There was no atmosphere, basically a room with tables and nothing else.

One of the better Taco Bell's I've been to. Service was friendly, fast and food was warm. Bathrooms were very clean as well.

I've been here twice while visiting on business, every time the staff is super friendly and polite. My orders are always correct, my food comes out fast and hot. The definitely don't skimp either, the tacos and chalupas are full and tasty. Best Taco Bell ever.

Great $1 menu with very good food items. Not cheap but an actual value for good tasting food. Breakfast menu is better than McD's for only a buck. Every $1 or less food item must be tasted so you'll find your favorite low priced items. Great place to go and eat with a budget.

Went for lunch , Two burritos and a taco for 5.00.Everything was fresh and tasty device was fast restaurant was clean. This taco Bell has mostly female staff. People may argue with me about this but that's what I like , girls .

Just a good average Taco Bell. Good customer service. Wait times are between little to average. Plenty of parking. Tweakers that hang around Orangethorpe do not bother people in line.

My food was in the bag a little loose, and my taco came unwrapped but overall good was good, and they gave me enough sauce to keep me satisfied.

I frequent this Taco Bell during lunch. Very friendly staff, always busy taking orders and cleaning. One caution - there is a noticeable metallic smell, possibly from old plumbing. Along those lines, the bathroom is a little icky. I attribute this to the nearby bus stop.

Only reason a 4 is cause it took forever to even get the food. But, other than that, awesome service and hot fresh food.

I had a great experience for lunch and the food was awesome.lite crowd,clean restaurant and professional services.I would definitely recommend taco Bell to my co-workers.

Don't love the ordering kiosks - crash a lot. Crashed this visit and had to use another. Special menu with the throwbacks was amazing, except I thought empanadas would be there. I missed gorditas so much. Clean inside, fast food.

Only went there for the decades meals! The tostada! I was hastily put together messy, uneven.

Service was not that good. She dropped my change, a penny, didn't say sorry, just turned back and closed her window.

The restaurant was nicely air-conditioned and clean. The food was good, the employees pleasant. 🙂

Service here is alright. They've needed up our order a few times. Plenty of seating though and great prices. Also has a Pizza Hut Express inside.

Great service, was in the drive thru during rush hour basically around 12pm when people clock out for lunch at work. Fast service and patience drive Thur employee.

I've said it before and I'll say it again taco Bell is not as good as del taco. you get better deals at del taco and the food is just better. But if you sometimes want something different taco Bell's pretty good for that

Food is good also the service. I asked for 12 hot sauce I was given 5. They become cheap with there hot sauces. Happens to me every time. Why they can't dump a hand full. I buy 6 tacos.. 2 hot sauce packets for each taco. That's 12 I need.

The only thing I don't like is how they design the interior, no napkins, hot sause, or sporks. Don't know why Taco Bell did that.

Lady at the drive thru was pretty rude . The food was quickly made but she tried to only give me one ketchup and one mild sauce and quickly shut the window on me before I could ask for more . Not a good way to start the morning.

Might as well get rid of the Pizza Hut sign. There are NEVER any pizzas ready. Once I waited 10 minutes for my pizza. After waiting I took my food home, opened the box, and the pizza WASNT EVEN CUT. Don't go there if you plan on getting pizza.

They've moved to full kiosk. So instead of ordering with a person you are forced to touch an absolutely filthy kiosk screen that looks as if it hasn't been cleaned since it was installed. No hand sanitizer. Great for people with compromised immune systems. No idea what everyone else was touching before touching the screen. But now it's on your hands. Boogers, sweat, frumunda cheese, it's anyone's guess! It like a game of guess the gross! Yay! To make matters worse, they reduce their overhead costs by firing people and installing kiosks, then also raised prices. I'm pretty sure I'm done with Taco Bell. Same with others that take away jobs to replace them with filthy kiosks.

Poor customer service On Wednesday,May2,2018 "Dana" manager on duty: She refused to refill my coworkers drink that was accidentally spilled in the restaurant restroom.Continued to refuse to fill the drink while we patiently waited she ignored new incoming guest.So finally my coworker repurchased her drink and Dana the " "manager" only filled her drink 3/4ths full wow what happened to customer service I guess there really isn't such a thing in"2018"....no one cares anymore,lastly what happened to Thanks come again😄

Ordered a burrito with extra rice and no beans and got a burrito with beans and regular amount of rice. Looked fine when i opened it up, but the rice was covering their sins. Paid extra for nothing. Do not reccomend customizing any orders. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.

I pulled up at 2:49 to order some food and no one would talk to me on the microphone. I drove up to the window after 6 minutes and looked through the window and saw someone there. So apparently they can’t even let me know they closed early, terrible people.

Order a chicken quesadilla and half of it had nothing on it. Then when I drove back to the store they claimed it was made correctly but the meat wasnt spread across the entire quesadilla. They didn't want to remake it instead they chose to bicker with me so I asked for a refund. Worst taco bell ever.

Since when doesn’t Taco Bell take orders inside their stores, That’s at least half the business. The only reason they got a one star review is I wasn’t helped they didn’t take my order inside the store, and the young boy was rude about it. Causing me to want to leave.

The manager Nayeli (hope this is her real name) basically said if I didn’t buy anything I couldn’t use the restroom. How did she know I wasn’t going to buy anything.

Lazy fat kid refused to take my order inside. "Use the screen behind you... I am not taking your order" If they was busy, I might have understood.

There were too many homeless and gangster type coming in repeatedly to use the restroom and fill up drinks. I did not feel safe and finished quicker than I wanted to. Why does The Habbit or In N Out not have this same issue? Please work on this!

Visited this location today. In addition to messing up my order, leaving out the most expensive item, the items that they did include were made poorly with almost no meat. I tried to call them to bring my missing item to their attention, but they don't answer their phone. It just rings and rings. I'll be driving back over there, I suppose, to pick up my missing item, assuming they don't try to give me a hard time about it... but this location is not exactly local for me. I just happened to be there, just another customer for them to screw over with missing items and sub-par food.

Came in with an online order. The instructions were to tell someone I was picking up. I tried to wave to an employee and he just kept telling me to order on the kiosk. I tried to say I was picking up and I thought I cleared it up when he finally stopped waving me off and said they were working on it and will let me know. After three other customers came to order on the kiosk and got their foods I had to try to wave mr “use the kiosk” down and found out my food was sitting there though they never called my name. He was focused on the drive though and was always back-turned to the counter, so I think that’s the priority at this TB. My friend always uses the drive thru and says he has not issues so I think this is the way to go herw

Very disappointed and infuriated at the service I received in this location the cashier joselyn was extremely rude and gave so much attitude, from taking my order to me receiving my order, When giving me my change she tossed the change to my hand that it all ended falling which mind you the change falling isn’t my problem but the way she gave it to me with a lot of hatred, that was the beginning of the conflict she then gave me my 4 large drinks I asked for a cup holder and she laughed and repeated “ you need a holder “ with a smirk laugh and that’s what set me off, I asked for the manager and the manager on duty didn’t do anything to resolve the issue, words can’t even explain this cashier attitude and lack of customer service. I am so upset with the situation.

I order on door dash for pick up and the food is rarely ever ready, I usually have to wait like 10 mins to get the literal one item I order, a beefy melt. I've gone and they hadn't even checked the order in and they're not even busy at the time I go.

It's on the manger to make sure their employees are happy. These people don't care..... messed up a simple order in the drive though. Then when I ask them to fix it, 70% of the food was just in the bag and not on the taco. Just go to another taco bell

On Thursday around 7:30 or so I went to the drive thru and I ordered 2 lunch boxes, the male employee was rude gave me the drinks in a rude way I asked him for a soda tray, he gave me the boxes I asked him for a bag he bagged them roughly when I arrived home the food was all over the bag cause the boxes had opened we literally had to throw most of our food away. That was really bad.

This location does not accept coupons with THEIR address listed on it. I even showed the cashier the mailer and pointed out the address, and yet they still refused to accept the coupon. This only further proves that corporate fast food only cares about profit above all else!

Orangethorpe location is a joke., it’s been years since I’ve come here., Whoever is responsible for hiring at this location, just please stop., no matter how much time passes before I find myself here (and this time it’s been a few years) the employees are not even qualified to greet customers., do better and for Christ sake learn how to put an accurate order together
