Restaurant is clean. Food is good. Staff has play park closed. They had no spoons for the ice cream. Soda machine is out of order. Only one that works is behind counter/drive thru area. No sweet tea.

I order some Chicken fries they were super dry & taste awful the fries super cold. No ranch or ketchup or napkins horrible service !!

I understand that this burger king is right next to the border but they need to speak english to the customers when they are ordering,not all customers are gonna understand some are literally white ppl that don't understand Spanish and we are not in mexico.Literally the cashier's full on Spanish not one word was said in English when taking the order.smh.

To the franchise owners, a bit of advise, change management, it all rolls downhill. The attitude is terrible, no English is spoken, they don't seem to comprehend what your order is! Chicken nuggets were probably fried a couple of times, they were like chewing gum. Allison is rude as well as the rest

I will not be spending anymore money with Burger king, to demand I wear a mask intrudes on my beliefs that masks don't work and neither does the vacinations, my friend just got covid after having all three shots, the masks limit the oxygen intake,when they breath with a mask on they are breathing back in carbon dioxide which weakens the bodies immune system, but even if it didn't what right do you have to demand someone wear anything, stick to cooking burgers and stay out of the health care industry! not to mention, the staff doesn't know that sweet tea goes in the sweet tea urn, not in the unsweet, and the unsweet goes in the unsweet tea urn, not the sweet tea urn!

I go there at least once a week and they always mess up my order. Today I ordered 2 whoppers with cheese and no onions. Pretty simple...but as usual they had to just not listen to what I said and didn’t add any cheese and still had onion. The worst part is they still charged me for the cheese. Not many places in Hidalgo but I think I’ll just go to fiesta burger.

terrible customer service, drive up to the drive thru “can I help yew?” I said I wanted the new pretzel bacon Burger King. She said so the number 5? I said no I want the pretzel burger, Finally understood. I go to the drive thru window and asks again twice if it is the pretzel bacon king and I said yes. I go home and what do ya know, it’s regular buns... of course..

There's an enormous billboard that only says they have clean restrooms. That may be the only good thing about this place. Customer service is horrible especially the drive thru. Their attitudes can put you in a bad mood almost instantly.

This morning at Burger King.........what can I say. The Health Department needs to visit. The same person that took my order, my money, and fixed my food, never washed her hands or had on gloves. While I watched her fix several orders, she also picked up paper bags and adjusted her head phones. Yes she touched her hair. MY FOOD WENT IN THE TRASH.
