Bad experience - ordered one menu item and it was served incorrectly. Stools were up on tables while place was still open, which gave an untidy and unclean impression. The halloween ‘decorations’ were also offputting with an excessive amount of ugly fake cobwebs

Pulled into McDonald’s Hereford on a Wednesday night before a long drive. It was busy, but fair play, the team were firing out orders like a well-oiled fryer. I hit the road and reached for the banana milkshake, ready for that thick, creamy goodness. What I got instead was… well, banana-flavoured water with a dash of milk and maybe a distant memory of thickness. Honestly, it was less milkshake and more milk-oops. By the time I realised, I was already heading down the road — too late for a swap, so I just had to suffer in silence (until now - its still urking me). Burger? Fine. Fries? Solid. Milkshake? Let’s just say if there were awards for the world’s worst banana shake, this one would’ve been polishing the trophy.

The worst branch ever. They missed my smoky barberque dip which comes with chicken for the second time. When I called the manager said the only thing she can do is to give me free dips next time. The absolute worst McDonald's in the world! Waiting for an order takes an eternity — my wife and I once waited for 35 minutes straight! No exaggeration. After all that, they told us they ran out of Big Arch buns and offered a Big Mac instead, but they never refunded the price difference. ​Another time, they forgot my fries entirely. And today was the final straw: I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder, only to find one patty instead of two! What is happening to this planet? Not only have the patties become as thin as toilet paper while prices keep rising everywhere, but this specific location is just incompetent. I’m never setting foot in here again!

We ordered our items asked to take certain things off in burgers for me and wife items and kids went home and opened up our meals and there was no lettuce on mine and my wife chicken burger which we asked them just lettuce with burger and we said no pickles for the kids burgers and McDs decided to put them on what a joke this mcds is reed the bloody ticket next time

I have never had a correct order from this place. A burger with a "no pickles" sticker on the outside - full of pickles. Fries, drink and burger in a bag - fries missing. At this point it's clear that they do it on purpose. Won't be using again and look forward to it going out of business. Factor in the cost of this "fast food" now, you can get a sit down meal for two in Spoons for less money. For the same cost you could go out to an actual resturaunt.

Bog standard maccies. Greeted with a strong smell of urine in the car park Absolutely no soft drinks available. No printer paper Cheeseburger looked like it was sat on to prepare it. Is it so difficult to put a cheese slice on top of a patty and not half hanging out?

I ordered a grinch meal and my nan a chicken burger. I ordered of uber eats. I only received 4 fries not what I ordered but 4 fries is too much and my nan ordered a chicken burger but it never came. Then the fries were cold. The milkshakes were supposed to be chocolate but ended up vanilla and it was throth not milkshake. Very disappointing. The grinch seasoning is no hype.

Food delivered was freezing cold £13, also had a missing item (burger £7.99), rang restaurant told to complete a survey!! They refused to send out missing item and refused to replace inedible food. Don't use McDonald app, absolutely ridiculous, customer service zero.

The fries were cold, tasted stale and hard, I couldn't eat them. The service was slow and the food was just bad. Our order was wrong and we had to wait even longer get our actual orders. The collection area is completely crowded so to get to the seating you have to push through people. I don't know why I keep coming back as it is the same every time - slow service and cold food.

Had to wait 20 minutes for food, the foods label said it has been cooked 20 minutes ago before I eventually got the food. Not worth the wait

Got our order wrong 3 times!! How is that even possible? Gave me a big mac with 'no bun' or one half of a bun should I say. And gave me chicken nuggets instead of hallumi fries which my non chicken eating mum bit into?! Worst McDonald's ever. Manager was useless and didn't even offer a REFUND. And we weren't the only people queuing to complain about being given the wrong order. AVOID.

Absolutely terrible, ordered VIA the mcdonald’s app. Food came delayed. The courier was walking up and down the street. When we received our food, we had parts of our order missing and all food was stone cold. Our drinks came spilt and all in the bag and mixed together. When we called up they told us to contact virtual help VIA the app. We done that but it told us to call up the restaurant. When we told them that, they got snappy down the phone and told us to contact the courier? We contacted the courier service and they said it’s an issue for Mcdonald’s to sort out. We called up again stating that’s what’s what and nothing. Absolutely useless. We’ve had issues before and service had been great, had everything replaced but today? Shocking. Not worth £40+ Photo showing the ocean at the bottom of the bag.

Ordered for delivery but neither of the drinks were covered properly, drinks spilt everywhere was given the bag dripping wet. Food cold. I know we ordered for delivery but have never had this problem anywhere else.
