This place is disgusting they use their bare hands to make pizza and gives you burnt pizza with no refund. It’s disgusting and the employees use their dirty hands to touch fresh pizza. Their coughing and sneezing all around the food. I’m telling you and warning you to not eat here or you will get FOOD POISONING !!! GO TO KILLEN ITS WAYYYY BETTER! They also have roaches and molded food in their as well. The MANAGER SEEMS NOT TO CARE. This place needs to be shut down or fire everyone in their. I will be calling corporate on this location.

If I could put zero stars I would, ordered 2 large pizzas last night, door dash took over an hour to get to my house (which the driver delivered another order in my neighborhood then went back to get mine) shows up with the complete wrong order. Call the store and of course they blame door dash so I take the order I got to the right person hoping they have mine and they don’t. Papa John’s mixed up 3 orders because we all share the same first name! I’ve disputed the charge with my bank because getting a refund is like pulling teeth. Never using this place again

Experienced an order issue, wrong toppings and poorly made & handled pizza. Picked it up at 12am. Returned to the hotel to find it was incorrect. By that point the store was closed. Called in the next day to have the issue addressed. The manager demanded I bring the pizzas to her, “if” they were incorrect. Basically called me a liar without saying it. I said all I wanted was the order made the way I ordered it. I was nothing but respectful. She said “unfortunately we are a business, so you gotta bring the pizzas to me” I already went to bed, went to work, and came back to the hotel. You think that pizza is going to be there that long?? The adults ate the one pizza. The kids couldn’t have any of it, they put jalapeno on both. Not that way it was ordered. She refused to provide a resolution. So I contact corporate. Got an intake rep. They submitted the ticket. 2 days later I get a text from a “sherry bounds” she said that the local management would reach out to Ken 5 days go by. Nothing. I reach out to sherry again. Nothing. Zero resolution. From corporate, to management nothing. Someone needs to contact me and correct the issue. I assure you I will continue to escalate this. And all who have failed to provide customer service will certainly be held accountable for their lacking.

Our office was having a party so I called to order but it said it was closed. We happen to be in the same shopping center so I walked to see if they were open. Two employees were standing at the front and the door was unlocked. I peeked my head in to ask if they were open. They open at 10am, and it was 10:05. They said no, so I asked if they would open later today. The woman raised her voice at me, clearly with an attitude saying it says they’re closed on the door. Honest mistake, as I didn’t see it and it was written in orange highlighter. I apologized and left but why is the door unlocked at opening time when you’re not taking orders? And why be rude? I’m not the type to write reviews but it was so uncalled for, I had to say something. Definitely won’t be coming back unless it’s to get the woman’s name.

Ordered for delivery. After waiting 30 minutes. Got no call or notification of the cancellation. Tried to call the store and was on hold over 5 minutes. I know they aren’t that busy at 10:45am. Looks like we’ll be looking for a new pizza place.

Look, I love Papa John's pizza more than the other fast food chains, but there is a new manager there in 2025 who is running this place into the ground. I like to get food from here once a month to treat myself and it has been wrong or given to someone else every time. I type this as the 5th time this year, in a row, as they remake my order of just wings and cheese sticks. Also that other review about the lady with the nails digging in her pocket before cooking is confirmed. I miss what this place used to be. I'm gonna have to start picking up my order in Killeen :/ And I don't even like posting reviews, but the service here is ridiculous. One person made a huge difference.

The lady who was working 7/2/25 @ 11pm was really rude. I came in for a door dash and she had a really cold personality, moved really slowly with a standoffish vibe and talked like she was talking down to me while showing no else of urgency to complete the order. She looked like she absolutely hated her job. I won’t be returning to this store even for deliveries if this is the quality of staff they have.

I recently witnessed a highly concerning incident at Papa John's in Copperas Cove ,that has completely changed my perception of their food safety. A staff member, wearing long fake nails, was observed digging into their pocket to check their cell phone. Alarmingly, they then proceeded to make pizzas without washing their hands or even putting their phone away. This blatant disregard for basic hygiene is disgusting and incredibly risky. Contaminated hands are a direct pathway for spreading germs, and handling a personal device like a cell phone mid-preparation only exacerbates the problem. It's a fundamental food safety principle to wash hands thoroughly, especially after touching personal items. Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if customers experience illness after eating from this location. The lack of attention to cleanliness displayed by an employee directly handling food is a serious red flag. I strongly urge anyone considering ordering from this Papa John's to **think twice**. Until proper hygiene protocols are strictly enforced and followed, the risk to public health is simply too high.

So this is what happened last night when we ordered Pizza from Papa John's it was badly burned and they said that's how it is supposed to be when we called them the manager was very rude it's a shame that we pay for something and get it delivered burned never again if could post the picture I would that pizza was black

They take forever and use door dash so door dash blames papa johns and they blame door dash. Pizza sucks but kids like it for some reason. Not enough sauce for me. Order not "confirmed" for 20 minutes after i ordered and door dash driver was waiting for them to finish order after almost an hour. They really have their stuff together. NOT. Shouldn't take this long for pizza. So I go up there after an hour, this is 15 minutes after it says my driver has left, i see his location is still at the store. 5 minute drive. I ask the employee to refund. Complain to him for about 5 minutes. He asks my name, the driver standing there say "Are you so and so?" He said "I have your food" I said where? He had it in his truck for 25 minutes at this point because he was waiting on another order. He tried to make excuses but he was full of it, he accepted another order and didnt give a crap about my food or the way papa johns is perceived for food quality. Papa Johns not off the hook cause they are the idiots who partnered with door dash to begin with. Lame!!! Wont be getting Papa Johns for a while in the future. Pictures show when i ordered and how it was "confirmed" 25 MINUTES after I placed it. So it was 25 minutes before they even looked at my order.

I ordered a plain cheese pizza with extra sauce, dryest pizza ever, I also got garlic knots, I got plain bread knots, also ordered the spicy garlic sauce, they brought me regular garlic sauce instead, no call to ask or nothing, I called to tell them about my garlic knots and pizza and when they finally answered all I could hear was somebody screaming in the background will tell her to come pick them up then and then when the manager got on the phone, she was very rude and disrespectful

absolutely the worst Papa John’s Pizza I have ever had. Pizza is burnt, and there are a few toppings in the center of the pizza. The rest is all cheese. crest was all burnt to where I couldn’t even use the garlic dipping sauce. I normally don’t do reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous. $30 for a pizza and it was awful. Hope y’all have better luck.

Foods barely passable and it takes for ever to get food. It's been an hour in counting and still don't have food .just got my order and it's trash everything is cold . HOW DO YOU MAKE A PIZZA HAVE REGULAR HALF THIN CRUST. They pretty much stomped on the garlic dippinh sauce and poured it into the box. Parts of the pizzas were burnt.We are done with papa John's and gonna be going to pizza hut.
