Visiting from Florida here, my second time during this visit, what’s better than the delicious burgers is the staff. The employees here are so nice, pleasant and they greet you with the warmest smile! I hope we get an In n Out location in Florida soon with staff as friendly as the ones they have in Cali especially this location!!

I just came to this location for the first time and I have to say I was very impressed with Valerie and the rest of the staff. I went in with a complicated secret menu idea that I wasn’t even sure how to order right and Valerie was so kind and patient with me. At the same time I noticed that the cashier next to her, I believe his name was Ladimani or something similar was also taking a secret menu order which the customer wasn’t sure how to order correctly. Both of them were very kind, patient, and professional. I could see that being in their position with many people doing the same thing trying to order “Secret” and “special” items over and over again might for some get annoying and it might reflect in their customer service. But this store showed at the utmost respect and professionalism to their guests. That type of customer service is hard to find these days. To top it off my food was made quickly and it was super tasty as well! I wish they had a drive-through but I won’t knock off a star for that.

Amazing location, the only downside is the parking lot can be a bit of a zoo due to all the traffic and customers zipping back and forth. If you will bring a SUV or truck to park there, you might be in for a bit of a struggle. Other than that, this place, like pretty much all InOs, has excellent quality control and menu, and it's the same any day of the week, exactly what you can expect from InO. 5 stars

Great food vary clean place even the bathrooms. It's about the cleanest food place I've ever seen. From floors to the workers, clean,clean,clean. The food is hot and they make it look so good when you get it. My order is always right. Everybody should try this in-N-OUT. You'll see. JC.

I always love coming here. My meal, the double double animal style with raw onion and a side of fries. If I could I would double up on the double double or even get it lettuce wrapped cause their lettuce is fresh, crispy and cool. Well the hamburgers are always amazing there's really nothing you can compare to girl could meet good buns with fries. The service is always good at staff are always eager to help you and really good customer service. Well it's always busy so that's the only thing that a lot of the times becomes a drag so I guess you have to plan it when you can come when it's not busy.

The consistency of this franchise is phenomenal! Not only with the quality of food, but the friendliness of the staff is OUTSTANDING!. The last time we ate here, it was pushing midnight. The restaurant was packed. My kids were crabby, but the young man behind the counter was so patient and pleasant with us. It must be a blast to work there because it seems like everyone is having a good time. Even the person that is strong-arming the French fry cutter. That's fun to watch too. The parking at this location is kind of limited, but there is a strip mall a block away with ample parking, short walk.

What is there to say? You are either a loyal fan or not. Double single with whole grilled onions, chilis and pickles. Well done fries. Whether it’s early lunch (opens at 10:30) or late night post drinking burger (closes late) in n out is always friendly, accurate with the order and never disappoints. My only disappointment is I should order a second burger but always try to real it in. A visit is always a must when traveling internationally and you miss a good ol fashion all American burger taste.

It's In-N-Out, the quality is what you expect at any of their locations. There is really nothing unexpected or strange about this location that would make it stray from the five stars I give it. The company itself is extremely careful about where and how they build so the atmosphere is what you expect. The employees were quick and our food came out in a very reasonable amount of time. No complaints.

It's In-N-Out. You either like it or your taste buds are broken. They raised prices a lot. That sucks. But this one is great. I know it's not a big deal, but they have those soft round ice for the drinks...I love it.🤷🏻

I ordered a 4 x 3 (4 patties and 3 slices of cheese) cheeseburger with raw onions. The burger was very good as always. The service is typically somewhat slow as is the case with In-N-Out, but worth the wait for the quality of the burger. I’ve never cared for their fries, I understand they are simply straight potatoes, which is probably healthier, but the texture is disappointing compared to other fries which are processed to give them a more appealing texture. I know many people who feel the same way.

Cant go wrong with in and out! Try a double double animal style with chopped Chiles. It’s the best! Only thing is that parking at this location is right but you can park in the street to the left of the location

Came here for lunch on 4/14/25. The service was amazing, and quick. Everything was cheap. The patties were a bit salty but otherwise, really good.

This in-and-out is a machine. Hard to find parking during peak hours but they are super efficient and you never wait long. Quality always on point.

Took an Uber straight from my big homies wedding, still fully suited, to the hallowed ground that is In-N-Out. I'd argue that this is the best way to dig into the fresh never frozen patties, in a full suit after a formal event. It's so cool because the interior is straight out of the 60s... idk. I just feel like a BOSS eating at In-N-Out in a full suit. My girlfriend was an In-N-Out hater, but she is from Florida (smh) and had only eaten it once. I gave her my full spiel of how you need to try this with an open mind and not eat it ready to hate on it. If you get your expectations too high for anything it's going to be a let down, just treat it like any other burger experience (even though it's not). One bite into her double double and she got it. We converted her, even though she said the fries weren't her favorite, but that does seem to be the general consensus. I just think their fries actually taste like potatoes. I mf LOVE them. I demolished my 4x4 (with no cheese because I'm weird) along with my fresh fries, which was the only thing that saved me from the violent hangover the next morning. In-N-Out was the only thing that combated the mixture of negronis, pinot noir, and tequila sodas that flooded my liver at the wedding. Well all that dancing helped too. I was tearing that dance floor UP. The thing I miss most about living in NYC is the easy access to In-N-Out. Please don't take it for granted, my dear reader. Friendly. I explained that I'm out of town and that it was my first time at this chain, so the young man cheerily listed for me my options. The burger was great. The fries perfect. There is outdoor seating, which is nice, even though it was a bit noisy.

Always been a favorite place as their burgers are fresh and French fries cut and made on the same day from fresh potatoes. Like the efficiency. appearance and the friendliness of the staff. We're happy they provide indoor and outdoor dining. Oren seating areas are marked. Photos are at site on Placentia and Chapman in Placentia. Always busy, no drive through at this location. Find a drive through at Harbor and Orangethorpe on Fullerton.

Usually the food is great, but today all 3 orders of fries were a bit hard so I took them back and the young woman at the counter was very polite and said she would get me a fresh order. When I got back to my table I realized the new order was not even warm and just as hard as the first order. It was finally resolved but I was surprised that I had to return the order twice. The burgers were great though!

Food’s great, service is great, but I absolutely do not like where it is located. Parking lot is too crowded so there’s usually no parking space. And it is also just located near highway, so lots of traffic as well. If you do not like having parking issues, i do not recommend!

Been coming to this in n out since I was little and the quality of the food has not dropped at all! Still one of the best, tastiest, and filling burgers. Hard to believe that the food served there is considered fast food when it is better tasting, and of better quality than most sitdown restaurants offer! Love coming here!

I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a lemonade, a double double with no onion extra lettuce and chopped chilies cheese fries and a Dr. Pepper, and finally another double double with grilled onions chopped chilies extra lettuce with fries and a Dr. Pepper. This particular location didn't have a drive thru and surprisingly it wasn't packed. The cashier was patient when taking my order and repeated everything back correctly. The gentleman that was handing out the food was super nice, attentive, and very work efficient. He answered all my questions without hesitation.

It's fast food. California classic.

Well we know in n out burgers are better than average, nothing great. Service is fantastic! Its a fast food place so nothing stands out with the atmosphere. Good burgers, but very far from great.

Honestly, In-N-Out is one of the only chains where you can feel the back-of-house discipline without even seeing it. Everyone talks about “Animal Style” and thinks that’s the secret but the real cheat codes are the grill marks and temperature cues they use internally. They’ll never put it on the menu, but if you quietly ask for it “X-87,” that’s the code for a slightly longer sear so the patty develops that deep, almost crispy caramelization around the edges (it used to be a linecook training number back in the 90s). Same thing with the LAtype lettuce pull when they hand-leaf the lettuce, there’s actually a number they use (197-F) that refers to the fracture point of a cold head of iceberg. The moment a new leaf breaks clean at that point, they know it’s good enough for service. Most people don’t realize how intentional that is. It’s kind of wild when you think about it. They don’t freeze anything. They still dough-proof their buns with a 14 hour rest cycle. They still make their sauce in-house instead of pumping it from a bag. And yeah, you can order a Double-Double and it’ll taste good but when you ask for it X-87 with a 197-F lettuce pull and regular bun, you’ll understand why people get obsessed. It’s clean, salty, sweet in the right places, and you can literally feel the craft in a $6 hamburger.

Worst in and out ever! one out of every two times they mess up my order. I think either the cook has COVID or a bad memory.Because everything is salty.Maybe the double salt everything and cant taste it or remember. Also Wassup with the lack of lettuce every single time. Got all the way home and of course I’m missing food from my order. Everyone else’s food was cold. I could understand if they were busy but it wasn’t. Definitely not worth the headache of that parking lot to go back. Called customer service and they sent me a voucher which was cool. Go to Harbor location instead.

My husband ordered me a protein burger to go. The picture below is how it was prepared. I normally don't post reviews, but I don't appreciate my husband being reprimanded for not checking his receipt. My husband not only drove back after coming home, but he was told to make sure to check his receipt next time. Perhaps that is why my protein burger was made this way. I'm a little disappointed.
