I called the day before to place a breakfast sandwich order for Sunday and so glad I did. The line was out the door. The sandwiches were huge, tasty and delicious! They have earned our business!

Only place in town that has fresh bagel dogs and they are really good.

This place is awesome, they always have bagels and donuts ready to go, most of the time they are made fresh too, there's tons of milk, cream cheese and drinks for you to choose from as well, but do go either before the rush or after which is usually around 10 or 9:30 but could carry on till 12. ALSO! Call them for quicker service. Have your order ready by the time you get there.

Such a sweet little shop. The breakfast here is more affordable than any other spot we've stopped at so far in California. The bagels, donuts, and croissants are all made in house, and they are so good! Also, we tried an iced cappuccino and mocha. Both were so super tasty. The staff are so kind, which is an added bonus!

They have great bagels fresh everyday and I'd say their doughnuts are the best in town. Always fresh fluffy and light. Their breakfast and Deli s sandwiches taste just as great. You can call in your order to have ready when you get there if your in a hurry.

The bagel was good. I ordered an onion bagel with cream cheese. The bagel wasn't warmed up and had very little cream cheese! The business was clean.

When your in the neighbourhood this is worth stopping by for. But don't come too late, preferably in the morning. They offer a small variety, but the taste and quality is very good. I only give them a lower star rateing because of the interior. Its not welcoming or cozy, but more of a convenience outlet.

The lady that owns the shop was so nice, I got there just after she opened so the bagels were not quite ready. She told me they would be in 10 minutes so I waited. I got a jalapeño and with cream cheese. Bagel wasn't quite cooked enough. But I will try again and go back.

They tried to charge two separate .75 cent charges and they couldn't explain to us what they were for. They didn't have any. 75 cent items on their menu boards.

Came here for a quick bite. Wanted to share a bagel and donut holes but after seeing that donut holes are 6 for $5.99 or 12 for $11.99, I passed on those. $1 for a donut hole seems a bit excessive. I also seen the lady at the register getting donuts for the customer in front of me and didn't wash her hands before or after. My bagel was ok but I think it may have needed to bake a little longer. Not sure I'd come back here.

Came to get my Lox ‘n Bagel Sandwich that I love, but they're already closed. Google Maps says they don't close till 5pm. You guys should probably update your store hours on Google.

I waited about 10 minutes before talking to the person inside. They said thats the bagels would be delivered later - like 10 minutes. I ran over toLucky for some items and grabbed some items. When I came back 15 minutes later the open sign was still off and another person said they were still working on the bagels and it would be 15 minutes. I went home and called back almost 30 minutes later and they said they were ready but only had a few flavors - none that I was interested in. I searched the area and saw that panera sells bagels. I ordered online and paid much less for most of the flavors I was looking for. In the future, if I want fresh bagels, I will just order from panera even though I don’t like patronizing large chain places. I’m guessing the Bagel Bakery has learned that the bagels aren’t the most popular item and the area and have adjusted their business practices accordingly. I’ll never know how their bagels are…

I moved to Hollister from Gilroy and a good bagel spot in this town literally does not exist. The best bagel I could find was at a donut shop and it was nothing to brag about. The bagels here were dry and not good flavor. The croissant sandwich was ok. Nothing I would want to return for.

I asked for a Turkey croissant sandwich and the lady making it didn't have gloves on and was touching the cash and cash register with the same hand she grabbed the tomatoes, lettuce Turkey etc. with. When I asked her about it she was bothered. She remade me one that cost less and wore gloves and had a bit of a comment after I asked her very nicely to.
