Luxe-Bistro Oceanside at Quadomain

I heard about this place about a month ago and today that was an opportunity to come and visit I had cheeseburger, which was cooked perfectly to the order. I great the restaurants on the cheeseburgers, and I can tell Mete quality are using is number one. I was able to meet the owner. He is very attentive, and the staff is also very attentive. I must mention about the view here. What a hidden gem. This guy reading this Grapeview make sure that you come in and confirm my experience for yourself .

What a hidden gem this place is. Right on the beach. Indoor or outdoor seating. The owner greeted us and was very welcoming. Our waiter, Lou was very attentive. The food was definitely worth the trip here.

We ate twice here today : lunch and dinner. Party of 4. The draft beer is so amazing that we probably drank it all - they ran out of it;) The food was very good and so was the service (Vlad was our waiter). I would recommend this place. Love the flower arrangements!

Love their beer & wine selection & they have a full bar which is nice in case I want a slushy on a hot day. Came for the brunch buffet, every weekend from 11am-3pm sat & sun. Food was delicious, fresh, the ocean views and fresh air was SO beautiful while we ate. They even validated my parking with the valet(no parking outside valet) it was worth the drive. Will be back to try their dinner menu!

I live right next store and my wife and I have walked over often. The food is good. Jonathan is great very attentive and friendly. Find a coupon and the deal is awesome. I got a buy one get one free burger and another pizza. I found them in the back of my Winndixie receipt. And you can’t beat the view. This was out first brunch and it was totally worth the $18.95 per person. And it’s all you can eat. I also recently had Uber Eats delivered and they have a bunch of buy one get one free offers.

This is a super low key hidden gem. It’s apart of the condominium complex so it’s initially confusing to find but the valet and the staff will help you find it. Valet parking is cheap, only $5. This spot has great vibes and the food is immaculate. The beautiful Oceanside views make you feel like you’re on vacation while dining. They have talented chefs that can cater to your flavor needs. The burger is top notch and the risotto is super flavorful. I definitely recommend this spot and y’all should check them out ASAP!!

Strange all of these 1 star reviews. There must be some vendetta against the owners. We’ve eaten here multiple times and have yet to be disappointed. Pizza is delicious and fresh. We love how convenient the restaurant is. Will continue to come back!

We sat by the beach and got amazing service! The owner was super nice and so friendly! They were open to explaining the menu and we even got a free bottle of wine due to our group being 4 people. I ordered the Florentine Benedict which was so delicious! The eggs tasted great and they were not stingy about the other ingredients. Please come here for a nice view, great service and great food!

Pandeli was super nice and accommodating. He made my table feel very comfortable and excited to come back. I was surprised to know it was his first day on the job because he was AMAZING. Food was delicious and overall a great time.

I ordered an iced coffee based on the poster and instead got a drink with coffee grounds. We tried the brunch and it was a buffet however the food was dry and not warm. Will NOT return and don't recommend. They had one guy working and the bill was presented with 20 percent included gratuity. Not surprised that it was empty when we arrived. We should have left however we were hungry and decided to try it.
