Staff was courteous and friendly. Didn't wait long for my order. Plenty of parking but they do have a drive thru.

The older lady at the drive threw window is so sweet and nice everytime, I hope she is part owner cuz she makes it worth going and getting.

KFC is getting pricey! But I did find that the $20 fill up was a reasonable option realistically, it feeds about 2.5 ppl.

Love their chicken Resturant is always clean staff is friendly prices are great better when u have coupons too.

Dine at the restaurant, around 4pm on Sunday, there was no people inside. Order was fast. Employee was friendly and helpful. This is my first time eating IN at a KFC 👍🏼😋

Love their chicken! Great deals if you have access to their coupons. This is the only take out restaurant that I could imagine eating daily from, but then I would look like the Colonel too! Ha ha ha

It's the classic Kentucky Fried Chicken. I get this probably a few times a year when I get a hankering for fried chicken. This location is good, fast, friendly service and the chicken is always good 👍

12/3/23, I went inside to pickup my order. While waiting at the counter, I couldn’t help but notice the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floors were clean and so were the food prep areas. When I say clean, I mean spotless. In all my years, I’ve never seen a fast food restaurant so clean. I didn’t keep this to myself. I connected with the manager, Juan and expressed my gratitude. Juan went on to tell me about it being a work in progress, and in the midst of it, I was able to see his passion and how humble he is. KFC is blessed to have a leader like Juan.

Well we ordered the Cajun Deep Fried Turkey for Thanksgiving and it was great . We shall do it again. No fuss , no mess , moist tender with not too much spice. All fixings were great as usual. You need to try it for Christmas if they offer it

Food tastes fresh, not like it's been sitting ready for a few days or years in the freezer or worse like when places don't clean their grills or oil & you get nasty flavors or over greasy food. Other fast food places around here have gone downhill in my opinion. Keep up the hard work KFC! It shows!

KFC Hollister is always on point. Rarely do I get a messed app order. And it's a much healthier alternative on fast food. Their Thanksgiving. Meals are tasty... When I don't feel like cooking kFC always makes the kids happy..

I love this restaurant, the people there are super nice and hard working, as well as great food & customer service! I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a great KFC location and a great dinner!

Drive through KFC. The food is pretty consistent but it's drove through so of course our order was messed up and we didn't realize until we had driven away.

You can always count on the same size and taste of the food.

This place is usually good and fresh but every once in a while I get less than fresh chicken. Hence the 4 stars...

Drive through can take a while depending on wat time and day you go. They only use 1 of 2 drive up windows and kinda slows down the line a bit longer.

Didn't get the chicken I ordered. Asked for grilled and got crispy.

Ordered the famous bowl and Pot Pie from here and the chicken bites inside the bowl were old and extremely hard to chew. Usually the chicken bites will soften up if they are harder BUT nope not these ones. Had to eat only mashed potatoes and gravy🙄 The pot pie was actually delicious and steaming hot. The top of the pie tho was deflated 😂 and a little overdone... which I’ve actually never seen that at any KFC.

Very nice since being recently remodeled. Could have more seating but still a nice place for dine-in or drive thru. Food is always fresh and hot. Very consistent with all aspects of service and food quality. Updated 8-28-21: Service is quickly starting to tank here like most fast food places in Hollister. This is the second time that we wound up trapped in the drive-thru while waiting for an order. FORTY minutes this time. No one in front or behind was willing to give up and leave so all we could do was wait. No communication or apology from the staff inside. No food comped or refunds offered for the inconvenience. They acted as if nothing was wrong. Here's what should have happened: 1. Get all the cars out of the drive-thru so that anyone who wanted to leave *could* leave. 2. Apologize for the inconvenience and explain why it's taking so long. 3. Shut the drive-thru down. 4. Offer refunds for anyone unwilling to wait.

They're ALWAYS out of something. I've tried ordering popcorn chicken, extra crispy, legs, thighs... Maybe it's just my bad luck, don't know. I've gone at different times of day thinking it may just be too late and the dinner rush wiped them out. Nope. I will say that the people here are very friendly though. They just need to keep this restaurant better stocked. I've stopped coming back.

I ordered their 16 piece meal to go. When I got it home, I discovered the baked beans had a wad of hair across the top layer. It looked as though they were scooped up from the floor. I am not exaggerating here. There was also some hair in the chicken pieces. The chicken pieces consisted of wings and drumsticks to make up the 16 piece count… no breasts. There is a KFC on Monterey Road in Gilroy which I will take my business from now on. I will not return to the one in Hollister.

Got a meal but the soda machine was not working they wanted to give me a cookie in place of the soda so i asked for a bottled water and the girl at the drive through told me they dont sell bottled water even though ive bought bottle water from that kfc before.

No chicken at all two cars ahead of us with obvious orders cars behind us. Stuck in line with no order and was there at least 25 minutes. Common sense is no where to be found. Very disappointed. But wow no chicken at KFC

But it took almost 15 mins until one of them finally acknowledged my presence and took my order. Then I still had to wait another 14 mins for Original recipe chicken to be ready. Because they were out. This is the first KFC store I've been to where they lacked on great customer service. 👎

I hope whoever owns this place reads these posts. The workers are extremely unhappy to be there let alone serve anyone and they are impersonal. When you get to the window to get your food they push it out to you and noone asks if you would like any condiments. When you ask they get irritated and become rude. The manager thrust the condiments at me and gave me a very rude toned thank you. I'll go somewhere else for a quick meal. I dont need to be treated that way.

Worst KFC I have ever been to. At 7:26 PM I ordered an 8 piece meal, half original and half extra crispy. The cashier checks and tells me that they have everything to complete my order. I pay and sit to wait for my order to be filled. A few minutes later I am called up to the counter and told that they do not have the extra crispy breast or thigh and that they will be giving me an extra wing and leg instead. They don't seem to care at all about satisfying a customer!

Yeah not sure what's going on with KFC but there always messing up on our order and always in a rush. Never let us know if were waiting on items or if there out of them. Wont be going back for a good while.

I took that L because i didnt want to drive back. 2nd time, wrong side on my sandwich order, I went back to get it fixed. 3rd time, All 4 large sides were wrong so i drove back across town to get them fixed. 4th time, wrong sandwich order (only this time i learned my lesson and checked as soon as i got out of the drive thru)...WHAT IS GOING ON???? I feel like at this point they probably think I'm lying about my orders being wrong just to get free food, but i swear i only want my stuff done right (and on the first time preferably) 🤣. After seeing all the other comments i felt the need to share my experience as well. Hopefully a manager or owner sees these comments and fixes the issue. Food is still good, just the lack of awareness is not the best.

Don't even get me started on the price. 10 piece meal $30 one large mash potatoes $6.49 total $40. I think you should be able to enjoy your food at that price.. what happened to the $20 fill up..
