Ordered the 30-piece bone-in wing combo with three flavors: Original, Lemon Pepper, and Mango Habanero. Added fries, because you can't go wrong. Highlights: Wings: Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Each flavor shines. Fries: Crispy, golden perfection. Wingstop's fries are unbeatable. Consistency: This location never fails. boneless wings had a lot of breading and lacked sauce. That was the only problem Fries were made right and the wings without a lot of breading were delicious. Also the hawaiian sauce was too sweet. I wouldn't order it again The mango and lemon pepper were delicious . Service was good no complaints. The last photo shows the pieces that were just lumps of dry breading. I would go back and just order boneless next time.

This location had been great 90% of the time. Orders is always ready when you order ahead, inside has always been clean. Parking is sometimes hard, but it just depends on the time of day/night you go. Depending on the staff/cooks is where the 10% comes in. Rarely have my orders been overcooked or over seasoned, but it has happened.

Being a fan of Wingstop, I appreciated the fact that another one is open near me, especially since I frequent the 99 Cent Only Store in the same plaza. After having my free birthday month Malibu Chicken at Sizzler, I came here to redeem my birthday month promo to have seasoned fries for dessert. Being how the default seasoning for their fries to be too salty for my taste, the Wingstop cashier punched in my order of fries, less salt. No other customers except me, I quenched my thirst with lime soda water from the Coke Freestyle machine while I waited. And, wait was what I didn't have to do for very long. Within minutes, I had my basket of fries bagged up and ready to go. I quickly arrived home & savored every bite of skin on, lightly seasoned French fries. After finishing, my appetite was completely satiated for the next couple of hours. Service was good. As previously mentioned, I only waited a couple minutes before my order was ready. A good amount of seating inside, this Wingstop has a larger dining area than the next closest one in Lakewood. Parking is in a private lot, at the 99 Cent Only Store plaza. Wingstop is behind the drive-thru Starbucks. While I try not to partake of white potatoes often, as they have a high glycemic index rating, I forego my diet (which I often do) when it counts. And, Wingstop's seasoned fries count! Perfectly cooked fries, seasoned just to my liking, and I haven't even mentioned their chicken wings, yet. As you can surmise from my review, I'm definitely a fan of Wingstop, and being a larger capacity one, this location is definitely worth recommending. Highly recommend! NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM

After visiting this spot a several occasions. It appears that the cooks are inconsistent with the flavor profile🤔

Ordered in person with no one ahead of us and they said it will be about 12 minutes. Half hour later finally get our wings and they were pretty light on sauce and lackluster compared to other Wingstop's I've been to.

Decent Food, not good service

This was the first time I’ve been to a Wingstop and was extremely disappointed. The only reason I didn’t give 1 Star was because the boy who was cashiering was friendly and helpful. First, we waited forever for our food (close to 30 minutes), and we were the only ones in there at the time we ordered. Second, the food was super SALTY, especially the fries. They literally drowned it in salt. I wish I took a picture of how much salt they put. Third, my husband and I ordered the 15 piece mild flavored buffalo wings, half bone—in and half boneless, we noticed there was little to no buffalo sauce on the wings. I felt like I was eating a plain chicken wing. It just tasted salty and bland. It was so bad, we ended up throwing away pretty much more than half our order away, which the cashier had to do because apparently there are no trash cans anywhere in the restaurant. We couldn’t even eat the fries because the amount of salt that was on them. Not coming back again obviously.

Customer service sucks big time here unprofessional and rude

Walked past the store but did not go in. I don't like chicken wings and their food is very expensive.

I got takeout from this location and ended up in the hospital for food poisoning. The bread rolls were so old I threw them right away. Never coming here again.

At this location there Food is a hit and miss once my wings were undercooked and it was so disgusting.

If you want to wait 30 minutes longer than your "expected wait time" to get the wrong order and undercooked food this is the perfect place.

Horrible experience😡 i live far away! Just stopping by before I get on the freeway. My wings were over cooked and hard as Hell! Never had this experience before at wing stop!

CHECK YOUR MONEY!! They almost took $20 from us and acted like they gave it to us when the bill was on the register. They also forgot our ranch 😔💔

I love wing stop, however I have never had a good experience at this location, 2 times in a row they messed up with my order, always short on my food, last time I did call, and was told I would get a FREE MEAL for the inconvenience, today 11/08/18 around 6:09pm, called and Briana answered the phone, I explained the situation then she put me on hold for a few minutes, when she came back to the phone after checking her files then she said she could not granted me the free meal that was promised by one of the employees there, she could only do free fries,I asked to speak to the manager, then she claimed to be the manager, after a few more minutes of being on the phone with Briana she said that her manager was not in today, and she will be in tomorrow. This is not at any time the type of customer service I was hoping to get. She was not of much help, when solving a issue that has been happening not once but twice, not to mention that I had to wait for over 45min after placing my order online, then getting home and having missing/wrong items. I'm just disappointed in every single way possible at the Hawaiian Gardens location and its employees.

They gave me a time to come back. They said 10 minutes for my wings, came back in 15 to give them some leeway. Waited 10 MORE minutes for my food. The wings were also very stale and lacked flavor. I asked for regular fries and the fries tasted very off and had no seasoning. I thought Buffalo Wild Wings was bad, but this makes it taste like a 5 star restuarant.

I placed an order for delivery on 6/28/20. The order was incorrect and I called this location. I spoke with Andrew and asked what my options were and he told me he can't refund my order because even though the order was incorrect, I still got something. The meal was ruined because of missing items and I asked to speak to a manager. Andrew put me on a 10 minute hold and when he came back, he said that he spoke with his manager and that he will issue a full refund for my order and that it will be back in my account by 7/1/20. The refund was not in my account on 7/1/20 so I called again and Andrew told me that it will be back in my account by 7/3/20. I called again on 7/3/20 since it was not refunded yet and spoke with Jennifer, a manager there, and told me that they weren't going to refund my order and that Andrew shouldn't have told me I was going to be refunded. I stated that regardless of what their internal errors are, my order was wrong and so was the information provided, so Jennifer said that their general manager, Fabiola Castilla, will contact me that same day and take care of my order. Fabiola did not contact me. I called again on 7/7/20 and spoke with Andrew again, who told me once again that I should have been refunded. He then told me that he will also send another email to Fabiola and she will contact me, but again, she has not. I contacted them once again on 7/8/20 and Jennifer basically told me there is nothing that she can do but to send another email to Fabiola, though she told me she was not able to give me any type of email confirmation that we discussed any of this. You would think that a panel of three different managers would be able to handle one simple refund. I understand that orders can have mistakes, which would have been completely fine if it wasn't for all of the miscommunication, attitude, and disregard shown by the managers of this location. I never got the meal that I ordered and I am not able to get any clear information from anyone at this location. Very unhappy with their customer service as a whole.
