Thank you Johnathan Hendrix and Javier Solis ahave traveled to every us state at least 5 times and been in countless restaurans. On 20,-20-25 we came to burger king store number# 9444 where we were pleased and surprised at the extrem3 compaction and customer service . You both went above and beyond. Keep up the great work.You 2 Rick.
Whopper was amazing. I hadn't had one in forever and went through drive-thru to take one home. When I got home and ate it was so so good. Thanks for making the whopper so delicious. I would say that was the best burger I have had in a very, very long time. Keep up the good work. We'll done!!!! 🌟 🤩 ⭐️
This Burger King is better then the other ones. Food was okay but for some reason everytime I get mozzarella sticks they are either burnt or just cold. This ain’t the only location where I have gotten nasty mozzarella sticks. Other than that the food is average. One thing I did like I about the visit is that the cashier at the window was very nice
It's a fast food place so the food was good. Fries could have been a little crisper but not bad. I've always liked the whopper and in the app the prices aren't bad. I could see the kitchen from the drive thru and it looked really clean. Impressed.
Cleanest Burger King I have been to! Great service and very friendly employees. Food preparation could have been better. Had the new chicken wraps, and they were messing. Some had a small piece of chicken, while others had a good sized chicken piece!

Our fries were cold and they kept getting our order wrong.
Restrauant needs major cleaning inside & out. Staff is dirty looking. Scruffy. Not good at taking orders. Drinks had terrible after taste. Tasted like soap. Major diaster there.
La Feria location drive thru waited like 5 min for someone to acknowledge the intercom at least a good afternoon we’ll be right with you would have been nice here we were thinking maybe intercom wasn’t working! Worst service I’ve experienced! To top it off it’s not even busy!
We walked in, floor is sticky can feel it when we walk in, trash can are over flowing, thought eh maybe cuz they are busy, so we ordered, my wife got a chicken burger, we get it and it's nothing but breading no chicken to it. Then all our food was cold, So we asked the worker if we can speak to manager, and asked for managers name, he didn't want to give it out, you can tell he was trying to make up a name. I go up there and ask for manager myself didn't see a name tag on him, he's tall, white complected, tatted up, with glasses. I asked if we can switch out burger he said no, then asked for a refund and he said no! Ridiculous!!! Never again! Never had a problem till today!
We went thru the drive thru on Tyler and they refused to get 2 separate orders from us cuz they said they only do 1 order per car. When they always done that. Basically they saying we need to get off if we want to get separate orders. What I don't understand is that we went for lunch and they let us do that. But if dinner they don't hmm.
Wow! I had low expectations for this place and they manage to go even lower. I was craving a whopper and every time I pass by this place it’s dead. This time happens to be 2 cars in drive thru, and I waited in like for at least 30 mins. This is insane! How are these places still open? Food was mid at best and it wasn’t worth the wait. Just can’t believe how much they don’t give a crap about anything. Every single other fast food place is fast and good. This place sucks on so many levels!! I said it before and this time I mean it! This is the last time I come here.
Disappointed in quality of food and service that does not compare to other Burger King locations. Coffee was overly sweet and looked like 90% creamer. Cheese was still cold in breakfast burrito. Employees did not even know about my order until they check the kiosk.
The meat tasted raw then later that day I started feeling sick and my stomach got upset. I recommend you not going here. Then they have cockroaches on the table and they where huge.
Service was awful. Sergio was very rude. Didn’t want to give me my cookies for my kiddos after using a reward. My 9 year ask for mayo & ranch a was very rude to her as well .As we were walking out he use foul language to my sister n law and she had a baby in her arms. What kind of manager are you Do better Burger King !!!!!! If needed more info please don’t hesitate to reach out
Was just a quick bite to eat. The dining room was dirty, kids' playroom as well. Employees were trying their best to keep up, but to my understanding, they were low-staffed. Food was delivered with except timing and they were super polite and great customer service.
BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THEIR KETCHUP DISPENSER! Just went in there and was going to get ketchup and noticed what seems like mold growing in the tube dispenser upon further examination I opened the lid to the dispenser not 🚫 only did it have mold but the smell was obnoxious made me want to puke!!!!!
Rude lady at the drive thru, hard breakfast biscuits, and Sausage was hard as well , the croissant bread was alright, couldn't get a water glass unless I paid for a regular cup , I should have stopped at a different burger king , what was wrong with that lady at the drive thru she seemed moody
Okay i am so upset this is the worst location ever ... I ordered the Eggnormous. Burrito and this is what i get . No egg . this is not right ! This place needs new management
It seems every time it’s after 10:30, their ice cream machines magically “don’t work”. The owner needs to check his staff. He’s losing money off of lazy workers. I’d never ever order a meal here because of past experiences but being that ice cream is pretty standard I did the mistake again of giving this place another shot only to be reassured it hasn’t changed. Off to Whataburger, look out for their review. (:
