Clean. Friendly staff. The bathroom was spotless. I enjoyed the Filet O Fish Sandwich which is priced at two for seven dollars through the Christian observance of Lent. The Filet O Fish was extremely fresh and tasty I had a large coffee which was also very fresh and delicious. McDonald's coffee is a very tasty blend. I believe it's Arabica beans. Always delicious and tasty. Never biter.

The never listen to my orders on the drive thru. I ask for no ketchup extra pickles for my gf. Besides that its fine

This McDonald's is the best. My friends and I go there multiple times a week and they are always friendly. Except the one girl with the pink hair who runs the drive thru.

Food is appetizing, Quarter pounder w/cheese was pretty good. Service was good too. They should put the heat up if you're eating in. Overall food is good ever since they started with their signature burgers.

The husband has a fixation on fast food, namely, McDonald's. He loves the food, I the iced coffee, and the staff is amazing. Friendly, courteous, better customer service than upscale restaurants, yes I did say that AND mean it. Keep it up Mickey D's, there's a reason you are still in business.

In case, perhaps you have landed on this planet, maybe 10 or 15 minutes ago. I would like to be able to be the first person to explain to you that.... Mcdonald's is McDonald's and if you go to McDonald's you'll find that they'll serve you McDonald's. And usually the ice cream machine is broken. It's not so bad. Don't order all the big stuff. Get a couple cheeseburgers or something. Filet of fish ain't bad either.

Drive through takes a while. Make sure you get all the food you ordered. Had a few problems with my order where I didn’t get my food, that I paid for. Had to go back and ask for it.

Took ten minutes to take my order and couldn’t get breakfast after cause they said I was too late when they were walking past me saying nothing

Boy has this McDonald's changed. The new layout that emphasizes mobile and kiosk ordering makes sense but makes the restaurant look more like a factory than fast paced restaurant it used to be. While I understand the elimination of the customer self service soda fountains and refills due to cost concerns, I witnessed a customer requesting a little water be told he had to buy a bottle because the fountains are unable to dispense plain water. Not to mention them telling another customer that the bathrooms were out of order (this was Christmas Day no less). I've always been a fan of McDonald's but if this is the future vision, they really need to rethink it.

Food is never ready at drive through window. Always asked to pull aside and wait. Additionally, every employee is Spanish and speak little English resulting in the order having to be repeated many times.

Revising my earlier negative review. This location is clearly understaffed pretty often but they have been a lot more reliable in recent weeks. Also, I can't really complain if I'm the one relying on them for late-night junk food. Not the best McDonalds in the world but they usually at least get the order right.

I came through this drive-thru a few days ago. My payment was taken at 7:14pm and I didn't get my food until 7:39pm. 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich meal and a 10pc chicken nugget meal seems a bit excessive. To add insult to injury once the food was brought to the parking spot they had me wait in, the person still had to ask me what my beverages were and go back for them. I usually go inside at this location and always have a good experience but I was in a rush that day, alot of good that did me.

This place is really something, 730am in the morning with no one in drive thru, i order via app so thought it did be quick. Went to pick up window and staff asked me to wait up ahead and someone will bring out the order to me. Waited for about 4mins and staff brought out my food but there was still no one else on the drive thru line. I get home and my hotcake and sausage combo is missing the SAUSAGE! CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE.!!!!

Stood for five minutes at the register waiting to place my order while the one person taking orders was having a conversation with someone who was in line ahead of me. I may have well been invisible. The store was basically empty. I had to interrupt by saying “excuse me, may I order?” after at least five minutes.

Food was cold, 🍟 we're really soggy and everything was just........NOT good. I ordered the filet-o-fish and there was 1/2 a piece of cheese on it???? Where was the other 1/2? A 1/4 of the piece of fish was on the bun, which was hard, and the rest was just hanging off the bun. Tartar sauce? Nope, nothing. Really? We usually don't have any issues when we go to this McDonald's. We go about 2-3x's a year, not very often so when we do go we want McDonald's to be McDonald's. Make sense? Very disappointed ☹️😔 As for my husband's food, I'll let him do his own review as I don't want to speak for him. Now back to the real restaurants. Lol

Every time I come here, the line at the drive-thru takes forever at least 30 minutes in total. The person taking your order doesn't pay attention. They constantly get your order wrong and then get mad when you ask them to fix it.

Went there yesterday around 2:30 pm and I was disappointed with the in charge of the second window. She made my drink with no gloves, and no mask on. I think she did it on purpose, especially the way closed the lid. If I get sick I know who to blame, the fact that I go nowhere. I get everything delivered, that was an effort that I made to get out of my house.

Decent McDonald’s. The upselling they’ve been doing recently is annoying and cringe.

Terrible service, long wait

I'm going through drive-through mainly because I don't have time to come in to order, it defeats the purpose when they always ask you to park your car and someone will bring out the order. Plus, I got an egg and bacon mcgriddle and they left put the egg. My husband is very annoyed.

Check your order before leaving drive through. I’ve had my order missing stuff 80% of them time (accurate percentage too) very frustrating when you arrive home and realize but on a positive note they will always correct the mistake. Just a headache to deal with.

Manager doesn't seem to even know how to interact generally with the customers. First off, being dressed in sweatpants and sweatshirt and all black color with simple logo was offputting. While he was taking my order he did not speak once and was always looking around and listening to other conversations. At one point he just walked away to another customer/conversation without saying one word to me. Then after some awkward silence he sent another employee over to finish my order. I had to reorder as what was in place wasn't correct. This isnt my first experience like this ordering inside. And I have had him take my order before and it was same experience. Distant, barely acknowledged you, having to ask him to speak back the order or just acknowledge your presence. Very odd. Also offputting was when waiting on my order random person came in real friendly asked him to "hook him up". Man was not employee and stepped behind the counter and the manager then finally seem to wake up and help the guy and set him up above others. Probably a friend but come on...in front of customers making it blatant and others uncomfortable. I also missed my drink order because he just walked away while I was ordering and I lost train of thought when the other employee came over. Side note: the other customer he walked over to, he had a callous attitude toward telling her "this isnt 7 eleven, we dont do that here, while she was trying to explain her coffee wasnt up to expectation of order" And telling the next woman she was wrong in her order. A simple "please give me a moment sir" would have made this a much more enjoyable experience. Food was good

Service was horribly slow, used kiosk to place order. Our number disappeared as did several other customers numbers from screen, they put bags on counter never calling out numbers and left customers to go through bags and figure out who got what. The night before we used counter and that was a 10 minute wait for 3 shakes and a fries. This Mc Donald's is having some issues, your better off going across the street to Wendy's or pizza.

Always check your bag at the drive through, I made this mistake a few times and it never fails theu always mess up on my orders amd fries are always cold never hot.

They need to hire people that speak English and know what they’re doing three times. I didn’t get what I asked to my order and I got screwed because I went home with it my stupidity check your orders.

The service was poor in the morning. The sign on the door said they opened at 5:00 AM, but the door was still closed at 6:30 AM.

I would not even give this a 1 star. The manager was extreemly rude and the workers got into a fight. The cops had to come and straighten things out. They ended up being in the wrong. Unless you want terrible service and have your order mixed up about 20 times. I would reccomend this poor excuse of a resturant.

I went to a Glen Cove Mc Donald's and waited in the drive thru lane for 15 mins because the lady at the drive thru didn't understand that the food was paid for by the app. I drive to Oyster Bay McDonald's and they aren't open till 6am even though the lady is looking at me. Can we get competent people working and open the other a little earlier like it is to be. Everyone doesn't go to work at 7 or 8am. Going to work hungry!!!!

The late night staff here 3:30 am are ripping off customers just spent $7.45 for two Sundays. I asked for a receipt and was told the system was down. I don't think they are even ringing the register. They ripped off the customer in front of me also.

The Manager Wayne should be fire for herasment of female staff. The staff sleeping with him to keep their jobs and he has been confronted by more then one employee. But the female staff are flirting with customers and when he finds out that customer is then bared from entering the restaurant. I post this not because l am victim but so that corporate can step in and fix this problem. Am ok spending my 5.00 aday somewhere else but, he thinks am not going to do everything in my power the expose him. PS. Staff has written good reviews and friends of owners. Not real customers

I came to this McDonald’s at 3 am ordered a chicken sandwich a coke a medium free which I had a coupon for I get to the window and I show the Hispanic manager my coupon if I buy a crispy sandwich I get a free frie and she went to put it in and I gaved her 10 dollars she she walked away will say the coupon didn’t work because I didn’t order a sandwich, when she came back with my change I told her I did order a sandwich and I was only supposed to pay for the soda and sandwich, she said to use the coupon another time and I told her to refund my order and redo the order on the computer she came back and said to pay for the sándwich so I gaved her the change she gaved me in the beginning mind you I was only supposed to pay for the sandwich and soda which would of been 7 something and she took my whole 10 dollars and I told her I was supposed to get change back and she said “no that’s to much” so I just left the drive thru after being there for 30 minutes, and mind you she was the manager.And they messed up on the sandwich I wanted , This people aren’t trained to do basic math and common sense

The department of heath should be reported to this McDonald’s and the owner should loose his license and never be allowed to run anything in the food industry again. The workers no offense don’t need much brain cells to put premade sandwiches together and they still manage to get the orders wrong every time. The sandwiches and meats are cold and someone can get hepatitis A from eating here. This is a health hazard and anyone who comes here is at a health risk especially the elderly.

I asked for a sausage and cheese mcgriddle. They gave me a Mc griddle without a Sausage and no cheese, i got just an egg after I said no egg. If I didn't check it before I pulled off I would've been Doomed. They changed it and gave me a plain mcgriddle with no cheese just sausage.. so now after waiting nearly 30 mins I finally got my Mcgriddle and was told I must pay .50 for cheese cause it doesn't come with it. Smh Horribl experience.

About two weeks ago, I ordered on the mobile app but I didnt get anything from the McDonalds. The app already charged me for my food but the stores person who didn't find my order in the system. Even worse, the manager, Myrna, refused to help us. I lost my money and no one helps. I am still connecting with the McDonald’s customer service online. Hope they will refund me asap. Disappointed in the service and system.

Apparently, we have have to wait for more than 30 minutes for an iced caramel coffee inside....It was taken at 10:09, and we got it around 10:40....We waited and nothing....They gave our caramel coffee to another customer, and they said they already gave one out when we asked. That was a drive thru customer, we were inside. The lady that took our order was rushing here and there, and said "It's a technique". HOW CAN MESSING UP ORDERS BE A "TECHNIQUE"??

Terrible customer service. After being a regular customer for many years I’m done. Bought a Sausage McMuffin with egg and it didn’t taste right. I buy them 3-4X a week. I returned 1 min later to the drive through and was asked 5 times what didn’t taste right? Rude rude rude I refused money back and grove off. Congrats McDonald’s, nice work.

The worst McDonald’s. Ordered via DoorDash and they didn’t send me a part of my order. Called and asked to just refund me for the missing items and was told to come into the store for it or for the refund. There’s a reason why I ordered DoorDash. Why would I go there to pick up items that were never sent when I tipped and paid for delivery via DoorDash. Then she just hung up on me.

Too lazy to input codes from their own app. Cashier completely ignored me and then goes on to tell me that the code isnt for what I said its for when the terms of service clearly state that it is and Ive used the code numerous times before. Absolute garbage service.

It is horrible! My order went through the app. They said they never received it. Cashier said just could just get a refund from the app. I have no control over it. The manager was no help, she asked the cashier for help in Spanish. What is the point of having a live person if they can't even make an effort to find out what went wrong? Never got my food!

90% of the times you'll be asked to pull out of the lane to wait for your order. I strongly suggest to check your bags before leaving as I find their order accuracy very poor.

Place is garbage!! I walk in and there was a girl out of uniform behind counter in mini shorts, hair free and loose around all the food. Both managers smiling and could careless what she was doing. Staff is very disrespectful. I went aroun 2am and the drive thru was open. I picked my order and asked them if i could use there bathroom. The girl didnt say no, instead she started yelling at me, saying, do u know wat time it was. I dodnt catch her name but she was a young spanish girl.

This is the absolute worst Mcdonalds to ever order from. Stay far away if you're ordering online or using DoorDash or UberEats. They forget something in my order EVERY single time and this time I'm furious because we waited 40 minutes for our 3 year olds sons meal to come just for the main ingredient to NOT come !!! We ordered our son a 6 piece chicken nugget meal with fries and a drink. They COMPLETELY forgot the six piece, such sick individuals to fail at reading and completing the order more than 50% of the time. Now my son has to wait even longer because we have to go there after waiting, because we don't want to order through DoorDash and wait ANOTHER 40min AND pay $6-7 in delivery fees AGAIN just to order a 6 piece. Learn how to read and follow through with the orders you receive !!!

I’ve consistently had a horrible experience with this McDonald’s location, specifically the drive thru. One time I went and asked if they put the sauce in the bag and the lady said yes, when we got home, no sauce packets. Not a single one and this was after I paid for about 4-5 sauces for our nuggets. Then the second time we went, I asked if everything was in there and she said yes. We get home and an entire order of fries is missing. The food has always been stale every time too, absolutely garbage quality, like cardboard. I’d give 0 stars if possible, they really need to change the staff and service.

I have visited this location on a weekly basis. I was pleased when I first visited. But in the few months I have been coming here, it has progressively gotten worst. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: 1. THe fries are always fresh Cons: 1. The women's bathroom is filthy, and the men's is flooded. 2. Lots of teens at night, and they don't control their actions. The staff does nothing. 3. If you need help at the counter, good luck getting it. There are plenty of times I need a bag to take home my food and I called one of the staff to help me. They look at you, turn around, and proceed with talking to their co-workers. 4. They get the orders wrong and gave out an expired item. 5. They take extremely long giving you your food. I waited 25 minutes for my food because they were talking to each other and giving the food to the drive-through. 6. They are sloppily dressed and dirty. 7. They have much attitude. 8. After 9 is even worst on Friday nights. I would like to see this location cleaned up a bit more in all aspects.

We ordered breakfast before 11 o'clock and arrived at McDonald's before 11 o'clock. We went to the drive thru to pick it up, but no one responded to us for more than ten minutes. When we went into the store to ask, they said that it was past the time and we couldn't pick it up. It gave me a very bad experience.

Trash McDonalds. I haven't visited a McDonalds in over 3 years, and this stop reminded me why. Stood in line while the lady took 2 orders in front of me, 5 minutes layer its my turn, and she tells me she will help me place my order on the Kiosk. I walked out, and will never return to this McDonalds or any McDonalds ever again.

Went to the drive through with a Mobil app order tonight and a box truck was blocking the speaker the men were reading the menu and holding up Everyone from ordering, I went around it since I placed my order on my phone. I got to the window and was ignored by the staff inside for 10 minutes then when I told her I had a mobile order she had an attitude and said u have to let us know at the speaker. I explained why I couldn’t and she rolled her eyes. My order was two coffees bother with 5 creams. I finally got my coffee after 20 minutes and drove off to find my coffee had no cream and the the other one was watered down and burnt tasting. Visiting glen head for the holidays and we went through the drive through. Firstly, we were nothing but nice as we usually are to fast good workers because of course the job can be hard but we were immediately met with serious attitude. Then, they messed up our order completely and charged us for a whole extra meal instead of two apple pies. When we went in to fix it and also ask for sauce one lady handed us 2 sauce packets. When my boyfriend kindly explained that our order had 20 nuggets and requested more sauce the lady simply walked away. They took their sweet, sweet time helping us and finally another lady returned and grabbed us a handful of sauces…not sure why that was so hard in the first place? All in all, horrible service. Not to mention my sandwich tasted old as if it had been sitting out all day.

The breakfast shift seems to be well run at this location. Anytime I've gone for lunch or supper, though, it's always an issue. Today I was asked to pull up to parking spot B at the drive thru (which happens so often lately) and then they must have given my food to the wrong person...because I sat there for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, a phone call, and a second conversation with the young man at the window, I finally got my food...my cold food. What a disappointment this place is.

Service was terrible. Food took 10 minutes to come out warm and marginal. The fries were not hot as requested. The restaurant has as much character as a Kleenex tissue. Expensive and a very sad statement about what fast food has become. No longer fast affordable service. I do not recommend this restaurant.

This McDonald’s should teach a master class in how to run an establishment terribly. The woman working the drive through had a nasty attitude and when we asked for a water cup she replies with “We don’t do that.” When in fact every restaurant is legally required to give out free water cups. When we asked for something else she gave a sense that she was already over us. When we came up to the window we looked in and saw on the fountain “water” so I would love to know what part of her being decided to decline us water. Anyway this McDonald’s is a dump!

Charged twice for the same kids meal. Went to the store hoping they would rectify it. Wouldn't do it on site there. Called corporate, they said they'd have the local branch handle it. Local branch calls me and tells me they can't rectify it "call your bank and do a chargeback". Probably won't even do that. Pathetic customer service over a mishap that was their fault entirely. Won't be returning.

Every single time you go through the drive through they mess something up, either they forget to ring up your drink or you can tell them no pickles, but you will still get pickles. The Nuggets taste like they’re seven days old, it just never stops with this place and you can always guarantee for them to get it wrong. Go to burger king up the block or something

You go through the drive thru they make you park and the food is cold. If you are going to make me park its cause im waaiting for fresh food, not soggy fries. If you go inside nobody acknowledges you at all. Everyone that works here is always mad and look very upset to be here and when you ask for something they messed up they get mad at you like its your fault. If im buying something I want it one way and you give it to me another way I will ask to get it how I want it nicely if you dont want to fix it then just give me a refund and Ill be on my way and you can keep your food.

I’m extremely disappointed with the McDonald’s in Glen Cove. This is now the third time I’ve gone through the drive-through and experienced the same unacceptable situation incredibly long wait times and an incorrect order once again. It’s honestly unbelievable that a fast-food restaurant could be this consistently slow and disorganized. This location really needs to improve its efficiency, accuracy, and customer service. I’ve tried to be patient, but after three disappointing experiences, I’m done. If you’re in a hurry or just expect decent service, I’d suggest going to another McDonald’s or skipping this one altogether.

I am so disgusted, I went in here to just get a fish sandwich but the service from the regular worker to the two managers on shift was unwelcoming. The Spanish manager walked away from me in the middle of my question so I went inside to ask for the cooperate number or email the pregnant African manager said I should google it with a smark on her face. After spending so much money with McDonald's over the yrs I will never support them anymore.

Absolutely the worst experience and here's why. I came" inside" because there is a long line at the drive up. There were a few customers in the lobby area, but none at the counter. What looked like a manager ( a lady) came to the counter. I then started placing my order, telling her what I wanted. She cut me off bluntly and pointed to the kiosk. I said well" can't you just take my order here???(pointing to the cash register) She then started walking pass the cash register and gave me a flat "NO" Rather than just making a scene, I was discusted and just walked out. She looked surprised. I work all over Nassau County. This is the only location that I've found that are dogmatic and insistent that you use the Kiosk to take an order even though they could do it for you at the register. No wonder there's a long line or waiting at the drive up. This is my second time getting this experience inside. The first time one of the managers refused to take my order, pointed at the Kiosk. I then said there's hardly anyone here, why do I have too? He then begrudgingly put the order in. I'm not going thru this again. Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. If you’re gonna be 24 hours, You need to have adequate staff for all 24 hours. It should not take over 25 minutes to get your fast food. Literally have to edit this review because of how ridiculous this mcdonalds is. I wrote this review as I was about to get up to the pick up Window. First off, I cannot even understand this woman when I was ordering my food. When she’s about to hand me my food, She says something about my Burger that I can’t even understand, but all I can make out was only ketchup and cheese. Meanwhile, all I wanted was a quarter pounder with bacon, no pickles, no ketchup. These people do not know English there. It’s not a racial thing, they just literally do not know English and it is extremely frustrating when you wait 30 minutes for a freaking sandwich. She tried to save herself by saying oh I mean, lettuce and cheese.I literally just said forget it, I don’t even want it and drove away. Stop hiring people who literally do not know English

This is the worst mcdonal ever, they are always wrong with the food, always take too long but what happened to me today is the last thing that I thought can happen. I’m just gonna put the picture and you’ll decide if continue coming or not check your food before eating. Plus when I ask for the manager and I show them this, they were laughing like if was so funny, can you imagine that in your child food? It’ll be funny if it’s in their food? Disgusting and disappointed of this place… last time ever
