It's a lot of options to choose from. The quesadilla is the best here but other food is regular. Tamales are is a bit dry. And in came for chips and salsa that was advised by my friend that it is worth to try. It's not the best. Actually I didn't like salsa. Lunch for 2 without drinks end up being 22 dollars.

Staff is very friendly food is awesome had the Carne giada with guacamole, price for lunch special is $7.25 with 8 choices and Margarita was made just the way I like it on the rocks with lightly iced. Over all had a great lunch.

We have been eating here for years, our go to place for a long time. All of a sudden, out of the blue we get told an extra serving of nachos is an extra .99. They serve a single person a serving but 4 of us can't have 2 servings of nachos? We were told it's policy, we'll your policy is stupid as if we were at 4 different tables, taking up all your space we would get 4 servings and all we were asking for was 1 additional serving. I think it is completely stupid and a unjustified policy. Please reevaluate your policy or we will have to find somewhere else to dine. We like your place alot and would prefer going there but I will not condone a policy that does not make any sense. Thank you for your attention in this matter. The on off Trimmer is where we did go.

I prefer taquerua on w Stan Schlueter loop Killeen Texas, I came on November 30, 2025 at noon, there was only one customer outside of self present. however when I walked up to the countering had to grab a margarita menu, I was told I’d be given a food menu. I waited 10 minutes before anyone came up to me, so I walked up to the counter again, and I told them to give me a menu. A woman said she will provide the menu to me instead. I told her OK thank you and guided her to my table knowing they forgot about me. Moving on, I ordered one margarita and ordered a Berria taco plate. and after dining for about an hour I requested a second margarita they declined, I started to notice they were also watching me while I ate I as if I were an issue.🫠I simply asked for my check and tipped so I may leave the uncomfortable situation. I wrote this review in their parking lot because I wanted at least an hour between my drink and my getting back on the road. But yea I felt unwelcome is why I left

i ordered queso with ground beef, and normally i order from the taqueria and they don’t give me pools of grease on top of my queso, or chucks of meat that aren’t grounded properly. highly disappointed and disgusted. i have a performance later and now i don’t have something to eat cause it’s drowning in grease.

My food was burnt and the tacos was horrible. The tacos tasted like dishwater. I had two beef tacos and a steak taco. They didnt bring out the sides and just gave bland food . Very disappointed.

This used to be a spot my family and I loved to go but with the high turn overs, they seem to just hire anyone or within the family and it shows. Let me preface by saying when we showed up, there was at MOST 2 other small families there. We were there for over 1.5 hours. We ordered our food, I specifically ordered the supreme burrito which comes with chile con queso on top, I usually order tomatillo sauce on the side, which I did this time, like I always do. Our food came, but my burrito was topped with their normal red salsa (I didn’t ask for that). I told our waiter that’s not the salsa I ordered, he said he would go get the right salsa and walked away. 15 minutes pass, my family is almost done eating and I’m still waiting for my salsa. Note I also didn’t have a knife to cut it (I had asada and you can’t just cut through it with a fork). So my husband goes to the front and asked for my salsa and knife, he was told “it’d be out soon.” Another 10 minutes pass, still nothing. Our waiter doesn’t come to ask how everything is, our drinks are empty and not once did he check on us. So I walk to the front and yet again ask for my knife and salsa. A waitress gave me the knife and then told me “my salsa would be out soon,” again another 10 minutes pass and we finally get the attention of our waiter and I finally get my simple side bowl of tomatillo salsa after a total of 35 minutes later. I was frustrated and annoyed and said “I don’t know why I have to wait for a small bowl of salsa that just has to be poured in a bowl, it’s not something complicated” to which he responded “that’s not something we do, our cooks do, and our cooks were busy.” Clearly the cooks can’t handle 3, normal sized families. I ordered my salsa WITH my food, not after our food had come. It’s something that should have been done in the first place. It seems like such a small thing to “complain” about, but if I go out and I’m paying for my food, I expect it to be done RIGHT. And I’m a patient person, but when I’m waiting 35 minutes for a lousy side of salsa and being told “the cooks were busy,” and poor service, I’m getting pissed. I’ve never once in my life went out to eat and left no tip, but this was just crappy service all around. Not once did he check on us and not once did any of our drinks get refilled. They clearly have poor management with the high turnover rates. They sure like to charge for everything and no refunds, but they sure don’t have a service that should be acting like they got their heads on right. Definitely won’t be going there anymore. The only pros in their favor is the quiet atmosphere and the no wait times (which should be telling of their service because what restaurant isn’t busy on a Saturday evening).

The bags ripped as we got in the house. The soup leaked into The chips. The chicken burrito’s chicken was so dry that the kids could not eat it. And when you call, this lady always gives service with an attitude. A shame because some of the other people there work hard and are welcoming.

We set down and the waitress was confused on our order. They never once came by and check on us. We had to go and get our own refills and Togo trays. Not acceptable. They stayed in the back playing on the phones.

I ordered a half plate of nachos, expecting the usual. Chips, diced chicken and toppings. Instead i received broken taco shells (yes taco shells broken in half) with haphazardly cut pieces of chicken. Defenitely not what I was expecting. I called the manager over and asked her if I could switch my nachos out with something else. She gave me a rude look and proceeded to say there was "Nothing wrong with the food" and she would still charge us even if we switched the meals. 0/10 will not be coming back

EDIT: Your response about the limes is not an excuse. Train your staff. Fire your chef, use real chips for your nachos, and stop the false advertising with the CHILE con queso The server brought me out DRY LIMES! These limes looked like they were cut at opening, we got there at 5pm. We ordered the CHILE con queso. We got a bowl of regular cheese sauce. I thought, based on the name, there would be chile's in it. We ordered nachos, and what we got was tortillas cut in half. There weren't enough "nachos" to eat the toppings. The ingredients were all canned ingredients, not even fresh! We both ordered the "mexican" burrito but the only thing mexican about it was the colors of the sauce. The server neglected us, we had to ask for refills on chips and salsa even though we left the bowls out clearly implying we want more. No love is put into this food, i could make this stuff at home. People go out for food they cant make without training. Seriously dont know how you got restaurant of the year. We wont be returning.
