Truly the most beautiful restaurant/hotel on the island. Excellent service, a wonderful ambiance (especially at sunset), and delicious food. The prices are no higher than at other restaurants on the island, but the quality is far superior. The service is outstanding, and all the waiters and waitresses are very attentive and courteous. We will definitely be back!

I love this place; the staff is incredibly attentive. The fish tacos, gobernador tacos, and salad are all fantastic. The aguas frescas are delicious. The mille-feuille, chocolate cake, and ice cream are all wonderful. The sweet bread for breakfast is delicious, and what could be better than enjoying it all by the sea, especially with a stunning sunset in the afternoons?

We went there for dinner two nights in a row and would have had dinner on our third and final night if it hadn't been for an unforeseen event that prevented us from going. We loved the restaurant, both the food, which was delicious, and the service from Lautaro the first night and Luis the second. The guacamole was delicious; we ordered it both times! We also tried the chicken and shrimp fajitas, both very good, and the house hake, delicious! For dessert, we tried the fondant, delicious! And we still have yet to try the millefeuille... it will be for our next visit to Holbox! What brought us back more than the quality of the food was the excellent service. And the setting is also very beautiful, perfect for a romantic dinner!

A charming place, located oceanfront on one of Holbox's most beautiful beaches. An elegant menu featuring traditional Mexican dishes, seafood, and meat with a modern twist, always prepared with great attention to detail. The desserts are delicious and exquisite. A special mention for the servers Luis and Yareli, who are always attentive to the customer: combining friendliness, creativity, and professionalism!

Got a day pass for the beach club. We were there early so got an awesome cabana. $900 pp includes $600 for food and drink - which is all great and the service is excellent. Cocktails taste like real cocktails - I like most we tried on the island. Really great if you want a lazy day on the beach, or if you wanna walk to mosquito point - as this is the last stop before the hike begins. Quite entertaining to watch the people emerge from the sea as they return too!

Congratulations to the chef and the waiters! Edgar's service was impeccable; he's always very kind and friendly. The same goes for Adrián. For the food, I recommend the mixed ceviche, the rib eye in mushroom sauce, the cochinita panuchos, the shrimp tacos, and the Las Nubes salad. The preparation, quality of ingredients, food temperature, flavor, and presentation were all excellent—worth every penny. At breakfast, the sweet bread is homemade and served warm, and the coffee is fantastic. The restaurant has an incredible view and an excellent wine selection; of course, they have the very Mexican Casa Madero, an excellent rosé, and chilled for the Holbox heat.

The place is right on the beach and is super nice, with friendly and fast service, but the main attraction, which should be the food, is nothing special in my experience. The food is okay, but it desperately needs a special touch, whether artisanal or gourmet. The options aren't very varied, and the morning coffee is just any old coffee.

It's a shame for such a beautiful hotel with such a seaside ambiance. We stayed at the hotel and breakfast was included. We ate it two days a week and noticed it was always the same. There's almost no choice or alternatives. The portion is too small for one man, and I had to eat again. The staff doesn't understand anything and has to ask four times for two things. Orders were forgotten. The food isn't tasty either. The coffee wasn't good, and my fruit tea was stale. Afterwards, we cycled to Painapol in town.

Hermoso lugar, frente al mar ideal para descansar, tomamos unos tragos la verdad que carísimos y feos, muy poco amor ( la verdad que mucho que desear) pedimos 2 platos de comida, una hamburguesa de carne con papas fritas, las papas nisiquiera eran papas era como puré de papas con harina y después frieron, yo pedí unas pastas con camarones, bastante que desear, tenian 5 camarónes y las pastas estaban pasadas, la atención fue muy buena, no regresaría a ese lugar por el precio y la baja calidad de comida que hacen.

El restaurante al menos en esta temporada se encuentra con vista directamente al sargazo :( huele bastante mal, ya si te quedas a comer como yo, pues te acostumbras al olor. Mi acompañante tuvo un accidente, cayéndose y lastimándose el pie porque la silla se hundió de repente en la madera podrida del muelle por falta mantenimiento, es peligroso y ni siquiera una disculpa o una atención especial. Por último todo el tiempo tienes que comer de prisa y cuidándote de las gaviotas porque quieren quitarte la comida. La comida es equis. Creo que pueden encontrar mejores lugares y por mejores precios.

Mal servicio, malos modos, y te engañan con el precio de las cosas. Nada recomendable, hay mil sitios igual de bonitos en la misma playa y mucho más simpáticos.

The experience at this restaurant was an absolute disappointment. After reviewing the New Year's Eve menu with our friends, we decided to make a reservation. Nothing went as planned, with delays, errors in orders, terrible service, and arrogance from the Las Nubes staff, especially the manager, Mr. Carlos. Considering it was a special night, with quite high prices and full payment in advance, nothing would have led us to believe that we would be treated so badly. So much so that we had to leave Las Nubes right after the terrible dinner served (cold food), drinks of no quality, and mixed-up orders that they insisted had been placed, for which we had to show photos of the reservation to prove they were wrong. We asked to speak to the manager, who was completely disrespectful and arrogant. I do not recommend this place.

Unfortunately, our New Year's Eve dinner experience was extremely disappointing. The venue was not at all prepared for the weather conditions, which made the environment uncomfortable. The quality of the food and service was frankly poor: the dishes arrived cold, some dishes were mixed up, and the organization showed a complete lack of preparedness. The behavior of the person in charge of service was, above all, unacceptable — cynical, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He showed no consideration for the customers nor did he take responsibility for the problems that occurred. I do not recommend it!

A terrible and absolutely unacceptable experience at the Hotel Las Nubes in Holbox. We booked and paid a high price per adult and child for New Year's Eve dinner, expecting a memorable night, which did not materialize. We couldn't even stay awake past midnight, the situation and experience were so unpleasant. From the beginning, the service was shameful. From the lack of a bottle of water on the table, to the food being served cold and carelessly, to the children's menu having to be sent back twice because it was incorrect and cold, to the previously agreed-upon menu, initially being told that the children's menu did not include dessert, later saying it did but not the agreed-upon one – in short, a total lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. To make matters worse, the night was cold and very windy, and there was no attempt to adapt the space, change location, or even the slightest concern for improving the weather conditions. The customers were simply ignored. When the situation was explained, we were attended to by the manager, a gentleman named Carlos, whose attitude was arrogant, deplorable, and deeply disrespectful. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the problem, he showed zero empathy and went so far as to mock us, which was absolutely unacceptable. It is unacceptable that a hotel that presents itself as exclusive treats its clients in this way, especially when it comes to a group that includes children. Poor organization, low quality, lack of education, and a total absence of commitment to the client. Definitely a terrible place, NOT RECOMMENDED! There are many better options in Holbox — this hotel does not justify the price it charges nor the reputation and quality it tries to project.

An absolutely unacceptable and terrible experience at Hotel Las Nubes in Holbox. We booked and paid a high price for the New Year’s Eve dinner for a group of 14 people, expecting a special night, and they managed to completely ruin our New Year’s celebration. From the very beginning, the service was shameful. Not even a bottle of water was placed on the table, something basic in any half-decent restaurant. The food was served cold, with no care or attention, and did not match the menu that had been agreed in advance, showing a total lack of professionalism and respect for the guests. To make matters worse, the night was cold and there was no attempt whatsoever to adapt the space, change the location, or even show minimal concern about improving the weather conditions. An entire group of 14 people was left uncomfortable, with no attention from the staff. When we raised our complaint, we were attended by the person in charge, a man called Carlos, whose attitude was arrogant, deplorable and deeply disrespectful. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the situation, he showed zero empathy and even mocked us, which was completely unacceptable. It is unacceptable that a hotel that presents itself as exclusive treats its guests in this way, especially during a special event and with a large group. Poor organisation, low quality, lack of manners and a total absence of customer care. Definitely a terrible place that we do not recommend to anyone. There are many better options in Holbox — this hotel does not justify the prices it charges nor the reputation it tries to project.
