I want to take this time out to thank the wonderful staff of Mimi’s Cafe. Thank you to Damon (General Manager), Johnny (Night Manager), Maria (waitress), Chef George and Chef Victor for a wonderful meal and dining experience. The atmosphere is truly New Orleans French Quarters. The customer service/hospitality that my boyfriend and I received on my 27th birthday was a absolutely phenomenal thank to the lovely staff. I am so happy to had found this gem 💎 here in Las Vegas. The aroma was mouth watering and the food was absolutely delicious. You cannot go wrong with Mimi’s Cafe folks. Thank you ALL for making my special day truly special. I will be coming back with my entourage of family and friends soon. God bless!

Service was great.Food like from a deli. Good food.Artichoke dip to start. On this trip I wanted to try a bit of couple of plates. I Split a philly cheese steak sandwhich and quiche.I will return to try some other plates.

The food was great. If you join there club, you get lots of bogo free. It is very cozy inside. The place was very clean. The wait staff was very nice! I will be eating there more often! Service is slow on Sundays for breakfast.

We decided to try something different and we were not disappointed. The chicken crepes were delicious. I don’t remember the name of the pasta dish but it was good too. It was a chicken and macaroni type dish. Thanks Fernando for helping us sort it out.

Excellent food served in generous portions. We signed up for their email newsletter and received a promotional code for a free entree with the purchase of another. Phenomenal value! Courteous and professional wait staff were on point as well.

Thank you Mimi's Cafe for an enjoyable meal. First time visit and really impressed with the food quality. Had 2 simple dishes, chicken pot pie and a fully loaded baked potato. Both were very delicious. I will go back just for the chick pot pie. Now I want to try other menu items and can't wait to visit again.

It's been awhile since we've been here. It was closed and convenient. Not crowded early afternoon. Great food!

Had a meeting here. The service was attentive without being intrusive. Had a Dubi chocolate muffin that was incredible!!! Sad they are a limited time offering.

We had a last-minute dinner with a party of almost 30 people, and every other place would’ve turned us away—but not Mimi’s Cafe. Johnny took us all in with open arms and made sure we were taken care of with the absolute best service. Even with such a large, unexpected group, the food was phenomenal, and Johnny made the entire experience seamless. His attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism truly stood out, and he handled everything with ease and a great attitude. The entire staff was lovely, but Johnny went above and beyond to ensure that everything worked out perfectly. It’s rare to find such exceptional service, especially under these circumstances, and we couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. If you’re looking for amazing food and even better service, Mimi’s Cafe is the place to go—ask for Johnny!

We come here for Toastmasters twice a month. The food is good and well priced. The service is outstanding. Johnny is delightful. He always remembers what we like and offers recommendations if we are looking to try something new. He is very attentive even when he is busy.

I'll be honest, the last time I visited a Mimi's it wasn't a good experience. The one in Fort Worth Texas was terrible. Terrible food, service, atmosphere, it was the whole enchilada of bad. My wife wanted to go, telling me that you can't blame every restaurant for the failures of the one. I went to a chain restaurant in Stephenville, Texas in 1998 and got the worst experience and I have never been back. Today was a complete opposite. The dinner was very good, the service was on point, and the atmosphere was relaxing. You have redeemed the Mimi's name and I take back all of the horrible things I said

The food is decent for the price, but the true star is Johnny who works his butt off taking care of the patron's, and always handles special requests with a smile. I look forward to seeing him every time I go to Mimi’s.

We used to frequent Mimi's quite a bit 15 or 20 years ago. The menu offerings, the service, and the whole general atmosphere went down when they were sold to another company. We are not often over in this part of town, but we were here today so we decided we would try it again since all of the ones on the west side of town of closed. The food was good, the service was good, the place could use a little facelift. Overall it is bad on the short list when we are on the east side of town.

The atmosphere of this place is really nice. I had the pumpkin latte which was so delicious. I had the hot honey chicken and waffles which disappointed me. Chicken was dry overcooked and lacked seasoning and flavor. The waffles were ok. I expected more. I would come here again but just make different choices when ordering food.

Always a great place to go … the one we go to on Fort Apache and Sahara closed down …

Classic American café food. They offer an all- day breakfast menu, which is great for any eater. The burgers are a definite go-to.

Service was good and my turkey dinner was good but my wife got the daily special, Chicken Parmesan, and the meat was so rubbery she had to send it back and get a sandwich (which was good).

At first I really wasn't impressed with the service. But then things got better with the server that we had. The only food that was really enjoyed was the Fish and Chips. The Crab, Bacon pasta was not cooked to her liking or suggestion. The Turkey Pesto sandwich had mayo on it instead of the Basil Pesto Mayo. Sometimes it just more hassle to send the food back. However it wasn't the Servers fault do no need to get upset. Don't think we will be back

Place is cozy and the layout allows for privacy if that's what you desire, the food was tasty and fairly priced. The staff was very friendly and on point. I took a few starts because they were a little understaffed considering the servers were also making the drinks. The atmosphere is a little on the darker side, which for breakfast was a little awkward. I will definitely try again for dinner and update my review.

Mimis cafe is an old school style restaurant. The food is OG comfort food and the staff is nice. Went to a networking meeting there. It would be nice if they updated their decor bc it's kind of dark inside.

Reasonable prices, great server, warm atmosphere, extensive menu. We didn’t love the holiday stuffed chicken or the birria sandwich. We did love the baked potato and garlic spinach, although they needed salt (no problem with that, it’s good to let people customize their salt intake). The muffins were a tad dry, but we want to come back to try them during breakfast because we visited at the end of the day. Overall, I’m hopeful for future visits!

I went here for the first time, and I liked the staff! I will admit the breakfast burrito I got was just okay (but it wasn't bad) and the mini quesadillas that you get in the appetizer trio were delicious! Our server Elijah was really attentive to our needs and friendly the whole time, which I really appreciated. The menu is pretty big so I am curious to return and try something different.

We used to go to Mimi's a lot, but in the last couple of years each time we return it has been disappointing. While the service remains very good, the quality of the food , presentation and portion size have all declined dramatically while the prices have increased. The chain appears to be riding on past laurels. We went on a Saturday at noon. Used to be packed with a line for Saturday brunch/lunch with all areas open. That's no longer the case. Apparently, we aren't the only ones who have noticed the restaurant's decline.

This place is way over due for a makeover, but with their current sales volume, that’s just not possible. I haven’t been to one in almost 20 years and still the jambalaya is one of the best. They had one server tonight with no host or busser. Just imagine how bad that is. Please bring MiMi’s back to the old glory days.

Well, Mimi’s Café is not what we remember it to be. Stopped in here for dinner the other day, since we had not been here in a while and had a gift card to use. On top of that, we always loved the chicken pot pie and turkey dinner at Mimi’s. I think things have changed, and not necessarily for the better. First, as you can see by the photos, the restaurant was a ghost town at supper time, with only one other couple inside. The server was very professional, friendly, and attentive during the duration of our visit and the atmosphere was as we remembered, just minus the people. They still make a very good turkey dinner, but much smaller portions. However, the chicken pot pie was not even close to being good and had a very strange taste to it, like an additional spice was added to it. And on top of that the look and taste of the crust seemed different. Maybe it was an off day for them, but we will not be rushing back there anytime soon.

Currently a B rating. Bit dirty. Also randomly weird tablewear. Noon breakfast was okay and service was ok. I'll go again, as I like the place but its not a vist 1x every 3-4 months type of stop. More like a 1x every 6-8 months visit.

The restaurant it's ok. The service actually was amazing and the food good but unfortunatly i had a very bud experience with my 11 years old daughter, we went to the restroom and wile i was washing my hands a male employee get inside of the bathroom without nock the door just becouse he thought it was emty. I got so mad and told one of the employee about it. ..

Mimi's on Durango is much better! Order pineapple shrimp salad. It was very oily. Left an after taste in mouth. Waitress customer service was about a 5..when I mentioned too much oil she was like "all oil raspberry vineragrets are oily". I told her I disagree! Strawberry was not sweet. Will always go to one in Durango.

We were invited by the Archwell group to eat & talk about insurance in the new enrollment. Great let's go its a new place and the reviews dont matter. The place was empty the whole time we were there... 1 1/2 hr Maybe they aren't open today, no they are open... The waiter was not friendly, the meal came as is meani g I couldn't get the dressing on the side nor could I have the tomato omitted from my half sandwich!!! Why i was told its to hard on the cook. We owned a restaurant bar and never in my life have I dreamed about saying " That's to hard for the cook" you have no costumers hiw hard us making 10 sandwiches with salad & fries? we left after our meeting with the agent....

We came into the establishment after we finished some business on this side. We have eaten her before and the food and service was great. Today was a complete difference, I will never eat here again. The server was flat without any personality and when asked for things she forgot we felt as if we were bothering her. Only still not to get the items we asked for. We received our food in bits and pieces therefore some our food was cold and other items were warm. I had to split my breakfast with my husband because they got his order totally wrong. We still gave the waitress a tip because we know times are difficult.

When we walked in, we saw that it was almost completely empty and now I know why. The quality of service and food has gone WAY down since the last time we were here. Our server was quite rude and always acted as if he was in a rush even though the place was nearly empty. The so called "seasonal specials" that are on a blackboard on the wall are also included on the menu as regular items, not specials at all. The food was not as good as it used to be. We ordered the salmon omelet. It is supposedly made with three eggs, but it looked like it was only made with two. Toward the end of our breakfast, we ordered two waters and the cups were just gross. As soon as I touched the glass I could feel so many small bumps, not the usual smooth glass feel. The glasses were so dirty, so we asked for two more and they were also dirty. Right next to our table, there is a small ledge before the window that is really REALLY dusty. If these are the things that we see outside in the dining room, what gross things could be going on in the kitchen where we can't see? If you are considering coming to Mimi's to eat, don't. There is a Hash House A-Go-Go right across the street that provides better service and better food. I have attached pictures of the ledge by the window and the dirty water glass:

I’ll never order food from this place again! How dare you seen me a half crispy rotisserie while the top dry and hard/bottom half raw. The Au gratin potatoes had no cheese/taste and looks old. Spinach had no taste. My wife potpie did not taste good either. I ordered $70 worth of food through DoorDash and had to throw it out. Never again!

My wife is allergic to seafood, and they didn’t mention that they don’t use a dedicated frier for seafood, both my wife and daughter had severe allergic reactions. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Our silverware was dirty, our server was untrained(not his fault), and the food was abominable. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Food was gross. The crab cakes were bland and the food tasted cold. As if it was just refrigerated and not cooked fresh

I ordered on door dash for me and my family, my tenders and potatoes got no sauce, really there was zero sauce for anything and not even utensils or napkins for anything, also the coffee had no cover over the lid so not only was it spilt all over the drink carrier but my door dasher might of gotten a little taste too. ;) thanks so much!

such a cute restaurant, but let me first start with how they season kids potatoes with strong seasonings and spices just didn’t make sense undercooked or just bad chicken on my chicken and waffle that was so thin. I threw up and had to call out of work Not to mention the waitress hearing us be dissatisfied also us receiving dirty water glasses, and just thought four free muffins would fix the issue That were mid didn’t care for them won’t ever be back just be warned
