Wendy's

I’m a little irritated with this specific Wendy’s because the last time I was in the drive-thru the person speaking told me to hold on, I didn’t hear that and I just started ordering, the person behind a microphone then proceeded to raise their voice at me telling me they said to wait. I just stopped in today, all I wanted was a burger and a drink, no meal. They charged me for a meal after specifically asking me “just the burger?” I wasn’t given a receipt either so it would’ve just been my word against the workers. They have the easiest job in the world but somehow still mess up more than anybody. Won’t be going there again.

Rude and unfriendly. Lady ignored us and eventually took our order. She acted like we were inconveniencing her. The fries were cold. Went up to see about getting new ones and was ignored and I gave up. They had no cups for ketchup. We had to make our own 'cup' out of foil the burger came in. I'd avoid this Wendy's if you can. Definitely not going back.

The food was cold. The manager couldn't tell me if they kept the fryers separate for people with Celiac, something they used to do and are supposed to do. He told me to "look it up online." I'm sorry, sir, but you should be able to tell me what you allow your employees to do at your store so I know if my niece will get sick or not by your food. The guy at the counter didn't seem right and couldn't keep things straight. I wouldn't go back. I was not impressed.

Got home (5 mins away) to realize my frosties were completely melted and maybe half full. The rest of my order foodwise was fine. But no straws no napkins. Just wanted a frosty. Got shorted and server chocolate milk.

Ordered a biggie bag and He forgot the fries and our extra Order of nuggets. Had to go back in and get the nuggets. Unfortunately didn't realize the fries were not there until We were already on the road. The burger was terrible as well. Seed like it was 3 days old. Not the normal Wendy's We are used to. Gotta step it up there in Horseheads plaza. 👎

Second time in almost 10 years I have been there. First time, ended up with a finger nail in the food. Figured the staff had probably changed by now and decided to give it one more chance. Now this time, ive gotten food poisoning from the same Wendys. Not happening again.

Extremely dissatisfied with big flats wendys!my plain baconator came smothered in so much mayo and ketchup u could claw it soup! Forgot all n stand and nuggets are well over cooked! Went to a diff Wendy's to fix it

They do not follow the ny state glove law, they’ll touch their mouths while laughing and then have 0 discernment in touching your food, they are the most unhygienic fast food crew I’ve witnessed. Be safe and clean and do NOT eat here.

Been going here for years but the people working Monday nights around 8 are over charging and pocketing the money or Wendy's is overcharging people. I thought my order was weirdly high (18$ for 2 large frostys and fries) but I looked for a receipt in my bag and there wasn't one. So looked up the prices on the board (and online) and with tax it was 16$. We went here to feel better and we just felt alot worse. Never going to this location again. Like if your gonna rob people don't rob the working class coming home late ☹️ Edit: woke up with food poisoning like???
