Jersey Mike's Subs

It's my favorite place to go for submarine sandwiches. Fresh bread and quality meats and cheese. Beats the other places, hands down

Great customer service. The employees had to deal with 4 customer's that were very rude. You know the type. I know the owner he will here about this. We come here all the time. We won't be back. On and on they went. Because they had a big order and one of their sandwiches was not right. All and I mean all the employees apologized for the mistake. Not a single employee had attitude or raised their voice as customer called them names. The employee's even apologized to us and other customers about the wait. Who ever worked 10/07/22 night was amazing.

I ordered three sandwiches to go. There were four female employees working the counter. All performing in a courteous, organized, professional manner. The one lady preparing the sandwiches added the toppings with a neat, artistic touch. Left them a tip in their tip jar. It is obvious that thee employees enjoyed their job and it was a pleasure doing business with a establishment that obviously treats their employees well.

Awesome! The food is really good. We have not had one thing that was disappointing. Friendly staff. They also have Shore Points, which are points for every sandwich you buy. These points can be used later for free sandwiches. Just us your phone number. No hassles, no calls or adds or headaches. Definitely beats all the other sub or sandwich shops. If you haven't tried it, you are missing out. 👍👍😃

Love this place. Food is great. Staff is friendly. I was surprised at how different a sub can taste from Subways. Once we started eating here, we've never gone back to subway. They also have rewards points here for free subs. It's a good deal.

AMAZING! I didn’t catch the young lady’s name, but she is working right now 09/22/2025 at 6:24PM. Such a great attitude, great smile, she has above and beyond customer service. And to top it off, she made great sandwiches. She is absolutely an asset to this establishment!

Well I love to eat here ...but this time I asked for the juice . And they said they could give it. I was bothered because I always get the same thing 14 yrs in a row. These robots can't think out the box . I was sooo disappointed I drove 1 hr and 18 minutes to the one in riverside....they did it right.

I love jersey mikes never had an issue, until today. Young lady didnt ask us if there was anything else and started asking next guests their orders when we were gonna order two subs not just one. Then they didnt confirm after finishing the first sub, and the first young lady starts to tell us for future reference to let her know we were gonna order 2 subs next time when she didnt even confirm with us, she just moved on as she was making our first sub. She needs to be trained to be asking and confirming first with her first guests before moving on and assuming we r done ordering. If it werent for quality of food i would rate this place lower. Never had an issue before and im upset she told us that when she didnt bother to ensure our order was done before moving on. Dissappointed in service. Didnt even want to eat there anymore honestly

I've been to this Jersey Mike several times and have never had an issue until today. Just came in around 8:35, knowing that they close at 9:00, but thinking I can still get a sandwich. I go in and order my usual number seven on the Rosemary Parm bread, and the guy even repeated back to me, "Rosemary parmesan," and I said yes. He then proceeds to grab a white bread covering his hand over it, I'm guess he's thinking I wouldn't notice? And while I technically should have said something, if I'm going to complain about it, I didn't. I wasn't in the mood to argue, and it was close to closing time, so I wasn't going to deal with the hassle. But again, I've never had any other problems besides this. So the lesson learned is don't come in close to closing time, even if you're in and out quicker than my ex.

I frequent lots of Jersey Mike's establishments. Unfortunately this particular store consistently falls short. Dry cracked bread, got two of the sandwiches wrong and that's was just this visit.

When I ordered my many number eight the person cut approximately 1" off of the bread and threw it away. Not that big of a deal but I thought it was weird. The number 8 comes with bacon and as we got down to the bacon tray there was one full piece of bacon and a bunch of crumbs sitting in Grease. I pointed to the and asked the person making my sandwich "is this all the bacon you have?" He stated yes and I said I don't want to have bacon on my sandwich then and he said okay. I currently have just shy of 700 points at Jersey Mike and it's the second time this year that I've reached that amount. This was definitely not my expectation at any Jersey Mike's. I travel all around the country and eat at Jersey Mike's rather frequently. The sandwich I ate was good but the end of the bread was a little hard. Will definitely not be back to this location.

Normally I love this place but lately they have been making you wait a long time to fill online orders. Came in today and there was a huge order online. Rather than taking mine really quick since I am actually in the store they wanted me to wait. All I had one was sandwich. Maybe from now on if I go here at all, I will place an online order since they seem to care more about those than those actually waiting in the restaurant
