I like to order one of each 99 cent taco on tues/thurs. Variety is the spice of life, and they're all so good! It's a shame they're so busy and not all their customers follow covid protocol there. I had to keep reminding myself I'm vaccinated so death from tacos is unlikely. Also wish they'd call out numbers in english if nobody shows up after the spanish.

Cannot beat taco Tuesday and Thursday. They have started putting too much oregano in their salsa so ease up on that.

I just happened to walk in on a Tuesday which is dollar taco day I got some pastor tacos some carne asada tacos and some beche tacos and all of them were absolutely amazing. Taco Tues and Thurs!! Food is always good...this is the best Los Grullenses in Hollister... Clean restaurant..line is almost always out the door but hey that says it all..order online or call in (but u still have to wait in line to pick up ..?smh.. And they are open till midnight

I love the menudo on the weekends. I also love taco Tuesday. It’s grate. My wife likes nachos and or a super chicken burrito. My daughter like all the stuff we like. The piece is right for everything. The store is clean and nice. I wish they delivered.

Food is good, only problem is there were flies roaming around because they leave their front door open all day. I saw a fly flying over the pickled carrots and jalapenos. I would recommend that they close their doors to prevent a lot of flies coming in.

Good food and customer service. This place was packed with people and seems locals love eating here. However, I prefer a local competitors tacos and salsa. If you are like me and love salsa, checkout the other place, it has a Superman logo.

Hadn't been there in a cool minute, but my wife was in the mood for tacos. Got 4 tacos to go and they were delicious! Will plan next time to get more tacos and maybe a Michelada.

Stopped by for taco Tuesday. Chicken tacos were better than the asada in my opinion. Super cheap on Tuesdays but be prepared to wait.

I ordered three burritos, the meat was good but very salty.

I've tried this place twice now and I just don't get the hype. I always end up going down the street to the other taco place. Last time here, the tortillas on my tacos were hard on the outside, almost as if they were lightly fried and old. I always only get lengua tacos and I find theirs to be very underwhelming. Stopped by on a taco Tuesday for the deal but, I don't eat pork, so only asada tacos qualify for the deal. Ended up wasting $26 on mediocre tacos. I thought of trying a salad but for $13/$14, I expect more than a Mexican salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato and orange with your choice if meat). To add to my disappointment, there was only 2 pieces of the pickled carrots with my tacos. The lady who helped us was helpful but was very dry when I tried asking about menu items.

I love menudo and was craving Sunday morning. Called in and picked up with no waiting time. Flavor was delicious, tripe a little chewy. I would of liked hominy and honeycomb tripe. My preference. Will try again...

My first time in this place I'm not impressed by the food if I have to give stars I give 2 1/2 pretty average. Was looking for something unique but no luck. Overall cool place to get a burrito or a taco. 😎👍💯

The other dishes here might be good. But I can't say I'm a fan of the nachos. Between the store bought chips and the canned cheese, I would not order them again. However, the portions were good, the meat was alright, and the service was great. I probably wouldn't be willing to try this restaurant again though.

While the asada was good the tortillas were awful they were hard and cold maybe they should use a different brand

I was there las Thursday and people are unhappy Long faces and orders were not ok we were a big group and some of my food have a lot of grease and also found a long hair in it when I told the person in charge they did not apologized for that They told me they can get me other order and they took like another 15 minutes for one taco So my rating is not going to be good

Hole in the wall joint with decent food. Good thing about it is their Tuesday and Thursday dollar tacos. Out of all the meat options, al pastor is better than others. Although all of their cooked meats are dry, the flavor is ok. Not much side options like other restaurants but I'm guessing they are trying to keep the menu at a minimal.

Ordered 2 super burritos, one asada and one pastor. When I called they said burritos had meat, beans, rice, cabbage, mayo, sour cream, onions, tomato, and salsa. Only thing I could taste was the onion. Didn't see or taste any of that mayo or sour cream. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they have really good horchata. I don't understand why they have good reviews.

Usually good tacos but today they were flavorless and man who puts the cilantro and unions and the young man cooking the meat were both not wearing masks. Everyone else in there was including the customers. Even if you are vaccinated YOU NEED TO WEAR YOUR MASK. Waist of $40.00 as we will be throwing these tacos out.

Used to be my favorite place until I found small plastic looking things in my tacos .

Food here is greasy and overpriced. Even if the food was delicious it would STILL be expensive but it's not. Food here is HORRIBLE!!

There was a metal piece on my gf food. Probably from the metal scrub they use to clean. So disappointed. Been coming here for years.

Disgusting seriously not coming back. I not picky with my tacos I mean tacos are tacos however the meat they use is probably the cheapest on the market. it's more fatty than meat. I'll be taking my money to El Grullense Restaurant close by instead.

I called to place an order at 4 pm to pick up at 5:15 pm on Tuesday for their .99 tacos. I completely understand that it's their busiest day which is why I called ahead. However, I don't understand why they "take orders" over the phone if you are still asked to wait in a 30-40 minute line to get them. Don't take phone orders if you can't guarantee that time. They also did not follow COVID guidelines and had way over 10 people inside the closed area. We ended up going to 249 San Benito St location, which took 10 minutes!

I am going to be honest I don't know how this place is rated above 4 stars. I made an order through door dash and I have to say the food was Horrible. I ordered some tacos de asada and the seemed as if it had been boiled and not grilled. They added so much onion which I don't mind but it tasted old. Like if it had been stored in the fridge for really long time. I also ordered some shrimp al mojo de ajo and had no flavor the rice tasted so plain and plate looked nothing like the pictures. Ill let you be the judges if you end up trying this place. I didn't get to take pictures of the plates because I was so upset but now I wished I should have.

Complete let down, Got there with an appetite decided to give the super burritos a try, asada and adobada. Unfortunately both were not good. No meat if any, no flavor, full of onion and lettuce. Hard tortilla and they didn't add salsa. Not worth spending money there. Avoid. Avoid.
