The three strip meal is really plenty. You think your gonna want more but with the bread and fries it is plenty! You might need one more sauce but other than that it's perfect!

I am in love with Canes it's one of my top Texas fast food spots. They hyper focus on doing one thing very very well pays off. The chicken strips are killer and I've always been welcomed with a friendly staff. Eat here!

This location is great! We came in from some volleyball games with four teams and they were able to accommodate us very well. The staff was friendly and we all got our food quickly.

I’ve had a really rough week this week. I was running late and picked up lunch for myself and my son on Thursday around 1pm. I pulled up to pay for my food and the lovely woman working that window had made my day. I was on the verge of tears and her kind words and smile gave me some strength. I hope she may see this and I hope she knows I’m grateful for her kindness. I was in a Chevy and after paying I rolled down the back window and my son said bye bye and thank you. Btw, food was great but customer service was exceptional. Thank you.

Just about the cleanest fast food restaurant I've been in. First time eating at a Raising Cane's, I am very delighted. The chicken was tasty, well-seasoned, and very crispy.

We love Raising Canes! We had our pups in the car and went through the drive through. She asked if our dogs would love some treats and they were happy, and that makes us happy! Also, pro-tip order a meal completely, then make substitutions, they appreciate that! (E.g. Box combo with Dr pepper. Instead of slaw extra toast please)

I've been coming here for 2 yrs and it's been the most friendliest and honest serving resteraunt by far. I asked for a 100$ in change and they provided what they thought was the right amount. But when I counted the cash I was short handed, i explained the situation and provided my correct amount and believed me. 10/10 Resteraunt I highly recommend this place if you want some good fried chicken and feel like family. Shout out to this one chick with a bunch of piercings on her face, she was sweet and understanding and awsome to talk to as well as her short African American manager who arrived to the scene and got shiz done. 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌😋😋😋😋

Always a great experience. Food is, and always has been awesome. Recently learned they offer a military discount for anyone that didn't know. Staff was very quick and helpful. It is a little more pricey than most chicken places but they taste better so it's worth it.

The employees in this store during the day are absolutely fabulous they're smiling all the time they're friendly and they're just a wonderful group of people!! I can go in and feel the energy from the day crew.. the teens at night are ok nothing compared to the day shift, but they are friendly and they do smile, and they are learning.. Have to give them that.. But they can't beat the day shift (sorry guys) The inside of the store is extremely clean very very clean!!! And the food... Ughhh... ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! Never have a complaint ever about the food.. Keep it up Copperas Cove Cane's!!

Gonna be honest. First time here and the food is a bit more bland than im used to. Not terrible but not like over the top. However what made me give this location in particular 5 stars was Dorothy! Very nice lady that works up front and brightened my day up. Would go back just to have her take my order and help me out again. Stay wonderful and as you are!

My fiancee and I get Cane's almost every time we go to Cove, and to be honest with you? The food is good, but only good. The chicken tends to be very juicy, but more than I am a fan of personally. The canes sauce is great of course, and the toast goes well with it, but the fries are the best part of the meal. The best part of any visit, though, isn't the food or the incredibly short wait times or the great atmosphere -- it's the people. The folks there are always so friendly, and it's clear that they genuinely enjoy working there. There's a special gleam in their eye and a way that they talk that just screams, "let us help you." I can't recommend it enough if you are looking for a quick bite to eat indoors.

I was warmly greeted as a visitor from Florida. Not only did staff take the time to explain the history of the business, they also helped me in choosing a meal that would provide the whole experience. The food was amazing! And the staff was absolutely enjoyable. Before I return home I will definitely go again! You have to try their chicken it's some of the best I've ever had.

I own Mon'Amie's Caribbean Flava Ice and I look for excellence. I have eaten there 7 times in 12 days. They have displayed great customer service on each occasion. The food has been exceptional and the facility is very clean. Keep up the great work.

The staff are some of the most positive people i have ever seen. Not only was the service fast, but I just wanted to be there.

We usually offer to pay for a meal of someone we see in uniform: military, police, firefighters, etc. But we decided not to make that offer this time--because we were about the only ones here without a military uniform! The food is always hot & fresh. It takes a while for the order to be ready...but you know it wasn't sitting under a heat lamp all morning! Kind service (just like back home in Arizona), so we felt very comfortable. Very glad we stopped here on our trip!

There is one employee (not sure of his name) at this location who makes the experience worth the visit alone. His energetic, positive, friendly attitude makes me want to return to this location in the future. I wish I had gotten his name but he’s a very fit, younger, black guy who has an infectious spirit and made me and my kids excited to be there. Promote ahead of peers!

My husband and I tried going to McDonald’s after two horrible customer service attempts (completely ignored twice) so we decided to give raising canes a try. I wish we had this on the East coast! So good The chicken was fresh and crispy, perfect amount of seasoning and pairs perfectly with the sauce. The bread had a thin crispy outer layer and a perfectly soft middle and the fries were very fresh as well. First time coming, and hopefully many more to count in the future. And as for the customer service, superb. We were greeted as soon as we entered and it reminded me of back home in North Carolina and their hospitality Recommend 4.9/5

My dad and I went to the cove location. This was my dad's first time coming here. While they did not know this was his first time, he felt as if it was a sit down place rather than a fast food restaurant because of the demeanor and warmth of the employees. Copperas Cove location the staff is always super friendly. 1 employee dont know his name but he always interacts with everyone. He's almost always there, always greets in such a positive attitude you can hear him smiling whenever he speaks to you if that makes any sense. Various other employees came by every single 1 would say something as they walk by. Whether it was to ask if you were OK, if they could take your trash, or to thank you & ask you to come back. Don't know if any other locations are like this but this location is my favorite 1 for sure. Doesn't hurt that the sandwich is always good. 👍

Incredible customer service at this location. The gentleman that took my order was very friendly and and hard working. He and another employee checked on me throughout my dine in experience to make sure everything was good. As I was eating, he was cleaning tables, running to take an order, and greeting people as they walked in and thanking them as they left. As I left, he referred to me as Mr. Aaron and thanked me which left a strong impression upon me that he would take the effort to remember my name that long. There was also someone else cleaning the windows out side. You can tell the employees at this location take great pride in their restaurant and making sure customers are completely satisfied.

Stopped by the Raising Cane’s in Copperas Cove and was blown away by the staff—they were incredibly friendly, fast, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. They even remembered the extra Cane’s sauce (a must-have especially when its extra $) What really stood out to me was the atmosphere. This location has merchandise for sale and displays with few pieces of history, honoring Fort Hood, the military, firefighters, and more. It’s thoughtful little details like this that make the place feel connected to the community, not just another chain. Overall, a great location! I’ll definitely be back!

Came in 7/16/25 now I’ll admit the food is always good but the thing that lead me to leave a 5/5 review was a gentleman named Jason A. Poteat As soon as I walked in he greeted me with respect had a great attitude the whole time I honestly forgot I was in a fast food place for a second. After my order he asked my name and used Mr before it not only after a few costumers came in after I threw my trash away and he greeted me the same as when I first walked in. Hard working cleaning tables and trash I’m more impressed than others mainly because I’ve been in this position before and it’s hard to keep such an amazing attitude and atmosphere with these jobs but he does it well and I think it’s honestly supervisor material. These kinda employees are extremely hard to find. Jason my friend I hope this review helps you in any way possible and management sees the potential and benefits you have along with you.

Cane’s is my daughter’s absolute favorite place to eat, and while it’s not my favorite, we will always support this particular store. The manager is amazing when it comes to supporting our community and prioritizing the customer. 8 years ago, I was a first year teacher and the store gave my entire class coupons. I called and asked about being able to redeem them for our field day. Not only did the manager agree, he delivered them all to the school for free! Very recently we stopped in on my daughter’s birthday, but struggled with figuring out how to get the app to work. The manager helped us navigate the app, but the email never came through. Instead of turning us away, he gifted my daughter her birthday meal, and it was probably her favorite gift of the day honestly lol We like to prioritize supporting local businesses and while Cane’s is a chain, we’ll continue to support this store as they invest so much into our community!

Caines is possibly my favorite chicken strip, but I guess that's not saying much as I'm just giving it 4 stars. Chicken is always hotter than the sun and fries are very good. Service is always fast and friendly.

I had the worst experience at a Raising Cane's outside of Charleston,SC, so I decided to give it a try again. The food did not appear to be sitting under a heating lamp all day. The strips were hot and tender, and the fries were fresh.

Chicken was good. People were great. Seemed a little....cookie cutter kind of thing. It was good, juicy chicken. Decent slaw. Just kind of food court ish. It's worth eating.

The food was good as far as mine went, my husband's sandwich the ingredients kept sliding off. And Brittany was not nice at all. The saying goes "if you don't like the job don't work there" but it almost made me want to leave and come back at a later time.

Cleannplace friendly service. Chicken was dry for me. Fries were old. As much as people had hyped up this chain, my first experience was disappointing. I will try again one day, just a different location.

Raising Canes has fast service. Professional workers, food is usually fresh, and establishment is always clean. The chicken fingers could be seasoned a little more, and they could add more fries for the price you pay. I go for convenience during busy days.

Food is always fresh and piping hot. The kids rave about how good the French fries are, and most times, request a 2nd cane's sauce!

The lemonade was delicious. The toast was good and the chicken was okay. The cole slaw tasted funny to me. It had a smoky flavor 😝 The dipping sauce was yucky to me. Didn't like the dipping sauce at all. Offering an alternate option for the dipping sauce would have been nice.

Kept forgetting our items, Constantly messing around I don’t necessarily think it’s a place to be pinching your coworkers in their chest, but that’s just my personal opinion. The place was very clean. And the food was good. It was just the service was not very good.

I have eaten cane's chicken in every state, most of it. In California and Oklahoma a chicken is a little bit bigger in sizes however in Kane's chicken here in Copperas cove, Texas. The chicken is a lot smaller and I'm taking a picture.

Food is delicious, but the employees need to fix their attitude. I went through the drive thru window and the girl opens the window, hands me my drink and my food and then closes the window. No smiles, no hello, not a single word. I thought maybe she was going to get more things, nope just hands me my food and closes the window like 'okay bye'.

PLEASE enforce handwashing. I spent 8 hours in urgent care and the ER just to find out I have Viral gastroenteritis caused by poor food handling, unclean water and unhygienic practices. I ate here Wednesday night and woke up 4 hours later sick to my stomach 2 days and counting. I’m struggling to take care of myself and my family all because someone didn’t wash their hands or handle food properly. There is someone or a group of staff potentially put others lives at stake being lazy and it’s not okay.

I love Raising Cane's, and was so happy that this one was opening close to where I lived. Finally went there today and was pretty disappointed. The chicken was as good as it usually is but the bread was damp (literally had soggy spots on it) and there fries were undercooked and were also soggy. Not sure if I just went at a bad time or what, but I've eaten at Cane's dozens of times in the past (at other locations/states) and never had this issue before.

Weird, confrontational staff. Talking to my friend in the parking lot after eating a staff member approached us upset because we were “Too close to his truck.” We were parked next to him Really odd behaviour and poor manners.

I would love to be able to compliment the food. However the employees apparently cannot count to 6. My food was not in the bags at all but it was sure on the receipt. Bad experience kicked off when cashier ignored me to help another person that walked up when I was about to order and never said sorry bout that, or thanks for waiting. I had actually thought for second of walking out, which I should have, but didn’t as was going to let it go and enjoy the meal I had been craving. All three tenders were a lot smaller compared to every other locations I’ve been to, should’ve snapped a pic. Ketchup was watery as well. Fries and bread were the only highlight of my visit. Disappointing experience overall for what I paid. I’ll try another Canes, just not this one.

Co-workers raved about this place so I felt it was a must try. Well, after trying, highly disappointed. For starters, to know that there is only one menu item, chicken tenders is upsetting; where's the variety. It seems like a cloned version on Chik fil a with much higher prices and lower quality foods. Once I ordered, I was shocked to pay $8 for a 3 piece tender, fries, and lemonade. The portion was kid sized. I tasted, the fries were soggy and the tenders was tiny. So disappointed. After seeing my meal, I contacted the restaurant via email and received a call from the manager whom apologized and stated would provide me with a complimentary meal and stated would mail. Well as of today 10/16, I have yet to receive anything (i visited the first week which was 09/21). Personally, It's not a place I'd recommend or revisit.

Stingy Ketchup Police. I asked for extra ketchup. She said, "how many" I said 2, she said "im gonna have to charge you for that" and then charged me almost $1 for 2 packs! Insane. This should be your new slogan "Canes, the only fast food to ever, in the history of the world, charge for ketchup " your $1 just cost you a lifetime customer. Figure that on your bottom line.

I don't like their product but their staff are amazing. It isn't their fault that I don't like what they cook. I asked for a cup of ice to drive through and they gave me a full 20 oz cup for free. Awesome.

Absolute worse experience! Visited on March 17th. They were out of fries and substituted “Texas toast” which ended up being a stale, subpar piece of bread I wouldn’t have even fed to birds in a park.

I have never seen a fast food place stingier with their ketchup and sauces in canes and for that reason, they get one Star. There is no reason to withhold condiments from your paying customers. If you want to charge for the ketchups, just charge for it. But don't short us on what we ask for. I will be going to Chick-fil-A from here on out. Because they will let you get as many ketchups as you want, which is only enough for the meal. It's not like we're taking them home and storing them up to make spaghetti.

My daughter was in drive thru today and the employees (two grown men) yelled at her cause she was waiting for her food at the wrong window. Very unprofessional and I will never come back to this location and neither will my family who lives in cove.

Everything is good but the food, everytime i go there it gets worse, i went today and i just knew something wasn’t right! The fries tasted old like old potatoes. And everytime i bit into the chicken it tasted like someone pooped and didn’t wash their hands and touched all the food, I’ve never wrote a review on anything but man im so sick yall dont eat the food there

It's such a shame because when there isn't hair in my chicken (zoom in on the attached photo to see the hair that's in the batter of the chicken), I really love this place. I was coming here weekly because it's one of my favorite places to get tendies, but the "customer service" received from the on-site manager was just laughable. After biting into one of the chicken tenders and noticing there was a hair, I ran it inside immediately to let them know what had happened, and to get my money back. The manager didn't even seem concerned about the fact that there was hair in my food, and nonchalantly offered to replace the single chicken tender for me (?????). I asked why I'd want more food when my appetite had been ruined already, and based upon that question, agreed to refund me my money. As I was in there, I looked and noticed no one in the back was wearing hair nets at all (big surprise!). Not coming back here with the current manager's lack of concern for the hygiene of their employee's and how it's affecting the food that's being served. Unreal.

Did a mobile order for curbside delivery. Checked in and waited over 10 minutes and it wasn’t a busy time. Finally went inside my food had been sitting on the counter for a while. The guy in the front just goes my bad I didn’t see you out there. I was parked in the mobile spot and checked in upon arrival. Fries were already soggy and cold by the time I got it. It was my lunch break so I couldn’t ask for a remake.

I got an order of chicken with an arnold palmer on the side. I didn't notice that it is literally GREEN only halfway to drinking it. I am disgusted, I don't understand how that situation can happen. I poured it out, and it was still visibly green at the bottom.
