If you've never tried the impossible burger at Burger King. You need to try it. It is really good. This is great for anyone who wants to try to eat less meat. The jalapeño poppers were not as good as the Church's one.

Always a convenient meeting place for coffee appointments. The Wi-Fi is sometimes spotty but the restaurant keeps getting better and better every time I visit. The ac used to be iffy but is always great temperature inside now. There is always tables available and the staff is friendly and stays out of your way if you are having a meeting.

The house that 100% flame grilled beef built is still churning out their signature Whopper sandwich year after year. This location was recently renovated and has a nice playscape for families. Conveniently located near the expressway interchange, the service is friendly and prompt.

Stopped by on our way back to Houston. Staff was super friendly and polite. We sat by the children's play area, and staff member cleaning was very respectful and complimented my sisters nails; asked if we needed anything, excused herself while sweeping. Then on our way out, a burger king employee was on his lunch break but still managed to thank us for coming in and wished us a great day. Whole staff seemed to be in a great mood. I loved it!

Whopper was amazing. I hadn't had one in forever and went through drive-thru to take one home. When I got home and ate it was so so good. Thanks for making the whopper so delicious. Great fresh made chicken sandwiches and French fries, loved the onion rings and excellent customer service . Good pace on the drive threw as well . I give it two thumbs up for a Friday night take out.

I don't know if it's me or not but they was cool then they all disappeared on me when I was going to order. Then the manager in charge attitude was just as bad like I said I don't know if it's me or not but food was good an fast service no lie

Well the place was filled with smoke. The dining area is hot. No onion rings. Low on ice the machine was refilled after I had served my self. Burger and fries are great. which is the important thing.

Food is great, staff is nice. I only suggest they clean the beverage area a bit more and not leave it so wet. Customers come up against it to get their drink and ketchup and such and get dirty.

This Burger King is better then the other ones. Food was okay but for some reason everytime I get mozzarella sticks they are either burnt or just cold. This ain’t the only location where I have gotten nasty mozzarella sticks. Other than that the food is average. One thing I did like I about the visit is that the cashier at the window was very nice

It's a fast food place so the food was good. Fries could have been a little crisper but not bad. I've always liked the whopper and in the app the prices aren't bad. I could see the kitchen from the drive thru and it looked really clean. Impressed.

Cleanest Burger King I have been to! Great service and very friendly employees. Food preparation could have been better. Had the new chicken wraps, and they were messing. Some had a small piece of chicken, while others had a good sized chicken piece!

Burgers were good and so were the fries. Unfortunately the drinks were flat.when I told the server, she said she knew. We were not offered anything else to drink (tea) and said the owner was notified.

The only thing I dislike is the employees do not know the prices of what they are selling. If they did they would try to suggest to purchase something else to save me a few bucks. Whataburger does that all the time. I order something and they always suggest to purchase it a different way to save me some money.

A lot of traffic through this particular Burger King. Food seemed to be subpar. Maybe it was the particular work crew at the time I don't know. But the place was cleaner than most which made it a pleasant environment.

The food was good. The whopper made right. But the customer service was poor bad. Much needed customer service. Not friendly or professional. That's why 3 of 5

Food was great went thru drive thru couldnt hear lady in the intercom so I raised my voice and so she could hear me and she yelled back then when I went to go pay thru drive thru she gabe me drink almost thowning to me it spilled I told her and she just blew me off me food was okay but she need to be kind not having am attitude

Delicious open fire grill burgers! Love their burgers and would probably give the burgers a five star but I just can't get pass the fact that the facility never seems clean. I rather pick up the food and take it home cause the dining area always seems to have dirty tables and floors.

That restaurant used to be very clean a few years ago.

My favorite place to go before and this time… there were no coke or Dr Pepper and the other drinks tasted like carbonated water. My burgers were cold as well as my fries. For someone getting a big order, you’d expect hot everything. I didn’t call because it had been a busy day for me. Hopefully, when I go back again, it will be better.

I hate burger king because there has never been 1 time that they never mess up my order. Today they told me my 3 brkfst platter was coming with croissants and they put biscuits, I also ordered 3 orders of hash browns and didn't even get them. They suck.

The food is sometimes made right the drinks are horrible they are not mixed right and its never clean by the soda machines the internet doesnt work and they are kinda slow to get your food ready they need to improve on the management on cleanliness and making sure there equipment is working correctly

This just happened today 12.13.2022...This is the first time i have had an issue. They made my husbands burger slight y wrong...added ketchup and he wanted mayo only. He went yo let them know what they did wrong and the girl ce back saying that is the way he ordered his burger and they were marked. I looked at her and told her mine had ketchup and she proceeded to tell me well they said it was ordered that way. Of course i got fusturated amd told her if they were going to remake tue burger or not. She just left and murmurred something to which i just ignored. They made another burger smoothered in mayo and AGAIN we went to complain. The manager then came and an employee that was off the clock named Ariel jumped and came to help and make sure they understood his order. No words cam ever explain her wonderful friendly attitude. Thankfully she calmed us both down.. they just placed the remade burger on the counter and didnt bring to our table. When i sked her about it she didnt even let me finish and said that they called our number.

Breakfast croissant & tots were warm at best. Cashier was nice, food servers not so much. Other than calling out your number no acknowledgement or thank you. Received 2 outa 3 coffees. Went up to ask, 2 servers had backs to me. After an "excuse me", both turn & one just goes to get it, sets it down & walks away. Again, no apology or thank you. Not a biggie, but courtesy goes a along way I believe! Ketchup pump was empty & very dry ketchup stains around looks to not have been cleaned from night before given it was morning. Been to this location before w no issues. Appears mgmt would be wise to step it up!

I know fast food is generally not the highest quality, but my first breakfast at BK in a long time made me never want to go back. The croissanwiches looked like they sat out for hours, and I got there in the early morning. The cheese had nearly solidified and the sandwiches themselves were lukewarm to the touch. Even if they had been fresh, there was hardly any egg in the sandwiches anyway. I don't expect a Michelin star meal for $4, but I can do without hours-old scraps served on stale croissants. Lesson learned; I won't try BK again.

Rude short girl there that was packing food. Can’t even get two burgers right. One was plain and dry, and the other all the way… SIMPLE! Nope, can’t even follow those directions.

Had a dissatisfied visit this time to Burger King, first there was no ice for the drinks because ice machine was down, second I ordered a kids meal for my son and the burger wasn't the way I ordered and they gave me a girls toy instead of of a boys toy, and finally the ketchup dispenser wasn't working. It was just too many things wrong

Ordered 2 whopper meals all the way and the burger was disgusting they forgot the tomatoes, onions and the mayo. Fries were cold and the new bombers were cold. Worst experience ever!!!

Young lady at the drive-thru register was extremely transactional. She was white, with colored eyes and had blue eyeshadow makeupand black eyeliner detail. If she paid as much attention to her customer service as she did to her makeup, I'm sure there'd be a difference. Had zero customer service skills. I ordered the 2 for $4 croissants and when I got to the window, I asked her to add one more. Because she was charging me a whole extra $3.99. I was going to modify my order to add one more croissant, but instead she started talking into her headset and started taking another order while charging me. At that point, it was too late to add an additional croissant for the 2 for $4. When I explained to her that I was trying to add another croissant, she said, "Well you had initially only wanted one extra, ma'am". Very dull response, lack of understanding and just dumbed down staff.

Very disappointed this morning with BK breakfast on Tyler. We ordered 4 croissants and a breakfast plater around 9am. Croissants seemed to have been sitting under the lamp for a while, oil were absorbed by wrapper. The chesse on the croissants was a dark shade. Hash browns were super hard and crunchy, l even mentioned it to the employee that the food was cold and all she said was sorry. We ended up throwing everything away, l even told employee outside that it was the worst meal ever.

I misunderstood the coupon policy. I ordered two combos then was told I have to use the coupon before purchase. Ok no problem, but the staff was really rude. I was mistreated for asking a question. This girl gets my bag thust it to me and forgets to give me my other half of my order. Burger King Wednesday turned disgusting. The poor customer service made my whopper taste sour and bad. This Burger King needs to retrain or hire employees eager to earn, especially in these times where there are people without jobs. It will be hard to return to this establishment. This place is a joke the staff is rude and unwelcoming. They play loud Spanish music in the dining room during business hours. On the weekends they do not open the dining room untill 3 or 4 pm. Always unstaffed always getting the orders wrong. Bathroom is never clean. Have seen staff and mangers out in their vehicles smoking marijuana..I'm very sure if they give the staff a drug test more than half will fail. The list goes on about this place.....

So disappointed with this visit!!! Diet coke was out and they didny have any tea and they didn't seem to be worried about it at all. Burgers were cold and our order was wrong. No ketchup or onions in the burger and the buns had seen better days. This location really needs an overhaul in managers as well as staff. Its like they don't want to work. Cookies were hard like rocks. They didn't have spicy nuggets either. Makes you wonder what the managers really do. Only reason I continue to go is because we love burger King.

We went in for a replacement meal and the when we got home to eat they "forgot" to put chicken in our chicken BLT, today we went once again to replace and it took about 20 minutes even though there was 1 person ahead of us. They were completely unorganized. When ordering a side we paid for it only to tell us 5 minutes later there were none available.

Today we went to get burgers and went through drive thru and advised that we had 2 orders. The girls tells rudely that we could only place one order or needed to come inside. My nephew got down and when he walked inside he over heard the cashier tell the worker 'oh thats the guys that did not want to get down' and than rolled her eyes. When he got his order the girl just threw it on the counter and said 'here your order' and than our came out and she just threw is on the counter.. Priscilla and Victoria need some retaining if that is the way they are going to treat customers. After today I will not return to this store.

Review: 0 The worst meal I have ever had! Fries overcooked and dry, stale buns, ice cold, dark pink burger patties. Were the even cooked? Do not go there! Drive thru is slow. Hot dogs are cold. Once had a drive thru person ask me to compliment her service to her boss and called her over before I understood what she asked. I made stuff up about service being good. Go to the one on 77 Sunshine instead.

Service is so so slowwwww, as in waiting 30 minutes to get the new hot dogs they advertise, made me late to where i needed to go I was starving so i decided to try the new dogs while on my way to a meeting made me late and i was about to drive away without my food because i couldn't wait any longer. I am not exaggerating when I tell you i placed my order one grilled dog and one chili cheese dog to the time i pay it took me about 15 minutes because it wasn't only my order they were slow at then stay there waiting for another 15 minutes. Food was disgusting but that's what i paid for and i was in a rush so i aint complaining about that but they made more late to my meeting.

Staff sounded dead. Asked her to repeat herself several times over the drive through and responded with the same low voice. Got to the window and rudely said my total. Basically threw our food at us without saying anything. Literally every meal we asked for was wrong. No straws or condiments and closed the window before we got the chance to ask for any. And the woman that was there was giving us her back so ofcourse she couldn't see us trying to get her attention. I love burger king but this is probably the worst I have ever been too.

Horrible service. 15 minutes and couldn't get 2 croissants. Went up to ask about the order and another ten minutes for the manager, Erika, too be more than happy to give me a refund instead of getting my order out. Never again.

Came to try the Impossible Whopper and was surprised by how good it really was. My only issue is that a family was eating at the restaurant and they were not eating the food sold here. They had bags of food from a gas station across the street. They sat there being loud and disruptive and staff didnt say anything. Thought they had a no outside food policy.

Food was cold. Cashier came up and told me I couldn't self serve an icee in the cup I had. That I would have to pay for an icee if I wanted one next time. So why they have the self serve soda and icee machine on the customer side. She was very rude when she told me.

I went to all the bbq's in harlingen and san benito no had all the ingredients to make the new ch'king sandwich, I picked one up in McAllen yesterday and it doesn't live up to the hype. the chicken pattie was curled up and it was hard to take a bite, and it was cold. Very disappointing.

This location is totally out of touch with the values. 1st Would not honor the price on the menu board, 2nd asked for 2/5 breakfast no cheese got cheese and only 1 piece of bacon that's double no that's half 3rd sos over 8 minutes for being the only car. 12/11/2016 order #69. 6:06 pm We placed a drive thru order and they don't listen to what we asked for. It was not notated on receipt. Guess they weren't properly trained on register. We asked for 2 for 10 . on one w must and ketchup.extra vegetables w cheese. And second burger w cheese. No salt on fries and onion rings.Both combos large. Well they just put cheese on both one with must and ketchup. But no extra vegetables .AND PLENTY OF SALT ON FRIES. We tried calling receipt phone number but it goes to district. Can't reach manager in store. Never have rootbeer.

so.. i placed an online order that took 10 minutes to b ready when i came through drive thru... i had a terrible experience today and other occasions as well. by now i should have learned but it is the only place on my way home..food is always awful cold...today i encountered rude service by two of the employees.. order was incomplete... when i asked her for the missing sauces pertaining to the ordered nuggets the lady got really upset... i then proceed to i let her know i was also missing two more orders i was told the orders of nuggets were placed together in a single bag to account for the 6 orders of 8 nuggets because i had a big order and the cook places them together in a single bag....i proceed to show her each baggie only contains 8 each. she then argues with me that the 48 nuggets were there..i found that absolutely wrong uncalled for and ridiculous since i had ordered them for my 6 children to snack on a baggie each until we got home..then a second person completed my order by tossing the nuggets in my bag rudely like if i was asking for something free.. just absolutely wrong, very upsetting

No issues with the staff, or quality of the food, my issue was with their pricing, a double whopper with no cheese by itself not the combo almost $9 dollars…..absolutely ludicrous. They are charging an average of 2-3 dollars more than in bigger markets. This explains why the restaurant is dead and it’s obvious the franchisee doesn’t care other than to gouge customers through ridiculous prices

Ordered food and they messed up the order. Returned back asking for refund and instead of owning up to mistake and refunding supervisor decides to give me attitude and fight. Points out half eaten fries that of course I was slowly eating on the drive back home. Honestly don’t waste your time eating here. Multiple wrong orders and wasted time not realizing till getting back home. Wasn’t the first.

This has got to be the most nastiest Burger King I've been to in a while!!! Walked in and was greated by a very unfriendly young lady who obviously didn't know how to smile and say "Hello, good afternoon welcome to Burger King, what can I get for you today?" , then the crowns we got had nasty something splattered all over them, no ice, walked into the play area and immediately it looked like a tornado had been through it. The floors where so sticky as if it hadn't been mopped for a week. I literaly went three times to the bathroom to wash the bottom of my sandels. Then the guy who they sent over to mop it had obviously never held a mop in his life. He mopped the same spot for 10 minutes then commenced to try and sweap a wet floor 🙄🤔! This is really really REALLY sad since this is the second only fast food place to bring kids that has a play room! Someone needs to come over here and inspect this place. If the dining area is nasty and trashy can you imagine the cook area in the back! Wish the city could step in!!

The cashier that looks like a punk. Very bad representation for the restaurant. Very rude, he didn’t want to give my mom some plastic knife / forks to cut a small cake because he stated he needed to charge extra and if his manager saw him in cameras, he would get in trouble. Bad, rude , service and the restaurant was dirty. Never going to that Burger King ever again.

We ordered whoppers with cheese on them to go. The receipt even said whoppers with cheese. What did we get? Whoppers without cheese. Either the kitchen staff is too lazy to follow the order and put cheese on the sandwiches or the rest of the staff is too lazy to look to make sure they are grabbing the correct sandwiches. Next time I'll just hold up the line while I open each and every item I ordered to make sure it's right. And when it's not, the whole restaurant (maybe the whole block) will hear me question the incompetence of the whole staff on duty. They are already too lazy to put ketchup on the sandwiches. Instead they drop a handful of ketchup containers in the bag.

Cashier was new (not his fault) his coworker that had to help him with the cash register was super rude. Yelling and cursing for the whole restaurant to hear. She made a comment "that's why you shouldn't dine in". Super unprofessional and ghetto. On top of all that our burgers had old brown lettuce, I didn't even feel comfortable voicing my concerns because that lady was yelling and cursing at everyone around her. If you don't like your job find another.

I wanted a hot Fresh Burger. I parked and went inside. Ordered a coupon special. It was served cold. I asked him to make me a fresh Patty. They just brought me out another one it was cold literally I can put it in my fingers the minute they brought it to me the manager didn't seem to be very eager to correct the situation. She was polite but this interesting. Then they made me two more that came out same thing if it just came out for that real it's amazing how cold it got I didn't ask again. I agree with you, they had this used to be a decent Burger King but now it's just gone down the drain. Aggravating thing I took the time and asked nicely to please make me fresh would say Mary about but the cheese was just sitting on top cold but wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese it was a horrible waste of money and time. Unfortunately I think this Burger King is no longer on my to go list and I work from my car

The BURGER KING slogan is HAVE IT YOUR WAY ,I guess depending on the work staff that day .. what’s so hard about ordering the #1 mustard burger with ketchup NO cheese.. my five year old niece could get that right.. with the youth in this country this country is doomed

This place used to be great. Now it seems the employees don't really care about their reputation. They always forget a whopper every time I Go now. And food is old and dry sometimes. Edit: I went again, Im never coming here again. Waited 20 mins in line which I had no problem waiting. Ordered whoppers with no onions. Received whoppers with onions. Which my father is allergic to. All beef patties where raw.

La Feria location drive thru waited like 5 min for someone to acknowledge the intercom at least a good afternoon we’ll be right with you would have been nice here we were thinking maybe intercom wasn’t working! Worst service I’ve experienced! To top it off it’s not even busy!

We walked in, floor is sticky can feel it when we walk in, trash can are over flowing, thought eh maybe cuz they are busy, so we ordered, my wife got a chicken burger, we get it and it's nothing but breading no chicken to it. Then all our food was cold, So we asked the worker if we can speak to manager, and asked for managers name, he didn't want to give it out, you can tell he was trying to make up a name. I go up there and ask for manager myself didn't see a name tag on him, he's tall, white complected, tatted up, with glasses. I asked if we can switch out burger he said no, then asked for a refund and he said no! Ridiculous!!! Never again! Never had a problem till today!

We went thru the drive thru on Tyler and they refused to get 2 separate orders from us cuz they said they only do 1 order per car. When they always done that. Basically they saying we need to get off if we want to get separate orders. What I don't understand is that we went for lunch and they let us do that. But if dinner they don't hmm.

Wow! I had low expectations for this place and they manage to go even lower. I was craving a whopper and every time I pass by this place it’s dead. This time happens to be 2 cars in drive thru, and I waited in like for at least 30 mins. This is insane! How are these places still open? Food was mid at best and it wasn’t worth the wait. Just can’t believe how much they don’t give a crap about anything. Every single other fast food place is fast and good. This place sucks on so many levels!! I said it before and this time I mean it! BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THEIR KETCHUP DISPENSER! Just went in there and was going to get ketchup and noticed what seems like mold growing in the tube dispenser upon further examination I opened the lid to the dispenser not 🚫 only did it have mold but the smell was obnoxious made me want to puke!!!!!

It seems every time it’s after 10:30, their ice cream machines magically “don’t work”. The owner needs to check his staff. He’s losing money off of lazy workers. I’d never ever order a meal here because of past experiences but being that ice cream is pretty standard I did the mistake again of giving this place another shot only to be reassured it hasn’t changed. Off to Whataburger, look out for their review. (:
