Vivido Bar & Restaurant

We had an absolutely delicious meal here last night! The staff went above and beyond for my boyfriend’s birthday, had balloons on the table, sat us by the window, chocolate writing on his dessert, and overall were extremely attentive and very professional. The food was delicious, we both enjoyed all our courses and the atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely. We will definitely be coming back when we visit again.

Very warm welcome, staff very friendly and accommodating. I had the prawns to start and my partner had the calamari and both were amazing. I had the ribeye and my partner the mixed grill and both were faultless again. And the sauces, peppercorn, cheese and mushroom were all absolutely amazing! The outdoor terrace is very well thought of, sheltered and lovely and warm and we could eat our food comfortably. Would recommend any day

Great Italian place with authentic pizza (crusty end and thin)! We had bruschetta Al pomodoro and gameroni picante (king prawns spicy)for starter (both super delicious and the prawns were super mildly spicy) and for mains penne pollo and Quattro stagioni pizza. Dessert was cheesecake of the day(honeycomb). Overall everything was delicious and would visit again! Oh, mojito was great too!!!

Our first time visiting Harrogate, and there is lots of places to eat, we eventually decided on Vivido and we were not disappointed the service and food was exceptional, we highly recommend, lovely relaxed atmosphere and highly attentive waiters. We look forward to returning.

Very impressed. Steak had great flavour. They served actual vegetables as a side rather than the current trend of chilli broccoli or some other side that doesn't complement a meat course. The waitress was excellent and attentive.

Had a lovely night. Food was delicious. Staff very friendly. Our waitress was very attentive and kept checking things were ok and if we needed anything. Would visit again if we returned to Harrogate. Highly recommend .

My wife and I had an excellent meal on Saturday night. Fitted us in at short notice and even decorated the table with balloons for her Birthday. The food was delicious, freshly cooked and served in really good time considering how busy the restaurant was. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back when visiting Harrogate again. 5 stars 🌟

We went for lunch here after a session at the Turkish Baths just opposite. Lovely staff! The food was perfect (I had fish). Beautifully cooked. Their olives were a delicious starter & their garlic bread with tomato had so much flavour but with a perfect light & crisp base. A ideal lunch after a perfect morning. Thank you very much indeed! Absolutely amazing evening..... after some really poor service over the last few weeks this has totally restored my faith that people care about good service Birthday balloons on the table when we arrived.... the waiter wished me happy birthday... all of the staff were really nice and professional and attentative The food was amazing and really well priced Well done amazing evening

Lovely Italian restaurant great pizza and Calzone, the chocolate and hazelnut dessert was to die for. The complimentary limoncellos were fantastic.

Called up to see if we could get a table last minute on a Saturday evening, they were more than happy to squeeze us in and give us a good amount of time on the table. The food was amazing, the drinks were lovely, the service was amazing and the restaurant itself is beautiful; clean and modern but not overly simple. Visiting from Glasgow and we will highly recommend to anyone we know who is visiting the area!

Booked for dinner here with some friends on a Saturday evening. We had an outside table and our waiter was just the best. Large menu with a couple of veggie/vegan dishes - I asked for an ingredient on a dish to be changed to make it vegan, no problems. There was no smoking in the outside dining area, and each table had a patio heater - what a fab idea. We had a great evening and will definitely be eating here again.

This restaurant was recommended by the staff at The Majestic Doubletree Hilton and they were spot on! Michael was super friendly and very attentive to detail. All staff were excellent and we were very well looked after throughout our meal. Food was well presented and very tasty, with a wide range of options - thought it was good value for money. Would highly recommend the restaurant if you’re looking for good Italian food! Thanks for the wonderful meal.

As a GF vegetarian it is always nice to find a restaurant that has a wide choice of freshly made food. There was a warm welcome, prompt service and,because it is freshly made, they were able to tailor the flavours to suit. As a visitor to Harrogate I will be back next trip, and I would recommend it to anyone local for an enjoyable meal.

Absolutely phenomenal. Wonderful to go to a restaurant where you don’t feel like a second class citizen if you are celiac. Loads of options. Great quality and great service. Cannot recommend enough.

Not been here before, but for our Anniverary was looking for a nice restaurant. Looking at the reviews we thought this place stood out - also staying at the Crowe Plaza it was convenient. It was an excellent choice! The staff are excellent and the food is very good - the wine too.My wife got s baloon for the Anniversary.

I had a fantastic meal at Vivido in Harrogate. I started with the arancini, which were perfectly cooked and full of flavour, and then had a pizza for my main – fresh, delicious, and generously topped. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the servers were genuinely brilliant – friendly, attentive, and really added to the experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great Italian food in Harrogate!

The food is absolutely delicious, everything tastes so fresh & full of flavour. As someone who is coeliac, eating out is usually a challenge but it’s safe to say Vivido has completely changed that. They have a full gluten free menu so I’ve never felt so spoilt for choice! Highly recommend. Thank you 🙏🏻

Excellent restaurant. A really friendly and busy place but never felt noisy or crowded. Very attentive staff and the food was beautiful and served quite quickly. I particularly recommend the Saltimboca. Will definitely return when we’re in Harrogate again

The menu is incredible, there's an excellent range of choice, all prepared to a very high standard. The service is very good and very attentive. It's a nice and calm environment even when it's busy. I had a great time and will visit again. Thank you!

Just recently celebrated my partner’s 50th birthday here, and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was amazing, and they catered perfectly for our large party of 36. The staff were so attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend!

My go to place for Italian food when visiting Harrogate, good selection of dishes the Lasagne is one of the best I have tasted but can honestly say that whatever we have had has always been lovely and we have never been disappointed. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Saturday evening there were several birthday parties going on so there was quite a bit of noise but not enough to be of any concern to anyone but much quieter if visiting through the week.

Excellent menu for coeliacs with a huge range of gluten free options. The gluten free pizza was one of the best I have ever had, and all cooked in a separate section so it was genuinely gluten free and safe for me as a coeliac. We were visiting from St Albans and were so impressed, excellent service, lovely staff and my daughter absolutely adored her kids spag bol and the profiteroles. It’s geneuinely appreciated when places really care about catering for coeliacs/those who choose to be gluten free and just shows with effort what can be achieved.

We at here on a busy Friday evening and had a very good experience. The waiter Riccardo was excellent, the starters and mains were very tasty and the overall experience was enjoyable. The hardest part was choosing the food with a large and varied choice.

Large portions, pasta seems handmade and really tasty. I was so full I had no room for desserts. We had four mains, three desserts, one side, a bottle of wine and a beer which comes up to £130. Gets busy quick, popular place.

Went for my husband and brother in law birthdays x lovely restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Lovely staff, always checking you are ok and that food is good which we thought all of ours were delicious! Good portions. Alittle experience but good quality food! Will deffo go again. My father in law is coeliac and they were able to accommodate for that

We arrived but hadn’t booked a table prior so we were seated and told we’d have to be finished in an hour, which was perfectly fine. We ordered drinks, they came pretty fast. I love the size of their Coke glasses, they’re huuuge! Usually restaurants pour coke in the smallest glasses and charge almost £5, so this made me happy. The lovely person that took our order recommended the Salmone Fresco Papperdelle, which I had and it was beautiful. It was packed with flavour and cooked well. My boyfriend got the lasagna, which he enjoyed too. We also ordered garlic bread with cheese which we both dipped in the sauces of our meals, which went down a treat too. I will say, the restaurant is really warm. It could do with air conditioning throughout the restaurant, or a few windows open. But it was stuffy and quite alot of people were in the restaurant so I don’t think that helped

Overall a good restaurant with very friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful interior and very convenient location. Everything we tried was tasty, but not exactly authentic Italian. Pizzas are flavoursome but not the typical sourdough Italian pizza. Also, the carbonara was full of cream, not at the right consistency (and far from the original recipe). Moreover, more care should be taken when printing out menus- typos on dishes (fruitti instead of Frutti) certainly do not transfer the “Italian vibe” to customers.

Unfortunately this place wasn't that great. Really disappointing! I'm only giving it 2 stars because the olives and calzone were OK and the staff were lovely and very attentive. I had the porcini mushroom ravioli, which unfortunately only tasted of garlic! I could taste nothing else in the dish. If you love garlic and want this to be the main thing you can taste then this place is for you. I on the other hand believe there are way more ingredients that can be used to give a fresher flavour so you can actually taste the ravioli, the presentation was also terrible, all it needed was less sloppy garlic sauce (preferably just made with fresh chopped tomatoes instead) , some rocket and shaved palmasan.
