The Cubano sandwich was delicious, and the server was fast and friendly. It was a hot day, and pretty warm inside. I highly rec the blueberry lemon margarita and the margarita flight. However we all agreed that the chicken wings were amazing‼️

A special shoutout to Kate, who made our visit even more memorable with her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care — she truly went above and beyond. The menu offered a fantastic variety, and every dish we tried was packed with fresh flavors and creativity. The attention to detail, from presentation to taste, was outstanding. I was told that this place was one of the best Mexican restaurants in Rochester, and it lived up to the hype! The chips were adorned with a smoky seasoning, and the salsa was flavorful. My burrito was packed with delicious fillings, and my husband enjoyed his carne asada quesadilla. The house margarita also as good as I was told. I look forward to returning!

These are THE BEST fish tacos in Rochester. Period. No if, ands, or buts. The tacos have 2 big pieces of crispy fried sea bass, crunchy slaw, creamy chipotle sauce, and mango chunks for a hint of sweetness in a flour tortilla. Satisfying and tasty. Highly recommend with an horchata to drink.

The breakfast burritos for Sunday brunch are just awesome. And don't forget about those great Bloody Mary's with tequila . . . Yummy. Great service, super friendly staff.

Great service here! After a long day at Disney -- or even before an early Disney day -- we stopped by. Our closest location is two hours from home, so having this one right across from our hotel was incredibly convenient. The atmosphere was very nice, and the staff were super friendly. We've tried Pollo Campero in different places around the world, and it truly never disappoints. Delia is a very friendly person and makes you feel so welcomed

Delicious, juicy, chicken with exceptional service. I have never been so satisfied with a fast food chain. $35 easily feeds a family of 4 which is a hard deal to beat. My kids like the fried chicken better, but don't sleep on the roasted chicken because it is so flavorful.

ever since i saw the first ads, i been planning to drop by. once this location opened, i had to try it. i got their grilled chicken. the chicken is juicy n the flavor goes all the way to the bone!!! the flavor is sooo soo good n addicting i can never eat a few pieces. told a few others n now my mom cant get enough of it. they always treat her like family n even gave her complimentary snack. u can tell they are proud of what they cook n it shows not just in their food but how their workers treat their customers no matter race or age. they have a good sized menu with plenty if options n yess even fried chicken too haha highly recommend i try it! OC approved!

Came to this place because i was in the area and love pollo campero. I am very pleased with my experience here. My food came quick and freshly hot which was amazing. The Food tasted incredible, it was well cooked. The workers were super kind and it was nicely tidy inside. I would definitely come to this location again. I had a wonderful experience in this pollo campero.

Went there after pride and was craving huevos rancheros. Friendly vibe, food was different, but good, my only minor complaint is that the food could have been hotter. It wasn't busy when we were there. I got huevos and my husband got chicken and churros. We will definitely go back again. Great selection of drinks.

The food was quite good and the staff friendly. The cowboy candy taco was the best one of the tacos. The chips were really tasty! Four stars instead of five because there just wasn’t enough spice or heat (except the cowboy candy with the jalapeños). The salsa was sweet and a couple of the tacos could use more flavor. Also, a cut of lime to squeeze over everything and some bottles of hot sauce on the tables would have helped the flavor profiles overall. Still very good and worth a trip!

Very good Mexican food with a homemade feel. Flavors are great, and the hot sauce selection is excellent. Portions are small, so get a side dish. I have heard it can be busy but lunchtime on a Wednesday had plenty of seating.

I went here with a friend. We got the queso and salsa for the chips. The salsa and chips were not complimentary. They had a special of ground beef and cheese wontons, these were over cooked and one was completely empty. I got the shrimp taco and the candied jalapeño beef one. Both were very good. I got a side of rice of beans and it wasn’t my favorite. The rice was a little crunchy. Our drinks were good and our service was great!

Sat outside with a group of 9. Server was amazing, even with a cast! Food was packed with flavor, heat, and the drinks were quick and delicious. I would give the food 5 stars, but the tortillas were soaked through, and served cold.

I waited several months before trying Pollo Campero. I thought it would be enough time to work out the kinks. To me the chicken was a 2, the only thing II liked were the plantains, they were an 8. Not a remarkable place, servers/cashiers during the time I went at 2:30pm were blah! Did not seem to want to work there. They were kind but even the food was blah! I will never eat there again. I dislike Pollo Loco because they overcook chicken till it is jerky. And it does not taste good the next day. The only chicken that is good is Popeyes, I love everything they make and chicken is good the next day. Next good chicken is SAMs, a whole rotisserie chicken under $5. Tasty and moist. Me and my cat Freddy enjoy it together then he has it the rest of the week.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, ala cart. It was your basic white mystery meat extruded from a machine that gives it a uniform, over-processed texture, rubberized then deep fried. Fry sauce and 3 sweet pickle slices, one of which fell out after throwing it into a box, then a giant bag and NO napkins. All for $9.06 No wonder the place is empty.

Delicious chicken. Constantly forgets the dinner roll or the tortilla. One time, ordered 3 epanadas and got zero. Unbelievably awful customer service experience trying to get that refunded. Finally issued a chargeback on my credit card.

This feedback is for both customer service and accuracy of order. The person that took my order was Ray Sanchez and he lacks good customer service. As he took my order through the drive thru I had to repeat my order a number of times and it was rushed. When I arrived at the window he didn't even greet me and but he again asked for my order having to repeat it once again. He asked again if I wanted bread, I said yes, yet I got tortillas. He asked for payment and didn't say how much my order was. Gave me my order and immediately closed the door behind him and and walked away yet I had order a drink that I noticed was not on my ticket. I tried to get the staffs attention by honking my horn but no one responded. I got out of my car and knocked on the window multiple time until someone noticed that I was still waiting. The lady that came to the window asked what was wrong and then went to get Ray. When Ray arrived, he immediately told me that he remembered me ordering the drink and scolded me because I had not paid for it. I let him know that I was aware of that and I assured him that I was not trying to get anything for free and but I did order the drink and I was expecting to pay for it. He told me not to worry that he was going to give me the drink, I asked to pay for it but he insisted but he was still condescending and lacking any type of care. Now the food was great, it is such a shame that the manager lacks so much, no attention to the client or staff. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced at a fast food restaurant.

Requested for a full refund due to incompetency. I was originally offered partial refund and a coupon for future use given that I received the 3 side orders and horchata drink. Ain't no way to enjoy sides without chicken?!! Who does that?!! I demanded for a FULL refund and asked the representative to ask the store to come by and pick up the sides and drink. We ended up at Roscoe's Chicken & Waffle which ended up as the best alternative.
