carwashes to be honest.

I initially gave this place 5 stars but their tenders have shrunk in size to HALF what they used to be. I guess their ULTIMATE goal is to be nugget sized. And everyone that I know that was a Canes regular is avoiding Canes as a result. I just saw a long-time friend yesterday, and she said it's horrible that the prices have gone up and the size has gone down. Will they ultimately go out of business being like this? Hard to say - but not hard to imagine. WE AREN'T THE ONLY ONES DISAPPOINTED & it seems like they have shrunk TWICE this year! It's easier to get all white meat tenders from Sam's Club -- where they give you MORE FOR LESS$$ & throw them in your oven or air fryer. Sorry just being honest. Or buy the many fingers meal for a jillion dollars & then you might be happier but just broker. This is an image of my 3 latest tenders at this store/location. I started going to the Harker Heights location, and theirs have SHRUNK also. I am APPALLED at this business philosophy. PS. Their fountain Diet Coke is the best & sometimes makes it all worthwhile. PPS. This is the $9.99 meal.

Brought a group of 20+ highschool students & chaperones (with at least a little notice) and the staff was super friendly, professional and helpful. The manager checked in with us about budget, got us through the line very quickly and we got our food even quicker. 10 out of 10 for a regular Canes visit, 11/10 for bringing a group (with some notice!). Had to try since we don’t have near us. One of son’s favorite food groups has always been chicken fingers. These are big yet fantastically juicy and tender. Absolutely so scrumptious I had to make sure they didn’t use MSG. Spoiler alert—they DON’T!!! Sauce is incredible. Fries and Texas toast also great. Seemed like manager or very knowledgeable employee at window, who when I asked for a water that I’d forgotten before, rather than acting annoyed, pleasantly gave me a giant cup of ice water. So grateful. Highly recommend this place and wish we had it at home.

We often go here for lunch. The place is very clean, well maintained and not too crowded. We didn’t have long waiting time until we got our food. The staff is very friendly and they always do a good job in keeping the tables clean. The chicken, fries and coleslaw are super fresh and really, really good and all that for a good price! Great service and food! Drive thru only took a few minutes from pulling up to receiving food. Food was piping hot. Had to wait a min to eat ink parking lot. Conveniently located next to a vape store and ups. And Starbucks. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Customer service was really friendly and professional. Thank you💯 All of this and a bottled water was about $8. This was the 3 finger meal

One of the cleanest Cane's I've been to. It was busy but the employees moved fast. The music is a little loud and makes it hard to have a conversation. Like all Cane's, they dont give you enough sauce.

Went through drive through 2 people were taking orders perfect but they never moved from There spot looking at me like im crazy like I can wait till the car moves when they should keep walking down taking orders IDK may e its just me don't get me wrong my daughter loves the food thats why I I take her.

Great food I never really have any complaints besides them only giving me 1 sauce for 4 tenders by the time I get to the 4th one I never have any sauce. The worst thing about this place on ft hood street is that it's filthy as heck I had to get some napkins and use the water from the soda machine to clean my table and seat off. Every sitting area was like this. Only had 3 people in the store but they did walk by to ask if we were good, So that was nice

Tried Raising Cane’s…meh. Chicken was juicy but quite bland. The fries were fried and salted good. The coleslaw tasted like KFC coleslaw which was delicious. I was expecting the food to have at least sum seasoning but the chicken was bland and the fries were just okay but the workers were nice so it was cool.

The food was great! Although some prices were chewy and unseasoned service was amazing though there was this one rude girl and one of our cups broke 3 times! We had to keep getting new ones, the atmosphere was horrible, it was WAYYY to loud. And there was almost no clean tables and it was extremely cold so if you go bring a jacket!

I've been eating at Cane's for many years before it even came to Killeen. When I had it the other day, it was the first time that I said it was nasty. I love their fries, but the chicken fingers were so small they gave me 4. They tasted not fresh. I was disappointed. I ate it because I paid $9.99, and I wasn't about to turn around and go back. I'll take a break from eating there. Well, next time, I'll just get fries.

Incredibly rude customer service provided over the phone when I called about an issue with an order that was delivered through DoorDash. I understand it was the dasher's mistake, but the Cane's employee that answered the phone represents Cane's. They continually cut me off to say they are not affiliated with DoorDash & would not allow me to speak a single complete sentence. Not returning to this location again.
