We had an excellent time there. The food was fresh and came out fast. Our host was so on point with his patience with my kids who did not know what they wanted, and he was serving alone. There was 4 families there and he served all of us with ease, his customer service skills was impeccable.

I had a good experience, the day I ate here. We were seated in like a minute and quickly received our order. The waitress was polite and attentive but then again it seemed to be kind of a slow day.

I went with my family to the I HOP. In Highland and had amazing service and food. My son spilled his drink on his food and his self and they gave us napkins, a clean wet rag to clean off and a new plate of fries and chicken strips, They were so attentive and helpful and kind. The two that helped us was Erika and Jose. I totally recommend this IHOP and will definitely be coming back. 😊👍

The place was clean, the food was very tasteful and to top it off the waiter was great! He was smiling the whole time and was covering many tables and still made time to come over and check regularly that my kids and I were doing well. Only things I would say is they need more acknowledgment front the rest of the staff. It was time to pay and I received no acknowledgment from anyone for a while before paying. Aside from that I would see go back.

Some homeless guys hanging around in the parking lot asked me for money. Not really what I want to experience when I'm with the kids. Didn't feel safe. Waitress seemed like she'd rather be somewhere else. Probably won't be back. There are better, safer places to eat. It would be better if you could just get from the car to the restaurant without being accosted.

Floor could have been cleaner. Water on the floor, any one could have slipped and fallen. Really crowed and noisy. Service was good, she was really into her clients. Listening real good. I want to thank the couple who bought me breakfast that day. So sweet of them. We sat by the window on the street side of the building, by the bathrooms.

Ok food if you like paying more for breakfast you can do at home for less

It was not crowed. That was a plus for me. Spent $20 took the kiddos to breakfast. It's ihop I'm not sure what you expect. Besides good pancakes and to be able to feed a part of 2 under 20 bucks. Can't complain. The service was good.

Felt a bit pricy for an IHOP but the food was good. Nothing spectacular but nothing wrong either. Just your average experience.

This place was pretty decent, they had awesome customer service. The food took a little long, but it was fresh and flavorfull. The menu has alot of options and it was really difficult to make a decision, but all together, this is a comfortable place to get a good meal.

I've only been twice to this spot it's a bit busy. Very friendly when ordering we really didn't have any issues. Timing was not to bad when bringing us our food. Downside they never came to check on us if we needed refills or whatever and when leaving I asked for a box and when my daughter lift the plate to put her leftover in the box I noticed something underneath her plate like food was stuck onto it, kinda gross me out. So whoever is doing the dishes should make sure they wash them right just saying. Other than that it's 👍🏽

The wait time was very long for 9:30 a.m. The hostess didn't even acknowledge me until I had been standing there for 10 minutes. I watched 3 people come in wait and leave. The waitress was great and the food was ok overall my experience was not great. I expect more out of IHOP so this was a let down. The waitress was the only reason I rated this a 3.

Food is acceptable. Pls ask management to organize a crew to clean the bathroom. The bacteria surrounding the faucet is a bit too much. Makes me wonder what the rest is really like under bright lights.

My wife and I went to brunch with our daughter and 3 granddaughters. We came in out from the heat to a nice air conditioned IHOP, Our server was excellent, our food was excellent. But there were flies and we were seated right under a open ceiling panel which was missing we could feel hot air coming down. While eating our meals, it started to get warmer and warmer, by the time I almost finished my meal, I'm sweating! Distasteful! Very disappointed.. 3 stars. Photo proof included.

I have been Ordering here every weekend since start of pandemic. If your doing curbside pickup or in store pickup add 15 to 20 min to the time it tells you, this place is rarely ready in time. The food is good though, just what you expect from IHOP.

Mixed feelings on this one. While the service and atmosphere were really good. . . There is absolutely no choice when we got there because we were the only one there at 5:00 in the evening. About midway through our dinner a few more people came in. I think this is really due to the change in the area where this is located. It used to be fairly nice and we brought our kids here when they were young, but now it's littered with homeless people and other challenging distractions. We came here about a week ago and they had no power because some of the homeless were tearing apart the breaker box for copper. My concern was we were the only people in the restaurant, when our orders came. They were 95% correct. My wife had ordered sausage instead of bacon and received just bacon, and the hash browns were slightly brown on the top and just steamed potatoes on the inside. My order was fine but had the same experience with the hash browns. When we ate at another IHOP in Redlands last week after the power issue at this location, I was pleasantly surprised with the hash browns as they were very crispy on both top and bottom. The other part that was a bit frustrating was since we were the only customers in the place, I would have thought that my eggs would have been piping hot and steaming when they came out. As it turned out they were lukewarm, as well as the hash browns and toast. The waitress was very sweet, but I just think that more attention to detail could have been made given that we were the only customers being served. Finally, something that they have absolutely no control over, was the price of our two meals. I had a 55+ meal, my wife had two eggs, two bacon, two sausage, and french toast and with tax and tip (Yes, I tipped the usual 18%) the bill came out just short of $50. Just gives us a little bit more of an indication of what's going on with inflation as I know eggs and many of the products that they use at this type of restaurant are probably outrageously expensive right now. Just seems rather high for a breakfast for dinner arrangement. Thanks for listening.

Let me start off by saying the staff was super friendly and attentive to our needs. It was father day so it was busy. The huge problem was that their restroom was one of the worst ones I have ever seen. Urine, and other body fluids everywhere. It looked like it has not been cleaned in days!!!!!

I haven't been to one in a while prior to my last visit but from what I recall there was a broader selection. if I was just rating breakfast they'd have 5 stars. but they got 3 due to the friendliness of the staff.

We went here at 5 pm. I wasn't that hungry so I ordered a sundae. It cost 10 bucks! The 3 ice cream scoops were the size of a typical butter scoop for pancakes! Very small It had a little bit of whip cream and some chocolate syrup. For 10 bucks Very disappointed!

There was no wait. Server was friendly and had good recommendations. The French toast was thick and fluffy. The spicy poblano omelet tasted good. The food and drinks took a little time. A little expensive.

The food was wonderful. We love the all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast deal for $5 you cannot beat that. The only part that I would say needs a little help is a customer service and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. The waitress who helped us out was friendly at first but didn't provide the quality customer service experience that you would expect from somebody that would be receiving a tip. to be quite honest she was rude and very Frank and by the end of our experience she rushed us out of the restaurant by providing our check before we requested it which I thought was very inappropriate. And the last thing I would mention is that when you first walk into the restaurant you are greeted with this really rancid (public bathroom or dirty mop type of smell) that is so off putting you might not even enter the restaurant .

So so so so slow. Operating at minimum capacity 4 parties dining at once and it still has taken over 25 minutes for our order and we're still waiting. Other parties that came after have been served already. We waited nearly an our just to get seated understanding we had to wait but I didn't realize everything would be an enormously long wait. Got here for breakfast and eating at lunch time. Tip: Order online, take it to go.

Service was slow. I ordered a short stack of pancakes. Pancakes had clumps of dry mix and practically no butter. Not like the IHOP that built a reputation on good pancakes but more like cost cutting going too far. With the high prices the food should meet higher standards. Waiters were friendly.

This place was horrible. There was only one waitress and the hostess was seating and trying to help with getting drink orders. The waitress didn't seem like she was worried that the place was getting full. While we were there 3 tables had not been served or attended to for over15 minutes, no drinks or orders were taken. The only good thing was the food was still hot when we got it even though it had been sitting on the counter for about 10 minutes.

Had to wait to be seated because only half of the restaurant seating was in use, since there was one waitress on duty. She seemed to rush us having so many tables, all while 2 other employees worked the register, and the manager was acting as the bus boy, leaving more than a couple tables dirty. I wouldn't recommend the place until they have a full staff of employees.

Came here after a long trip on Christmas day, they gave us the Willy Wonka Menu where we saw the value prices from 3-9pm I believe. Once waiter came (tall, old, & bald man) he looked stressed & in a hurry epecially from his tone) I asked from menu items from the Willy Wonka Menu & tells me sorry those werent supposed to give those out, we're not selling for those prices nor from that menu. You can order or get mad & leave. & repeated that several times. (My momd face seemed confused & upset). He tells her in broken spanish "Usted enojoda" I asked to speak to manager which he stated there were none bc I you cant show a price then snatch the menu from my hands & say we're not doing that. Its illegal to not respect the price. He said it says here in select locations but I told him they gave us that menu we didnt just make those prices up. In the end Christian attended us who was super nice! He sure changed things around with his uplifting spirit! and he and Juan apologized for their coworkers attitude. Both of them really helped us not have a ruined Christmas & both deserve a raise!

Came here to eat with my little ones. Upon our arrival coming through the door there was a smell of sewer. My first thought was like oh they need to deep clean the resection area because I know that a lot of homeless people come in here and a smell was lingering here in the front; but no I later took my little ones to the restroom. one of the toilets were out of order and the only working toilet was leaking water everywhere. The smell of the restroom was horrible I mean I lost my appetite instantly. Only thing I could stomach was the coffee. Kids don’t know the difference so they ate with no problem also I noticed that they seated us right next to the restroom. The service was really good for only having one server at the time he was very helpful and understanding. Just me I couldn’t stomach anything the smell was so awful.

The greeter was very rude he made racist comments against black people. I was very disappointed and offended. I would have left, but I was with my elderly aunt who was diabetic and she needed to eat. The food good but overall experience was horrible 😒

Food was great 10/10, my rating is on the service . The welcome in from I think management was great. Even the server we started with was great. He’s been our server before and I was fully prepared to tip generously . However after our drinks we got a new server who made us feel like asking for anything was a big inconvenient. Our whole interaction was unpleasant even the tone in his voice. Another server stepped in briefly to bring us an item we ordered and I could immediately feel /tell the difference in the quality of service. I wanted to tip the other two servers but unfortunately my waiter was also the cashier and Instead of making him uncomfortable as he did to us I instead tipped him a small amount.

Then I had to go get my own bill from the front. Food was okay. Prices are out of control. 19.99 for a burger and fries, wow. Omelettes go from 13.99 build your own up to 24.99. crazy

I spent over $120 to eat with my family and our discount was $2.10 Then, I asked and was kind of blown off by the first server (he wasn't my waiter so no his problem i guess). My waiter didn't even understand what I was asking her about the order. I simply asked is a military discount only discounting one item ? A homeless man came in with money in his hand asking for a cup of water and they told him no it's $5 so the man left and you could hear the staff laughing at him and the waiter then proceeded to bring my table to-go cups of water for my kids and glasses for adults without us asking. Called in advance and placed my order making sure beforehand about special issues. Order was delivered totally wrong. Called the store and person who answered remembered my order and apologized about mix up. Couldn't do anything about crediting my account. Told me to call corporate. I called corporate who said they would send me a gift certificate to replace my money. Never received anything so I called back a month later. He apologized and said he would send the gift certificate right out. A couple days later I received 3 each $5.00 gift certificates. (My original order was $40+). Went today to redeem the gift certificates and they said "1 gift certificate per order" not to mention the expiration was 3 weeks away. I am NOT happy as with this service there is no way I would come back here again.. let alone 2 more times.

If you want to be talked down to by the manager, then this is definitely the place to go. This guy is not knowledgeable and should not be handling customers. I understand we're in the middle of a pandemic, but there are only 5 tables for dine-in so how forgetful could you be for the only 2 tables you were serving! AND they're not sanitizing the tables, chairs, and etc. You barley see them wipe the tables down between parties, so I'm definitely not coming back until things get back to normal. Smh

If I could give them no stars I would Management has no control over their staff cooks are not wear masks or wearing them on their chin.I saw a cook wipe his nose one his hand and continued cooking. Waiters walking around with no masks and if they did around their chin. You walk and no greets you to help. People waiting over 45mins for a to go order and no gives you and update or when a hello. You can waitresses eating in back and very one having their own conversations in front of grill ignoring customers Will never go there again until.they train their manager and staff right.

Service wasn't great and often our sever forgot us or would walk around the other way, which made it harder to flag her down. Food portions aren't your money's worth. Food tasted like pre packaged frozen food that was heated up. Any extras asked for will be a minimum of $3 more Which is outrageous. And if your vegan, this place doesn't offer plant based meals.

I don't even think they deserve a star. My co-worker and I went here for lunch. This place has very unprofessional people. Our waitress was very unprofessional when she took the order; we felt rushed, so we rushed to order, and little did we know we would sit and wait for an hour. The place was not even busy. She passed by our table and served others, but would turn her head or avoid us when ever we tried to get her attention. She never brought us our food. After an hour, I walked pass our table to see the food was lined up waiting for the waitress to deliver to our table. The waitress was no where in sight in the dining room or kitchen. We ended up walking out of this place and telling the cashier that we had to return to work. I would have told the manager, but I had to return to work. I do not recommend anyone going here unless you have a lot of time to spare. I will not let any of my co-workers go to this place.

my family was quickly seated but when the waiter with the glasses took our orders, he didnt write down our order, he just "memorized" our orders. my son decided he wanted hot chocolate after the waiter had first brought our drinks. so when we asked the waiter for hot chocolate, he left and never came back with the hot chocolate. when our food came the waiter didnt bring our utensils either. we waited patiently for over 20 mins for him to bring utensils and he never did. unfortunately, our food got cold. i also noticed the waiter with the glasses attended the family more that came into ihop after we arrived. i had also ordered another combo with my pancakes and never received it, because the waiter "forgot" that i had ordered it, because he didnt initially write down the orders when they were ordered. it took another 15 mins to receive the forgotten order. the waiter eventually gave us utensils after being asked 3 times for them. our hot chocolate was also finally given to my 8 year old son after waiting for an hour. after receiving all the food, i had asked for two sprites and about another 10 mins the waiter that i had asked for the sodas came and asked if we needed anything else. i was in shock, because i had just asked him for two sprites before that. i replied we are just waiting for our sodas. he replied back, "oh yeah im sorry ill bring that right out". i paid $103 for cold food and unprofessional customer service. i dont know if the waiter was new, overwhelmed, or on drugs. but thats the last time ill ever go to this ihop. do yourself a favor and dont waste your time here. go to dennys instead. if i could give this place zero stars i would.

Visited ihop yesterday for breakfast and me and my daughter both got really sick and I’m positive it’s from eating here we were fine she had the kids french toast and I ate some of it as well and like 2hrs later we felt sick and that was the only thing we ate. Very disappointed

I ordered my food online & when I got home my pancakes were not cooked through the middle was raw. I seen they were busy but that is no excuse for under cooked food smh

They took forever to serve sat at a table for about 15 min no coffee served for the wait waiters walked by not saying anything about the wait or attend in the meantime... no.smiles at all they need to improve customer care If the want a better reputation

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. Waited to be seated for 45 minutes on a Monday at 11:am that was not the problem. They had us and 5 other guest seat ourselves all at the same time. The people who waited the lest time to be seated had their orders take first before the one's who waited the longest. Very un organized. Also the waitress did not write down our orders and came back to ask again what we wanted and our orders were not all correct.

Paid 6.99 for a "large" orange juice (the same size of a water) with no refills. Price gouging at its finest. Atleast the server was nice and the food was alright. Kids drinks are almost $4 each as well with no refills

It smells bad as you walk in. Can't enjoy my food because of the smell. You need to take care of it asap. Not coming back to this location.

Their biscuits and gravy is actually grits water down. When asked about it, the waitress tried to avoid the question and the issue was never resolved. Ihop used to be so much better than this. I will not be going back, that's for sure.

Dark atmosphere. Empty. No one there but they forgot our appetizer. It came AFTER the entrees. I ordered pancakes and they were served without butter. Then, when I asked for butter, they still didn't bring it and I had to ask again. Almost like they didn't want to give me the butter. I ended up throwing the leftovers away because I got food poisoning. I missed work the next day. 0*

Had to put a star. This place doesn't deserve a star. Went to this place to eat with my family it was around 1135am, when we got to our seated, we waited til 1145 still no waiter to ask what we want to drink. Some waiters were looking at us waiting and kept ignoring us, the host that seated us look at us after a waiter point to us that we were still waiting so we left. If I wasn't a interracial couple I would have be help faster.

Ihop is a hard pass! Service was slow and stale. Place was packed, but no one had any sense of urgency. Everyone is just waiting..... We ordered steak n eggs breakfast combo and told the waitress to have them cook it medium rare. This combo comes with pancakes. Our waitress was friendly but unfortunately very unorganized. Then we also ordered the fried chicken n gravy biscuit combo. The food was meh! The steak was nasty severely overcooked on the inside but completely anemic on the outside. White gray steak is not appealing at all. So gross, but we didn't even bother sending anything back. Unless you want something extra in your meal. (Unfortunately, that's the world we live in) Then the fried chicken n gravy biscuit combo wasn't good either. The biscuit was good, but everything else was meh. Seriously, the only thing that was delicious was the pancakes. Other than that, this was a total bust! You can tell there is no love or pride taken at this location. I definitely don't recommend coming here! Unless you want to he disappointed.

This place has the worst service especially on weekends when it's crowded. The "host" walked past us 3/4 times and did not attempt to help us or anyone else for almost 10 minutes (takeout). I had to ask a waitress about our food. There was also several people waiting around while their was available seating. This place needs better management, the employees looked to be doing their own thing.

This is the worst I hop ever. Waited 40 min to sit and there was plenty of seating. Don't bother to go there.

Worse IHOP. The place smells like a sewer leak Kids DON'T eat free here after 4 The food wasn't good for price at all. The breakfast burrito is nearly 20$ but it's the size of a fast food 3$ burrito. C'mon if your gonna charge big prices up your food quality,don't serve shitty quality food with expensive prices.

In the middle of the meal, I cockroach is started to climb up my leg.And not that manager did anything but also started to argue that this is something normal.I cannot imagine what is going on inside their kitchen

I tried to ignore the hair in my food, but after finding 3, I couldn't do it. It's concerning that a new location with newly trained staff would have this issue. Humans make mistakes, but it makes me question the other invisible health standards.

Walked in and hostess was with a customer so sat and waited for her to be done. After she was done, didn't look at us, didn't welcome us or say "give me a moment I'll be right with you" just walked away and we just left. Not to be acknowledged is crazy!

So stinky place i ever visited, worst experience with bad quality food, as you can’t customize anything in there menu which is strange as compared to other ihop restaurants and the worst part is they are charging just one extra bread for $5.79 which I feel unfair price! So think twice before visiting as they ask you to please pay tips at the end, as I feel uncomfortable bcz it has to be customer choice to pay or not!!

A lady came out around 2:00 pm and moped the whole room my friend and I along with 3 there couples were eating in. She moped right up to our tables. The smell of pinesol was so strong we stopped eating and took the rest of the food home. But we had to wait for the floor to dry so we could walk across it. My friend uses a cane. I beleave that was very unprofessional and the next time I will just go to Dennys across the street. We were trying to decide if we should go to ihop or denny's, i guess we picked the wrong one.

I came into the Ihop today around 12 noon and all I saw was Hispanic workers and Hispanic patrons sitting eating. I'm not racist but the atmosphere was bleak and I was totally ignored when trying to order. I had to ask an older woman if someone could help me with my order and she stated I will be there, but then a young man whom just finished completing an order from some Hispanic customers in front of me, stated what would you like. I completed ordering 2 French toast combos and he preceded to give me the total but I wasn't finished ordering and he said well it's going to be a long wait. I said regardless of how long the wait is I want to complete my order! Then he said we'll what else do you want. I should have left then but I stay close to this IHOP and had been coming here for over 20 years. But have not been here for quite a while because of the service and workers. It has changed and is not a pleasant atmosphere anymore! All in all I paid $81.74 for four breakfast combos. I will not be coming back there ever again!
