The restaurant was very clean, no wait in line on a Thursday about 5:30. Our server was very friendly and very patient with us since our youngest wasn't very interested in making a choice on what to eat. The food was very good, and the honey poppy sauce was amazing. Our youngest even wanted to make sure to take hers home.

Food is gourmet burgers mostly with other offerings like chicken, salads and appetizers. We had salads and burgers, which were all good. Price with tip was $35. The service was very good. The server stopped by often and quickly responded to even minor requests. Atmosphere was nice. Decor was casual. There's a dining area and a large bar area.

Greeted with friendly smiles at the door. Waitress Lorraine was great. Gave us just the right amount of time to decide and started us off with comp. fries. I am not a big fan of dinner fries but they were good. Some dipping sauce that was great. The wife ordered a BBQ chicken burger. A wrap was sent out by mistake. Lorraine made good on it. I ordered a Mushroom Swiss burger that turned out to be one of the best I've had. Coleslaw was average. So we went home with plenty of fries. Half a wrap and a chicken sandwich. Will go back soon.

A friend and I went here earlier this evening. The girl at the front was very friendly and seated us. Our waiter was a young man named Trevor. He was the best waiter I’ve ever had. He was very friendly and very helpful. He treated us with utmost respect. A girl from the kitchen brought our food out and she too was very friendly and offered help. I’m still amazed at the wonderful customer service there . What an awesome team. Our food was very delicious also. 🙂.

For a casual restaurant, it was really quite good. Burgers were fine and the fries were excellent. They had bottomless lemonade drinks that were all really good as well. This is the best I’ve found in Elmira so far, so we will definitely be back.

We had a team dinner here during a tournament. The waitress did a great job handling the 30 people in our group. I got a cobb salad and it was huge. The food was delicious! The only negative is how darn cold it was in there, but other than that, we would definitely return if in the area again.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. There's been problems several times I've visited, but the staff are quick to resolve issues. The latest one was a disgruntled customer. When I arrived, the customer at the table behind me, was just placing their order. After the waitress left, she told her company she didn't feel like paying for the meal because she was having a bad day and deserved free food. She went on to have her drinks, appetizers, and full meal. When the waitress brought the check, the customer flipped out on her and insisted she wasn't paying for horrible food and bad service. She said nasty things to the waitress, targeting personal things about her appearance. The waitress held it together until the woman got her way and finally left. After that, she bawled. She apologized about a million times to the few people in the side we were on. She felt horrible and degraded because someone wanted a free meal. This waitress deserves big tips for her patience and keeping the situation calm. I wish I knew her name. I'd request her everytime.

This place doesn't disappoint. Our waitress was excellent, she had drink refills at the table right before taking your last sip as well as making sure we had fry refills before getting to go boxes. The food was great as it always is. We will definitely be back

Our server was amazing. She was super helpful, and was very accommodating to us during our visit. The food was pretty good too. This chain uses language on their menu that makes you believe they’re doing things in a somewhat healthier way than usual. For a burger spot, it’s probably one of the better chains. I love that they can do lettuce wraps for any burger.

Several years ago, we visited a different RR and were quite disappointed. However, we decided to give the franchise and this different location another chance, and we are glad we did. The staff was friendly, the establishment was clean, and the meal was prepared exactly to our liking. Although this location is over an hour's drive away, we will continue to visit whenever we are in that area again.

The food was over the top delicious. Excellent quality too! The brussel sprouts were roasted perfectly. Friendly hostess and waitress. There were good options on the menu and I love the bottomless side options. Burger was cooked exactly as I ordered and the food came fast considering how busy they were. They were quick to ask if we wanted additional sides or drinks when we got low. From the moment you walk in everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Our waitress Taylor was so patient and attentive to us even if it was busy. She made time to come check on us and asked if everything was alright and if we needed anything. Is it possible to request a waitress?? If it is I’d definitely ask for her the next time we go.

We brought our kids into this restaurant during a school fundraiser in February for the very first time and have been back at LEAST 10 times since! The food is amazing, the atmosphere is very family friendly, and the wait staff is some of the best I’ve ever experienced—and I’ve worked in food service for years! Our kids specifically ask to go to Red Robin for special events, random lunch dates, and even bring their friends & extended family members here when given the option. We plan to become regulars and continue to enjoy the service at this restaurant for years to come!

This is my most favorite Red Robin I have been too. EXCELLENT service with delicious food. I used to love their spinach artichoke dip (I wish they would bring it back), but now I love the pretzel bites with the beer cheese! A must try! I love it here!

This was a great Red Robin location in Big Flats, NY. The food was tasty and the waitress was friendly and went above and beyond to take a minute to chat with us and make sure we were satisfied. I feel bad that I didn't get her name because she definitely deserves applause for her service. We were from out of the area visiting, but we also noticed her greeting the locals by name and got their regular order for drinks as soon as they were seated at their table.

Superior service by Timika ( Meeks). Our family drives 1 hour to see timika. She has a great memory on what we ordered and give the fastest and accurate service and super friendly. I strongly recommend for people to go Red Robin and experience timika’s excellent service. For food, it is clean and tasty. Fast and timely refills for drinks and fries. Always happy to spend time in Red Robin.

We've come here multiple times now to this location and twice with my kids. Always such excellent service and atmosphere. My two oldest were hoping to get the same waitress we had gotten last time, but we didn't and still had an amazing waitress this time too. Tanica(sorry if I miss spelled her name) was waitressing tables next to us and was who we had last time. My oldest two instantly said hi to her to get a warm hi back and her remembering them from 6 months ago. To her coming over to the table to see the girls really fast, bringing them candy for the holidays. Then she had to go to break. Coming back with little stitch Keychains for my girls. As thats how they bonded the first time, was over stitch(we had went to see Lilo&Stitch live action for one of my kids birthday that day). This time stopping for dinner before going to see Zootopia 2. Definitely will continue to keep bringing my kids back. I love always coming to this location. 🥰

Food was excellent, atmosphere was relaxing, and service was impeccable. There is a large selection of items to choose from, as well as some entree substitutions if you're just not in the mood for a burger. Gregory was a blast of a host. He was very informative and gave us some terrific suggestions when we just couldn't decide. A bit of a warning though: If you get the mud slide pie, expect to need some help. It's enormous! We would definitely revisit if in the area.

It was a good time. Food was good, a little cold with air conditioning blowing on you. Asked for more water for the hot tea so I could make another cup and the waiter brought a large glass of hot water. Kind of funny pouring hot water into my cup without spilling it or dropping it.... A spectacular Red Robin! It would have been a five star only, I have noticed that recently the quality seems to have dipped a bit. Waiters aren't visiting the table as often as they used to, so suspect they are overworked. Also, sadly, the last time I went the food was still delicious, but apparently "rare" means "well done" to whomever was in the kitchen that day. Never had those problems at this one until the last year or two. However I choose to chalk it up to isolated incidents, as so far the majority of my visits have been nothing but great.

I live an hour in each direction from a Red Robin. My wife and I frequent this one because the other Red Robin would have been the end of us being customers. This Red Robin has better quality food then the other one.

It's a chain restaurant. So if you had Red Robin before..well foods the same. So it basically comes down to service and atmosphere. Which were both good. Our waitress was very nice, polite. Our food was brought out in a timely fashion. Bathrooms were clean. And you can never go wrong with bottomless fries.

My kids love the bottomless Mac and Cheese. Last time we were there it came out cold 🥶 the waitress took care of it immediately. Everything else is always a safe choice the wraps and chicken sandwiches are my wife's go to. Definitely like going to try their burger of the month the queso burger this month was a let down. The queso is very bland. But if your looking for a good meal at a good price always a safe bet.

Mother-daughter day lunch! Good food, burger could be bigger for the price. Smallest egg I've ever seen in a restaurant. Waitress good. Company a 10/10! Dessert-donuts and dips top notch!

It was alright. Atmosphere was decent so it gets 4 stars. It's typical pedestrian food though where you make a decent burger, add toppings in a slightly different manner then the next guy. You know what you're getting BUT our waitress was great!

There was a bit of a wait, which is go be expected when we went on a Friday night. The food was alright, I paid an upcharge for garlic fries that were not particularly garlicky, which is why I did 4 star instead of 5 stars. The server did not come back very often, which was a little disappointing considering the "bottomless sides." Atmosphere gets 3 star because there were rowdy children at the table us that kept shooting straw wrappers at the back of our heads. I know that's not the restaurant's fault, but people really should control their kids better.

The only reason I did not give 5 ⭐ is because prices have increased so drastically that it's become almost impossible to take your family out to dinner. I understand that restaurant costs have increased as well but the total cost for a family of four for meals plus drinks is becoming unreasonable. The food and service was excellent. No complaints. I wish that we could have been able to have appetizers and desserts, too. That would have easily doubled our bill. Our server was very attentive and helpful. Our meals were cooked perfectly. They were busy but not so loud that you couldn't carry on a conversation. All in all, it was a great experience.

The mozzarella twists are worth the price. One of the best mozzarella stick type food around. Prices are kind of high for just a burger and fries. Although it is unlimited sides, the amount of burger for the price just doesn't fit. But the food was good. The service was excellent. The vibe is more sports than a family restaurant. I would recommend for a date night/lunch. And we will definitely be returning.

The food was absolutely amazing! The service was quick and our server was attentive. The fish and onion rings were done to perfection and the atmosphere was great. Would be five stars if it weren’t for the employee in the back screaming every time her coworkers startled her.

Food was good. Service was SLOW. We hot a salad and a grill cheese sandwich. It took 15 minutes to get our food. I had to ask for a second batch of fries and I was almost done with the sandwich before they showed up. My hubby got a beer before we ordered our food. They did ask if he wanted another which he declined as he was driving. I had to push the ask for server button, and it was quite the wait till they showed up, to get something else for him to drink with his salad. Since we sat there for more than 5 minutes waiting for our check we decided to pay at the table kiosk. It wouldn't let us leave a tip that was less than 16 percent. We usually tip 20 percent but honestly felt our server didn't deserve more than 15. I really don't like not being allowed to choose the tip, or lack thereof, that we thought was earned. Maybe that is part of the reason the server was mediocre at best. Even poor service is guaranteed a 16 percent tip.

The burger was the best I have had in a restaurant in years - no doubt. My beers were cold and tasty. Service was excellent, but my wife's food was not hot and the breaded shrimp were very salty. We got there just before the evening rush and got good seats with no delay. Server was Robert and he did a great job.

I try to write good reviews but let's face it - the food sucks! The building is nice,well kept,staff is friendly. I ordered a burger,it was small and tasteless. A man could have eaten it in 4 bites. Endless fries but the fries are broken pieces. I heard the waitresses use the catch phrase "That's a lot of food" it really isn't.

Red robin food tastes fine and the service is good. But it's way over priced and the food is very salty. I enjoyed my meal when I was eating it but it dehydrated me so badly and left me feeling heavy and awful for hours after eating, and I didn't even finish my plate. It was also $60 for 2 people which is insane for burgers and fries. You can get an equally as good if not better burger for much less money and much less tax on your body. Really liked their Poppin purple lemonade though. I feel like if I came back here it would be for drinks and aps and not a meal.

For 2 adults just getting burgers and fries and a child eating a kid's meal of Mac and cheese it was over $50, and the burgers weren't anything to write home about and their regular fries aren't very good, but I can say I tried it now

I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and a side salad. While my sandwich was great, my salad was inedible. The majority of the lettuce was brown. I carefully went through the salad and laid the brown lettuce on a napkin in the middle of the table. Didn’t see our waitress Kaitlyn until I asked for a box for the other half of my sandwich. She brought the box and took our plates. The brown lettuce sitting in the middle of the table like a white elephant. Never asked how our meal was or about my untouched salad. The kitchen staff needs to work on quality control.

I ordered the ensenada chicken platter, waitress asked if I wanted fries instead of salad, i said no ty, but I should of listened to her, the salad was gross, I could smell the plastic bag smell on it, which means they did not wash the greens, the chicken was ok, small pieces and sauce was ok. This place is over priced. Hubby had the heatwave burger and said flavor was good, and burger was juicy!

Place was clean and server took good care of us, but that was the worst, smallest AND most expensive Impossible burger I've ever had...even compared to DC and Boston prices. To be fair, my last 3 visits to any Red Robin have been very lackluster compared to how they were pre-covid.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by friendly host. We sat in a half booth/half chair table. Booth cushion was torn and worn. Service was slow. Took minutes for drinks and refills. The bathroom was musty smelling and wall mirror is starting to chip away. The burgers were good, but fries were luke warm at best. Then, got the bill and a $fee for playing games on the table tablet... I never saw a disclaimer saying games were not free. No reason to come back as my experience didn't impress me. Sat there for 25 plus minute done with our dinner waiting for the check as the server (that was rude to begin with) sat in eye shot lookin at us just sitting there gabbing with other workers and I'm guessing the floor manager. Overall, it was an okay experience, affordable, good burger and fries with a drink for about $13.50 But, I had given a $2 tip on my card because I could afford it and had no cash on me. Apparently when they take out the tip, it's either several days late or multiple times. Somehow the $2 tip has now cost me $32 because they took out the last of my money almost a week later and pushed my account into the negatives. Other than that is was okay. Good food, good prices, good staff, but it was kinda dark and made to be an atmospheric place. 2/5.

Your fries are SO SALTY!!!!!! UGH. I can literally feel my blood pressure go up as I'm eating them. I can see the salt crystals on them ugh. Why do you put SO MUCH SALT ON THE FRIES??!?! It's really gross and unhealthy. Like you know there is salt on the tables right so if you don't put enough salt then the customers can put their own salt on it, but if you put too much on( like you ALWAYS DO) then customers CANNOT TAKE IT OFF! Also the side salad is pretty plain and terrible. And why do you do things like add a $3! upcharge to get sweet potato fries instead of normal fries. Like why are they 3 dollars extra?!!! Like how about 1 dollar extra? How does that sound? And why is it that you add upcharges for me getting literally ANYTHING on a burger but when I order no cheese on my burger you don't subtract anything? Like doesn't it make sense for my burger to be cheaper if I don't get cheese, because I am a vegan?? Or at least don't charge me for my extra toppings if I don't get cheese, but no it's just the same price, cheese or no cheese. WHy don't you put MORE VEGAN STUFF ON YOUR MENU?! Maybe these are some of the reasons why your company hasn't turned a profit on the stock market literally EVER!

Burger was only fair. Nothing special. The whole "endless sides" bit is a scam. They will drop your entrée and disappear, never ask about a refill. During 5 visits (my wife likes that they will serve a burger on a lettuce leaf) I never had them ask about refills before I was looking for the check.

Only a 1 star because I had to put something there. I don't go here often and there are reasons why. Ordered an appetizer. The server brought it to our table. Her comment wasn't needed. "I'm so jealous that you're having pretzel bites " "I'm so hungry I can't wait for my break " None of that was my business. She no more left our table and they brought out our entrees. We were afraid to complain because I don't know who's in the kitchen. My fries were so old and cold. I took a bite of my burger and it was cold. I did ask for fresh ff but again didn't dare end my burger back. I won't go back.

We were seated in an area that looked like a dirty kitchen, tables were piled with trash from other diner's meals that were long gone. Service was consistent in the beginning then deteriorated into nothing. What became apparent after about 15-20 minutes of waiting for our fries & drinks refills was that we were forgotten. After those few minutes we were checked on, drinks were brought about ten minutes after that. No apology for the wait or explanation. I work in the service industry and have for a long time. I understand if things were busy, you had call-offs, or it was just a bad night but none of this was communicated. At the end of it all to come up to the counter to pay for our bill, to be told, "Well I guess they sent everyone home." no apology, empathy, nothing. Here's the thing - I get you're stressed, irritated, you don't want to deal with people. But it's your job. It's my job when I am at work. Long story short, we just aren't going back. There's no point when you're constantly ignored, made to feel guilty for asking for refills, and in a place that's dirty and disgusting with abysmal customer service. I'm sure they don't care about reviews, but sooner or later, money talks.

Don’t expect decent service, utensils or refills at this location. I visited on Mother’s Day and considering it’s a big holiday for the industry it didn’t seem overly busy. We had to flag down a staff member after our meals were served just to get forks, 2 people at our table had salads. I had to request a knife twice and was given an attitude when asking a second time and was told that the knives were being stolen and that the knife had better be on the table when I leave. I had to ask for a refill on my drink twice and again received a bad attitude from our server. We were asked how we wanted to pay while still waiting for desserts to arrive. I notified corporate about the service and received a call from the manager who offered to email me a gift certificate to make up for the bad service but I never got that either. I don’t typically like to write bad public reviews and would rather give companies feedback privately, however when even that fails I feel compelled to let future patrons know what to expect.

Fist time - and after this, only time customer. I specifically said my online order for a gourmet burger was to have no pink not only did. I have to wait 15 minutes longer than promised to receive my order, but when I get back to my hotel room, the burger was indeed pink on the inside. I called the store four times and never did get through to a manager. The first two times I got into a voicemail loop when I selected the number to speak with a staff person. The second two times I figured out how to speak to our staff person (pretend you’re placing an order) and they put me through to the manager, but the manager never answered, and the line went dead both times. Very disappointing, and I will not visit a red Robin Gourmet Burgers again.

Awful spot.. placing a to go order is a huge mistake, they will take their sweet time and goof off in the back and have people orders ready who showed up after you before they ever get to you. Avoid at all costs.

Our order was taken and two families after us came in there order was taken. Those two families received their meals before ours was brought out. I asked the server when would our food be coming because....she cut me off before I could finish telling her we had to be somewhere at 7. She said it's coming right out. I did ask is it because we have children with allergies? She just said I guess and didn't go find out. That's when the other families received their meals first. Then our food finally came out. ALL the fries were cold. My daughter got chicken it was cold. My turkey burger was cold. Then after that the server never came over and said I'm so sorry do you want to give me your card or pay at the kiosk. I just grabbed the kiosk to pay the bill. She made sure the table behind us knew what to do and another family she came and got their card. Just a very uncomfortable and unenjoyable experience! They did take money off the bill. We also still tipped because everyone has to make a living. But we won't go back for a while if ever!! In addition, the bread seemed a little stale!

There is nothing in there for vegetarians really. Despite the fact that restaurant was empty when we had been there for dinner, the service was dead slow. They didn't have veggie patty, the impossible one wasn't too great, and it was a truly bad experience. None of my other friends liked their orders (non-vegetarian orders).

I wouldn't give any stars if I could. My daughter, her fiancé and their toddler were there Friday Oct.3rd around 5:00 and had the worst experience ever. They sat for an hour waiting for their food, finally a waitress was asked about their order and she went to see about it only to be told their order got lost in the kitchen. Here's the kicker, their toddlers food was brought out but not theirs. Now tell me how you can get ones order to the table but lose the other twos. The manager never came around to apologize and they comped the most expensive meal on the bill. Honestly the whole meal should of been comped. Hopefully no one else had to experience this kind of incompetence that night.
