This place has amazing pretzels and they are very good. I would personally suggest getting the pretzel bites though. Those are really good. The lines though can get to be pretty long because of how popular the restaurant is.

The people here is very nice. I told them that I need to bring back a pretzel to Toronto and they advised me that it is not good to keep it for too long (honest). I also got a cheese sauce but when I got to LGA. No sauce in sight.. disappointed but at least people are friendly.

It took awhile for me to order because of long line.

Great product, subpar service. My wife and I have both worked in the food service industry, and understand the value of good service & honesty, and thus, we almost always tip... Except today. We came for a simple pretzel, which totaled $4.96. The staff took our $5, looked at us and said, "You're good." A few seconds go by, we're still standing there, and the staff says, "Want a receipt?" We pause, then say, "how about our change? Also, the receipt please." The staff gives us a disgruntled smirk, then gives us the 4 cents, along with the receipt. To the staff: i'm not going to out you by name/gender because the point is, i hope you don't do that to other customers (because people aren't always going to be decent to you when you try to keep their change, whether it be 4 cents or $4 dollars). Hope the staff here have a bit more customer service skill training. This kind of attitude doesn't work in the real world. (This review is for the stand-alone kiosk near Van Heusen, and happened 10 mins ago)

I ordered some pretzel nuggets and went to pay with my card and Jacob S added a tip without my consent. He added 20% without my consent. I will definitely be contacting my bank for a chargeback.

Go here to get a $6 lemonade and the kid asked me like 3 times how much ice I wanted, which is whatever, I’m glad he checked, but then his coworker rang me up and I used Apple Pay. I went to read what is said on the screen, like did it go through. It was hard to see because it’s an outdoor booth and there was glare on the screen. The kid hit a button that was for 10% tip real quick. I looked at the screen and saw it say. Total $6something and tip 63¢. It was whatever about the change but I was like hey you just hit that button, I didn’t leave a tip. And he literally says to me, “that’s how much it is.” And I said no, you added a tip. Then his coworker comes up and says what? And I said I didn’t want to leave a tip so he started the transaction again and I paid for my drink no tip. I said I don’t care about the change, it’s just the principle of the thing, him trying to scam me. Was 100% on purpose. He was rude when he said “that’s how much it is” but you could tell he was kinda trying to downplay it, hoping he’d get away with it. He probably does this all shift and upwards of 50¢ adds up if he’s doing this to a few dozen people a day.
