Bad service came all the way from New Jerseys At least have someone at front with good service really disappointed

Placed an order through Uber eats. I didn't receive the 2 zinger burgers I had ordered. When I contacted the resteraunt the employee who answered the phone would not hear me out. He kept insisting he had packed the burgers. Rather than acknowledging the error he insisted it wasn't his fault. He suggested I place another order for naan and he would replace the burgers for free. When I mentioned the Uber fees and tax he said basically "too bad'. The fries in my order were soggy and stale. Also don't call your customers bro in every sentence.

I ordered food at 4pm and they told me it was 40 minutes to be ready. I have guests over for the breaking fast. I got my food 1 hour and 40 minutes after my order and they did not care. They were making orders for everyone else but didn’t make ours. I used to eat here all the time but I don’t recommend anyone coming here ever.

I had a terrible experience at BBQ Nite in Hicksville . The place completely fell apart under the pressure of a busy day —orders were backed up forever, and I literally saw the staff behind the counter yelling and fighting with each other. It was chaotic and unprofessional. On top of that, their food is ridiculously overpriced for what you get; the quality doesn't justify the cost. Avoid this spot if you want a stress-free meal!

I don’t know how they are still in business . The food was absolutely disgusting and old. The kebabs were so stale and made us all sick. The place has serious hygiene issues. The tables were dirty. They had no heat on during really cold weather.

The guy name Mustafa has zero Customer service. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Order 2 chicken over rice gave me cold chicken and then there was no Kabab in it. The food was very cold probably other left over customer order who didn’t pick it up. Dude was talking to me as “Yo” like I’m his old friend. Worst taste of the chicken over rice. Owner needs to look into this.

Place is dirty poorly maintained. Dine area tables chairs not clean. restrooms are very dirty.stay away from this location. People who work there are not friendly.Food even worse. Really bad experience. Sorry to say that.I went there first time no more.I usually go to Biryany House they are best. Unfortunately today they were close. Good luck everyone out there. Horrible service they posted a deal on their instagram page for $5 zinger burgers I drive over 40 minutes just for them to say they can’t honor the deal because it’s only valid for 10PM I showed him the flyer and no where does it show it’s only after 10PM I even showed it to him and he goes that’s a mistake it should have said only after 10PM I said that’s your guys fault you should have known and I asked if he can do it as I drove over 40 minutes and he said no he can’t he and he kept arguing saying it’s only valid after 10PM and I even proved him wrong by showing him the flyer and he goes I don’t care terrible service never again.

We ordered three chicken cheesesteaks over the phone. When we arrived, the worker didn’t know what a cheesesteak was. Even after I explained it, he made chicken tikka boti instead. I told him again this wasn’t a cheesesteak, and he just chopped the same chicken, put it in a bun, and called it a cheesesteak. While doing this, he was handling the food with bare hands and also working the cash register, which was very concerning. At that point, I didn’t want to argue and just took the food. We were also charged more than we should have been. Very disappointing experience

Horrible experience with Bbq nite. As I was about to eat the kabab I saw there was a dead fly embedded into the kabab. This is most unhygienic and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had anywhere. Please avoid everyone.

The worst place by far. Placed a takeout order for kebabs at 2 pm and told them to be ready by 5pm. Pretty simple huh? By 5pm they had no clue about the order! Total incompetence and will never go there again. What a joke- there are many superb kebab places nearby.

Classic local takeout spot for Pakistani food. Been here for years, but they still haven’t improved their service, or being organized with orders. Wait times are too long, and after 30 minutes they’re shuffling tickets, not sure about who ordered what. Zinger still hits though luckily.

This is the most unprofessional food place I have ever been to. I made a 70$ uber eats order for pick up but when I went there they said they gave my food away to another customer. Then they made me wait another 30 minutes for them to remake my order only to tell me that my order was ready the whole time. Forget about how the food tastes I’ll never order or recommend anyone to this place in my life. I’d give negative stars if I could

Disgusting and horrible experience. There was a bug in my food and had I not looked before biting, would have ingested it. I would not come back here. I've eaten here many times and every single time the quality is sub-par. The bug just put it over the line. Slow service, sub-par food, and food that doesn't even meet health standards. I would advise everyone to stay away.

I came to BBQ Night for the second time, hoping the first visit was just an off night. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. The food is mediocre at best—especially the channa, which falls short compared to what you’d expect from a place that’s supposedly known for BBQ and South Asian flavors. What really sealed it for me was the service. The person at the counter seemed irritated and unwelcoming, as if serving customers was a burden. That kind of energy sets a bad tone for the whole experience. I gave it a second chance, but I won’t be coming back. There are too many better options out there.

Went on my lunch break and spend almost 30 minutes waiting for my order which apparently their grubhub is not working for two days now, like get it fix or turn it off??? Had to rush to get back to work and try to eat my food at the same time. The zinger Burger was good, the Masala fries was tasteless and I didn't even get to eat my Philly chicken. Overall experience was terrible...don't think I'll be going back to this location. Wasted my lunch hour. And clean the tables! Very disgusting and filthy.
