Always love this place going to the drive thru. Quick service all the times. Staff are always great and very friendly. Only thing you need to check if you plan on going inside to sit down and enjoy the good smell of coffee is the parking lot. Place is always full of people with their laptops doing school work. So other customers who just want to go inside has no place to sit down and enjoy.

Being a supervisor myself I understand the adherence to policies even when you don't agree with them. This place however (and I believe it's particularly this store) adherence to polices that are inhuman. Sure, don't let a non customer use the bathroom but to refuse water to someone especially when it's an older frail lady? What kind of welcoming environment is that. Luckily another patron (who will no longer go there either) overheard and stood up for her and asked for the water for himself and gave it to her. Then only another occasion myself being interrupted from my work to be told I needed to buy something to use the space. Mind you it was not busy and I had had the pistachio idk what (gross) and had been coming and buying the past three weeks in a row with that same person seeing me there. This is not a good place to sit down for coffee with someone or to do laptop work. I'd recommend any other Starbucks including the one in Florida City where they're more human. Also it's Starbucks overpriced food for the tiniest sandwiches. On a positive note Skyler was very good on the recs and helped me out. Ty.

Bad experience at Starbucks due to slow service, a dirty location, and overflowing trash, despite it being empty. The floors were dirty, tables were sticky, and the overflowing trash was unappealing and concerning from a hygiene standpoint. I hope the management takes swift action to address these issues, as they are important factors for customers when choosing where to spend their money.

I don’t know what’s going on with this Starbucks, but every time I come here, they never have anything in stock! Whether it’s my favorite drink, a simple pastry, or even just basic ingredients, they always seem to be out of something. On top of that, the line is ridiculously slow. Even when it’s not busy, it takes forever to get my order. I get that sometimes things run out, and rush hours can be hectic, but this happens every single time I visit. It’s frustrating because I love Starbucks, but this location seriously needs to step up its game. Better stock management and faster service would make a huge difference.

Very poor customer service. They look at you knowing you are waiting for someone to help and walk passed you multiple times. Finally when they help they act annoyed and irritated. If you don't want to work with people then stay home!!! I come here because it's close to My house but, I will not be back!! Between cold coffee that should be hot and poor customer service. Went thru the drive thru today and I belive she's a manager by the name Bri she is very rude she asked my order I started to give it she must of not heard me all the way and she didn't realize I can hear her talking about me when I called to speak to a manager it was her. No customer service very rude especially for being a manager she needs training. Sad thing is she's the same girl in the Pic that others have posted and Starbucks reads these comments and do nothing sad but true!

I used to really like this place, but lately, customer service has become terrible, and it takes way too long to prepare drinks. I placed an order to pick up in-store and arrived an hour before closing. However, the staff inside decided to lock the doors, even though there were still people outside waiting to pick up their orders. Through the glass, they told us that we could only pick up our orders through the drive-through. I ended up waiting 25 minutes in the drive-through line to pick up an order I had placed 20 minutes earlier, and by then, the drinks were already bad.

Watery bland drinks two days in a row. I should have read the reviews. We came here two days in a row, giving them the benefit of the doubt after the first day of poorly made drinks. Between my mom and I, we ended up wasting $25 on 4 cups of lukewarm watery bland milk rather than a Starbucks latte. I always get the same drink, so I know how it tastes at every other Starbucks I’ve been to and this was not it. I wouldn’t have bothered with a review except that they have responded to other reviews from weeks ago pointing out the same thing and obviously haven’t done anything about it, which makes this feel intentional or just that they really don’t care.

We went here two days of our vacation. Yesterday was fine, but they made us sit at the ordering screen for a hot minute before pulling around. Normally, I don't care but there was literally no one at their window, while their line was 6-9 cars deep. The cars in line rather feel safe being able to pull in, than care about your window times. Today, we ordered and the girl on the speaker was very rude. She started off with asking if we wanted any food, which we said no thanks. Than she didn't say anything.. a dead silence for another hot minute, so I continued with my order for my two drinks, than said thank you. Which she responded, alright. I repeated it out loud due to being stunned by her response..not a 'you're welcome' or 'thank you' back is a little disappointing from Starbucks. This girl had pastel hair coloring in it this day. When we arrived at the window, the lady at the window seemed like she was trying to not feel awkward for her co-workers behaviour and had typical customers service. I have managed multiple stores in my career and none of my employees would respond like that. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this location.

Have came several times since my kids school is near by but it’s a hit or miss . Without a doubt it takes a century to grab a plain black coffee / plain iced coffee . No one is friendly, all look miserable doing this job .

We arrived at 950 and we parked and we saw the girls come and lock the door the minute they saw us pull up while we can still see drinks being made and waiting to get picked up I work in the industry and we are not allowed to lock up until the actual close time.. quite shocking for Starbucks we came for a quick pup cup for our older pup who has having a rough day and I wanted a new seasonal cup

Dirty place with sticky tables and trash not cleaned. Staff were inattentive and slow, chatting with each other. My order was made incorrectly and there was no apology. This is unacceptable for Starbucks. I won’t return to this location.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review even when service has been bad at any company. However, one thing I do not understand is how you can’t manage to make 2 of the same drinks at the same time. Me and my girl ordered the same exact drink and with in 5mins one of them was done, it was perfect. Why is it that I have to wait an extra 10mins for the other SAME EXACT DRINK? Both drinks are under the same order, under the same name and it’s just too difficult to grab the original recipe and multiply it by 2 and make both drinks at the same time? I would think that process would be much quicker doing it like that instead of making one drink, cleaning the equipment, making other drinks, and then 10mins later going back to that same matcha drink. This is legit the first review I’ve made and it’s all because I can even begin to understand the thought process of what they were doing. It’s 2 drinks that are exactly the same and why not make them at the same time? In total it would have taken you 5mins if you just make both of the SAME drinks AT THE SAME TIME so you don’t have to pause and go back to it. Anywho this Starbucks is lame and those people need to learn some basic common sense :| (I’ve worked in very similar environments as Starbucks where it gets hectic making drinks, yet when I get 2 of the same drinks placed in one order I make them at the same time because it’s overall more time efficient)

No customers in front of us, super slow the service, for two Cappuccinos, all tables occupied, some with one person only and three more chairs empty, drinking a glass if water, so we couldn't sit on any of them. It was my first time coming to Starbucks in my life, it will be my last. The server very nice and friendly. To pricey for what it is, 2 medium cappuccinos, a Danish and a pecan muffin (cupcake size) $15.00
