This is a great place for a girls' night out. Even with music, we had no issues talking and following the conversation at our outdoor table. There is indoor seating too. I highly recommend the pizzas; they are brick-oven baked and delicious!

This is my first time eating at Jokers. I've been once before for a motorcycle event but didn't order anything. The setting was like a typical bar setting with a club feel and lots of people standing around. When I went to Jokers this night, I didn't realize how big the place actually is. It still had the typical bar feel, so when I was invited to join some friends, I was aware of the setting. It was steady inside. They have high tables, a bar, music TV's, and an outside deck. 2 separate rooms to hang out/eat in, not sure if one is for smoking and the other non or not. It does have the smell of smoke, but I don't remember seeing anyone smoking. For me, that's a small turnoff because I don't like to eat while smelling smoke, and I have asthma. However, the staff is friendly and nice, the food is made on the spot and was hot and fresh when it came out. The young man that brought the food out did ask how it was! I'll return.

Been wanting to stop in here for months after two coworkers mentioned the place within the same week. We had some time to kill and it was around noon on a Sunday which wasn't busy in pre-football season. We went a little safe as there are so many options on the menu. Orders are made at the bar area and we selected their B.Y.O.Burger (bacon, pepperjack cheese and BBQ sauce) and a pepperoni pizza. I saw the brick pizza oven in back and stepped out on the back patio in time to catch the employee pulling ours out of the oven. She graciously allowed me to snap a quick photo to show you the oven. The patio area is beautiful and has a stage for bands that I fully expect to come back to experience. The pizza arrived first. We didn't know we needed to ask for plates and parmesean cheese. So it took us a few minutes to figure that out. Love the thin crust on it and the sauce reminded her of a canned sauce...I was alright with it but the wife not so much. The burger was the star of the show. Juicy, thick and gorgeous, it hit the spot. Love the sidewinder fries you see in the video. I should have thought ahead and asked for ketchup. Overall, a great experience and some things we know to do next time. Curious to the chicken items and tacos on the menu so we will probably update soon.

Way better than back in the day as far a type of crowd kept. But music and Vybz were always good and 1 of the only spots that have live bands! The food is awesome, they have a pacific style cheese steak thats bomm 😋 and the burgers too!!! Drink pricey but worthy

You seat yourself, fine, but then you have to head over to their 'main counter' and order. That makes things complicated. Oh, and make sure you bring a phone to scan a qr code to search the web for the menu. Big property, little guests. Maybe it's better here at night. $10 for one order of a few onion rings. Burger was good, bun soggy.

I stopped in while waiting for a friend to arrive at the airport. I ordered the tacos. These tacos were pretty amazing! Just the right amount of toppings and spice. No hardcopies of menus available - server had no issue with not serving me. Service was NOT friendly. I would eat there again, likely just order for pick up.

I really enjoyed my time at this bar. However, last night was not a pleasant experience. A group of people walked in with two dogs that were not even on a leash, nor did they appear to be service dogs. I personally think that it was disgusting to allow dogs to roam around freely in a bar. Not only were they going up to people and bothering them, the owner allowed the dogs to sit at the tables where people eat and drink. I do not agree with this, therefore I will not be returning.

Updated Review: After dining here off and on for years and recommending this place. I will no longer be doing so. Ordered three philly cheese steaks last night. Neither of them were seasoned or had cheese.... How do you miss putting cheese of three Philly's? That baffles me seriously. Called today and spoke with a manager. Manager says no problem we'll replace the meals. Order three orders of wings later that evening and instead of three 12 pcs wings we only got two and then was told the rest of the wings are frozen. On a Monday night with football on and your out of wings by 8:20.... Last month I also stopped in for Brunch and football and ordered the Eggs Benedict. That was a mistake also. Best Philly Cheese Steak in Killeen area! Cooked with fresh vegetables and tons of flavor. The bun wasn't soggy and falling apart either. The Fatboy Burger and fries were pretty good as well. Love those fries and my drink the A.M.F from the bar was good. Great Bartender! Will definitely be back to try the wings and chicken sandwich next!

Jokers is definitely a joke when it comes to customer service. It’s already bad enough I am borderline deaf but the bar tender was not customer friendly maybe it’s because I am African American or because I didn’t come in with non African American people. Either way there is a way to talk to people and communicate so customer don’t feel avoided. The atmosphere was pleasing and the food was beyond amazing. Kudos to the cook because they made my palate go wild in a good way. The bottom line is we are ALL consumers and our money is the same color. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT treat consumers differently because you feel like it. I won’t ever return and I wouldn’t recommend to others but I will say to go orders on the food is all good for me.

The first impression about this place was: Wow, it's that typical American bars I've seen in the movies. That should be great experience and I'm so excited! But it ended up being sad. Waitress would always forget about us. No water that I asked. No mushrooms as appetizer. No utensils. Nothing happened until we asked twice. She was nice but overall experience was horrible. My friend usually orders drinks non stop but noone asked her to refill her glass. So we left the place in bad mood and not even tipsy. About food: It was hard to eat chicken quesadilla with hands. Filling literally fall of from the tortilla. And it was no utensils til we asked. Then it took another 5 minutes to bring it while food got cold. And chicken tasted weird like it was cooked long time ago and wasn't even heated up. Drink: Pink princess or princess drink was on point. Not super sweet, good ratio of alcohol and juices. I would order that again.

wow, for a place ive been coming to for a year now, and was here just earlier this week and had no issues im now being denied entry. not for being underage or a nuisance, or even an expired id, but because my id is vertical (i am of age and id is NOT expired) i was denied. came here to celebrate with a buddy as this has always been our spot. love the vibes. but this completely ruined the experiences ive had here. Will be updating my un-expired id to a horizontal one, unlikely i return once i do. Had no problems (didnt even get IDd to begin with) earlier this week but now its an issue. smh

Stopped by for lunch on the 9th just before noon. Ordered a 10 piece chicken wings and a personal pizza to go. Got home and had the pizza- it was absolutely delicious! My wife had her wings with blue cheese and she found something interesting in her cup of blue cheese. It was a big chunk of chicken!! How the hell does a piece of chicken end up in a new container, especially at noon time! I want accountability & responsibility from the cooks to the owner! Stop cutting corners by saving other people’s condiments from the night before! This is a clear food safety violation….Don’t order sauces people, you might find someone’s dentures!

I heard such great things about this place and I'm sad to say it was really disappointing. I've been twice and the first time the homemade tortilla chips were burnt to a crisp. The second time, the homemade tortilla chips were ridiculously undercooked. Like I got served a tortilla "chip" that was an inch thick, because they had clearly not been properly separated and it was raw. Plus, based on what I heard, the management is pretty atrocious. Like I heard one of the leaders there said Ms. Renee Good "deserved to die" and while that doesn't surprise me coming from a place that supports Ted Cruz, it is still very disturbing.

This place has so much potential but hires the worst staff/bartenders I think I’ve ever experienced. I’ve gone here three times, and every single time the bartender has been INCREDIBLY rude and condescending. Almost as if I’m inconveniencing them for asking for a drink which, is their job. But the final straw for me was hearing a what sounded like polish woman (clearly not from the area) ask the bartender what kind of beers they have and the bartender proceeded to yell at her and to “move out of the way until she can figure out what she wants and she doesn’t sound like she could afford one anyways because she heard her talking about not knowing there was a $10 cover.” I was the only person behind her in line and I did not mind waiting and could not believe what I was hearing. Don’t apply to bartend if you’re miserable doing so. Because everyone at this establishment seems to be.
