Kai customer service was exquisite, the place was clean, he was polite, friendly, & he even offered napkins - man I never get napkins offered to me 😂. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection, both orders. Appreciate it Kai. You the man 💪🏽
I'm giving this place a 5 star, but they messed up one of the 3 pizzas that was ordered. However, they honored their guaranty and made another one without any resistance. Other than having to go back to get it, I'm satisfied because life happens!
I don't know why people rate this store low. Personally this is the best dominoes I have visited. They are always professional and courteous. Give them a break
As always, the service and food have never failed to satisfy my hunger pangs when the need arises. It's the friendly smile and helpful attitude that each and every employee display every night and day! They are very loyal and dedicated to their job and I have NEVER heard any complaints from their co-workers . Keep up the excellent work and friendly attitude. It's what makes DOMINO'S geat! PS: THE FOOD IS ALWAYS FRESHLY PREPARED WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL! I LOVE EVERY BIT OF THE TASTY ITEMS!.
I said many times before that DOMINOES offers the best service and food that anyone can expect. All of the ingredients are always freshly prepared and I have never received any item not tasting very good. The marbled cookie is especially good and I order it all time! Although I always order the same item daily, I'm sure that all of the items offered on the menu is just as good! I' m a meat lover, but I will try the other items sooner or later... Your employees are very dedicated to their job and they are always courteous and friendly when conversing in person and when ordering on the phone. Keep up the excellent service and people will always come back!
I ordered through the app and went in person to pick it up. The pizza was good and the service was excellent. One employee named Eduardo Jerez even helped me with my order to put it inside my car. Since he saw me struggling to take it all in one trip.

Oscar made and served my pizza. He has amazing customer service and Made sure I had everything I needed prior to leaving such as napkins and forks for my chicken bites. I'm not normally a big domino's pizza lover but I came and got a pizza from keri and she did so good that I came back a second day in a row , so I think now I like domino's pizza. And also, I'm very impressed with the amount of pins she has on her hat. She's kind and the service and very accommodating.

I order from here almost daily. The three individuals who deliver my food all have been very nice. Rarely I would get a pasta with half in side the bowl, and half in the box. Occasional they forgot my soda or dipping sauce. But food is hot and taste good. For me they get it right 95% of the time.
The pizza and all the other food was ok, this review/complaint is about their chicken wings, I give them 3 out of 10 because the last wings i got had hardly any meat in them, it was mostly fat. I bought the 8 piece but ate only 2 of them. I'll probably just stick with getting pizza next time.
The only reason this doesn’t get a 5/5 is that the store itself looks very rundown. They had every single door open and it looked like it was an abandoned location. The pizza itself is exceptional. It was made really well and the toppings were plentiful and dispersed appropriately. This hit the spot as we had just all landed and met up and needing something really quick.

I'd give them a good rating, except for the service. I walk in to pickup my pizza and not even an acknowledgement "We'll be right with you." "Welcome." "Hello". This is, of course, the service industry and it is standard fare to treat custromers this way. Your pizza might be good - but sadly...your service is NOT.
Quick service and good quality for a Dominos. Only issue I've been having lately is a fairly consistent lack of the garlic butter sauce on the pizza. They don't seem to miss it on the cheesy bread for whatever reason but it seems like only 50% of the time they put it on their pizzas (which is the only way to go for Dominos traditional crust). They have been offering an apology pizza as compensation so I don't feel completely let down. Also want to add that half of the time, the compensatory pizza has also been missing the garlic butter sauce.
Food is delicious, but delivery fees are very costly, and it seems like friendly service isn't really a priority. If you're gonna order Domino's, either get it from get store itself, or do it from another location.

For context: My family and I were in a rush to get home and eat, so we did not double check our order before leaving the site. 2.) We ordered a large pizza with chicken and spinach, and they didn't even cut it correctly AND they didn't even put the spinach! What a joke... I have ordered from this dominos several times. For pizza taste, it’s fine just as good as any other dominos. I am giving a low rating for service. Yes they offered me a free soda when they acknowledged they screwed my order, But I don’t want to wait another 20 minutes for my pizza. However when a pizzeria messed up on 3 of my 4 orders I have placed, I can only give it a minimal rating. I wouldn’t order from this dominos but it’s the only one in my area :(.
Ordered through a third party app from this Domino's. Delivery was fairly prompt however, when I recieved my order, food was barely lukewarm. Also don't know if the dressing comes with the 8 piece boneless wings but none showed up. Now, indulging into the pizza, I found a 8-9 inch brownish, blondish hair wrapped around the toppings on the pizza. I missed it when I first opened the box, as it matched the cheese on the pie. Fairly disgusted. Going to have to figure an alternate dinner tonight.

They need to rework or replace the crew that was working tonight. I placed an internet order and ran an errand to use up time until my pizza was ready. I arrive at the store to my pizza not even being started yet and it looking like they lost my order in the first place. This is not a Dominoes I plan to visit again anytime soon if ever. Dominoes needs to up their standards if these are the type of employees they will be hiring.
The worst!! The workers in there can’t read labels and follow orders. I special request well done, no garlic, and square cut. Guess what: special request completely disregarded. I asked for credit and it wasn’t given until I asked for a manager WHO WAS NOT THERE. They insisted I take a remade pizza. But ultimately I got my credit; it was like pulling teeth. I’m still waiting for a call back....
My 1st time at this Donimo's, not a good experience, I ordered the 2-Med pizza was told it came with 3 topping, but that was not the case and we were over charged for the pizza's instead of $8.99 we were charged 18.99 :( and the thin crust one was totally burnt! Will never go back to this one!
Waited in line for 10 minutes just to place my order. The gal was new and couldn't get it to come out right so another employee took over. Waited for 19 minutes till the board said my order was ready. I was then informed that only 1 of my 3 pizzas was done and it would be another 5 minutes??? Then wanted to charge me extra for pares an and peppers. The worst service!!!!!
Made an order today at 4:13pm. On the app, it said the order was ready at 4:43. My dad went in at 4:46 to be told the order wasn’t ready yet. I called and not only were they extremely rude but they hung up the phone while I was talking. Wish I could rate it 0 stars instead. Horrible customer service. I’ll stick to Pizza Hut instead.

Worst manager ever I don’t know if it’s Eddie or Eduardo his name, his attitude is disgusting, the way he treats his crew is horrible. Pizza was wrong. Thank you for the other employees for helping me, Her name is carla she said best customer service ever so professional and attentive to give me the service I as a customer deserve. I won’t go back knowing a person like that could actually be a general manager, so disappointed on you Dominos for giving opportunities to people that don’t know how to treat customers and most of all making them managers, if that’s how he treats his employees it doesn’t surprise me I as a customer would get treated any better. Just for having that management I give you a 1, I bought my pizza Thursday afternoon, another young man was their thank you for you customer service. I wish I could give you a 5 star ⭐️ But with that awful manager i can’t, I even feel bad for the employees that work with him.
First I want to say how unprofessional this place is. Haven't been here in 6 years, and now remember why. I ordered a specialised pizza from their menu for pick up. I paid for said pizza, $17 for a medium 🙄. Came to get it, and they said they must've gave it away. So they had to make it again. Then he offers me a free soda for my inconvenience?!. I'll never come here again.
Ordered 2 medium pizzas that were not delivered. Driver Porfirio lied and said order was delivered. I called the store to complain while I was on the phone with them, driver called to deliver pizza. I didn't want it at that point. Manager of the store Eddie told the employee Dieter he didn't have time to come to the phone to assist me. Do not order from this dysfunctional store. Very poor customer service besides Dieter doing all he could. You need to change management and your lying driver! Store #8226
No napkins available 🤣🤡 Costco, Sams Club, Smart & Final’s, Targets grocery outlet to name a few places where you can pick up the emergency supply of napkins. But as they say, fish stinks from the head so if the owner operator doesn’t care, but why should the employees? This was probably THE WORST Domino’s pie I have had. I would love to corporate to do a thorough pop-up inspection. Sad, disappointing, but not surprising .
This place keeps messing up my order. Delivers the food cold and not fully cut. Doesn't deliver the correct food that was order. Even after letting the driver know the issue, he returns with the wrong item still. TERRIBLE STORE/CREW!
This place is horrible. I ordered contactless and the driver blew up my phone and threatened to take my pizza back. He did. I called and they told me they could not get me my pizza for another twenty to thirty minutes. I asked for cancellation and they obliged only to not give me the name of the person I was talking to. They gave me a manager name but seemed unsure about the name. I will be calling corporate this is ridiculous.
Ordered a Mix & Match they said wait was about 20minutes so I waited in my car. Came back in and they told me they hadn’t started on my pizza yet. Waited 20 more minutes then got my food. Asked for ranch since I waited for so long and he replies with there .89 cents. I don’t mind paying but if you have a customer waiting and you forgot to make there food offer something while they wait or add sauces to the order free of charge.

I surly have the pizza delivered home. Make sure your are carrying out and not delivered. It’s been 2 this year that it has been delivered horribly cut in weird pieces. Now this time around our pizza was drenched and pizza was super soggy. This will be the last time I order from here. Make sure you are opening your pizza in front of them once you get it.
Sad sad sad … been coming here for years ! & honestly haven’t had pizza in a while so seems like they changed a couple things Eduardo the rude employee or manager told me they weight out there cheese when they place it on top of the pizza okay so why does my pizza look like it doesn’t have enough cheese does this mean I have to order extra cheese ? This is ridiculous I didn’t know I had to pay EXTRA for cheese that should belong on my pizza im not asking for much just some reasonable answers to why dominos has decreased there portion for cheese that’s how you loose customers and definitely lost me I’ll never revisit this location again especially the rude manager who couldn’t even remake my pizza to my liking . Thank you DOMINOS hope your service improves with better service and better quality definitely didn’t get what I paid for . as for the employee maybe they should rethink management to someone who is a bit more professional.
Ordered from Uber eats and they delivered it themselves. they delivered a $30 meal that had NO CHICKEN on the CHICKEN Carbonara pasta at all. Very upsetting to pay this much and feel ripped off.
They got my order wrong and then kept hanging up the phone when I called. Now I have to walk back over there in the cold night to speak in person about my order. It's a regular Monday night, I know they aren't busy, I wouldn't make this review if they weren't being so childish and trying to hide from my number, feels like the knew they messed up and hope I won't want to come back to the store but they are wrong.

Last Friday 08.10 according to bank record i really wanted a pizza. Domino's is close to where I live, based on my experience before this should be good, i thought .The afternoon manager on Friday customer service is HORRIBLE! I asked about the specials and the energy was HORRIBLE! I ordered a medium pizza with 2 toppings for 19.83, I thought about what she said although I did not want two pizzas, I canceled the original order and got 2 for 24 with 3 toppings. I was told by that manager the first order would cancel and the money would go back to the card no later than 5 days. Today I went and that same manager is there, I said the money was not returned. She said "go to your bank and dispute it". The bank worker told me my card would get turned off and I would have to wait for a new card. I went back and told that manager she said although she remembered me "that the system does not go that far back" "dispute it with your bank". She could have refunded the amount or give me a pizza that I paid for. Either option is fair. I asked for the number to corporate she said "I don't know it, it should be on your receipt. Not only did I not get my money, her HORRIBLE customer service did not offer a pizza. I work with customers on a regular basis and I would NEVER treat a customer with so much DISRESPECT and inconvenience. Either more training is needed or she does NOT work with the public. Her energy was HORRIBLE then and today. Is this how Domino's management works? A refund or a pizza. Sincerely just the money after today I no longer think Domino's is a pizza option
I ordered a pizza called the unlimited pepperoni and didnt get not one pepperoni or even chesse this can't even be called a pizza at this point. I am very disappointed in Domino's I never thought I would receive something so unacceptable especially after working so hard for my money. Then spending my money and not being satisfied. I would never order from this Domino's again and I hope that who ever is encharged is held accountable for this situation.
12/18/2025 I called in around 3:00 pm, and a sorry, lazy female Domino's employee would not allow me to make my order. Her voice was as if she had just awakened from a night's sleep, I told her I wanted a vegan pizza, and she did not tell me any details of the specials on the Pizza. I called back, and she literally hung the phone up in my face twice, because she didn't want to make my order. She sounds confused, and she has an accent as if she was from Africa or Haiti. I would rather order from an off-brand Pizza store than Domino's. The location where this lazy and unprofessional employee works is 4285 W. El Segundo Blvd., Hawthorne, CA 90250. If people don't want to work, they should stay home. This was so low-budget for her to hand up the phone on me. I will order nothing from this location again. THIS LOCATION OF DOMINOS DESERVES NO STARS AT ALL. THE MANAGER NEEDS TO retrain this lazy EMPLOYEE I refuse to order from this
Ordered at 8, told it would arrive by 9, 10:00, nothing… app said delivery was now 9-11… app showed food was dropped at house, call to the shop confirmed it was still there… been a few years since I’ve ordered dominos and this reassured why.
Id like to speak with a general manager for this location. Why is it that you have a ginormous BLUE sign saying EBT ACCEPTED but your EBT is NEVER WORRRRRKKKKINNNNGGG!!! I jus ordered my pizzas online ONLY to be told YOUR CRAP doesnt work or is BROKEN. WHY is the employee telling me that someone was ALLOWED to BREAK/DAMAGE the EBT/DEBIT device. What lack of control do you all have over your equipment & environment for a customer to just be able to DAMAGE yall equipment. OR was she jus lying cuz yall dont LIKE EBT paying customers??? Help me out here..

As she was leaving her shift, she came up to my car and told me that the guy in there will be bringing my pizza out as soon as it’s ready. She told him the situation and he would handle it. I waited outside another 20 minutes for them to remake didn’t realize it was taking too long. So I went inside only to find out my pizza has been sitting there the whole time. This gentleman plays so dumb like he doesn’t know what’s going on rather than take a that he messed up and didn’t do like he said he was going to do and bring my pizza out. That young girl had no reason to lie. He said his name was Oscar (where is braces) but I don’t know for sure. I asked him did he know who I was talking about but again he plays like he doesn’t know what I’m talking about and then tells me I’m doing too much, and that he clearly does not care. I told him I was going to call Domino’s in complain because of the reaction that he’s giving me an attitude, and he basically said he didn’t care. So here we are. I guess Domino’s doesn’t care about their reviews, so they just hire anybody to give attitude. Very disappointing.

If I could give zero stars I promise I would. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this is unacceptable. The first pizza I received wasn’t even done it was still extremely raw and undercooked. The second pizza I received tasted extremely sour like something was expired. Definitely would not recommend this exact location.

I told him I was going to call Domino’s in complain because of the reaction that he’s giving me an attitude, and he basically said he didn’t care. So here we are. I guess Domino’s doesn’t care about their reviews, so they just hire anybody to give attitude. Very disappointing.
If I could give zero stars I promise I would. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this is unacceptable. The first pizza I received wasn’t even done it was still extremely raw and undercooked. The second pizza I received tasted extremely sour like something was expired. Definitely would not recommend this exact location.
Last Friday 08.10 according to bank record i really wanted a pizza. Domino's is close to where I live, based on my experience before this should be good, i thought .The afternoon manager on Friday customer service is HORRIBLE! I asked about the specials and the energy was HORRIBLE! I ordered a medium pizza with 2 toppings for 19.83, I thought about what she said although I did not want two pizzas, I canceled the original order and got 2 for 24 with 3 toppings. I was told by that manager the first order would cancel and the money would go back to the card no later than 5 days. Today I went and that same manager is there, I said the money was not returned. She said "go to your bank and dispute it". The bank worker told me my card would get turned off and I would have to wait for a new card. I went back and told that manager she said although she remembered me "that the system does not go that far back" "dispute it with your bank". She could have refunded the amount or give me a pizza that I paid for. Either option is fair. I asked for the number to corporate she said "I don't know it, it should be on your receipt. Not only did I not get my money, her HORRIBLE customer service did not offer a pizza. I work with customers on a regular basis and I would NEVER treat a customer with so much DISRESPECT and inconvenience. Either more training is needed or she does NOT work with the public. Her energy was HORRIBLE then and today. Is this how Domino's management works? A refund or a pizza. Sincerely just the money after today I no longer think Domino's is a pizza option
