La comida bien.. el servicio de regular a malo... pase como a las 22:30 y atendieron mi pedido, pero no me dejaron comer en las instalaciones, cuando previamente no me habían avisado que ya cerrarían...

La comida es buena. Es un lugar limpio y tranquilo. Pero lo único que no me agrada es que el área de juegos lo cierran desde las 8:30pm cuando el comedor cierra hasta las 11:00pm. No se me hace justo que los niños se queden tristes porque ya no los dejar entrar a jugar. Incluso les he pedido permiso para que solo entren ellos a jugar y no dejan que porque ya esta trapeado y que esta mojado el piso. Pero en ningún momento vuelven a abrirlo aunque ya este seco.

This is the second time I order there and both times the cheese is cold like it came out of the wrapper. The burger itself felt under cooked and the order was not the way I told them. I will have to start going to pharr to get a hot burger. The other thing is I was the only vehicle there ordering at the time. I hope they get their act and service together.

No paper towels in rest room told the cashier and didn’t care, next the table I sat at had fries under the table and trash like they don’t clean here , the table top dirty had to go again to counter and get some more napkins to clean my table and seat , there is a mop and bucket im the middle of the restaurant and gave no idea why because there is no one cleaning. The A/C is ideal for kitchen but for guests is very cold inside not nice.

The delivery of their food in drive-thru is very inconsistent it drives me mad. Sometimes there's too much salt on the fries and sometimes they forget to add ketchup or the ranch that I ordered on the side. I know we're all human and make mistakes but please double check that everything is there for the customer. This place is great but it's the little things that add up and just makes it bad

I have been eating there many times and recently the costumer service is bad, the burger before had 2 tomatoes now only serving a small one, not giving me the exact change. All i know is that i am not going there ever again.

No habia ido a esta ubicación, primero pido una sprite mediana y me cobraron unas “Fries Medianas”, posteriormente le hago saber al joven del error, me remueven las papas y me dan una sprite, que no tenia ni sabor y sabia peor que agua mineral. Definitivamente no vuelvo a ir.

Exageradamente caro. Te cobran mal aquí dice 2 quesos. Reclame y dicen que así tienen que cobrar por 1 hamburguesa con 1 queso. Compre 2 hamburguesas medianas y 1 paquete de jalapeño por 20 dólares 🤨. No vale la pena ni la calidad.

Workers are always in a bad mood. They always forget things and want to charge extra for every little thing. Only reason i keep going is because it has a play area and is close to my mothers house.

I don't now how they can stay in business they don't even take phone orders I believe they should do what ever it takes to draw up more business they should ask for phone numbers if the customer doesn't come and pick up there order

Restaurant is clean. Food is good. Staff has play park closed. They had no spoons for the ice cream. Soda machine is out of order. Only one that works is behind counter/drive thru area. No sweet tea.

I will not be spending anymore money with Burger king, to demand I wear a mask intrudes on my beliefs that masks don't work and neither does the vacinations, my friend just got covid after having all three shots, the masks limit the oxygen intake,when they breath with a mask on they are breathing back in carbon dioxide which weakens the bodies immune system, but even if it didn't what right do you have to demand someone wear anything, stick to cooking burgers and stay out of the health care industry! not to mention, the staff doesn't know that sweet tea goes in the sweet tea urn, not in the unsweet, and the unsweet goes in the unsweet tea urn, not the sweet tea urn!

I go there at least once a week and they always mess up my order. Today I ordered 2 whoppers with cheese and no onions. Pretty simple...but as usual they had to just not listen to what I said and didn’t add any cheese and still had onion. The worst part is they still charged me for the cheese. Not many places in Hidalgo but I think I’ll just go to fiesta burger.

I said no I want the pretzel burger, Finally understood. I go to the drive thru window and asks again twice if it is the pretzel bacon king and I said yes. There's an enormous billboard that only says they have clean restrooms. That may be the only good thing about this place. Customer service is horrible especially the drive thru. Their attitudes can put you in a bad mood almost instantly.

This morning at Burger King.........what can I say. The Health Department needs to visit. The same person that took my order, my money, and fixed my food, never washed her hands or had on gloves. While I watched her fix several orders, she also picked up paper bags and adjusted her head phones. Yes she touched her hair. MY FOOD WENT IN THE TRASH.
