The employees that work at this Taco Bell are the best at what they do. No matter what time of the day I visit this establishment , no matter which employee, I am always greeted with a professional person to take my order and most of the time with a smile. I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant and God knows I needed it. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was attentive and friendly. While waiting for my food to arrive, a lovely lady offered me water, which was greatly appreciated. I felt like I was in heaven, and it was such a relief to have someone look after me in such a thoughtful way. The food was absolutely delicious, and I was impressed by the quality and presentation of every dish. The chef clearly has a talent for creating unique and flavorful dishes that are sure to satisfy any palate. The portions were generous, and I left feeling completely satisfied. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and for that, I am truly grateful. Thank you so much!
There's a few different things Not liked about this location.But the employees are still pretty helpful and I've never had any problems. And I've been going to this location for nearly 10 years.
I love Taco Bell, but I got a small bone to pick just cause it's something I started noticing a few months ago and my theories keep getting proven. So, I always order the same thing, the cantina chicken bowl, and whenever I have the time to order in app or come through with my points and everything, the bowl is ALWAYS filled to the brim with every ingredient, rice is always amazing, chicken is always tender and hot, lettuce is always crunchy, so on so on.. whenever I order through doordash, due to not really being able to leave my child unattended and not feeling like loading her in a car seat for fast food, they always lack luster the bowl, either skimping portions, giving me burnt rice, or both. I feel like it's unfair to be paying extra to have it delivered only to not receive the same experience I'd have as a "rewards member". Anyway, thats my two cents, and aside from the bad, I do have a really great experience whenever I get food from here.
Well food was good hot and shells were crisp, but I asked for sauce for a meal that fed 5 adults and recieved 6 packets of sauce that had 2 party packs and a couple combo meals. That was the only issue.
Skimpy protein portions on all our items. Hard tacos seemed to have been sitting for a bit. Fast and friendly service, though.
I love Taco Bell but lately this location sucks! I honestly feel like the staff isn’t friendly also why in the hell when I asked for all the sauces I get only mild and breakfast salsa!! It’s 6PM
The food was cold. The beans were burnt. But the young man at the register was a sweetheart who has big dreams. I hope he accomplishes those dreams.
I buy food here because I like a specific dish, but this is my second time coming here. They have two machines to order yourself, and the thing is that for those who are new to ordering here, it is a bit complicated and you may have questions and there is no one to help you at that time. I even made a mistake with the order, but I left it at that. There were two people preparing the food and I approached to ask something, and I quickly looked at his gesture in bad taste, but she came to assist me, I went back so they could give me a bag for my food, and logic says, you have to assist the customer first who needs something quick, which was a bag, but no, the same person who made the arrogant face attended to someone who was going to order food, she still finished attending to her and was still at the cash register until I told her "look, I need a bag, can you give it to me?" She kept looking inside to see if there were more people where they prepare the food for the customer and obviously there was no one else and that's how he gave it to me, incredible, like 4 minutes had passed. To complement the completely cold Chalupa tortilla, it's true it's a fast food restaurant, but at least there are many ways to keep the food a little warm. They need to be more attentive to their customers, nicer people who show their face for the place.
Arrived at 9:40 PM (store closes at 10), but the doors were already locked. Jane said “we’re closed” and staff ignored me until I called. My order was given to someone else without verification, and the manager Patrick did not properly resolve the issue. Completely unacceptable.
Ordered the new nuggets and they were burned & dry. There wasn't a lot of customer for a Tuesday afternoon so there wasn't any reason for them to be like this. I hate going to the Copperas Cove Taco Bell! There's always something wrong with our order!
If you’re expecting to get what you paid for then forget it. Ordered SUPREME taco & burrito & cheese fries. Ended up with very little of all 3. Not going back to this place.
I ordered food for my grandson including the fried dough with cinnamon. They were delivered raw, fried on the outside and raw dough on the inside. Not edible.
Nothing was made correctly, literally no meat in the crunch wrap supreme! Will not be going to this location again, and has made me rethink going to any taco bell again! Would give no stars if possible!
I have been to many Taco Bell’s and never had a problem always get the Mexican pizza combo and nacho fries come to this one and they give me cheese and shell on my pizza I will never go back to far to go back
