I visited Starbucks almost daily for the last year & I love the staff! They make my day often. They are super friendly. Any problems I've had was promptly taken care of. If my coffee isn't to my liking, they've even re-made it. I go through the drive-thru window and It do take a minute to get my order sometimes but I don't mind... I love this place😍

The best Caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino I tried. My cousin had a Dragonfruit with coconut and it tasted soooo good. Love your drinks.

The staff here is always friendly, even during these trying times. They keep their speed of service to a comfortable level and always get our orders right. And they love giving my dog his pup cup!

they have a great group of people but every Sunday the drive thru line is long and slow... I was told it's because they have alot of mobile orders. you should not blame that on the customers who are there in front of u. find a way to fix it. you say its always every Sunday overloaded with mobile orders then management should be addressing this.

So order while there, other orders come and gone, still no drinks, had to ask where that stood on production of the order, girl behind counter acted like she didn't understand my question, kept asking name They seem to only care before you get your menu item, after that if you are seated inside they don't even inquire if you need anything else or even care, like you are just in the background

this location is very inconsistent with their customer service and as well with time. i had ordered my usual drink (a dragonfruit refresher) and it took me over 20 minutes to receive it!! and while this was happening, i was the only one in the shop and nobody else except drive thru also had orders, however when another woman after me came she was greeted and her drink was made immediately.i had to follow up about my drink with a barista but only then was my drink slid not even handed! to me by a barista with the with the worst attitude. very mediocre location.

Sorely disappointed in this Starbucks. I ordered a venti pumpkin cream cold brew light on the cream with an extra shot of espresso. My coffee tastes like sweet milk. It’s like oh we’re closing and we ran out of cold brew. So we will just add more milk. She won’t notice. I noticed. $7.11 for a venti milk. See photo here.

Christmas hours were posted online. And they closed 3 hours early and refused to serve anyone and left quite a few people waiting in line due to them deciding to close early

Yesterday afternoon, your crew member decided it would be appropriate to make comments on a customers voice at the drive through . Very loudly in front of others, maybe train your staff to lower their voices next time. Come here to get coffee with a side of insults apparently,- watch out for the suspender offender

I went into work early and realized I was scheduled later so I decided to go to Starbucks for a nice think to myself and some basic reading, and the music was blasting at 9am and I was still half asleep, that is why I went there for coffee. Who wants music that loud at 9am?? I am almost 50 years old and don’t want to hear Jenny on the block. One star for atmosphere.

I recently had a disappointing experience at my usual Starbucks. Despite repeating my order three times, they got it wrong. When I pointed out the mistake at the window, the barista's attitude was unapologetic and dismissive, making me feel like I was at fault. When I requested an iced drink, the store manager approached with an unfriendly demeanor and displayed a similar attitude. After asking for a refund, the manager claimed she had just arrived at the window and wasn't aware of the issue. I reiterated how their behavior made me feel belittled, especially since I had placed my order correctly. I requested a refund to the original payment method, but instead of refunding my debit card, the manager put the refund on a Starbucks rewards card. Needless to say, I won't be returning. It seems good customer service is hard to find.
