Very cordial and nice staff. Clean restaurant with clean restrooms. We were just passing by and needed a break. This stop was very relaxing and refreshing. There was no rush... had one full section of the parking lot to ourselves with no need for the masks, and enjoyed our food peacefully. The food was well prepared and was good too.

Only just recently tried and have always had fresh and tasty pizza, we pick up because it is so close to us. Order ahead.

Was disappointed in over all service an food an atmosphere pizza hut was to be redone in hearne but it was same old restaurant they claim to have brought back salad bar but didn't know that it was at a high price how does pizza hut want to draw any more customer win it's the same old place with high prices

Food was good. They don't have lemons. Glass had spots on it. Plates were smudged and not very clean. The restroom could use some time being cleaned and disinfected..

Everything was beautiful here. It was down home. I was so excited about dine in, because Bryan Pizza Huts don't have dine in anymore. The only thing that was bad was a glass I was drinking water out of. Although I didn't say anything about the glass to the staff, because I did not want to seem ungrateful. I ordered a grape soda to drink instead. The glass had lip stick still on the rim.😕 I'm hoping they correct this, because I would really liked to go back. 🙂

My daughter called in earlier to order pizza and wings for myself and her little ones. She works nights and was helping me out with dinner because I'm feeling a bit under the weather. She ordered half cheese and half veggie supreme w/jalapeños and wings. I drove in from Bryan and picked it up when I arrived. I opened the box to make my babies a plate and the pizza was not made correctly. No half cheese and jalapeños all over the pizza along with veggies they aren't going to want. She called to see if we could possibly get them to deliver a small cheese pizza so our babies would eat as she had to leave for work. The female she spoke to on the phone made her feel as though it was her fault they screwed up her order, not any fault of theirs as she wasn't there when the pizza was picked up. What does it matter if she was there or not? They got the order correct on the receipt, though. Thank you staff of Hearne Pizza Hut for ruining the dinner of an excited 3 and 6 year old that had been waiting patiently for me to arrive with their cheese pizza only to not have any at all because we only received a veggie supreme with jalapeños. Kudos on the amount of veggies though, hence the 3 stars for food. They were plentiful. By the way, this female refused to deliver a small cheese pizza to make it right. We were unable to make it back there. No vehicle to do so. My daughter had to go to work.

I will not buy pizza rolls from this Pizza Hut ever you might as well order bread and cheese they do not put no pepperoni Inside the rolls .

DO NOT GO HERE they have roaches and know it and don’t care server Lilly was not in the least bit welcoming never smiled or anything just asked us what we wanted and that’s it!!! When I went to tell another guy abt the roach RIGHT BESIDE ME while I’m trying to enjoy my meal also showed him the picture he gave me a blank stare and said “oh ok” all he said nobody ever went to go look at the roach before or after we left we sat in the parking lot for abt 10 minutes saw the server go over pick up the plates and that’s it. This place is disgusting and nobody there has any personality and VERY rude none of them need to be in customer service.

I was passing through town and decided to stop because my daughter had never been to a sit-down Pizza Hut before. The young lady waiting on us was very nice/friendly. They were slow at the time, not one guest but us. As we are leaving we go to use the facilities and I mean.... to say this ladies room looked like we walked through a door from the restaurant into a hoarders house would be putting it nicely!!!! It literally looked as though it hadn't EVER been clean since the restaurant was built!!! We almost threw up our lunch!!!! We wouldn't even touch anything to wash our hands, we just used clorox wipes I had in my car!!! As we left I stopped and mentioned how gross the condition of the ladies room was to the young lady whom had waited on us and her reaction was "REALLY???" as if shocked to hear that, however, she didn't move from the spot she was in as we walked through the restaurant and out the door to leave, as if she was even remotely interested in cleaning it. We were only passing through town, so we'll never be back there again, however, I feel bad for those who actually live there, to have THIS as their local restaurant.

I’m not one to normally leave reviews, but the service here is not good. At all, the manager, and all of the workers I’ve delt with have terrible customer service. There pizzas are terrible, CRAZY amounts of grease, and food that’s made me and my children sick more then once. I will not go here ever again. If they make your food wrong or do anything wrong you will not get your food refunded or replaced. Overall just terrible. 👎👎👎

When you pay for extra cheese then put extra cheese on the pizza. I can see bread under the sauce
