Free wifi is nice but it’s not very fast. There’s comfortable seating and outlets for your chargers. The ambiance is very nice and the facilities are great.

Absolutely crazy busy around noon, but every staff member was on top of everything, there were at least 15 drinks out and ready at the counter its actually crazy how quick they are Psl is back and the apple latte is 10/10 everytime we come to this location the service is amazing and everyone is so sweet

Didn't know they built a Starbucks here! Even though in the area there are already 2! We do not come often but we wanted to try something new. The worker writing down our orders was GREAT! He was very cheerful and happy. He deffintly made my sad day better. Service was great and fast.

Tristan was amazing! He went above and beyond to show kindness at the window. They wait in the drive through line was longer than expected, but by the time my interaction with this employee was over, I didn’t even care about the wait. It was an experience that truly made my whole day.

One of the only drive thru location near it so it makes a little difficult to order sometimes. Just make sure you order with plenty of time to get it. The majority 9f the employees care about making a good atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing crew of young adults! Awesome sense of urgency, very kind and personable. I'm switching from Dunkin to these absolute gems because of my experience Door Dashing at this location. Huge difference in customer service. I had picked up an order for a Door dash. After leaving, I made it approximately 1 minute out of the parking lot when someone pulled in front of me. Our customers order flew off my seat and was ruined when i had to slam on my breaks. I returned to the store apologeticly. And without any hesitations or discompose they remade the order quickly and professionally. Very refreshing to see in 2024 quick service food industry. Seems most places have lost touch with the proper structure of quick service food as it was intended. This team sets the bar back to its QS origins and intent. Customer based, quick, convince with a welcoming and enjoyable environment. Honestly a awesome reflection of proper leadership that takes pride in what they do. This leadership is training the young people to be successful overall in any career they choose in the future! Even if that's a doctor, a lawer, CFO or a CEO. The basis of being successful in any job is understanding that those whom purchase that service are top priority. That is being taught and executed well at this resturant! Great praise to those leading these kids on that path! I see you and admire the pride you have and pass on to them!

I’m not from around the area but I always visit a Starbucks wherever I am and I’ve never written a review before but my experience at this Starbucks inspired me to write one. This was hands down one of the best Starbucks I’ve visited. The date is 10/19/25 around 12:20pm- 12:30pm. My drink took a while to be made but they were very busy and despite being busy all the baristas were greeting guests and in good spirits which was a breath of fresh air. The barista on register was great with the customers, very friendly although in general a very friendly staff. The barista on bar was not only working on bar but she even checked up on me to ask what my name was and what I was waiting for (I ordered ahead through the app), which I really appreciated someone checking in. The floor seemed to be running incredibly smoothly and efficiently. The lobby was so nice and clean every guest was definitely being acknowledged. This Starbucks sets the bar for every Starbucks I visit moving forward. The team here is really killing it. Thanks for making my experience pleasant. :)

Went there to try the new sandwich with a new butter they were both out of the sandwich and butter. On a positive note though we were attended to very quickly the place was nice and clean and the staff was really friendly.

Ordered coffee ahead and waited for 25 minutes because of what appeared like lack of staff? The employee Tristan deserved at least triple their pay because they were killing it! They had like 5 drinks going at once and as someone who used to work at high volume bars they were downright impressive. Appeared like Tristan was HUSTLING and doing the job of 3+ people.

Coffee and hot chocolate were so good, but Barista Cassadee was not pleasant at all. I smiled at her and she almost grimaced at it and made a face while shaking her head. Only bad experience I’ve ever at at this Starbucks, which is why I only took off one star.

Workers are always friendly and my drinks and food are always great but the drive through is PAINFULLY slow. It doesn't seem to matter if there's a lot of cars or not, I always wait here for so long I feel like I could put my car in park, walk to Walmart across the street, go shopping, and come back and the line wouldn't have moved. I'd come here more if the drive thru was more efficient

After 2 years of beeing open you would think that they would have this figured out by no drive-through is not only the slowest of any starbucks I've ever been to, but also the slowest drive through of any chain in general in the area, also they are constantly sold out of about everything

The people who work here that I've interacted with are awesome. Actually some of the nicest Starbucks employees I've ever talked to, and I've been in Starbucks stores all over the United States. Unfortunately, this is, hands down, the slowest and least efficient location I have ever visited. No matter what time of day or what your order is, the wait times are insane, both inside and in the drive-thru. It's really out of hand. Something needs to be done about this location in particular - maybe installing efficient management would be a good start? The one thing this location has going for it - really nice people work here. That's worth the wait on line sometimes! Edit: I'm still a regular at this location. It's still slow, and theyre still often out of ingredients, but the people here are still wonderful and I dont have to get out of my car and stand around to wait, so it is what it is. If I want faster service I'll go to the Target location. But I still wind up here most. I upgraded my rating from two to three stars because of this. But the folks who work here? Purely five-star.

My mom and i drive up here twice a week, We use the Starbucks app and go through the drive thru this is the second time they have messed up a drink of mine the “Iced white chocolate peppermint mocha” they also messed up her “ Toasted white chocolate mocha” we ordered extra chocolate curls and whipped cream and we didn’t get those things. Other than that they have done good staff is nice people that make the coffee could do better at this tho.

I’ll be honest. Starbucks coffee is awful. What they do treat is service and a comfortable place to sit and work or whatever. Unfortunately this place fails in that area. It’s small, freezing cold, boxes littered about, and barely any seating. Service was typical Starbucks level friendly.

I stopped by Starbucks for my usual coffee fix, but the experience was frustratingly slow. The line took forever to move, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I get that it can get busy, but the wait was much longer than it should have been—especially when other coffee shops handle rush hours more efficiently. My drink was just okay when it finally arrived, but the sluggish service really ruined the visit. Starbucks usually has decent quality, but this location needs to work on speed and customer flow. Won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

They were moderately busy, no long drive through line outside, and maybe 10-15 customers in the store (about half of which were waiting on drinks). They appeared to be decently staffed too, with no less than 5 employees behind the counter, another who went on break, and possibly a manager doing an interview in the customer seating area. We were behind 1 person who ordered about 5 cold drinks, but somehow, it took over 20 minutes from order to Venti Caramel Brûlée Latte. The drinks only seemed to start coming after the solo barista called for help about 15 minutes into our wait. Why it took so long to call for help, or to bail the guy out, I’ll never know, but it wasn’t a great experience. Worst of all, not even an apology about the wait when getting the drinks. The drinks were at least made correctly, but in the middle of an 8 hour drive, adding 20 minutes for coffee wasn’t really my expected outcome from visiting a Starbucks. If you’re in a rush, this appears to not be the place to go expecting fast service (as many other reviewers have pointed out).

Don’t have sugar and they don’t listen to your order and make it right. All I asked was for cream and sugar but naturally a coffee shop didn’t have sugar so she was telling me what they had and I asked for the raw thing and they didn’t put the creamer in. Used to be amazing never a issue but for the last couple of months it's unorganized orders taking longer than usual even if you mobile order it 20 minutes ahead I've gotten half a order 20 minutes before my second drink was even a thought to make it then took a another 15 minutes to make it to tell me they just ran out of the whip cream the manager was walking around talking to the regulars instead of trying to fix the problem i feel like they only take care of the regulars that sit inside

Starbucks recipes are awesome, but this location is horrible for service. Extremely long wait times wether it's the drive thru or walk in service. Doesn't make any sense. 2 cars in drive thru 2 patrons in store and it's still 15 mins for 2 coffees and 2 croissants. They really need some better management and training. And "Jackie" is not very pleasant at all when you ask for an order update.

I grew up in Horseheads and remember hanging out in Barnes & Noble after school because it was literally the only Starbucks-affiliated cafe in town. So needless to say, when this Starbucks opened up I was thrilled. However, it has been an abject disappointment. I don't live in the area anymore but it seems whenever I'm home and pop in there is an issue. Today there was a paper sign on the door stating they were closing at 4pm. Fine I get it things happen, except this is probably the 5th time in the past two years I've stumbled upon a piece of paper with sudden change in their hours taped to the door. The handful of times I've been here there's never been pastries in the pastry case. On several occasions they've been out of key ingredients, like vanilla. This is the closest Starbucks for miles. Students drive from LECOM and CCC just to come here. If I were them and spent gas to go to a closed Starbucks I would be livid. I'm not sure who needs to fix this...corporate? The district manager? The store manager? Whoever it is, someone needs to do something. I'm a former Starbucks partner myself and have been a barista at a number of other cafes around the country. This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to and I really feel for the kids working behind the counter....

Tried to go here for the 3rd time since they opened. Line was long, i came on my lunch break of only 30 minutes. I sat in a line that never moved. I watched a young male worker chat up a lady in her jeep and only give her 2 drinks. The line only moved 1 car while i sar there. Worst time management I've ever witnessed at a drive thru. I knew they must be busy and gave them the benefit of the doubt, but come on? 30 minutes and you only wait on 2 cars?! For coffee? It would have been faster to go to barnes and noble than their drive thru was at that rate.

Waited 30 mins and had to ask what was taking so long since everyone after me was getting their drinks. Told me they forgot my ticket and I would have to wait behind the other drinks to be made.

Slowest Starbucks ever. Watched a local regular walk in, order after me and was served before me. Barrista made his order out of sequence. Very Unprofessional.

The drive-through line has a serious flaw - once you get on it, you can’t get off due to the barriers. So, if you have a crying baby in the car or any other emergency and decide to abort your coffee mission, you are trapped behind the other cars with no room to go around. For us, that meant waiting 15-min. Other Starbucks drive-throughs I have been to don’t have this same issue. Starbucks, please fix this! 👎

After a half hour and my in store order still hadn't been filled, we got a refund. Manager was rude about it. Mobile customers appeared to be given priority. Never coming back.

It's Starbucks... But with an extremely slow drive thru, frequently out of cold brew, and now has a hand written paper sign on the door with modified hours from 7:30 - 2:30 with no end date listed. The store may be in the running for the worst Starbucks in Western New York due to what seems to be poor management.

Horrible service! Don't expect to receive your mobile order in a timely manner. Placed a mobile order over 30 minutes ago...still not ready. Why they put the (hot) food up immediately with out the drinks I'll never understand. So, by the time we receive our drinks, the food is cold!

If I could leave zero stars I would. If you have any type of allergy do not go here. My daughter came here with her friend on April 1,2024. She ordered a iced lavendar oatmilk drink. They told her they were out of oatmilk. They said they were going to use almond milk. They must have used soymilk because she was throwing up immediately after she drank it. She is highly allergic to soy. We live 45 minutes away. She had to pull over 3 times to vomit before she made it home. She then continued to throw up for two days afterwards. I called this Starbucks and told them they need to be aware of people's allergies. All the male supervisor said was he was sorry. That's not good enough! Don't go here!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I waited 37 minutes for my 2 drinks AFTER I paid. If I didn’t spend $26 on 2 drinks and 2 cheese danishes I would’ve seriously walked out. Now, I will add that they were busy BUT not any more than usual. The staff seemed to be very rude that everyone was annoyed at how long they were waiting. At another Starbucks they’d yell out “Tisha, I’m working on your drink now” at least you knew who was coming up next and had an idea of how long you’d be waiting. This location, when every person who was asking about their drink or when it was coming, the girl would be snotty and say “Ok. It’s coming up”🙄 and to add to the wait, a lot of people were bringing their drinks back in because they were wrong. I got my “warmed” food after 15 minutes, then the 1st iced mocha after 27 minutes then the last drink 10 minutes after that. (Yes. I timed it) Needless to say my warmed food was cold, the 1st drinks cold foam and ice were melted together, then the 3rd iced latte was fine. I don’t think that’s how orders are supposed to work? Shouldn’t a customer get their order within the same time frame? Or at least a few minutes apart. Oh boy, the stuff I witnessed in my almost 40 minute wait was crazy! And they had tons of staff working so it’s not like they were short handed. They need a new manager or something. Along with TONS of trainings. Idk.

Yes there are kind people working there but... this is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Even after you wait in a 20 minute line. You'll sit an additional 5 minutes at the window. Doesn't matter if you're getting one drink or 5. It will take forever. You are better off ordering for pickup but even that will take 15 minutes for them to make the one drink. What's worst is that many times they get the order wrong but so what? They know you'll never get back into that long line for a replacement. Shame.

Easily the worst run Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Extremely large crowd of angry people who’ve said they’ve been waiting over a half hour I then see my order be made and placed on the table near the edge far away from me and the label with the name on it is turned away to where I can’t see it. I go to reach for it and they have the nerve to shout at me accusing me of taking an item that is not mine. Ironically it was my order that they were withholding for whatever reason. Even if the order wasn’t mine, taking a peek at the name on the label is not the same as theft. The real world has an extremely rude awakening coming for these employees who think that a customer checking to see if an order is theirs is the same thing as theft. Accusing someone of theft or even attempted theft has legal consequences. Go to the location inside target instead, where the wait times and attitude of the staff are both better by a long shot.

Barista refused to honor an offer on my app, refused to look at the app itself. So I ordered a full price drink. When I went back to show her my phone she didn't come back to register. I ended up ordering through the app with no issues. If there's miscommunication or just a lack of knowledge, that would have been understandable. But refusing to acknowledge customers is rude.

I noticed my drink was more watered down than normal. It was taken back in to be remade, the Barista basically called me a liar when I said it wasn't made right. I asked for it to be remade and she took my drink, same cup I sipped out of, and put it in a shaker with more berries and gave me the same drink. One, is my $6+ drink not important enough to actually be remade? And for another, is that not a cross contamination issue? How many other drinks have they put in shakers that people have sipped out of and "remade" this way? This is just one issue, there are constant drink & service issues at this location.

I’ve always ordered the Iced White Mocha & stopped going because now the drinks are watered down or don’t fill the cup. I even switched to different drinks. The cold foam takes up 1/4 of the cup which never used to be the case. Watch them make your drinks, less and less, especially iced drinks.
