I usually go to the Jack-in-the-Box early in the morning before I go to work to get a breakfast sandwich. Their location is clean and I love that there is plenty of seating here.

The food is great at this location & the customer service is great too. I am a regular customer for breakfast, lunch, or dinner thru the drive thru & they have never gotten my order wrong. I am disabled & getting out of my car is not so easy, so the drive thru is a blessing, especially at the end of a long day. My favorite item currently is the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl and I could eat the egg rolls all day. The meat lovers breakfast burrito is tempting too. 😘 There is nothing on the menu that I dislike but I do stay away from the double & triple burgers for sure. I am 56 & have loved Jack-in-the-Box since I was a toddler talking to the clown in the box at the drive thru & then getting a balloon when my Mom pulled up to the window. The balloons & the tacos were my favorite. I wish I could still take my kids & grandkids thru & watch them try to figure out how Jack-in-the-Box could be alive & talking to them. 👵

This is a great location! Alba is amazing and so friendly and kind. Best tacos I’ve had from jack in the box in 20 years! Please give her a big raise!!!

Don't go here. 3 times our orders were wrong, the lettuce is OLD, wrong Sandwich orders & curly fries when we told them FRENCH FRIES. I like Jack in the box, just avoid this one. It's too expensive to get takeout, just to find out they gave you the wrong food. Avoid this location. We're retired and SHOULD get exactly what we've ordered.

Have to give Jack praises for there fish sandwich meal for 4 dollars its probably best out of all fast food. The bread is soft n taste fantastic n the fish taste n feels as fresh as fast food can offer. Hopefully they won't raise price to much after the special is over.

Ordered the 2 croissants for $4.00. They were swamped with cars in tbe drive-thru but I was out of there within 10 minutes & on my way to work. The food was good & warm when I got to work. Worth the money!

This Jack in the Box location deserves a shout-out for their amazing service! The employees were welcoming and got my order out quickly. I tried the Cluck Sandwich, and it was one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The fries were golden and crunchy, and the drink machine had plenty of choices. The restaurant was clean, and the outdoor seating was a nice touch for a sunny day. I’ll definitely be coming back for another meal soon!

I stopped here with my husband and our child at around 2:30 am because even though I can’t have cow milk, I REALLY wanted a milkshake and curly fries from this place lol, it did not disappoint, my stomach paid the consequence but whenever I decide to indulge (which is like once every 2-4 years lol) it’s well worth it, I took advantage and also got their tacos…. OMG! After all these years they still taste like they did when I younger. Their prices are definitely sky high now but as a treat it’s good.

I've been coming here since I was a kid in the 80s and the food here has been fresh to date. Don't get me wrong there are lots of jack n the box but this jack by far has the freshest food out of all the jacks I've been to there taco shells are crunchy not soggy customer service has been good and fast.. this is my number 1 jack in southern California..

Its ol'reliable. There is always a line, the food is eh , and its always a 10 min wait but its open all night, has food stocked and the workers are chill. Honestly a midnight snack place.

Definitely depends on who's working. Christ if I had the time time to make my own food outta work I would but this place does it's best. Either you get fresh fries and food or they heat up what was left over after a few hours and hand it to you and even forget to ask you for any extra sauces. A solid 4 star if not for the few mess ups.

Feel sorry for the employees ,over worked for low pay ,they have to do every thing from cashier to cook to clean .the wait time is ridicules. They give you the wrong order .simply put by cutting on employees you damaging the business. Update new employees added services seem faster . The employees showing more attention to customers. It's a small Jack in the Box but they makes the best fries in the neighborhood. For some reason every other fast food place in this particular area makes their fried soggy and Jack is the only one who gets them perfect almost every time. I've never had any problems with the good here and they always get the order right. I also order on the app a most of the time, but if I ask for extra sauce on something, it will be there. All around solid Jack in the Box. I will say, this location seems to be designed for drive through, it had very limited parking and limited seating.

Needed to find some place to grab alate evening bite to eat, and this worked out really well. Food was surprisingly good (highly recommend grilled chicken sandwich). Service was fine - they take your order and call your order # when its ready. Their drive thru was very busy and took priority over walk in traffic, but its a solid option for a decent sandwich.

This Jack in the Box location has a tight parking lot. It's easier to park from Hawthorne Blvd. If you're coming from Manhattan Beach Bl. you can turn into an alley and turn right to get back to Hawthorne Bl.

Rude and discouraging wasted my time in the drive thru just to leave cause there's no way I'll pay and still eat that food without peace of mind that they didn't contaminate my food somehow.

They had a sourdough patty melt. Deal with cheese and grilled onions, fries, soda, for 4.99. It was very good, and the service was great.

Hard to access drive-thru as it's very small. I prefer JinB over McDonald's because the menu is broader and I like the egg rolls and teriyaki bowls. IT'S hard to find a drive-thru with more than hamburgers and/or hotdogs. Food quality is maybe a B to B+. I go here when I don't feel like burgers and it's ok, not great.

Service good but i did come at 730 in the morning on a saturday. Young woman took my order. Very nice and asked if i would like any sauce. I ordered sausage burrito. It came out small and the cheesy sauce in it tasted too much like nacho cheese. Bathroom was not clean and toilet paper not stocked. But overall average experience. Cant complain.

The food was too greasy! However, I did enjoy the breakfast sandwiches 🥪 yum!

I waited nearly 20 minutes at the drive thru at 3am, when I pulled up to the ordering kiosk the lady said "give me a few seconds" and I get the feeling she forgot I was still there waiting to order. Otherwise the food is pretty standard for a jack in the box.

Grilled chicken was dry and not hot!

Sourdough burger was very good. I also enjoyed the tacos. What bothered me was my drink did not come until after my food which took a bit. Then, I needed to wait while the servers seemed to ignore me when I went up for a drink refill. The tables on the side were sticky. The fact that before I sat there, an employee had been eating at one of the tables, so she knew they were dirty. Plus, there were no towels in the washroom.

I ordered 4 tacos and it took them like 25 min. It's called fast food for a reason. The tacos were greasy they didn't drain them.

Check your order before you leave because I had a mix up and it took 25 min. For them to fix it had to talk to manager and she was able to give me my money back . Something is up with the cashier here he didn't look okay . And repeated my order three times just to tell me combos don't come with fries or drink . What ...... Just check everything before you leave . Don't get over charged .

Well, i'd like to give you a good review of this place. I mean, they do have a lot of stuff, but the only problem that I found was quickly employees there you off some kind of stand office rides and telling you that they're short staff and you can't help you. Sure, that was just only a few, so go at your own risk . Don't get me wrong because of the review they have a lot to offer, most employees are doing the job, however some make you experience unsavory with their attitude.

When I entered the lobby, there was one individual waiting for his order and upon stepping forward to the counter to place my order I noted three employees that were visible to me and did not appear to be overly busy yet it was at least 3 minutes before one of them came forward to greet me and then take my order. From that point the order came up quick and the food was of good quality.

Good food, but they don't allow the Military discount here anymore. So come here at your own risk to pay more if you're in the military or a veteran.

Their card machine was "down" and they RUINED MY ENTIRE DINNER!! Nothing I ordered was correct; I excluded disgusting white ish from my burger; only to get home and have ALL of what I asked NOT to be included was on there 😫😤😷

They constantly out of coke and they messed up a couple of times at night. In the day time it's been okay. Not sure if night time people just lazy or what.On top of that if you tell them they've messed up previously they act rude

The site was messy, and grungy. There was litter in the parking lot, straw wrappers on the floor, inside. Even the clean tables would benefit from being more thoroughly wiped down.

The fries for both orders were cold,even though I waited a while for my food. Agent didn't seem happy to give me fries that we're hot.

I ordered $32 worth of food and it took literally 22 minutes for the two cars in front of me to get there food and I had to place a second order for the #12 chicken club combo because the guy at the window for got to put it on my original order. On top of that no napkins no condiments no straws for my 4 drinks . And I asked for no mayo and it looks like I got extra mayo. Totally disappointed !!!

Jack in the Box has always been tasty and consistent. The crew leader or manager at this establishment is not very friendly. In fact she is kinda rude and has a displeasing disposition. Most employees at Jack in the box are typically friendly. I dont know what happen at this one. -REP

I placed an order on the Jack in the Box app (which I love). I went to the restaurant to pick up my order and the front door was locked. There were a t least 3 staff members who made eye contact with me and did not open the door. I called the restaurant while standing there and no one answered. Finally someone came to the door and I asked why the door is locked and there is no signs stating you can't come inside to pick up orders. I instructed the gentleman that I did not have a car and was not risking my safety to stand in a drive through line to pick up my order. He then asked for my name, locked the door back and went inside. A few moments later a young lady came to open the door I received my food and left. There are many things that are wrong with this scenario, the restaurant can not choose when they want to lock the doors not allowing walking customers to safely receive there food without standing in a dangerous drive through, second if they needed to close the inside for any reason a sign needs to be placed on the door and this should be reflected on the mobile app, lastly the staff was not professional I'm handling the manner having me wait outside for more than 5 mins and then questioning me like I was trying to steal an order. I am very disappointed with the treatment received and will no longer use this restaurant.

The drive thru set up is the absolute worst! The service wasn't friendly. The girl helping me didn't even say hello when I got to the window. After I left, I realized she charged me for 2 orders or tacos instead of the 1 I ordered.

2 in the morning, the cashier had a bad attitude. Ask for a chocolate shake, a couple times, she still mixed it up and gave me vanilla. She then started fusing with me saying I said vanilla. Well they won't need to worry about me going there any more.

Ordered supreme croissants, angry tacos, and a sando and threw up not even 15 min after eating. It’s hard to say if the meat was undercooked for the angry taco or if it was the dye from the taco that rubbed off on the meat.

This Jack doesn't even deserve a star I waited for 20 mins in the drive-thru plus my fries were refried to top it off only 2 employees where in there. One of them still ask if we wanted our food.

Why don't they put on gloves!?! Hell, McDonald's REQUIRES workers to put on gloves, and the employees here don't put on gloves. Absolutely disgusting. Service is very slow. I been ordering food from this Jack n the box for years, never have I seen it at it’s all time lowest in customer service and satisfaction, the these last couple of weekends in the morning shift I always have to drive to the window because no one is taking my order at the drive thru, every time I drive up it’s a young man not even wearing his headset, then he takes my order, as I look inside I see NO ONE taking their job serious, everyone is laughing and joking, I understand we want to love where we work, but this wasn’t it, nevertheless they get my order screwed up every time! A corrective needs to be taken immediately!

Manager refused to serve me cause I’m Muslim. She even called two sheriff deputies who I met with and they said this is absurd they called them out for this!!!! ***They also kept raising the prices no matter what I ordered. How is a value fry & med coke almost $10?

Update: Well, they did it to me again. Locked the door before we arrived at 9:10pm. This time i walked all the way there with my son. There were 2 other people that arrived at the same time as us. So at least 4 customers not served, probably many more. The manager made the "steering wheel" gesture through the glass. Yeah, thanks. Many people don't have cars. Listen, if you don't want to serve people in store then don't post dining room hours. Or at very least change the hours posted. You can't just close whenever you want to. I think I deserve somthing for all the times i wasted trying to buy food here

The, "can you park and we'll take your order?" line is OLD already. How so these fast drive thru people want a raise when their service and competence sucks, specifically at this location!

So the service was good , I ordered a Loaded Breakfast Sandwich Combo with mayo, but when I started to eat the Sandwich there was a eggshell inside and it was a big piece so they didn’t even try to get it out. Not sure if Manual was at the window or not this early AM morning around 2:30am but very rude, not even average customer service, greeted me as if I was at the wrong place and not a fast food establishment, both were cleaning and wiping counters, so it was clear to me that they hadn’t received my online order asked me to pull around the building and wait on my food to be brought out who was never brought out after receiving an email that it was ready so I drove around to the window to pick up my order Finally, I got the order. Something told me to search the bag. There was the food in there there was no napkins in there, and I specifically ask for certain sauces. you would think if you didn’t have the sauce that I asked for you wouldn’t inform me thank goodness I looked in my bag and noticed that the sauce was not there so he tells me we don’t have that sauce so I asked for two barbecue sauces and he just tosses them in my hand. You have to do better working in an establishment like that if I can help it, I won’t return and definitely needs retraining on great customer service, I agree with the previous review definitely felt racially motivated, and if I’m not mistaken, it’s the same individual in the previous reviews photo, as well as same time in the a.m. something is not right….

Came to this location. Employee was extremely rude. Employee said he was on break and that he would be back in 10 min. Then he told me to move out of the place. I told him I would wait for him to come back from break. And he said if I didn’t move I would have to come back in 30 min. I told him I would report and leave a review and he tried to take my order. 3:15AM on 12/30 when I move forward he took the order from the person behind me and this leads me to believe I suffered discrimination from this location

This place is so nasty so dirty so many homeless people inside sitting down smoking cigarettes in the bathroom, have all their bikes and carts in front of the door where you have to walk in and purchase your food. It was so much food and trash on the floor in the kitchen, where they prepare food. The restrooms were filthy and I’ll say it again full of cigarette smoke. This place needs to be shut down or an extreme makeover and if the homeless is gonna come in there, they have to follow the rules or they should refuse service because now you’re gonna miss out on my business, my family‘s business and all the employees who come here to eat as well we will never come back. So here it is. Ordered 2 double smashburgers and 2 fries got home and it was 2 single burgers ,went back and they argued and refused to change it or make it right you would think spending the ridiculous price of 30 bucks that you would get what you ordered but oh no not here. Let alone the burgers were hard and burnt ,fries were left over from earlier in the day both items were completely un edible had to just throw the whole order away how in the world do people run a business like this and stay open with Rat food at best no oversight by Jack in the box corporation or the on sight manager do you not understand you will soon run out of customers quickly and completely, this place is a black eye for the city of lawndale as a whole.will never spend hard earned money at this or any other jack in the box again. You should be ashamed to even call yourself a restaurant that serves food.

If I could give this service star a negative amount I would! So this guy who is running the drive-thru tells me to pull and park in a spot and in 5 min, come back through the drive-thru to get my order. Keep in mind he had kept me waiting at the window for over 6 min. Before coming over and delivering that messed up message. There is no one else in the drive-thru, there is no one in the store, because it was 5:00 AM and the dining area wasn't open yet. So there was no reason why I had to go and park, and then for some reason in 5 min. Possibly lose my spot in line, which is first, when in 5 min there could be a couple cars that would come up, and he would then serve them before me, while I wait behind them, when my order would most likely be ready. So after driving to a spot, I quickly realized what I just mentioned here and drove back through the drive through and asked him why I couldn't just wait at the window. There are no cars. I said, "if a car comes I'll move, if my food isn't ready by then." He literally started yelling at me and getting aggressive and said, "you want the order or not?' You have to go park and come back in 5 min!" So what I did, because I was so upset at this point, I literally had to take my blood pressure medicine because I thought I was having the onset of another heart attack. But anyway, I had to position my car in such a way, that I was blocking anyone from going down the line and taking my spot. So I sat there for 3 and a half min. Then started my car up and pulled forward, and wouldn't you know it, it was ready to go. Just imagine if I had to wait behind the 3 cars that were yelling at me to pull forward. I would have been forced to eat my own hand, I was so hungry. The biggest caveat to this story is that the food wasn't for me, so if he tampered with it, in any way, it was no skin off my teeth, I wasn't eating it. So please stay away from this place unless you feel like being abused, berated, and beleaguered. Have a great day everyone, stay safe.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had at Jack in the box .. pls do not go here I know this is not the healthiest food you can eat but every now and then I head over to jack in the box to get some jalapeño poppers. I order my usual jalapeño poppers and instantly noticed they were not fresh after requesting this already upon ordering. I could tell by the looks of them after I ordered they were not fresh but I said to hell with it let me give it a try .. this was my worst mistake I've could've made because they literally tasted like old burnt fried fish oil . I went back and kindly ask if I could exchange for some fresh jalapeño poppers and explained to the supervisor that they taste like the oil that they were cooked in might be bad she acknowledged that and than comes back with some more jalapeño poppers that looked the exact same so I told her no thank you I would like to return instead and receive a refund and things got weird the lady at the drive thru by the name of Lorena didn't even acknowledge me or apologize instead she stuck her hand out the drive thru window and swiped my card handed it back to me and then slammed the drive thru window as quickly as possible lol . I had to ask for my receipt.. I'm still trying to figure out what the hell did I do wrong because I was completely kind to the employees lol. Sometimes ppl need to be reminded that Jesus love you. This was supposed to be a chicken fajita. It was cold and barely stuff. The onions were not grilled it was awful. The only reason I didn't take it back was because I was on my way to work. So Always check your order before living the drive thru window.
