We loved our stay at Planet Hollywood! The location was great! Lots of good food choices and shopping nearby. All the people were friendly. Room was spacious, clean and quiet with an amazing view!! I took away one star for the room just because all the pillows are smushy and there isn't very good lighting. Beyond that, our stay was perfect!

Great location right in the middle of the strip, crossing the road from Bellagio and with a connection to Paris. Renewed rooms, everything was impecable, empty minifrige to use in the room. Great room size. Connection to the Monorial. Plenty food/drink options just in front, at Paris or at the lower level. CVS a few minutes walk away. Historical site that was the original MGM grand casino and biggest hotel built at that time. Casino floor smells like cigars but that's how it is on many casinos here. You can choose to have or not room service at checkin time. Beds were comfy. Automated checking from machines at front desk. Checkout at easy as filling a survey in an email and dropping your keys at front desk collectors.

Best location on the strip! Walk everywhere easily or hop on the monorail. Double up poker machines available- my fave 🥰 Rooms are clean and service was great. We had an excellent view of the sphere and loved it. Taxis lined up and waiting if you need them. Excellent comps for us too! We will book again.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. I like that the refrigerator was empty so we were able to put our drinks to chill. Check in was at 4pm we got there at 5 pm and the check in line is crazy long took 40 mins to check in. The hallways to get to your room feel very hot & humid.

1st time 'Horseshoe' guest; brought my daughter & her college roommate to Vegas to celebrate Baby Girl's 21st birthday #GirlDad. Grace at the check-in kiosk was very helpful in making sure our rooms adjoined - she was 'gracious'! The rooms were very big with nice beds, large bathrooms, and a mini-fridge. Location on the 'strip' is a focal point. On-site parking is easily accessible. I had a 'king' room and the girls had a very nice 'queen' room. Won't be our last stay at 'The Horseshoe'. A+++++

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great spot for a family vacation. The central location connected to Paris Las Vegas made getting around super easy. We loved the vibe of the property—it feels fresh and inviting. The rooms are large and quiet, which is a huge plus when traveling with family. A solid 5-star stay!

Just finished a 3-day stay at the Horseshoe. You really can’t beat the central Strip location—it’s so easy to walk to the Bellagio fountains or over to Paris. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s a great value for the price compared to other hotels nearby. My only gripe was the long wait for the elevators and the lack of a coffee maker in the room. Overall, a solid choice for a mid-range Vegas trip!

Best location and you get full use of the fridges. Ice machine on every level. Staff are super helpful. Only downside are rooms are very dark was hard to find clothes out of my back could use more lighting.

Got a comped room, so just had to pay daily resort fees. It’s located in a good location of the strip and has a lot of stores nearby. Housekeeping was good but the room could use a renovation. Would stay here again as long as the room rates are reasonable.

Great hotel, very spacious room, no hidden fees. Parking is 20$, you can park before the check-in time and after check-out time. Scan your room key to get you out of the parking lot, you can return the key there as well. Helpful stuff, the only downside is the long check-in queue

Visited Real bodies exhibit at Horseshoe hotel. 30 to 45 min to go through all exhibits. Pro tip: park in Linq promenade parking garage ,enjoy high roller and walk to Horseshoe hotel . The exhibit is on ground floor ,you don't need to cross casino.

High integrity casino in this hotel. During my stay I had a minor situation with one of the roulette machines and after explaining my situation to the pit boss Lori Leffner she quickly resolved said issue. She was very understanding, companionate, professional, and I cannot thank her enough for her assistance. Besides that it is a great hotel for a good price. The windows in the rooms could use a washing though. In conclusion, you can’t go wrong staying/gambling here!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had a studio on the 15th floor and the view was amazing! The sphere and the high roller were right there, mountains in the distance. The location was great, easy to walk to many, many places. It was easy enough to access transportation for the longer treks. The casino was nice. We had no clue what we were doing as we don’t ever gamble but we navigated the games alright and lost all our money no problem. 😅 Players card got us free High Roller tickets. Wish the room had been warmer. Thermostat did nothing but didnt want to waste precious time worrying about it. It was cold even under the blankets. Extra blanket in the closet would be lovely. Otherwise the room was huge, it was nice and clean, and the room didn’t smell of smoke. We would totally stay here again if we were visiting.

J

Not a bad hotel. Big rooms with nice views and a good location. The rooms felt dated and the first floor seemed to have poor ventilation with all the smoking going on in the casino area. Decent setting for a physics conference.

Central to the strip. Great location. We had budget rooms, no microwave or coffee pot. Everthing was expensive, everywhere. Even Denny's Grand Slam was twice the price. Lots to see! Roaming the casinos indoors is possible. Outdoors as well but requires lots of escalators (if they are working, rainy season for us, many were down) and lots of stairs.

I will always remember this place as Bally’s with the infamous escalator tube that takes you up to the entrance. The remodel is bright and part of Caesars properties. Central location to walk across the street to Caesars Palace or Bellagio. The rooms were large. Our family had a king suite and two queen standard rooms. It’s one of the rare properties that have an actual mini fridge for you to put stuff in and not the sensor fridge. The other Caesars property that has a mini fridge is Planet Hollywood. The Horseshoe is underrated. It’s everything that Caesars Palace offers but on a smaller scale, almost a hidden gem. We came during 10x multiplier weekend and all the crowds were at Caesars while Horseshoe had plenty of space and open tables. There’s an arcade, The Cabinet bar, a speakeasy located in The Cabinet called The Lock. Bonus: you get the welcome to Las Vegas sign! No need to go off strip. We really enjoy the smaller properties, it doesn’t take you a mile to get to your hotel rooms. It’s all within walking distance. Horseshoe and Paris shares the same parking structure. If you valet, you use the kiosk.

Location was perfect, right on the strip. Staff was friendly. The room was beautiful with an amazing view. The only thing is the hotel is a bit outdated. The vent from the room was a bit rusty and some paint seemed to be peeling from some of the furnitures. The style is also a bit outdated. The rotating small mirror on the table was dusty on the sides but these were all minor details. Overall, it was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Keep in mind check in is at 4 and unlike other hotels, you really need to be there at 4. You have to pay if you want to check in early even if It's for one hour early. I am used to hotels letting us chek in early for free as long as the room was available but if It's their policy, then that's the way it is so keep that in mind....but there is also free storage so you can leave your luggages and explore until It's time to check in. I would definitely book it again.

This hotel is right in the middle of the strip and in a convenient location. Front desk was nice when we checked in early although there were limited rooms which was understandable. Housekeeping was very friendly and hospitable. The room was pretty clean overall but could definitely use a deep cleaning (walls and windows) and paint. Slots are very tight and the arcade is on the higher side but was fun regardless. This was a comped room so the view wasn't the greatest but I would stay again because of location and overall experience. Have yet to have a bad experience in a Caesars property.

Pros-Great location, center strip, easy to get in and out of hotel and up to your room. Tons of food options and bars right when you walk out of hotel. We had a high roller view which was awesome we got to watch the sphere all night. Cons- the bed was hard and only one decent pillow on the bed so we had to take turns using the soft pillow. Also we were on floor #14 side of the hotel, the street next to the hotel was loud we could here sirens and all kinds of noise. Probably would still stay here again due to the price and location.

This hotel is perfectly located right on the Strip, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. There’s so much to do nearby—you’re just steps away from the Ferris wheel, the food strip with quick and easy options like In-N-Out, and the Flamingo Hotel is right across the street. Plus, it’s only about a 20-minute walk to The Venetian, which makes getting around very easy. The rooms are impressively spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable, which makes it a great place to relax after a long day. If your room faces the Sphere, the view is absolutely spectacular and definitely a highlight of the stay. Just keep in mind that it can be a bit noisy throughout the night due to the shows. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay if you want comfort, great views, and an unbeatable location. I would definitely recommend it!

Stayed for 5 nights in a high roller twin room on 16th floor. Room was huge, clean and shower was great. Fantastic view of Sphere. All 8 elevators worked for the entire week and no waiting time. Beds/pillows were large and comfy. Location is a life changer within walking distance of Paris, Flamingo, Bellagio and Ellis Island - as is the Uber service and pick-up location. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Advice : Take a travel kettle and coffee/milk sachets My only niggle was the room was cleaned just once during our stay..which we were ok with. And no late check out but that was because it was a Friday so not their fault.

i recently stayed at this hotel. the hotel was clean, spacious and the staff was informed and friendly. i stayed in a standard king room the room was one of the biggest i have stayed in on the strip. it was clean the carpet and furniture was in good shape. my only complaint would be the vanity in the bathroom under the sink could use some cleaning or repair. it is stained chipped and not in good condition. l there were several areas in the room that showed some mild wear and tear but the room itself was fine. i would stay there again.

Clean room. Close to alot of other casinos. Staffing especially the cleaning crew are awsome. I know the lady that took care of our room will never read this but GOD bless you.

We didn’t encounter any issues at all. Check-in was simple. The hotel could use some updating/freshening up. The bed was comfortable, clean and had a hot shower. The location was great! All staff that we encountered were friendly and knowledgable. I would stay here again.

The receptionist was a machine and i had no real interaction with staff. Room was ok for the price. Location is getting better with the addition of the new restaurants right out front. Entertainment is lacking in the hotel but plenty to find nearby. I would recommend for the price if you're looking for affordability on the strip.

The rooms are pretty standard. Large enough but the air conditioner really struggles to keep it cool enough. I was there in November, so I can only imagine how hot it gets in the summer. I kept the curtains closed all day, which helped. On a positive note… on the higher floors it’s pretty quiet. The worst part is the smoke. I know this is a Vegas thing with smoking allowed in the Casinos, but … ugh. Something to consider if you’re staying at a hotel with a Casino. The location however, is incredible. Great access to everything you want/need. Overall, not a bad place . The conference facilities were good. Just smoky.

Great location on the strip and just by the monorail stop. Large comfy basic room, great sleep quality, though there is no kettle and no complimentary water but a convenience store by the lobby has everything. There are many breakfast options in the alley to the monorail as well as in the hotel itself

C

This hotel is in a great spot if you want to spend time on the strip. It is one of the few hotels with a reasonable pet rate but it’s a journey to get outside once your pet is inside. The room was very clean and quiet. They also offer a nice military discount if you sign up for the rewards program.

Nice sized room. Great view of the High Roller and Sphere. Like many casino floors, smelled of smoke, even though not many smokers. Poker room is old, tables and cards felt old, needing a revamp. Wait staff in poker room were rude, not friendly at all. Best reason to stay here was the room, view, and best of all was that it was comped.

Overall too expensive for what you get. Update the tvs to smart TVs... ad water refill station's... of course they would probably charge for that 🙄 24h gym would be nice... doing business is beginning to really suck in Las Vegas 😕

Stayed for 4 nights after Xmas. Room was nice and clean. Best water pressure I've ever had in a hotel! Elevators were very slow. That's the only negative thing I have to say. Location is great. We enjoyed our stay.

B
Ben Davis

The room was surprisingly big. We were on the 25th floor. Loved that it had a mini fridge and no mini bar. Not something you find a lot in Vegas. The room was quit and clean. I will say the elevators need a good cleaning and fixed up. I wasn't happy to see Homeless sleeping in walkway to the strip and no one doing anything about it. My biggest complaint and the reason i give the service a 1 star is because they only had two employee's working checkin right at 4 but yet had a like 10 machines. Not a good look. I hate the machines and would rather have a human. This cost them a five star review.

Second time staying here for multiple days at a time during the last 12 months. Great location. Property is small but rooms look good and are large. Only complaint about the rooms is the Air Conditioning isn't very strong. The fan doesn't blow the air out very powerfully even when set to manual high. And you can only lower the temp to 68 at the lowest which doesn't feel like 68. Both stays it has felt more like 72 degrees and not much air flow which makes it feel humid and sticky. Only savior is the window cracks open about an inch and a half. So if it's cool at night you get a little help from that. Probably has to do with the eco thermostats. Also night time staff at registration is great. Daytime staff not so great. Don't think I'll be staying here again due to the day staff and air conditioning. Location is great though. And prices are decent.

The Horseshoe, (formerly "Bally's" of Las Vegas), is a Caesars property with not much to offer other than low room rates. It's ok but nothing to write home about. Oh I heard their poker room is cool. I wouldn't know haven't played poker in years.

We stayed at the Horseshoe for 6 nights and probably won't be staying there ever again. Very disappointed in the customer service and communication. When we arrived there was 2 employees in check in, and there was a long line to check in. There was a lot of self check in machines that give you little info as possible about your stay. We never received the wifi password. Laurel the text message helper for the hotel is not very helpful. Called the front desk and got a automated voice. Could not give the correct answer to a question. We requested late check out and got 2 different answer. I hope we don't see chargers for late check out. Room was spacious and clean thought. Great location right in the middle of the strip but the lack of customer service ruined it for us. It's pretty upsetting because it's a Caesar property.

Stayed for 4 nights. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Hotel is close enough to the strip for a short walk. Though you have to choose between cigarett smoke filled halls or car filled very narrow walkway. I visited Vegas after almost 20 years and it is generally a lot less walkable. The hotel service is poor. Even after paying more than $50 in resort fees, per night, you get WiFi only for 2 devices! The room was booked for 4 guests. We arrived 20 min earlier than check in time and were asked to pay fee for check in. Ppl at the front desk are rude, not what you would expect from a resort. A simple question about room charge details turned into an argument because the rep failed to say that taxes were added to the resort fees. Parking is shared with Paris hotel and is far, so need to walk through smoke filled halls.

The Horseshoe Las Vegas is what I would say has old Vegas charm but needs a face lift desperately! The only thing that seems to have been changed there is the name. The rooms are old and worn out. The patch work is everywhere. Could be a really nice hotel if they did some renovations. Location is not my favorite, but definitely isn't bad. Puts you pretty much at the center of the strip. The monorail drops you off right at the hotel so that is a huge plus. Has some good restaurants. Jack Binion's Steak was delicious but definitely pricey. Guy Fieri's Flavortown Sports Kitchen wasn't bad. Not a huge menu but good food. The staff was friendly. From the front desk to housekeeping to the gaming floor, everyone was pleasant. Pricing wasn't bad. I was there on a company trip. 6 days 5 nights with parking was just under $700. Over all not the worst hotel I've stayed at in Vegas.

Overall it was "okay" we paid for a strip view didnt get it! Walking in to the casino smelled like cheap cologne trying to mask the smell of cigarettes. Btw you can obviously smoke cigarettes in this hotel. Saw plenty of people lighting up. Room was okay. Bed was fine, hot water was good.mini fridge didnt get drinks very cold. No coffee pot. There was a lounge on floor 15 just couch and chairs. Ice machine, and soda machine to make purchases. Good location. Kinda loud street noise on a Saturday night.

Horseshoe Las Vegas has one of the best locations on the Strip — right in the center with tons of food options right out front. The casino floor is bright, loud, and lively, with lots of slots and a pretty good selection and availability of table games. Unfortunately, a couple of things brought my rating down. First, we arrived around 11 PM on a Thursday and the self-check-in kiosk said our room wasn’t available. We then had to line up to speak with someone at the desk and, while we did get a room, it wasn’t the room type we originally booked. Second, we had a disappointing experience at one of the tables. My friend hit a great hand — about a $100x win on a $35 bet. We understand big payouts require verification, but this one dragged on far too long. Even worse, both the dealer and pit boss looked annoyed about the win, giving sour expressions the whole time. Most dealers are happy when players win (since it often means a better tip), but this felt the complete opposite and killed the vibe. Overall, great location and a lively casino, but the check-in hiccup and the negative table-game experience pushed us to take most of our play to The Cromwell and The Flamingo instead.

김주형

The location and the price are great. However, the sink didn’t drain properly and the room felt a bit damp. The front desk staff were okay but came across as a little cynical. On the other hand, the housekeeper was very friendly. I’m writing this to help other travelers, but honestly, the positives I mentioned first are better than I expected.

We stayed here in Dec 2023 and got here late at night (around 11pm). The only problems were that there were a lot of people checking in at that time as well and only a couple people working at the front desk so checking in took over an hour and the room we booked ended up not even being available (even though we had booked it months in advance) so they put us in a suite, but the suite only had 1 bed for 4 of us and they refused to provide a roll in bed unless we paid extra for it. Otherwise, the suite was nice and clean and the location of Horseshoe is right on the strip so it was very convenient.

Our experience at Horseshoe Casino started off on a frustrating note. Upon arrival, the check-in line was extremely long and moved very slowly. When it was finally our turn, the customer service representative was unfriendly and came across as rude. After the guests in front of us finished and stepped away, we moved forward. The representative told us to step back in line until he called us. We did exactly that, and almost immediately he said, “Okay, next.” It felt unnecessary and more like a power move than anything helpful. While it may seem minor, it definitely affected our first impression. That said, the room itself was decent. It wasn’t anything special or luxurious, but it was clean, comfortable, and had a good amount of space. The beds were especially comfy, which we appreciated after a long day. Overall, the stay was okay, but the poor check-in experience and lack of professionalism from staff kept it from being a great one. With better customer service, this place could be much better.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and while the property itself is fine, I want to share an honest concern about staff behavior and inclusivity. As a brown guest, I felt noticeably overlooked during my stay—particularly in the casino and bar areas. Staff frequently passed by without greeting or checking in, and I often had to walk up to the bar myself to request service. A few staff members were courteous, but overall, the attention felt inconsistent and, at times, dismissive. I’m sharing this not to accuse, but to be transparent. If this happened to me, it may also be happening to other guests from diverse backgrounds. Every customer deserves the same level of respect and service, regardless of skin color or appearance—especially in a place where guests are actively spending money. Additionally, room cleanliness and basic maintenance need improvement (for example, broken restroom fixtures). These details matter and affect the overall experience. I hope management views this feedback constructively. Better staff training on customer engagement and inclusivity, along with improved housekeeping standards, would make a significant difference. Guests should feel welcome here—no exceptions.

This hotel is at most a 3 star hotel. The elevators don’t function and therefore the ones thst are working are full. Takes 30 minutes to get down from the room to the lobby. The main entrance was also closed, and therefore we had to enter the hotel from parking. You get what you pay for. Location is excellent though.

Got into our room and connected my phone to the Wi-Fi, and my son who is staying with me did the same. I then settled down to get some work done for an important business contract I needed to finish and couldn’t get my laptop connected. I was then advised that you can’t have more than two devices connected unless you’re willing to pay another $15 or $20 per night. When I asked to just remove one of the other two devices I was told I needed to wait 24 hours. “But don’t worry, sir, you can just go down to the lobby and work there using the Wi-Fi.” Oh, that’s super convenient for me to try to do my important work down in the hotel lobby…. I’ll take a pass and go somewhere else next time.

We got a non smoking room on the 10th floor, when we got in the room, we smell a strong smoking, we guessed they used a famous perfume named “smoking” to welcome you; the room is with a great view which you can see the beautiful street view in the night. With this beautiful view, you can hear the wonderful sounds such as the speeding car, the breaking. and the horning from the street. Moreover, this hotel is so thoughtful, they provided few body lotions for the customers to share, so you will get the “used” and “opened” one from the previous customer in order to save money. On top of that, the water left in the bathtub indicated the cleaned the bathtub very well, cause you can still see the bobbles in the tub, I assumed the use the powerful cleaners to clean it. Oh. BTW. at the end, when we were getting ready to rest, we saw a hair on the bed under the sheet, what a surprise they prepared for us for the new year vacation So thank you Horseshoes Hotel for your wonderful service.

Great location. Hotel smells great. Very clean. Bed is ok. The room and casino are uncomfortably warm. I was told there was nothing they could do about the temp in the room. We did have a great view of the sphere, but we will choose somewhere else next time. Too hot.

Location is perfect if you want to be on the strip. Other than that I dont have anything nice to say. Unfortunately this place is a reflection of why this whole area is doing so poorly. They just continue to gouge customers for everything. The bed isnt comfortable. The temperature isnt comfortable. The fridge in our room didnt work so couldnt keep food. 36 bucks for mediocre food for a single person. 20 dollars per day to self park in a garage thats a nightmare to get into and requires a VERY long walk through Paris to even get into the horseshoe. Hotel staff acts annoyed at questions. We learned out lesson. We have family in Henderson and next time we will just get an airbnb or something away from the strip. Its only like 10 minutes to get down there anyway, especially since its not crowded since people stopped going there.

Was really looking forward to the stay and hoping for a better experience. Smokey, Loud rooms where you hear police sirens blasting all Fri/Sat night, Elevators don't work and get ready to get double charged for parking because the gates in the garage get stuck. Staff look miserable like they'd rather be working somewhere else. Booked a "room with a fountain view" and even requested in the notes to please reserve a nice room. For starters, the Hotel reeks of smoke! Yes, it's expected for Vegas but this is worse than other hotels. Check in was easy and I asked if the room had a nice view and I was told it did. Get to the room and not what I expected. I rarely complain but went back down to the front desk with the same lady asking if we could get a room with nice view of either fountain or sphere and she said she absolutely could since that's what we booked for and seemed very accommodating. The new room was the same as 1st except different floor and had a dirty, musty smell. So I went back down and asked if she could just put us back in the same room bc I was tired and didn't want to keep going back & forth and take another chance of a worse room. She didn't hesitate and obviously didn't care to accommodate us either. Definitely the worst stay Ive had in Vegas.

My extreme dissatisfaction with my recent three-night stay at the hotel. It was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. First, there was no room cleaning service for my entire stay. After returning to my room on the first night and finding it had not been cleaned, I contacted guest services to complain. The staff member could not explain why this happened, offered no apology, and simply said they would pass my complaint to another department. No one ever followed up. No one took responsibility. No one seemed to care. This level of service is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that charges guests to expect basic hospitality standards. Second, the elevator situation was outrageous. Several elevators serving the lower floors were out of service. As a result, traveling from the 5th floor to the ground floor took at least 15 minutes each time. The only option was to ride an elevator up to the 15th floor, stopping at every floor, and then go back down, again stopping at every floor. This wasted an incredible amount of time and caused constant frustration and inconvenience throughout my stay. Between the total lack of housekeeping, the indifferent attitude of guest services, and the elevator chaos, my stay was stressful, uncomfortable, and deeply disappointing.

Awful stay! My car window was broken and no one did anything. It started off bad. They checked me into a room that was assigned to someone else. I had to wait to get it fixed. I payed the 25$ fee for the self parking and I check out and my car window was broken and they stole my belongings. I had to stay an extra night to solve the issue and I called the front desk to see if they would help and nothing. I was ignored and told to pay another night. I overpaid for the stay. In expedia it had one price and I was charged more in the check in. Not happy at all. I come to Vegas often and this was the worst experience. I don’t recommend staying here. Don’t park there. No security and no response. Expected more and at least some courtesy. None.

Horseshoe Las Vegas (formerly Bally’s) has gone downhill over the past decade. I stayed there just after Christmas and before New Year’s Eve, and what used to feel like a solid, well-kept property now feels neglected. The elevators were frequently out of service, services were limited, the air conditioning was weak, and the rooms felt dated and worn. Housekeeping was inconsistent at best, and the parking garage, along with the elevators there, often felt sketchy and uncomfortable. The ventilation throughout the property was poor, and customer service noticeably lacked. Even the carpets looked and felt dirty, after walking around for a few hours, my socks were literally black from the grime. With ongoing maintenance problems (especially the elevators), it’s hard not to wonder whether the Horseshoe will still be competitive, or even around,in another 10 years. Just so you know, both the elevators in the hotel to get to your room and the parking garage are very dicey. They don't seem to be maintained well (very lumpy, loud, slow). There were 2 that broke down during our trip (parking garage). The hotel elevators were very glitchy. You'd press to go to your level and then it would reset and turn them all off. Sometimes you can only press three numbers and if someone pressed the fourth number they would all reset. I just think there are a lot of problems with the elevator systems that need to be checked by some government authority. My concern is for the safety of everybody who are taking these elevators. The parking garage is also a very dark area. You have people smoking and driving very fast and it just looks like the parking area is just another area that's just not maintained very well. It would be nice if it was brighter and there were more cameras. I mean you're paying $25 a day to park your car and I can't see why they can't add more lighting and more cameras to make the parking garage safer. During my stay I only saw one security guard in the whole week I was there in the parking garage. We visit Horseshoe (formerly Balleys) every year and this year it seemed to be the worst of them all. I saw the response below from Horseshoe but I honestly think they should just take my comments into consideration, I don't want to spend the whole 3 hours on the phone trying to get a hold of somebody while I'm being routed through an AI system.

I had a very bad experience at Horseshoe Las Vegas. When we first arrived, our room was extremely far from the elevator, which was a big problem because my grandmother has difficulty walking. We notified staff about this after about an hour, but they told us it was “too late” to change rooms, which showed a lack of care and poor customer service. We decided to stay in the room, but the bed sheets were dirty. We asked for new ones, and the replacement sheets were also dirty. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel. On top of that, the view was terrible. The customer service staff were very unprofessional and rude throughout our stay. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and attitude of the staff were very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.

We had a confirmed reservation in advance. We checked in, our credit card was charged, but we were then told that the room was still being cleaned and unavailable. We waited over four hours and still could not access our room. This delay disrupted our scheduled business meetings. Completely unacceptable service. Not recommended for business travelers. This should not happen with a confirmed reservation. Very disappointing for a Caesars-affiliated property.

The check in was scammy. The lady Francis was super nice and was very talkative. I asked about early check in and she said that there was a $51.00 fee or that I could leave my bags at the bell desk until check in at 4. She asked me about the guy who was with me and asked if he was my son. I said no, but that he was like my son because I have been taking care of him since he was 15 years old.she asked me how I met him. I told her that I work with him at a group home for disabled children. When he turn 18 the group home said he could no longer live there because he was no longer a child. I told her that no one would take him and so did. That was 30 years ago. She said that I was so nice. Then she said that she was going to wave the early check in and she was going to upgrade me to a little larger room. I told her that she was super nice to do that. She said no problem and to enjoy our trip. Fast forward to check out. I see the bill with an EXTRA CHARGE of $112.00 for the upgrade. She snuck in the an up sale. She never mentioned that I was being charged for the upgrade. She made sure only to mention that she was waving the early check in fee. SNEAKY! I spoke with the manager and she said that I signed the contract and it was explained in the small print. I told her of course it was. My fault for being distracted by our conversation. I Will never visit or stay in the HORSESHOE HOTEL EVER! Very poor representation of a good business.

To start out, WHY?! Why would you only allow 2 devices on the wifi? There are entire cities and towns w free wifi and vegas can't even allow each of it's guests access? Next issue, the toilet flushing was not only loud, but after it flushed, it would have a really long groan that kinda sounded like a phone vibrating on a desk. Also, the bathroom door did not lock. 3rd complaint- we needed toilet paper, you apparently text a number for such requests. After texting the number....2 hours later, we still did not have toilet paper. Do they want you to use the towels?!?! Eventually saw a maid cart and she was kind enough to hand some over. Complaint D- the room was muggy and hot, all while the hallway remained comfortable. With no option to open a window, they could at least have a cooling system that works in the desert. Continuing on, a microwave is an easy, convenient commodity and not having one is ridiculous. The mini fridge was altered to not allow drinks to be held in the door, limiting space. Basically every thing you do or wish to do here, they nickle and dime you until you have nothing left to give. I'm finding it difficult to praise any part of this experience. Maybe just don't bother wasting your money in Vegas is my best advice.
