French frys and chicken tenders taste like they never change the cooking oil. Shakes are poorly made .Most employees are very good except for one during lunch she always gets my order wrong and seems a bit prejudiced.

There food could improve sometimes there fries are never fresh or there burgers are warm not hot like they have been sitting for awhile this place is very high priced for having low quality food this place is not 24 hours and they do have some what of a long drive thru. I would recommend taking your money Else where for some cheaper high quality food instead of pay high price for low quality food. Definitely needs some new workers and new cooks

The staff are friendly, and the main restaurant is always clean. It's in an easy location to get in and out of. The drawbacks are extremely slow service (we've had to wait more than 20 minutes for food a couple of times, even when we are the only customers in the restaurant), and the cleanliness of the restrooms leaves a lot to be desired. Although the paper products and soap in the restroom are generally well-stocked, I've been unpleasantly surprised on more than one occasion to find body fluids and waste on the toilet and/or surfaces in the stall.

Just had breakfast at Carl’s Jr. order two sandwiches. Both came with no meat that was fine accidents happen. The manager was on the front counter. The shift leader was on the front counter. Neither of them apologized to me. Neither of them really recognized me or smiled the lady shift leader seem to be in kind of a bad mood, I heard the cook from the back say oh sir I’m so sorry that was a positive not very friendly at all The lady was begging my order to go when my receipt clearly said dine in I said, oh that’s for here. She kind of threw the tray on the counter and put my food on it. If she was working for me I’d have a talk with her.

I admit, I like Carl's Jr food. But, their prices have risen very high lately so I have not been there in a while. I found a coupon for a free Famous Star with cheese if you order a combo meal. I'm very hungry today, so what the heck. I go trough the drive through and order my two cheese burgers with only light ketchup, lettuce and extra pickles. The burgers were good. But, I noticed on my receipt they had charged me $.37 for extra pickles ($.17 for each burger and then $.03 for tax = $.37). Ok, I admit 37 cents is not going to break me. But, it is the principal of the matter. For my whole life I have ordered extra pickles and I have never been charged extra. The drive through clerk did not let me know there would be an extra charge for a few pickle slices. Bottom line, it seems very shady Carl's Jr gouge you for the smallest of things. I will not be coming back.

went through the drive through and ordered a cal xl with no tomato or lettuce they gave me Lettuce and no crunch Onions.

Came to order breakfast and asked if I could customize a sandwich. An employee named Ashley made sure to make me feel as dumb as she could for not understanding a simple question, gave me attitude and said she’s getting her manager. Spoke to the manager Ana and was able to understand no problem. I let the manager Ana know about how rude Ashley was being and she just brushed it over. Maybe, Ana the manager, you can train your rude useless employees instead of ignoring a problem? And good luck to figuring out common sense Ashley, you have a long road ahead of you.

I went through the drive thru to get breakfast biscuits and they were hard as a rock. The price does not match the quality. I went inside to tell the workers about it and requested a manager and there was no manager there to accept responsibility for the biscuits being as hard as a rock. I did not want a refund I just want a biscuit that's good quality and soft. My daughter has braces so she could not eat the biscuit because it was too hard.

The price does not match the quality. Too many stale buns, woody chicken, and poor produce. Spent $9 on a chicken club with no fries or drinks and the lettuce is rotten.

Worst store ever. Took 20 minutes to get my order. Wanted western bacon burger lettuce wrap with no bacon and add pickles. Got a hamburger patty with cheese wrapped in lettuce.....no sauce put bacon on it no onion ring and no pickles. A dried out mess. Ran out of zucchini. Someone is not managing that store properly to run out of product. Will never go in there again. Their explanation....they had technical difficulties. Give me a break.
