Best sushi in Cutler Bay! We've been here twice already and love the atmosphere. The food is amazing! Also, the service is great as well. It's a pretty chill spot. We had the wahoo tartare and the son's special (tuna tartare) which both were sooo good! The Barbara roll is yummy so def recommend that.

Just off old cutler is an amazing sushi place. Sushi tastes super fresh, staff is super friendly, and owner had some nice chats about the business just opening up. I can’t express how much better in my opinion the sushi is compared to other competitors in the area. If you get a chance, highly recommend trying this place out. We got the sushi combo #6 (18 pieces of sushi from 3 separate rolls) and the raw bowl, with rangoons as an appetizer. Split between two people with drinks was about 45$ in my opinion very affordable.

Every time we've gone in, the food has been phenomenal. We usually end up going about 2 hours before they close so it's not too busy. They're always very friendly and welcoming, the foot presentation is nice. They also offer boba tea but we've never had it there. We plan on going again to try many of the other rolls.

Food and atmosphere are fantastic. I think they were a little short on floor staff when we were there but they were super nice. My “go to” sushi place closed when they retired and I found Volcanic Sushi online. They are worth the extra 10 minute. I took the staff’s suggestions and everything was delicious. The ramen bowls made me understand why there is a ramen museum in Japan. This is a dish worth getting over and over. I will be returning often.

I have been wanting to try this place for so long, but kept hesitating. Wow. What we ordered was soooooooo good. Dragons rolls, pork fried rice, and the OMG crab wonton. Those ALONE are a reason to order again. The only negative is that the crab wonton are a small portion. We fought over the last one. (pic of the wontons is not the actual portion, we started eating before taking the photo)

My go to sushi restaurant since I’ve moved to this area. The staff are tentative and sweet. I haven’t had anything bad here so far, and the portions are filling for the price you pay. I recommend all my friends to come to this restaurant. It hasn’t disappointed me yet and I’m glad to have a place like this for locals.

Definitely the best Sushi bar we ever encountered, this place was spotless from the entrance all the way to there bathrooms, the place was super clean and refreshing, very beautiful place that welcomes and is extremely family oriented. Our waitress Jewels was super awesome and sweet and extremely helpful, she had great recommendation that we enjoyed and loved, the service we had from our waitress was excellent and second to none, me and my wife believe that every restaurant to be successful, should have a Waitress like Jewels. The quality of the food was exceptional and surprisingly fresh and tasty, the Sushi chef did a excellent job. The restaurant atmosphere was so beautiful and calm and family oriented, the best Sushi bar i ever visited. But if you want to experience the best of this restaurant has to offer, do your self the favor and ask for Waitress Jewels. Honestly…we totally 100% recommend this restaurant !!! If you don’t definitely you missing out !!!

We ordered a sushi boat for my best friends bachelorette and it was AMAZING! I called and the logistics of it was so seamless, they even also offered to make it gluten free friendly since we had dietary restrictions in the group! We placed the order and in a little over an hour it was ready for pickup. Staff was super friendly and the sushi was DELICIOUS, the presentation also was out of this world! Lady’s & Gentlemen, this is a hidden gem.. It’s nestled between Cutler Bay, Homestead & Palmetto Bay.. As soon as you walk in the relaxed and beautiful ambiance is relaxing, calming and soothing. The bar area right where you see the Sushi 🍣 amd foods being prepared is so modern, sleek and extremely welcoming. Was our first and we highly recommend. Food- OMG!! Talk about tasty and mouth watering. The combination is really something you need to experience for yourself to see the real difference. The service is top notch impressive the way they take care of the tables. I love how you walk in and feel you’re on Brickell, Coconut Grove or Downtown but your in Cutler Bay.. Highly Recommend To Anyone And Everyone..

I’ve been coming here regularly for the past two months and let me tell you they never fail. Love the vibe and the chefs and servers are welcoming. All the noodle dishes are great. Sushi is so beautifully plated and tasty. 😋 I go for the candy cane every time but all the other rolls are really good too. Recommend: Carolina Bites, Appetizer Sampler, and Bao Bun Short Ribs. Try something new with the entrees since they put their love into the food. They have lunch specials between 12-3pm so take advantage of that. I’ve seen their catering sushi boat and it was gorgeous.

Super cute place with very nice workers. However, this place is making 100% return on their pickup orders. This sushi cost 17$, but look at the portion. For reference, look at the soy sauce, the serving is tiny. Super disappointed; thankfully delicious.

I have severe shellfish allergies. I told the waitresses and she let the kitchen know. I ordered asked the waitress if shellfish can be replaced for fish she said yes. We get our roll and it had crab (we did not kmow it had it) we tell our waitress she was very nice. The chef says loudly "first off that's immatation craft so she can eat it" she briings it back and i let him know. I heard him and do not want it. Of course I'm concerned because of him showing he didn't care. Then the other roll comes and it taste good then we realize there is crab again. We stopped eating paid our bill let them know how we felt. Waitress was very apologetic but we just couldn't trustr the chef. Very very disappointed in the lack of care for customers possible danger

I went there several times and the food was really good then I went and the food wasn’t that great the lobster salad that they normally had. They used imitation crab meat. The one that comes with the lobster roll, but I gave it a pass. I went to get and it was mediocre, but the topic was. I ordered food for pick up tempura shrimp rolls when I went to go eat it the shrimp was dry and overcooked and the rice was rock hard. It was obviously a roll from the day before and I’m not just talking crap. I’m a chef and I know food. I was so distraught as a business owner myself I would never serve food like that. I cannot believe that a chef would actually put that out not to lose money that’s two strikes. I’m not going for a third.
