This location is well understaffed. The workers ate realty hustling trying to do there best but with the amount of drive thru traffic that they were getting when I went there, they definitely needed more help.

There’s always something wrong at this location. Card machines are down, only taking exact cash, soda machines are down, some employees are nice, but most are pretty rude.

We stopped for breakfast. The person at the register acted like we were an inconvenience. They called our number, but had not given us a number. One thing we ordered was a sausage/egg/cheese biscuit. We were already on the road when we discovered it had no sausage on in...just egg & cheese. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because there was one young lady who was super friendly and helpful. They need more like her!

Slowest service on earth. Sat in like for 10 minutes and didn't even get my order in. Parking lot is a disaster, also. once you're in, you're pretty much stuck.

Worst McDonalds that I've seen, bad service dirty bathrooms, they need new management, simply horrible, ignored every time I try to order something,

Staff member literally cussing at each other.. coz they said they were short handed .. uncivilized behavior. The threshold of mcdonald experience was not even visible at this store. Very disappointed. Let's not even talk about food there.

Absolutely terrible 30+ minute wait and they always forget something if you go through the drive through and it’s always a hassle when you spend 30+ minutes in the line just to go back into the line to correct your order. Im about to start desputing charges with the bank claiming missing food

Got nuggets and fries and was supposed to have gotten hot mustard and sweet and sour sauce and they gave me creamy chili sauce instead. Once you mess up my order that’s it for me

20+ minute wait in the drive thru with a mobile order. they were out of sweet tea with no prior notice (not that big of a deal but still) new chicken sandwich was awful and the ingredients were thrown into the box, not on the sandwich. they also did not give us the condiments we ordered, and forgot both of our french fries, yet somehow there were still a couple at the bottom of the bag. we had to wait in line for that again. thought this would be a quick stop.

Went to get a breakfast burrito and the tortilla was hard and the cheese wasn’t even melted all the way! Almost like it’s been sitting there for a while. The young girl at the window was very sweet and attentive.

Hot inside, must have AC set to 80. Have to order at kiosk, can’t get your drink right away, grab a number and they will bring food to you. Took forever. They never brought me. You have to go get it. No ketchup, no drink cup. They are interested in catering to drive thru orders. I try to avoid McDonald’s but wanted some fries to snack on.

Went to this McDonald's and the service was beyond terrible. Ordered on the kiosk and tried to get a receipt so I could double check my order but it wouldn't give me one. I asked the employee about it and he said they don't give them. I sat there and wait for my food to come out. After about 20 minutes I started getting really upset because I seen several people get theirs. I spoke with a employee about what was taking so long and they said they were waiting on the fries to be made. You can't tell me out the the 30+ orders placed after mine you were waiting on fries... worst McDonald's I've ever been to. DON'T STOP at this one. Go about a mile down the road instead.

Took forever to get service. I had to go find someone myself in order to make an order. The people were rude and acted as if I was bothering them by ordering. The food took a long time and was not good. The nuggets and fries were soggy. One of the burgers tasted like someone had some kind of cleaning liquid and then touched the burger, and the other burger was wrong. The employees were just yelling at one another the whole time I was there.

KEEP DRIVING. Staff can't be bothered. How do you screw up a Big Mac?? My chicken coop has fewer flies. Maybe they're coming from the grease on the floor.

“DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME STOPPING HERE! This is by far the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever encountered. I stopped while passing through to pick up a mobile order, and things went downhill immediately. The place was dirty inside, which should have been my first red flag. After receiving my order, I checked the bags and noticed a McDouble was missing. I politely informed the young lady at the register, who then asked an older woman (in her 40s) to assist me. She asked what was missing, and I explained it was the McDouble. She relayed this to the manager in the kitchen, who insisted the sandwich had already been packed. At this point, I could sense the unprofessionalism and kept my bags open for them to see. Despite this, the woman who was helping me walked over and began rifling through my bags herself. I calmly asked if I could just have my sandwich so I could get back on the road, but instead of resolving the issue, the staff began going back and forth as if they were debating whether to make the sandwich at all. I had to ask again, explaining that I just wanted my order completed. The manager, who was rude and argumentative, muttered something I couldn’t hear, while the other woman told me, ‘I don’t give a damn about this sandwich or this place.’ Stunned, I replied, ‘Then can I just have my sandwich?’ She responded that she was just relaying what the manager had said. I told them I simply wanted the sandwich I paid for, but at that point, I was so frustrated with the way I was treated that I told them to forget it—I no longer trusted them to make it. Throughout this ordeal, the other staff members stood around laughing as if it was all a joke. I informed them I’d be contacting corporate and sending a certified letter to ensure my complaint was taken seriously. I regret ever stopping here, especially after seeing the low ratings. Now I understand why they’re so poor—this place is a disaster. The manager is completely unfit to deal with customers, and the entire team lacks professionalism. I should have trusted the reviews. This location is an absolute joke, and I had to work hard to keep my cool in the face of such rude and disrespectful behavior.”

Used the drive through today on my way through town because I hadn’t eaten lunch today and was thinking this would be a solid top off. Only to find out I was going to be taking a big ole bite of raw uncooked chicken… 2 calls into the restaurant without any return phone calls. Would love to speak to management at some point
