The food is as awesome as the employees that work there. Incredibly friendly fast service with excellent food.. Went back 2 days later because we couldn't get enough the 1st time we were there. If you don't go there thank you because it's my game and you're lost more good food for me.

Just picked up a large white pizza (garlic & ricotta) with spinach & mushrooms for the first time - excellent! I loved that the crust was able to hold up the generous toppings, yet also be both crisp and tender. This is usually my biggest complaint at other places, crust issues. I like that the owner is very involved in the day to day business and takes pride in the food. Thank you!!

Best Riggies around! I also love their upsidedown pizza and they make HUGE, great subs! Their other Italian dishes are also excellent. I've never gotten a disappointing meal from Yetty's. We always order delivery and it has come quickly and perfectly every single time.

When we arrived, Yetty's was very busy and only one waitress was visible in the dining room. We opted to sit outside. Both tables were previously occupied.. and still contained the dishes left over from the previous diners. She apologized and immediately cleaned a table for us. She came back with the menus, made us aware of the specials and took our drink order. Despite the dining room being full, our meals arrived quickly and were delicious. Good food and great service. I would have taken photos but my cellphone was in need of a charge.

Great dinner. We were a party of five and they were very accommodating though it was busy. Our food was brought out in a fair amount of time and everyone's meals were very well-prepared. We've eaten there several times and it's always a great experience.

I went to herkimer to visit a friend...she suggested this place for dinner,after telling me about their unique style of making pizza,I was intrigued, we got a small sausage pie,it was delicious I really liked it. The homemade sausage was delicious....We also had dinners,that were delicious,served with a salad and garlic bread...I was really impressed with Yetty's..and will go back again sometime..

We stopped in on our road trip to lake George to have their amazing Chicken riggies that I had tried years ago. It was still the best I'd ever had. We also got the home made carrot cake which was huge slice and totally delicious, lots of frosting and very fresh. On our way home we stopped again and got the cheese n pepperoni pizza and it was great plus got the home made cheese cake.... Best I ever had. I will be stopping here before and after every road trip. Too bad they didn't have another location in Buffalo NY. I would be a regular. Also great service and servers so nice!

So glad that my friend suggested that we eat at this little place tucked in the back of another big building. If you were driving through town you wouldn't miss it. But if you're ever in the area I would definitely recommend stopping on him to get some pizza. It's a cute and quaint place, definitely like the atmosphere. Just traveling through on our way home to Indiana and stumbled across Yetty’s and to our surprise it was the best Italian food we had ever had. We seated and served as soon as we walked in the door. Fun atmosphere, clean, friendly, & portion size was enough for leftovers, yay! Highly recommend.

Amazing food and friendly staff. Only end up getting Yetty's maybe twice a year but it's always top notch. Even highly recommended people I met in Ohio to go online and have some shipped to them since their idea of good pizza is Little Cesar's quality.

Stopped here because the pizza place we wanted to go to was closed for our entire stay, but it was a great choice for dinner. We got subs instead of pizza, and they were delicious. I got the mushroom and steak sub, and my boyfriend got the pesto chicken panini they were good-sized sandwiches that we shared with each other. Will be eating here again

Would definitely recommend. They also have a homemade sangria that's really good... must try! ...place looks really cozy with plenty of seating. This was a delivery. The place where there could be improvement is with your online ordering. It would be beneficial to be able to order ahead and select the day and time of ordering even when your restaurant is closed. I do not live in the area and was ordering for a bereaved family and had to wait til the actual day of delivery to order. It also became a bit frustrating to have to reenter my order each time I went back into the app rather tjan it saving my selection. But your food is always good. I guess that is the most important thing.

Have been a customer for nearly 50 years and my most recent visit did not disappoint. I was born around here and my family moved away when I was pretty young, but I’ve never been back to Herkimer without at least grabbing a pizza at Yetty’s. Added some riggies and wings to the take-out order this time and everything was FANTASTIC! Great pepper flavor in the riggies and don’t sleep on the garlic bread. It was my wife’s first time here. She’s not easy to impress with pizza and pasta, but thought the food was great and really appreciated your extra-friendly service when picking up the order. Thanks for continuing to deliver the goods after so many years. See y’all again in a few years!

We have pretty good Italian Restaurants in our town but nothing like this. Hands down the best sauce we've had a long time. The service was incredible. Clean environment. Plenty of seating. Plenty of street parking. Very reasonable prices. Plenty of food options to pick from no matter what mood you're in.

Love the pizza but, the service is extremely slow by one particular waitress. She cannot multitask well and doesn't check to see if your order is ready. Waited a whole hour to eat a personal pan pizza only. She rechecked with me after 45 minutes to say the machine for the orders wasn't working but, everyone before and after me was working fine for them. Her I'd comes up as 6 and I think her name was Jessica or Jennifer and works days. I think it was inexcusable not to either take something off the bill or offer something for the inconvenience! I think she skipped over me wanting to wait on other people first for a better tip because of more people per table! I hope the owner will check these reviews and correct her on this. I will always still be a patron because their pizza is great!

My daughter and I were heading home and quickly stopped her for a few slices. They were really friendly. The pizza was alright, but pizza by the slice at 9pm on a Sunday isn't usually the greatest. The price was also pretty good for three slices. I would be interested in sitting down for a meal here and seeing what else they have available?

Food has been good both times we stopped here. Recommend the creamy Western wings. Had meals one time, pizza the other. Unusual and good. Servers are nice, but there was only one person on at 9pm on a Saturday night, so the wait was pretty long.

The food was great except the dessert. The strawberry shortcake was horrible not enough strawberries and whip cream. definitely not worth the $7. It wasn't a big goblet I thought the price of $7 would be a lot bigger my husband and I we were very disappointed I can make it better at home

The food ended up being put into "to go" boxes. Once we had waited forever they realized what happened. They replanted the food and brought it out. We were happy to have our food, but it was cold. An offhanded comment was made from thr waitress about if "she could make it herself she would have". When she brought us the bill one meal was removed. Fair enough. Everyone had bad nights. Will go again.

Started enjoying yetty's pizza way back in the mid 60's when I was just a little kid. Would go there with my grandfather. As with most things over the years things change. There was a period of time where in my opinion the food wasn't as good as in years past. I stopped being a customer after a few below standard pizzas/ dinners. A few years ago I gave it a try again. Pizza was decent. Ordered several times on and off again whether pizza, subs or take out dinners. There were a few spotty ones in there but overall pretty good. So anyway tonight my wife was in the mood for a sub. We ordered 3 calzone subs because we haven't tried them yet. 2 roast beef and 1 chicken bacon ranch. Picked up and brought them home. My wife had eaten part of one half and asked me "isn't there also supposed to be lettuce and tomato"? since there was just the roast beef and mayo. I checked and there was supposed to be. My daughter's had this ours did not. So she calls and asked does the roast beef calzone sub include lettuce/ tomato, they say yes. She says 2 of the 3 don't have it. Then they put her on hold. When they returned they said well bring them back and we'll make 2 more. My wife said well I've already eaten a portion maybe you could make it good by a dessert or another way. They said no, we would have to bring both subs back. I told my wife to forget it, I wasn't going to drive all the way back to just have them add lettuce etc. We've dined in many different restaurants from Syracuse to Albany to south Carolina in a couple of instances when we had an issue the restaurant went more out of their way to make it right than I expected. Apparently not here.

Ordered food for take-out. Burgers and fries. Fries are ALWAYS soggy after a 10 minute drive. You need different containers for take out.. Such a waste to have them inedible

I rated Yetty's much higher a year or two ago. The food is generally okay and their subs and wings used to be really good but we went recently and due to "staffing problems", subs were not even available at 4 in the afternoon. This is affecting both food and service. This is too bad. I hope they improve soon.

I gave food one star only because, they use to have the best Alfredo around, I am talking from Utica to Oneonta, even better than Olive Garden! BUT NOW I would rate it very low, no taste and very dry!!! I ask for alittle dish of sauce and they wanted to charge me 5-6 dollars, I didn't eat any of it and brought the noodles broccoli and chicken home and and made my own tasteful concoction! Also went out to eat so I didn't have to cook! I know where to NOT get Alfredo anymore!!!!

We went here while visiting Herkimer on recommendation. The food was decent but the service was terrible. We ordered a wrap and stuffed shells, we watched as three other groups who came in 15 min after us were served their food. We got a basket of garlic bread that we thought might have been table bread. Then the waitress disappeared for 20 min. Turns out that the bread was supposed to be paired with the stuffed shells. When our dishes finally came out they had been sitting under the warming light so long the wrap had dried out and the pasta plate was so hot you couldn't even touch it. I wouldn't go back here based on the service alone.

Ordered sausage riggies mild, there was no heat whatsoever. They don't offer medium heat which is crazy being that in my experience majority of people order medium heat. They weren't bad, definitely needs more sauce and more spicy. I've ordered the pizza a couple times and it's good but it too needs more sauce. Dishes are on the pricy side at least for dinner. We didn’t get many extras and dinner for 4 adults and 2 kids was $160. My soup was cold but my son who got the exact same soup got his piping hot with steam coming from it.

Service was absolutely perfect! Food that was ordered not so much. We ordered a chicken sandwich, 2 bacon cheeseburgers extra well done, and garlic fries. When the burgers came, they both were pink inside and mushy. Very disappointing 😞. The chicken sandwich was as amazing as the fries also. Hopefully, better luck next time. And yes, management took off the burgers from the bill.

The food is delicious. Salads are amazing! Portions are big and well worth the money.The only reason I am giving a low score is because it was freezing cold in the restaurant! We never took our winter jackets off and it's not easy to eat with them on.

Not the worst i’ve had but, i won’t eat there again. The price of the food doesn’t match the quality that’s for sure. I ordered two things, very simple. It took over an hour to be delivered and by the time it was delivered the sauce had thickend and gone cold on my pasta, and the salad was drenched in so much dressing it was gross. All i can say is the garlic bread was okay and the pizza was good for the temperature it was. I don’t recommend.

2nd time visiting better than the first time. I got the shrimp riggies and my wife got the cheese pizza. The pizza she said was fine but lacked cheese as seen in the pictures The riggies were a bit tasteless mild shouldn't mean no heat.(normally I go hot but the last time it was not edible the amount of peppers they added.) The sauce was broken and had chunks of curdled heavy cream in it. The bread hasn't changed its just heated no flavor and a little wirl added on tip with parm cheese.

Ordered food to be delivered an it took an hour to get to me. But wait there's more! Food was cold and I do mean cold. Also asked for chicken tenders WITH fries. NO fries but I got cold chicken. 3 orders of mozzarella sticks COLD! CHICKEN RIGGIES COLD. But my salad (which should be cold) was warm???? Why??? NEVER AGAIN!!!

The pizza was not cooked all the way, there was a hair and and they shorted me on my wings. I also told them crispy with extra sauce. What I got was dry greasy wings. When I called to tell them about the wings the person who answered was rude and responded matter of factly that we were wrong and she was right. I just wanted to let them know what had happen but she hung up on me before I could get any further. The owner, Felicia took my order, also answered my follow up call!

Ordered the fried clams, they were inedible, all 4 of us in our party tried them and agreed, tough and chewy, couldn't eat them. Told the waitress, was charged full price for them anyway. Someone else ordered a calzone, it took one hour, everyone else was done eating before it finally arrived. also charged full price for that. Guess they would rather have their couple of bucks than a satisfied repeat customer, because we'll sure never go back.

Our last visit to Yettys was awful there was one waitress on and the place was packed it took 15 mins waiting at the door to get a table to be seated and given four settings of silverware and all four settings wrapped in napkins had all dirty silverware, the forks all had dried food on them!! After waiting 30 more mins the waitress came to take our order drinks came and our salad came and it was warm so it means our salad sat around and not refrigerated! Our meals came and where cold! , pizza was burnt on the bottom! Waitress never offered any of us a refill on our drinks!! This entire visit was a train wreck!! I will not be going back here!! I do not recommend this place unless they get their selves together!!

My husband brought home a chicken and pig pie, going to make this short and sweet, eating a slice hot or cold didn't make much of a difference ,the pizza still sucked. I had to go in the kitchen and make a chicken salad sandwich and that sucked too but not as bad as the pizza.

Did yettys change owners? I tried to call several times to advise of how disappointed I was with our lunch visit and phone was disconnected. Place was gloomy. I ordered pasta fazool, menu said a dinner salad for 1.99 more. The pasta fazool had an orange looking sauce, white beans, and Gnocchi? I have never seen gnocchi in that and it looked gross and I couldn't eat it. Waitress never asked if we wanted drink refills, and when I got the bill was charged 3.24 for the salad. I asked her and she said because I asked for blue cheese dressing? I did not order or receive crumbly blue but blue cheese dressing. Never heard of such a thing. Never again.

Called to place an order as we have done plenty of times before after making the order and given my phone number was told we could not place the order because we canceled an order back in December was told that the order was all ready made when we canceled problem is we canceled while still on the phone with the person who was taking our order we were then told until we pay for the December order we could no longer order from them.i called back after they told my girl this and explained to the manager that I my self have been in the food industryfor the better half of 20 years and that there was no why they could have had the order prepared heile I was still on the phone with the person taking my order the manager told me thanks for me feedback and hung up on me. 0 stars. My father talked up yettis for a month. I came up and tried calling for two weeks to order..never informed anyone they were closed. Thought they were busy so i drove all the way to herkimer and their sign still said open but no one there. Finally got riggies and had mushrooms in them. Im deathly allergic and never had to ask any restaurant anytime ever about mushrooms. They also over charged me 47.50 for 2 orders when it was supposed to be 31. Very disappointing. I ended up in the hospital.

We have been going to Yetty's for a year now. We love this place. How ever the food quality is not consistant. The Lasgna is made on Tuesday for Wednesdays specials have gone later in the week on friday or Saturday. Lasgna was watery and had an internal temp of 98. Which made the inside was like warm.internal temp was suppose to be 140 degrees. We apologized several times how sorry we were they had a new cook this time with no experience, no reason to jeopardize customer safety. We will not be going back. Can not afford to get sick. This was the second time this has happened.

Ordered a sub and wings. Got home and my sub was soaked in mild sauce and the wings were burnt and dried out not because the sauce leaked everywhere either!! Worst service ever!!!! Eating there weekly will come to an end. Called and the owner didn’t want to do anything not even a credit or simply replacing the food. What a joke. Good luck!!!!

NOT HAPPY!! We showed up to the restaurant at 8:10 on Saturday (yesterday, 7/30) only to be told that the dining room was closed! The waitress said that the dining closed at 8pm, and refused to seat us! HOWEVER, their own website says that the dining room closes at 9pm!! Spoke to the manager, and she had an attitude about herself and said "No exceptions!!". She didn't even apologize for HER mistake!! We drove from New Hartford, but he didn't care!! Obviously, she doesn't care about the customers!! Terrible attitude!! Oh well, there are many Italian restaurants in the area with better food, AND care about the customers!!

I got the garlic Alfredo with broccoli and there was barely any broccoli on there at all and no garlic at all and just tons of butter parmesan cheese and pasta and thats it. They were outrageous Tina and other things too. My food wasn't hot at all and there was barely anything on the sald either and barely any dressing for the salad also.

Went to pick up long line and after 30 minutes plus of waiting they told me they didn't have steak so couldn't complete order.ugh. asked for owner Felicia would not talk to me finally did and was so rude to me and another customer whose $50 order was given to somebody else and they wouldn't even bring it to her house for free. We are officially done with Yetty’s. What once was one of our favorite restaurants has continued to decline over the years. We haven’t had one good or correct order the last half dozens times we have ordered. If you are looking for mediocre food that won’t be made how you order it this is your place! I’m not one to leave a bad review after one bad meal because everyone has an off day, but a half dozen over a period of time is unacceptable. Tonights meal was came with two salads completely wrong, two sandwiches missing the paid for toppings and a cold lasagna.

We like Yettys, been there several times in the past. My wife wanted to go out for dinner and suggested Yettys. When we arrived we sat without waiting. When she gave her order to the waitress, the waitress returned to tell her they were out of items 3 times. Apparently the waitress didn't know these things. My wife settled for a simple pasta order. Overall I felt bad for my wife, because I have to live with her and didn't want to deal with her bad mood later on!

I've been frequenting Yeti's since I was a child, on and off for decades. It'd been a while since we had Yeti's and while looking for options one evening we spotted Yeti's was running a weekday special for a large white garlic pizza, perfect my favorite! When we called to order, a very nice young lady proceeded to take our order as we requested the garlic pizza special for $13-15(ish). At most joints, it's not uncommon to request additional toppings, so I politely asked if we could add some sliced tomatoes and ricotta cheese. As something like requesting added toppings isn't typically unusual, she said absolutely, albiet for an added charge of around $1 each topping, bringing the total to around $15-17, excelant! It wasn't 10 minutes later, I received a call back from the nice lady who took our order, hmm? She quickly apologized, then proceeded to tell me that the owner would not honor the special price if I wanted to add additional toppings, despite already agreeing to an upcharge for them, what!? I thought the situation was strange. Of course, I asked the young lady for an explanation. She too thought this was unusual, considering people request added toppings, albeit for an extra fee, all the time! She then told me if I wanted the pizza with the added toppings, I would need to pay full price equating to roughly $23-24! I reluctantly obliged. Confused by what just happened, my significant other agreed, this was definately unusual. We finally arrived at Yeti's to grab our pizza. Admittedly, I wasn't too happy about the situation but given past experiences, my expectations for the pizza would be worth it. We arrived home maybe 5 minutes later and proceeded to start digging in when it became very obvious something wasn't right with our order. The pizza was ice cold and hard! To top it off, after inspecting a slice, it seemed as if the pizza was made as a plain white, garlic, then retroactively added the requested sliced tomatoes and ricotta cheese on as an afterthought!? Keep in mind, my original order, the waitress originally quoted me would've cost around $15, I ultimately paid $24. At the very least, I expected the pizza be fresh, really? In that moment, already feeling annoyed, I felt disrespected and scammed! I'm not typically the type of person to be petty, but this was unacceptable! It's sad because this place use to be pretty great and my last Yeti's pie was unbelievably disappointing and over priced! The no special price if you want toppings is wild! I order specials from Ed's in little Falls all the time with additional toppings for approximately $1 each. Never have I been denied a special price when I request to add additional toppings for a slight upcharge. I thought it was very unprofessional to call us back and change the price after already agreeing. Note, this all took place around the end of September, 2024.

Bought from here 4 times so far and every time my order gets messed up. food is decent but wow cant get orders right if their life depended on it. this time i asked for Swiss cheese on my sub and i get absolutely no cheese, like if u have questions about an order whats so hard about re calling the person and double checking or double checking b4 u hang up??? every time its something new with this place

To whom every owns yettys in herkiner I want to start by that I've never in my life time have heard a story like what my husband experienced at you estabishment yesterday. I've been in sales and customer service for over 45 years and I would never dream of treating someone like you did. He came in for something to eat you took his order and his money and after 45 or so mins still he was waiting for a cold sub I mean I cold have maded him a cold some in 5 mins with my eyes closed. People were coming in and out with there orders and he stayed there as patiently as possible and being ignored. He finally ask the young lady how much long and all she said Is well we are very busy. Really!! He asked for his money back and she told him I have to go ask. WHAT!! Here appears a so call manager whom had an attitude toward me husband and said they are wrapping it up she swings the door and yells wrap it up and he asked again all I want is my money back she was do rude he told her to keep the sandwich and his 12.00 which I hope she needed more then him and walked out. So I ask if anyone reads this what are your thoughts about the place and before I decided to write I looked at the reviews and saw that my husband has not been the only person with this kind of experience and as they say sorry we are working on our customers service and obviously nothing has changed. I wish her a merry Christmas and hopes that the $12.00 that she kept from my husband brings her what she needs. I will let everyone I know about this experience unfortunately my husband will never forget that experience. I don't wish for anyone to lose there job just for whom ever owns the place to revisit customer service because with out your customers you would not be in business. I dont understand what has happened here recently. Dining in took hours a couple weeks ago and maybe saw a server 2 times. Last night I waited 40 minutes after pick up time at the restaurant for a sub. Meanwhile feeling sorry for the girl whom was taking care of take outs as everyone else seemed to push her around and bully her out of the way to use the card machine. She was the only nice thing about the place and it didnt feel like she actually works there. Have been regularly ordering for years but I dont think we will be back.

After seeing them Saturday and Sunday morning infomercials by Forever Leather Charlie and Felicia Netti in the past, finally decided to take a ride from Utica to Yetty's and give it a try Sat. Oct 4th at 4pm. When we arrived, went in, there is a small dining area across from the bar with several booths and tables which were full (I would say 12 guests) After standing there and not one employee saying a word to us, I asked one of the two bartenders who were just standing there, how long a wait? One said I have no idea. I offered: "30, 45 minutes?" She said probably unless you want to go outside. So we did and sat in one of the two tables offered. A young employee came out and took our drink order, iced tea and Coke, saying a server will be right out. A full 20 minutes(no lie) passes with zero acknowledgement. Out comes a group of 4 diners looked at us and said, " how long have have you been waiting? We've been here over two hours!" The drink employee came out and said, we are very busy, it's going to be awhile. I went inside, told the bartender we could not wait any longer, just to even place an order. (it wasn't busy, 3/4 of the diners had food) Apparently there was zero leadership, the staff had no idea what they were doing, totally lost. So I went to pay for our drinks and she told us it was all set. We then went to PKs restaurant, it was busy, yet we were in and out in an hour, wonderful service and food.
