Went to enjoy a good meal with my wife, daughter and granddaughters and ended up having a nice experience and a good meal and served at a good adequate time.

Food seems to be made while you wait.. always fresh.. great deserts.. friendly workers.. not long of a wait for hot food..

I ordered the wrong number but was surprised with what I ordered. I was supposed order a chicken strips basket, #7, but instead ordered #8. It is now my favorite from DQ. The ice cream I always so creamy, and on a hot day, it comes in clutch. The place is always clean, great service, and best of all, great food.

Stopped for blizzards and to resolve a problem I encountered on my previous visit. Blizzards were good, as usual and the manager, John, was very gracious in resolving my issue.

C’mon now. It’s Dairy Queen! Vanilla ice cream cone dipped in hard shell chocolate! Everyone knows how great that is, but have you tried their burgers?! I think these burgers are the unsung heroes of Dairy Queen. Am I the only one who goes to Dairy Queen for the burgers , and the ice cream is an afterthought?

This Dairy Queen is awesome! Speedy service and the lobby is usually clean. I try to avoid coming in the last hour of operation because it can get packed! The Blizzards always taste so good! Plenty of parking and the restrooms are usually clean. 5 stars mang!

Fast and friendly service. The ice cream treats we had were as expected 😋 Heath brownie sundae, chocolate fudge sundaes, and peanut butter pie blizzard. The food menu looked good and may come back to try for lunch or dinner. Would choose this location again!

Went there to have a burger and fries . Mostly to try out the royal cheesecake blizzard. I forgot how good those burgers are. Food was cooked as we ordered and not sitting under a lamp. Fries were hot and slightly crispy ( just right). That burger was huge to. Friendly employees, fast service and quality food. Got no complaints. Good work DQ

Ordered Patty Melt. It was bigger than expected. My niece, Loretta, had finger beef steaks which she loves. Very clean establishment. They also had seating outside. Gazebo style with lights over head. Very unique for a Dairy Queen.

Food is good but pricey for what it is. In the RGV fast food tacos should not be $5, when I can go down the St and get homemade for cheaper. Men's restroom toilet needs to be replaced.

I was next door at Mobil1 having my car inspected, blacked out & woke up in the DQ lobby... The next thing ya know, a bacon-cheese Hunger Buster and fries were brought to my table. My meal was so fresh I had to let the burger & fries cool down before eating. Coke Zero Sugar was on point, it burned going down my throat. Obviously, not a bad problem to have! Restaurant was very tidy, and staff was helpful. DQ is truly an underrated burger joint!

They have the best onion rings but twice they didn't give me my large onion rings so I took off a star but for real you will never get better onion rings or burgers anywhere else everything is super good

Brought the kids for lunch and couldn’t believe that they forgot the chicken in the 3 kids meals and the toys! Told them at the counter and they gave us 3 new kid meals. Enjoyed the music, fairly clean sitting area and the overall experience.

We like to stop into this location with our daughter for an ice cream or sunday, but usually don't eat meals here. The building is typically clean and not too crowded. They're is ample parking and a drive through. They only make coffee once in the morning. When it's gone, that's it.

So my wife and I saw a commercial for customer appreciation $1 cones thru August......went by and a guy who was helping me said that they didn't know anything about that... I asked to talk to the manager and then disappeared...our cones and blizzards were given to us by another employee....Why have a commercial if it's not gonna be honored???????

Six months ago this place was prime but was there today and staff acted like it was a pain to get my order. Drive thru was somewhat rude. Really need to take a look at the staff. Food was still good and almost correct. There seemed to be enough people working, but not the best experience Ive had there. In fact the last three times, things seemed to be slipping.

These guys always get your order right, service is quick. They always give me salt and pepper. These is a cashier in the drive through woth long hair, he is wearing a hair net, so you know theu are decent in their sanitation. All in all, would buy again.

Nothing special. It is a DQ though so it is better than some chains. Decent food. I wanted a malt but they were out of malt powder.

Our blizzards were almost half empty when we received them. Never had this issue before so hopefully it will be just that one time. When we pay for mediums we would like to get mediums. If not, then charge us for the minis haha

Had to wait more than 10 minutes for food, didn't receive extra items as ordered. Overall bad service. Usually great experience but this last time was terrible.

Tried the Fiesta Taco Salad. It was alright. Not very generous on the beef. Probably wouldn't order it again but it wasn't terrible.

Hungerbuster delicious as always! The fries were ok, coke really cold but flat. The onion rings pale, needed more frying. I was paying with a $15 gift card and the girl could not figure out how to charge me. She kept telling me I was short. Finally another co worker just came and charged me. I won't be going back to that location by the loop.

Please update your store hours on Google, because when I arrived at the local store I was informed that the store closes at 10pm and not 10:30pm.

Kinda disappointed. Food was decent at best, service was poor. No ketchup for my fries. Not enough people at the counter.

Buster bars we bought were not standard sized. They were too short and had barely any fudge in them. Very unhappy customer.

Not at all like I remember it. Dairy queen used to be my go-to burger place after whataburger. Just like watching a favorite childhood movie again for the first time in decades, my childhood memories were shattered. My burger pattie was in pieces. It literally looked like puzzle pieces thrown together between two hamburger buns. And the taste of the meat wasn't far from puzzle pieces either. Well, at least the ice cream is still good.

Food was cold n its cuz we had to wait a while before we got our food. I was thinking they were making it fresh but nah. We were disappointed. Then we ordered a small blizzard to go n it pretty much cost the same as our food. It's ridiculous. Not going anytime soon with those prices. So disappointed 😣😔😕

The store needs to be updated a bit... The line for the Drive Thru took nearly 20 minutes! On one Blizzard. And one person in front of us. I have no idea what they were ordering. But holy sh** it was mad long. RV drivers need to PARK, and GO INSIDE.

The salad I ordered was awful! Never again. The lettuce was bitter, and I got a hard lump of what looked like lettuce. I threw it away.

Got my little girls burger wrong! On top of that the burger was very dry. Drive thru customer service was very rude. Not at all pleased with service or food.

We waited in drive thru line for 15 mins only 3 cars in front of us , then the worker tells us " our system went down ,and only accepting cash" they didn't offer us anything for next visit . I won't stop at this dairy queen anymore

Ice cream is good but I hate it so much that most of the time they closed before the scheduled hour. Went there today at 10:08 pm and they said it was closed already even though their time shows 10:30pm

Over heard the ADULT MALE manager tell a TEENAGER while helping her fill out paperwork that she was going to end up pregnant

So disappointed. Instead of making our blizzards when we arrive at the window they make them and let them sit there to melt while there were still 3 vehicles in front of us. By the time we got our blizzards all 4 were completely melted and no remorse about it. Did not even bother to wait to get them fixed because we already took so long in the line waiting and my husband was already frustrated😔 when i got to my dads house, his freezer for some reason wouldn't work and he was so upset that when he finished his blizzard he said this was not worth the money.

First time I came here I was told they were out of bananas the second time they were out of sweet tea. Guess what my answer to asking if they could refill it? None of us here know how to make sweet tea. Like what!?!! So your telling out of all the staff that was there not 1 person there knows how to make the sweet tea? That's really bad training on dqs end. Management needs to go back and retrain all these kids because I find it hard to believe not one person on staff that night knew how to make sweet tea. If that was the case it would have been more professional to say we're out instead of no one knows how to make it. I also received a kids meal bag with no coupon on it. I'm very curious if dq is still doing the free cone with the meal. I'm Never coming back here again. DQ has officially lost our business. SMH. Avoid this place at all costs.

Just left the drive thru without our ice cream because the two employees at the window were standing there eating ice cream in front of us and one of them would not stop eating even though we were looking at them with disgust and the other started making our ice creams while she was still had some in her mouth! Most disgusting things our family have ever seen and I will make sure none of my other family members go there. We had to drive over to another dairy Queen to get our kids their ice cream because this was very gross, RUDE and unprofessional, that is why they are given breaks! Unfortunately I lost my coupon for a dolly bar since we drove away and it couldn't be redeemed at the other one but that is fine because at least my kids got ice cream that wasn't eaten on top of at the other DQ. Never going there again!

Got there before they closed trying to buy a cake for my son’s birthday and apparently they closed their registers 10 minutes early to deny end of day sales… horrible service and don’t recommend this place… ended up going to Walmart to buy an icecream cake instead and was just as good as their cakes and a lot cheaper. Offered the guy a tip also to buy the cake but he didn’t care what I had to say…. Hopefully management sees this review to get on their crew
