Delicious brunch menu at a great deal. Biscuits and gravy were the best of my life. Pancakes were a great base recipe that blow away the original pancake house. Bottomless mimosas can’t be beat. Prices like this will bring us back again and again.

Great customer service. I love the bakery items. Cookies! I have not been a fan of the menu items. I come here because my lady likes it. But I think she changed her mind today. How to ruin breakfast: 1) Liquid scrambles eggs. 2) Frozen breakfast potatoes. 3) Microwave pastries and biscuits, so they are chewing. 4) Charge $15 to $20 a plate.

Polly's Pies has been around since I was a pee wee. My family and I have always enjoyed purchasing their famous pies to bring home to share. We've only ordered pies here but this time around because my brother-in-law's family was in town requested that we sit down and dine in together. We arrived around 4:30pm on a Saturday. There was plenty of seating as we had about 20 in our party. Definitely a good spot for comfort food.

I want to start by saying I've never been to Polly pies restaurant I figured I'd give this one a shot we've been always been wanting to try it out! So we went to the one in Fullerton the location where it's at it's a pretty old looking center that's right next to the Goodwill! And when you walk inside Polly pie it's like going back to the early seventies there's even a lot of old people there like retirement age I wasn't sure if I was in a senior citizen restaurant? So we got seated our waitress was Sophie she had a good personality but very forgetful and she was very quick with getting us order and then running back to the other waitresses to hang out like there wasn't anything for them to do I'm assuming? There was one part of the night where she asked us if we wanted ice for our drinks and never came back with ice I mean she's a young lady so I figured her mind is not on work but she did bring us our food in a timer manor. Food was ok I think after we talked about our food I don't think we would really rush to this place to eat, I felt like we were eating from those little cafes like when you go on a trip! Then when It was time to get our pies my pie was the smallest like I couldn't understand how they would charge people like five something a slice the restaurant was pretty big and pretty old it literally fits that location the restrooms needed to be tidied up for sure maybe the waitresses could do some of that cleaning if they weren't all standing around just chit-chatting behind the bar area I always think it's very unprofessional for waitresses to all stand around while there's work to be done and there's customers to attend to in a restaurant! But again this is a new age for all the Young generation kids that just don't know how to work the way we used to work! Especially if you're going to spend like $80 for three people to eat it's just a bit much for this place like that!whatever come back here probably not! would I ever try another Polly's pie place who knows but not this one!

Eh it's more of a place for seniors. If you like country food you like this place I ordered the clam shower it was not clam chowder it had a bunch of onions it was not good. Couldn't taste the clam chowder at all. The avacodo jalapeño burger was delicious tho 😋

Not impressed. Husband and I came here for lunch. The server was friendly but never asked to refill our sodas and never cleared dirty plates from the table. I had the mega grilled cheese which was underwhelming, hubby had the new chicken sandwich which was decent. Fries had no flavor. I had a slice of banana cream pie which was OK, hubby had the banberry pie that was supposed to have fresh strawberries...it was awful. One strawberry in a gelatinous sauce that tasted like cough syrup. I mentioned this to the server and instead of offering him something different, server only commented that people like it. There are so many options for places to eat in OC, but this experience wasn't good.

Went in to buy a take-out pie. To my surprise the pie selection was limited. No boysenberry, lemon sunshine or cherry during my visit. Best to call ahead to check pie selection before heading in.

This is the worst Pollys Pies! Terrible customer service! I pre ordered rolls for Christmas Eve and when I came to pick them up they said …sorry we don’t have any rolls maybe come back in an hour or we can give you a refund! Terrible!! And it’s totally raining! Thanks for making me drive there twice in a bad rainstorm!!!

We came to stay for a family Thanksgiving reunion. I planned a Thanksgiving meal through EZ Cater. Polly’s accepted our order and reconfirmed a $1000 meal for 32 people. I was promised food, set up, and plates/napkins/utensils. Our meal was 35 minutes late and delivered to the porch like door dash. The mash potatoes were sour (like strong vinegar), gravy was cold, and the rest of the food was barely warm. No plates/napkins/utensils. Overall, terrible food and experience. When I tried to call the restaurant I got an answering machine. Polly’s should stick with pie and NOT catering.

I used to eat at the Polly’s pies in Moreno Valley, and the one in Montebello a lot. This is my first time at this one… Waiting for my girlfriend I asked for a table then I went to the restroom. The restrooms are in the back by the kitchen, as I was exiting the restroom, I looked into the kitchen and saw one of the servers eating food off of a plate on the ready line…Violating all kinds of food, service prep rules… I let the manager know I would not be eating there, and all I got was a very slight apology

Found a fly in my salad, food wasn't that great. Waitress visited all the other tables constantly and only checked on us once. My boyfriends cup was refilled but mine never was, we eventually had to share the same drink because my soda was done before my meal ever came out. Very unhappy and will not be back..
