Great bahn mi. BBQ pork is my favorite. I love the pickled veggies. Fresh baked bread. Don't usually go to this location. The service was friendly. It was a warm day and my friend & I both wanted coffee. The owner suggested iced coffee bc of the weather. We obliged and were not disappointed. If you need a coffee buzz, Vietnamese coffee is where it's at. It strong, but sweet and not bitter. It will kick you in the booty and get you going for sure.

Typical Lee's franchise. Small, clean decen parking. There was no one ahead of us online, had to wait about 10 minutes for our banh mi order to be finished. Sandwich was good.

I brought my girl here, she had never tried Vietnamese coffee/sandwiches before and she’s a fan. As far as the location, it’s like any other Lee’s.

Good customer service employees are very polite and friendly. I did have a long wait for my order. Sandwiches didn't taste as fresh as I was expecting. Not crowded but they did not have a/c so preferred to wait outside. They do have lots to choose from on the menu and they now have Gelato on the menu.

The reason why I’m rating this three star is that because I ask for a soda and they give me a soda but filled with ice literally. However, they do give some good special on the sandwich but on a certain day. If ur asking how’s the smoothies and frappé are.... they’re pretty good.

Apparently, the drink items on the menu are not all available. Nevertheless, it is important for the employees to maintain their composure and be courteous. Instead, this young man became upset and in a rude tone responded by saying, "I told you we don't have items from that side [of the menu]." I gave this location the benefit of the doubt, but will drive to the next closest Lee's in the future.

ordered 3 Bahn Mi's the meat portion was extremely small, enough to get me to write a review about it. not worth go somewhere else

I gave it a 2, not because the coffee wasn't good, ALWAYS LOVE LEES COFFEE, but because in order for it to be good, Lee's coffee MUST always come with their famous crunchy ice to water it down and make it perfect. This place doesn't have that ice and so the coffee is basically served highly concentrated without it ever diluting. If you like to drink simply expresso, than you're good.

They did not add the extra meat to my sandwich. Cashier man ran away rather than serve me. Did not feel welcome in resturant.

This place doesn't have that ice and so the coffee is basically served highly concentrated without it ever diluting. If you like to drink simply expresso, than you're good.

I ordered Ice Coffee. I saw the man poured like half cup of coffee and filled a lot of ice on the top of coffee. Almost one inch from the top of cup to the ice is empty. Then he shook the cup to make it look full. Actually he just dyed the ice with coffee. If you don’t believe me, please see the picture I attached. I haven’t sipped a drop yet. Not worth the amount of money I paid for that little amount of coffee. Never seen any Lee Sandwich shop did like this. I nearly threw in the bin right in front of him. But I just controlled my anger because he’s elderly person and I just respect that fact. I’ve never seen STINGY SERVICE like that before. I will never ever go buy anything from that shop again.

Great coffee ... usually great food. DO NOT GET BREAKFAST HERE... the owner ran out of small croissants and then made me pay a dollar more for large croissants... $6 a breakfast croissant is ridiculous go to jack n the box and get a whole meal. Dissatisfaction in the owner running out ... so because they have a BAKERY on sight... how is that the customers issue... I am not coming back here. Buy the coffee in bulk at Costco save your money they will add stuff to you if you let them.

I've ordered from here several times to eat with my bf, normally the food is pretty alright. Specifically the blt, but yesterday it was inedible. We ordered 4 and every single one was cold, all fat, had a weird taste and smell to it like it was old. Really disappointed, never coming back we paid 30 for basically nothing since no one wanted to eat it.

The attendant is kind of stubborn, I ordered one sandwich but he start to offering me more, buy two and one is free, I said ok but he started talking and making signs with fingers cuz I he speaks poor English, I end it up paying four sandwiches, food is great but I didn't like his behavior, I rather go to another store where I can to order what I just want.

They arrived late, very late. We waited at the parking lot for them to open at 8am. When they showed up after 815am we don't want it anymore. I guess they don't care since the business is listed for sale.

I post this review first by stating I'm a huge fan of Lee's Sandwiches. I have been for years. But at this location, the service is the worst I've encountered for this franchise. I've been burned by this place twice now and that's enough for me. The first time was when I purchased three sandwich platters for my daughter's birthday and they forgot to get going on the order when I came in to pick up. I gave them ample notice by walking into the store in the morning to place the order and when I returned hours later (and an hour before the party started) it was clear by their shocked faces they had completely forgotten about it. The second time was recent and it involved an error on their part that they were unwilling to fix. We ordered 5 vegetarian sandwiches, and they punched in the wrong number for the type of sandwich. When we noticed they had given us the wrong sandwiches they were unwilling to make the order correct telling us that we should have "checked our receipt". At the time of ordering the sandwiches, they had repeated back our order, so the idea of proofreading for their mistakes never crossed our minds. Errors like these happen all the time in the food service industry and we were shocked at how adamant they were that this mistake was our fault. I love Lee's Sandwiches, but this store should be avoided. It's clear the staff is incompetent and discourteous.

Worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had at Lee’s. I’ve been going to Lee’s for the past 7 years but this location has been the worst experience. I ordered their breakfast sandwich and it tasted rancid. I spat it out and tossed it because it tasted expired. I would recommend staying away from this location!!
