The place is empty with no one behind us and she tries to hurry up the transaction every time we come here. Never asks if we want anything else or would like to bundle any of our items. Always assumes we are done to get us out. Now I’m no stranger but I know for a fact fast food places always try to upsale items or combos. But always with this employee we always get an attitude and we always get hurried. I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the attitude. But other than that this place has good food and clean.

They've recently remodeled the store and added more main items - a good move since their 'original beef' is very wierd. Two-for-one coupons in the mail are very common - thank you! Stick with the teriyaki chicken, tilapia or angus steak, avoid the overbattered orange chicken. Have not tried the shrimp yet.

The quality has really gone down over time and as much as I LOVE coming to eat here I have to give this place a 3 star review. The staff was friendly and the restaurant itself was well maintained but what really ruined my experience was o ordered "sauce all over" on my plate and I even offered to pay more $$ of need be as I wanted sauce all over. When I got my plate, there was no sauce all over and when I spoke to the cashier she wanted to charge me extra for sides of their teriyaki sauce...... had she charged me extra in the beginning then I would have given them a higher review but the fact that my dish wasn't made the way I had requested really made my experience upsetting.

When I got home and opened my order it was a double teriyaki chicken plate and the other plate was teriyaki chicken with no sauce on it. When I called and spoke with manager Michael, he investigated and admitted that I was given wrong order. I requested a refund; I had no time to return and needed to leave for work shortly. He refused to refund. I advised him I would do a chargeback on card. His response was basically he didn't care and he hung up on me. Very rude and unacceptable. I did do a chargeback and that process is pending. I will also notify their corporate office about this location and manager.
