This location is always a hit or miss. If we order multiple drinks, usually only one of them will come out right. Recently we ordered a venti mocha with cold foam and recived a grande without cold foam. After going inside to ask to get it fixed, they put it in a venti cup and still did not add the cold foam. Unfortunately, that is my last straw and will not be going to this location or any other starbucks for the near furture.

The app allows you to order but the store closes the doors early and only takes Drive-Through.I was knocking and there's ppl inside working but I never got acknowledged. I had to call the store to let them know I had placed a pick up order.

I never give bad reviews but in this case it's very serious. Thank God my husband didn't get extremely sick but he got food poisoning on Nov 1st, 2024 with a bacon egg wrap. He got really sick and the next day I spoke with a supervisor and they stated that the food truck always comes late and theh just sell the last food that's left. I forgot the supervisors name but they told me that the manager there is named Lupe. To that manager on my behalf please contact whoever you need to maintain options that are not expired or close to expired. Thank God my husband did not end up in the ER but did take two days to recover. Will never come back to this location and I do not recommended this location. Supervisor stated that this happens alot and receives many phone call complaints.

Love this Starbucks store. It's hard to hit at a non busy time, but it's still worth a little wait if you have to. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, drinks are of course fresh and made to order. Store is really clean for such a high volume location, that is a credit to the staff, they are on top of things. Will be back for sure. (Update 6/13/22: I stopped in on the way home from work and the parking lot was completely full. Finally a vehicle pulled out and I got a space. I went in and there were only 2 customers in the store. They need to police the parking lot as many potential customers that pulled in just left again while I was waiting for a space. I ordered a venti drip coffee and to my surprise they filled the cup by tilting the near empty pots that were on the counter and mixing the flavors. Even at that my cup was under 3/4 full. Seems to me like a training session is needed for these new Barista's. A rep from the cash register company walked in while I was there and said he had to work on the register. They only have one for walk in customers. The manager told him to come back around 8pm to which he told her he was there and was going to work on it now. They had to put up a sign on the door that only drive through was open and lock out the customers that were trying to come in. Not very professional at all.

The store should be open until 10:30 and there a 2 female workers there and I was have an Uber order and they said WE'RE CLOSED, THEY ARE 🤥 Liars.

Worse service I ever had at a Starbucks I ordered a honey tea with three pumps peppermint as I drove away got on the freeway sip my drink there was no steam lemonade, no peppermint finish my errands return back to the location for redo. This one tasted better, but I was offended that he just dropped my teabags in the cup. Not hanging off did not double cup So full teabags with the string just threw inside

Good Evening. I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes tonight 8:35 to 8:58 pm. . I ordered a Venti 3 shots of Espresso over ice with Salted Caramel Foam. What I got was Venti 3 shots of Espresso with Chocolate Foam! And it’s Nasty !What is that, told the guy I did not order that and he wanted me to wait to remake it. I said absolutely not. I didn’t have another 20 minutes . Please do better very disappointed.

This Starbucks location has changed significantly—no more seating area, no restroom, and it’s now much smaller, focused solely on coffee to-go. The baristas seem fully committed to the drive-thru, so if you’re ordering inside, you’re lucky to get acknowledged within five minutes. It’s disappointing to see a place that once worked so well lose its welcoming atmosphere and convenience.

Came to this location on Friday night about 8:30pm. I had a late softball game and decided to get a coffee traveler for my team. When I ordered the women said they had turned off their coffee machines and were done for the night. It's a coffee place, and I'm sure the pot or 2 of coffee they would've had to make fit in the traveler. Took my business elsewhere. Which by the way, were glad to make fresh coffe just for my traveler order.

It's disgusting, I bought a dragon fruit drink and a weevil came out. An animal felt like I was suffocating and couldn't stop vomiting.

Worst customer service ever. The person preparing the drinks rude and rush through the orders, making a mess and giving the cups all dirty. I politely asked him to clean the cup so I could grab it, and he pointed out where the napkins were. I told him I wasn't going to stain my hand, and he rudely scoffed his throat and harshly cleaned the cup( Antonio) is the staff.

today I went to get some thing to drink with my sister, I ordered a strawberry pink drink trenta with light ice) and a vt berry Hibiscus.)so I got my order that was a vt berry hibiscus) and then they gave me a strawberry acai) when I wanted a strawberry pink drink!! so they changed it and I appreciated it they did!but then they had put a lot of ice!! and a little of the drink !sadly, I went home to measure it, so I think they should learn how to measure. Thank you
