the server was excellent. we hot our appetizers halfway thru eating dinner. ended up with beef not chicken tater tot special-told them no onions duecto allergy and no green onions duevto allergy. had to pick both out and wasted a good meal. wings were hot not mild. cooks need to read thoroughly whst they are preparing and person who delivers food to table was rude.

We had boneless wings (multiple flavors), and everything was really good. It did take a little while for our pickup order to come out. The staff were apologetic and very nice about it.

This honestly was going to be a 1 star review. Me and my wife waited over 45 minutes for a table that we were told would be 15 minutes. The hostesses were rude. The managers are worthless and standing in a corner. But we went to the bar to wait for our table and met Cara. Absolutely incredible bar tender and honestly is not getting paid enough for how she turned a horrible night into an enjoyable experience. She, singlehandedly, saved this restaurant from yet another one star review. Thank you Cara and enjoy your evening and weekend.

Stopped off here for a quick bite to eat at lunchtime with our kids during a torrential downpour. There was almost no one in the place, and we got absolutely FANTASTIC service! The food was out quickly, the staff was attentive and wonderful, and the drinks were delicious! Highly recommend as both a family establishment and a great place to go drinking with friends to watch the game!

Food was very good. Went on a Tuesday so the wings were BOGO. The wings were big and crispy and the sauces were very tasty. Can't beat the $3 tall glasses of wild herd Kolsch. Service was excellent also. Previously I wasn't a fan of their food, but I think they have stepped up their game.

Great spot to grab some delicious wings and tots. They also have burgers, fries, and more. I love the different sauce and heat options, my favorite is the Asian Zing flavor! I also tried the garlic parm, which I found mild but tasty. I like their tots too, I order ranch and dip wings and tots as I please. The staff in here were super nice, they were so apologetic because they were out of root beer. It was no problem at all but they were extra nice about it. I’ll definitely come here again, this is obviously a great spot to watch a game, they also have a little b-dubs trivia on the screen. It’s a mixed crowd of young kids, and families. A spot for all.

Great service at the bar, was served and taken care of mighty swift. My only problem comes from the kitchen. There are times when the wings are Fresh (2/6 times I've been) and 4/6 times they were flash fried or just plain cold. I feel if you come to a non-fast food establishment, all food should be made to order. But still , great service and I didn't -tip the bartender for something she had no control over. Great service!

I went to watch a football game with my friends and ordered the wings. They were flavorful and fresh out of the frier. The picture quality of the game was decent, not great, but overall a good experience and I wasn’t even that upset with my bowel movement after.

4/5 stars based on a few things. Don't get me wrong the food was great but BWW Just isn't the place for me. The building wasn't packed but the noise level was overly excessive even for a sports bat. The TV was cranked up to 1000 and it just made for a uninviting experience. Maybe some people enjoy this kind of atmosphere it's just not for me. If you are looking for good bar food burgers and a high energy sports bar with a million TVs this is the place but if you're out for a nice quiet dinner with your wife find another spot.

Stopped by for a bite, food was good 👍, was johnny on the spot, always checking on us. We enjoyed our stop. Had the classic chicken sandwich and wife had the southern chicken sandwich, they were huge, hanging out of the buns on both sides. And they were juicy and delicious, will definitely have them again.

Wings were good, they have a great selection of options for sauce or seasoning. The salt and vinegar were my favorite. Our waiter was awesome and very friendly. The only slight issue we had was that the employee who led us to our table did not acknowledge us at all and threw our menus onto the table and kept walking without a word... Other than that it was a good experience.

Had dinner at the bar tonight and the bartender, Nicole, was absolutely amazing. Despite having a bar full of customers and constantly fielding drink orders from the dining room, she was still very attentive. I was, however, slightly disappointed to see the manager standing behind the bar talking with the guest next to me but she never made contact with or greeted anyone else. Food here is consistently good; I rarely have an issue but if I do they always make it right.

I had a situation and the manager remedied very well (I know this Is a positive Statment but I have yet to recieve the any type of gift card or refund as the manager promised)

The place is decent if you are looking for some wings, maybe a quick bite, a adult refreshment and to catch a sporting event. The staff is always helpful and the food comes out quickly.

Love BWW! They (by far) have the biggest and most interesting selection of wing sauces. They frequently are running specials that are spectacular. On this last visit, however, the TV’s were louder than I’ve ever experienced in any BWW. I asked the hostess if they could be turned down some and she basically said no, and acted annoyed. We waited almost 20 mins to be seated, despite no one else waiting. The food came out fast, but almost all of it was barely warm. Our sever was friendly, but ended up with too many tables, causing us to wait more than 15 mins to pay our check. Despite all this I’d definitely return, and am sad that the BWW in Ithaca closed a few years back.

We like to go for bogo wing Thursday. The only wings I really eat in the area. The burgers are also good. The apps are great too. Service has always be friendly and timely. Sometimes there are only 2 of us, sometimes there are 6. The tables can be a little small for a large group. I've never received a wrong item or been disappointed by anything. Would highly recommend for wings and fries! *edited for typo*

Ordered the wings crispy and they were just the way I liked them. Burger was very tasty as well. Nice friendly waitstaff, cold beer, and lots of football to watch! Great place to go on a Sunday.

Food was delicious as always. However, our waitress was very condescending and acted as if she didn't want to be bothered serving us. Word of advice: don't go on Saturday evenings.

Not too good! Waited 35 minutes for adults drinks and a chocolate milk. Service was below average and the tip reflected this. As our family was leaving the servers stood and stared at us as if we had provided the bad service.

Overall a mediocre experience. Service was slow despite capacity at only half full.

I'm not a fan. I found the place to be sterile. The food was nothing special either. I went to enjoy a football game with my friends, we left at half-time to go to a local bar with much better food and atmosphere. ...and that place is nothing fancy, but at least it's not sterile.

I have eaten here since the day they were open. I was one of the 100 first customers that got a year of free chicken wings for standing there overnight before their launch. I have eaten here a lot over the years. When they are good, they are great. The best wings around. Saucy, fresh, large portioned, hot, etc. I am very pleased and it leaves me wanting to come back. However, there are equally amount of times they are horrible. Low sauce, not hot, and just doesn't have the high standards of taste. There was one time they tried to pass off a chicken nugget as a boneless chicken wing and I called them out on it. Other times they have had numerous chicken feathers on chicken wings. And the waitress was rude about it. The kitchen should clean them. One is not a big deal. But that many is ridiculous. Everytime I go here and enjoy it I come back to find the bad times. Its like a 50% coin toss on whether you get good or bad. This has persuaded me hundreds of times to not eat there when I wanted to. I literally drive to their parking lot and the unknown of what I'm going to get makes me drive somewhere else. Its really a shame because you just don't know which side of the coin you are going to get and any given time. And when they are good they are amazing. A real shame. 6 stars on a good day, 1 on a bad day.

Sorry to say, but my wings were tuff to eat. I got a Togo box and after trying to eat 3 wings just took everything home and then dumped them out.

It took a long time to get our food and our main waiter was amazing, it seemed like he was the only one working. He was spread really thin. The other waiters and waitresses were doing only one or two tables and when not doing them just stood around watching the other guy work doing about 8 tables himself. When we tried to stop one of the other waiters to get something for us because our waiter was busy they said sure be out shortly with it and never came back just stood at the front counter. Our waiter would come check on us and apologize for them and immediately get what we needed. He was amazing, the rest were pathetic and just getting paid to stand around. I don't remember the man's name that was our waiter, but it was the young, black, I think gay man. He was awesome. If I ever come back I want his table.

The foods good but the service isn’t. There were atleast 6 workers standing and chatting while people waited on food. It takes almost 30 minutes each time I go although they say 15. And we had to ask an employee to check for our food and they did end up having our food done a bit ago.

The server took care of us well!! More than the ambience and the food.. If you love chicken wings it is a must place to explore for different kinds of sauce that they have.. Anyways a good place to go for a drink in the evening. their outdoor area is nice during summer and they have a bar and dinning area..

The service here was fantastic and definitely some of the best I've seen at local restaurants around the area, my waiter even remembered my whole order without a notepad and that's pretty cool 😁 The food on the other hand is nothing to go home about. You'd think the chicken wings would be fantastic for a place with wings in its name, and maybe it's just me but found them to be pretty subpar even with four different options with my order. My sandwich was filling but felt like it was lacking something, very very noisy area so if you don't like noise, it's definitely not the place for you. It was nice to have for a first time but that's all I need.

Has gone down hill after being a regular for years… poor attitude from staff and general manager- didn’t feel appreciated for spending money during early bird time. Would only get the promo for bottomless wings and apps otherwise the menu items are not worth the money or price . Disappointing would rather go to local dive bar.

Customer Svc Issues from the entire staff. Hostess was rude, assumed we wanted to sit the bar. Waitress seemed bothered whenever we requested anything extra, napkins, more salsa, more drinks. We ordered the Kolsch brews that was your special, asked the waitress what three were similar too, she had no response. For a Sunday afternoon the bar was not overly busy, she was not in demand. The wings my son ordered looked awful, lacking sauce and not crispy. The wrap wife ordered was average. The Brisket Burger was surprisingly good. Fries were cold. For a place that is known for chic wings, was disappointed. Too many other options to choose from to have to deal with poor Svc.

Food is really good, wait staff could use a pick me up. The tables went on average 20 minutes before being "cleaned" constantly smelled old mop water/mildew and the floors were horribly dirty. I don't know what happened, used to be a decent place to eat, but it's quite dirty and unappetizing. I have 3 stars because the food was still good.

Service was terrible, bar tender didn't take drink orders right and we waited half an hour for our food (just a few wings and a single sandwhich) it all arrived room temperature. Bar tender / servers never made an attempt to compensate for the errors after they were aware. *It was not busy at all, only 1/4th of the place had customers That night.

Food is pretty good. The complaint I had is me and my two friends walked in tonight and didn’t have masks. We got yelled at by the supervisor and we asked if they could provide us masks since we had forgot ours. They begrudgingly gave us three masks so we could walk 15 feet to our table and remove our masks as soon as we sat down. After we were seated 2 more maskless groups came in and nothing was said to them by the manager. She seated them and never made them wear a mask. The workers were walking around with the masks beneath their nose and the manager didn’t care. The inconsistency is troubling.

I wasn't totally impressed with the food. I have to say our server was pretty good . I just know that when I've ever ordered Spicy GARLIC wing's anyplace else I get garlic not garlic powder. I asked for my wing's to be crispy...they definitely weren't. Ordered side salads for a couple of the kid's..well they came out with the meal. There were 6 of us 4 kiddos and 2 adults. Our food came out in spurts. I've been wanting to go there for so long. I don't think I will be going back.

We visited at an off-peak time. I was surprised that the only open booth needed to be cleaned with so few customers in the restaurant. Then, our server was very slow to visit our table with menus and and beverage solicitation. Our order took a surprisingly long time to reach us given how few customers were there. But, the food was prepared well and the order was correct. At one point I advised our server that our drinks would need refills, and then she went to hang out with other servers beside the drink fountain. After ten minutes I flagged down a different server and re-requested refills. They were served promptly. Over all it wasn't worth the money. You can get a full dozen wings for less that are just as good, if not better, elsewhere.

One of the worst experiences I've had getting takeout anywhere. We waited for 45 minutes inside after when our order was said to be ready. No special requests, it was super simple. No one even talked to us until the last 5 minutes of being there, no greetings and no apologies. The place didn't seem super packed, but there were a lot of to go orders and people standing around waiting. The place seemed a little unclean and extremely disorganized with staff running around everywhere frantically. Honestly, I ended up just feeling bad for ordering from them and giving them more stress. After reading other reviews on here, I'm not surprised about my experience doing takeout. I am sorry that all of the staff were stressed though. The food was fine and normal, they forgot one sauce we asked for but everything else was good.

We arrived late afternoon and placed an order for wings, boneless wings, and fries. The food took fifty minutes to arrive after we ordered. The place was a quarter full and several tables that were seated after us were served before we were. The food was okay, but nothing special.

Haven't been in a while. Maybe policy changed, but wings seemed small and tasteless. There were drink issues. Prices were UNACCEPTABLE!!! Just my take on it. Well, all you want to do is have me tell you what is wrong, AGAIN!! I thought it was in my review? Tell me your policies are changed on drinks and your wings are bigger and prices are not UNAFFORDABLE and maybe I’ll stop back in! Seems rather simple unless I have to spell it out again!!!

Was told we’d have to wait 10 minutes while a table could be cleaned but- there were about 7 empty tables! Waited 5 minutes to be seated. Found a hair in “small” wings! The waitress set our drinks on the table and walked away! Bad customer service!

Arrived at 6:47 for a table in the bar area. Told 10-15 minutes, not even allowed to go to the bar to get a drink. Told the server couldn’t keep up. Multiple tables open all over the restaurant. Extremely disappointing for our visit. Refused to be seated until the last two in our party arrived. Waited 30 minutes.

I Was Seated by a girl who paid no attention to the game I wanted to watch she put me I the worst location so I moved myself. A man came in a few minutes and said I was in the wrong section but waited on me anyhow. I explained the last time I came I was ignored for at least 10 minutes so I left. He never came back someone else deliver my food and did not ask if I needed anything she gave me 1 tiny napkin with my 10 boneless wings not enough to wipe one finger. I watch a entire quarter of the game it's over now for about five minutes No one has been back except the girl I stopped and asked for more napkins. No refills no one has asked me if I need anything. Poor service too bad good food and nice atmosphere.

The food is ok. Customer service varies every time I go. Sometimes nice, sometimes more like they want to avoid taking your order. Today they gave me the wrong takeout order. What’s funny is they put this giant sticker on your receipt saying who served you and that they verified your order was filled correctly. My sticker was blank. If it was busy I’d understand making the mistake but the place was mostly empty.

To make it worse the guests that arrived after us received their drinks before we did. The staff seemed more concerned with leaning against the counter talking and being on their phones.

Went there on Halloween night. Around 11pm. With a large group of hungry and thirsty scare actors and support staff. The place was empty. With two wait staff. A manager. And whoever was in the kitchen. Manager seated us. And told us who our server would be. Only to have a different person take our orders. We were told bar was closed, so no alcohol. Only to see two people with a bloody Mary and pilsner of beer after we ordered plain soda. The Server Hayden was not rude. But clearly annoyed by our presence. Complaining to other staff with in earshot and eyesight of our group all paying customers. If you can't handle a Friday night rush of 25 people. Maybe it's not your line of work bub. The food was sub par. And I reluctantly gave a tip. Only because we did kinda just show up. And others had already decided not to tip. Because of his demeanor. I would never recommend this chain restaurant to anyone. Go to your smaller local owned bars. The service is better the food is better. And the vibe is better.

Visted this location during my work travels to Elmira. Unfortunately, like others have mentioned, wings are severed cold , to say slightly cooler than room temperature. The waiter was excellent and attentive. Other than that, this location could be hit or miss.

Entered restaurant at lunchtime and stood by the hostess booth for approx 5 minutes with several employees making eye contact with us, but no acknowledgement as to seating. Once finally seated, no one came to the table after another 8-10 minutes to even take drink orders. I finally got up from my table and asked the hostess what the problem was and she said they just had a party come in. Let me say, other than that one party, and me and my wife, the restaurant was not crowded. We left without ever ordering. The staff was unattentive and unappologitic for their service. Will never go their again. Went to Chili's just up the street from them and service was great, food was delicious. Hats off to Chili's for getting it right.

It closes at 11 PM, I called at 10:20 and the staff let the phone ring through 2 times (2 minutes the phone rang both times) nobody answered for me to place an order for pick up. I drive there and walk in at 10:40 to try and place an order to go and they will not put it in because they just closed the kitchen. If they would’ve picked the phone up the when I called I would’ve been able to order. I’m from out of town and staying in a hotel and will be sharing this information with them so they send their guests across the street to the other restaurants. I didn’t think a call 40 minutes before close is too much to ask for.

The kitchen messed up our order 3 times. We ordered the HOUSE SAMPLER with boneless wings, 2 large fries and 20pc traditional wings. GOT ALL THE FOOD AT ONCE. The SAMPLER was supposed to be the appetizer…boneless and they brought it with traditional…they sent out the 20pc as boneless….they took everything back, brought the house sampler appetizer without the chicken nachos….took it back again ….the 3rd time everything came out correct. The server explained that they had a large party of people before we had arrived and so they were “recovering “ from having to serve an 18 person table.

Literally the worst food I’ve had in a long time. Loud, Over priced, over seasoned and oblivious staff. Toilet was running over in the men’s room and my gut hurts now. It will be a cold day in hell before I go back there. I could’ve gotten two good steaks and drinks at the restaurant next door for what I paid for terrible wings, rubbery shrimp and sad excuse for a margarita.

Plates are bad and the waiter spilled water and just left it there like he did not do it and just walked away👎🏻

Some how the online order glitched and took a order of fried pickles off my order. When I picked up my order I asked for a side of sour cream, never got it. Asked for no cheese on a burger..there was cheese on the burger. The fries didn't have any seasoning on them. The fruit that came in the kids meal had 2 pieces and we didn't get the milk that was supposed to come with it. The Buffalo chicken ranch wrap had no lettuce and a spot of ranch. We came here bc we heard it was a great spot for dinner, and we are vacation so figured we try it. I dont think we will be going back...I called and spoke w a manager and was told they'd compensate us with a 20 gift card. That was nice but didn't help w the problem of our whole experience, especially when we spent close to 50 dollars

This was the second time I took advantage of the boneless wing Thursday. Both times I was disappointed. I called in a order when i went to pick it up somehow mysteriously my order was given to someone else. They have no record of my order. after twenty minute wait I was told hang on real quick we can make some up for you which by time I got them home they were cold and I only live 10 minutes away. I ordered two dozen wings then was told you can only get them in 11-piece orders. Oh really cuz when I got home I only had 9??. Well I guess I won't be returning here for happy hour or any orders online... Your customer service has gone downhill. Also for the price and quality of your food it's not much better.

This was the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. (I've been to a lot.) We ordered a large fry for a appetizers, it never came. When the wings came, we mentioned it to the person delivering wings, and still, they never came. (Had to ask for it to be removed from the check) Wings over cooked. The amount of dry rub was sad. Wrong dipping sauce, ordered ranch got blue cheese. There was no secondary container on the table to put the leftover wing bones in. Waitress never came to check. So, I finally had to stand up and go ask for a second drink and the correct sauce. Then, in the end, when the bill was bought, We gave up on waiting to pay. I had to stand up and ask someone else if I could finally do my bill. All of that is a bit much, in my opinion. This Buffalo Wild Wings needs help.

The restaurant dislikes transgender people. They make me wait extra long everytime im there to pick up orders and claim they "forgot" to start the order after I had been waiting inside the restaurant for over 10 minutes and had spoken to 3 employees.

Have been to BW before, not this location. Very disappointed in customer Svc. We ordered the Kolsch brews that were being promoted, the waitress did absolutely NOTHING to promote or tell us about this beer. Seemed bothered the few times we needed to ask her for something, extra napkins, more salsa, more beers. The rest was NOT overly busy for a Sunday afternoon. She was not in demand. The wings my son ordered were far from crispy and lacking sauce. For a place that is known for Chicken Wings, was not impressed at all. The wrap was very, very average at best, have had better from Trader Joe's. The Brisket Burger I had was good, good flavor, satisfied. Overall, the lack of Customer Svc, the poor quality in Chic Wings, I hope these issues get addressed asap, as there are many many other places to visit in the Big Flats area.

Last night was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant, when we were finally seated in the almost empty restaurant (I had to find and get my own high chair for the little since the woman seating us couldn't be bothered) it took 15 minutes to get our drinks and and have our order taken, simple two burgers fries and some kids chicken strips with fries, another 20 minute wait for the waitress to finally show back up only to now be told they are out of kids chicken strips and they could sub them out for boneless wings, waiting for our food the couple next to us asked if anyone worked there and left unhappy as well. When our food finally arrived 35 minutes later while most staff was standing around having a good time the burgers were luke warm and the fries cold, and when the substitute for the kids meal finally came it was just 10 boneless wings and no fries. The consolation prize for this terrible experience was a free piece of cheese cake. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

I decided to give dine-in one more try after two years. Take-out was hit or miss (mostly miss, see below) but I'd never had a bad dine-in experience at any BWW before. Well, the wings were at most 70% of the size they used to be, feathers were still on some of them, and half of them were not fully warm. Definitely never coming here again. ------- Original review (2021): This place has screwed up my takeout order countless times; how difficult is it to put SAUCE ON THE SIDE especially when I doubly emphasise it when placing the order? The final straw came when I placed two orders with sauce on the side, one order had the sauce on the wings and the other had... no sauce. They said they'd comp it with a gift card, which was never received. Haven't eaten there again, and won't.

Food was good but would only accept my phone number for there wierd payment process. No credit or debit accepted and thats all I had. Made us wait 30 min for manager to run payment like you would anywhere else. If thats how you want to run payment thats fine but should be posted at the front or made aware before the end of the meal.

This was my first time back to BWW in a while and I was very disappointed. First, they tried to put 7 people at a small circle table when there was open square tables all around the room that stayed empty the whole time we were there, they ended up combining to circle tables which made my family stuck separated. Than they gave my daughter a completely burnt burger and when I mean burnt is was so hard she couldn’t bite into it, they took her fries and all and just brought her back a burger. Finally the waiter stood at another table for 10+ minutes just talking well my daughter wasn’t able to enjoy her food. I’m very very disappointed and I will probably not be going back to the one in Horseheads. This is not our first time we’ve had these problems and this will probably not be the last.

Ordered $60 of food (delivery)...2 hours later, still not delivered. When finally left it was stone cold and the food didn't even appear to ever have been cooked. Chicken sandwich meat white as a ghost like boiled chicken. All went into the trash. Never again.

My son placed an 81 dollar order a few hours ago for his father to pickup on his way home from work. My husband gets home with the food and the fries look like barely half orders and a burger was missing. I'm standing here looking at this kind gesture from my son to give me the night off from cooking dinner with great disappointed because it was such a huge waste of his hard earned money. Such a shame too because this disappointing experience just cost them a lot business from my husband who frequented this establishment for business meetings and social gatherings with employees. Now my son has to wait seven days to receive the refund for the missing burger, which albeit a normal waiting period seems like insult to injury after a disappointing experience. I understand things happen and nobody's perfect, but there is an expectation of dilgent service before an order goes out the door especially when you're paying good hard earned money for that service and to be inconvenienced with picking up the replacementitems would mean an hour and a half round trip. We're done contributing to establishments who don't deliver the service we're paying for and this place is not exception.

The portions size are very small, the mild sauce is WAY TOO spicy for mild sauce, and the food was cold! I was not impressed at all! Will not be going to ANY Buffalo Wild Wings again.

After today im changing my review. Husband and I got a wrap and there was no chicken. It was all breading. The fries were stale. We ordered cauliflower wings as an appetizer, they arrived after the main meal . And there were literally 7 cauliflower pieces for 10.29.... I don't remember ever getting such a sad little plate for that much money. The server t...... was also very inattentive. Just not a good experience this time at all and usually we really like bww.

I would give a 0 star if I could! Order online and every time food is missing. This time we catch it before we leave and 40 minutes later we get the order!!!! This location is a disaster!!!!!

Burgers were horrible! They had an awful smell and were very oily! Would not recommend. They were out of crispy chicken as well!

Beer tasted like the tap lines have never been cleaned, food took forever for 10 wings... (45 min)that came out cold. Service left alot to be desired. By far the worst dining experience I have ever had. Roughly 20 people eating and 5 people working the dining area I was embarrassed for this place and will never step foot in one again.

I placed an order 5:30pm and it’s past 45 minutes later… WTH! Everyone, place your order at least 1 hour and hope that they make the food on time. Management needs to step up their job because y'all are not efficient and need to take care of the customers. If you can’t accommodate don’t have enough employees then either close or ask for franchise assistance.

Customer service is absolutely rude and unhelpful. Placed an online order and waited 45min after it was supposed to be ready. Called to speak with the manager and she was extremely rude and cut me off stating food was fresh out of the fryer and we had to wait because of so many smaller to go orders came in. So we were pushed back for them to make everyone else's order. The food was cold. Fries were clearly old and all of the wings were cold to touch. So much for fresh out of the fryer.

When I came as a guest, the staff was polite — but it always felt fake. When I came as a DoorDash delivery driver, they treated me like garbage. I’ll never come here again as a customer.

Went in for lunch, sat for 15min and wasnt even asked what we'd like for drinks. Place was not busy. Table across from us sat after us and were waited on. Needless to say we walked out.

We ordered $35 in take out, opened our bag in the car and there was no plastic wear. I went back in to ask for forks, and was told they don’t give them out for online orders. I had to ask for the manager, and he begrudgingly gave us one fork for the two of us to share. It needs to be put into the “special request” when ordering online. Unbelievable!!

I ordered $130 of food from this restaurant. I did not receive 2 meals and it looks like our food had been opened. This order was done through Uber eats and my bag was opened, though Uber eats and this location would not answer my calls after several calls. I would not recommend them as they either do not check the order for completion or do not care if delivery driver eats the food.

Horrible service and food, dont bother. Set my order on 8/22 at 6PM for 7PM pick up, was not ready at 7:10 and was told it would be 10 more mins. It was ready at 7:45. Food was cold and overcooked. Tenders were so deeply fried they were hard to bite and pull apart, meat was so dry due to the frying it was like jerky. Ordered 15 traditional wings, they give me boneless which are cheaper, and they were also over fried but cold. They didnt give me the cheese curds i ordered and replaced with cheaper ice cold fries, also stale and over fried/dirty oil tasting. Worst stomach pains of my life following eating the food, will not be recommending or returning. Also, to the manager coming here and telling everyone to go to the site to report this, the method you are telling everyone no longer works on the site. Do better.

The worst chicken experience ever. I think the chicken had to have been a day old. Hard as a rock dryer out and cold. I will never eat here again. Shame on who ever is managing this location. So disappointing.

I usually don’t complain because I work at a restaurant so I get stuff happens. But we placed an online order around 5:30, it said it would be ready at 6. When I got there at 5:55 the host said 10-15 minutes, okay cool that’s fine. I was there for 45 more minutes. No one gave me any updates. I asked the host if he could let me know a time and he went into the kitchen, and then came back, put earbuds in and went outside without saying anything. Finally someone else asked about the order, said their systems were down, so I finally got it after waiting 50 minutes just for them to forget a set of wings. I checked the bag before we left and the food wasn’t even hot and missing food. I had to go back in and wait ANOTHER 10 minutes for them to fix my order, so by then the other food was definitely cold. Maybe dining in is better, but my experience ordering to go was honestly awful.
