By far the BEST Top Donuts location. Even though I moved to Killeen, I still drive out to Cove to go here. Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff and everything there is amazing.

I went through the drive-thru, very fast service ordered my sausage, egg and cheese croissant. The lady at the window sounded friendly but her face said otherwise. Overall the food is great and they have speedy customer service.

Hands down best donuts around! I eat them all the time but today was the first time that I've ever actually been to their establishment. The gentleman working the window was kind, courteous and genuinely a happy person. With customer service consistently going downhill everywhere it was such a refreshing thing. 10/10 will definitely be back.

My new favorite donut place. I stopped going to Shipley’s because of rude service. I got the regular sausage cheese and jalapeño and it was actually good! The bread was hot and fresh and you could smell the yeast from it (the kind of fresh bread I absolutely love!). I saw burritos on the menu so maybe next time I’ll try them. Also, the worker at the window was very nice. Thank you Top Donut for making my morning a lot brighter!

l personaly like the donuts in this shop. Good service too. Has been in Copperas Cove for many years, and they know what the locals like.

They seem to have really turned this place around from before! I would still recommend Donuts Coffee instead, though.

Pretty good donuts. They are not overly sweet. Try the 1 cream cheese and 1 vanilla cream and they are perfectly balance on the filling. Also nibs some cakes donuts (blueberry, Coffee cake and sugar coated) the best one is blueberry. The others are a little dry other than that they are good.

I was actually most impressed that the filled donut actually had a good amount of filling throughout. I would have liked to try the kolaches, but at close to 1000 they seemed like they were not going to be warm. Staff were also super friendly and attentive.

Got some raspberry jelly donuts. While the donut was light and airy and the glaze perfect, please actually put some jelly in the jelly donuts. Half a teaspoon of jelly isn't enough. There should be some jelly in every bite. Coffee was nice and fresh with no bitterness.

Ordered lg kolache sausage, cheese and jalapeño. Heated a small one but he caught it and apologized so not an issue. He got the large kolache and heated up. Well got home it was just a plain sausage kolache. I live I. Killeen and ours is not this thin dough. I can watch tv.

Therefore, for the price you pay, the ham should be of a better quality. Go to the deli and get your ham there not from a cheap package that you can mark up the charge to your customer. The donuts here are ok. They do not taste any different than the donuts you can get from Walmart. The difference is that you can drive up and get them here, and you get the awesome opportunity of paying more. If I were you and you did not have an unyielding pain in the butt sister. I would give my business to Shipleys or maybe give Dunkin a try. I have not had the opportunity to go there yet.

The lady that served in the drive-thru was great. The kolaches... Not so much, in my opinion. If you're into a cheap hot dog baked in bread, go for it. Pretty high priced for the taste, I could have made much better ones at home.

I like that they have a location now off of FM116 which is close to my house. I don't like is the two ladies that work there when the owner is not around. They are more interested in the conversation they are having then the customer. On top of that, they got my order wrong again, which I don't notice until I get half way home or to work. It not that hard, to listen to the customer. I always get the same thing, and yet they seem to get it wrong. These ladies need to be either trained or dismissed if they can't pay attention to the customer.

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS. Today i bought donuts for my family. In one of the donuts was a HUGE FINGER NAIL. So F@#$ nasty. I called the store to let them know. The first thing that comes out of the lady's mouth was are you sure u bought the donuts from me? wtf really. She only said sorry about the donuts after I told her that I will be calling the city health inspector. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the second time I went there and the first time wasn't a BAD experience but the lady was rude. Everyone has a bad day from time to time so I gave her the benefit of a doubt. So I go back today and no change in her attitude but on top of her attitude they didn't have what we asked for. So that will be the last chance that was given. It's a good thing Shipley's Donuts is opening up soon!!!

Maybe have somebody that knows how to treat customers working the window. Don't waste your time at this place.
